I have purchased Woodland Men's Sneakers and I have just wore them for only 3-4 months and the threading of shoes started to worn out. the seller has told me that woodland provides lifetime warranty for their shoes but I have cheked online it is written that it provides warranty of manufacuring defect of 90 days only... That is not fair at all I Paid almost Rs 4500 /- which is the highest price I ever paid for my Shoes & I never Expected this type of Product... So, Please help me... to replace my product...

    I am using woodland for the last 4 years. I have 2 pair of woodland shoes and 1 pair of woodland sandals.

    The sole of both the shoes and sandals does not match the quality of rough and tough shoes and sandals. I myself slipped 2-3 times while wearing these products in rainy season. I have also discussed with other people using woodland products. They also have the same complaints.

    It is my humble request from the management and the technical persons to kindly pay attention and try to improve the quality of soles..

      I brought a pair of shoes from woodland store at sector -18, noida -201301 (u. p) for around rs 3000/-. within a few times of wear the shoe fully came apart, i. e. it cracked fully (photograph attached) due to poor defective manufacturing. on writing to the customer care of the company, they have refused to repair or replace the shoe.
      The company is out to cheat and sell defective shoes, and my experience proves that woodland shoes are of poor quality which is accompanied by worst customer care service.

          Hi,

          I bought 2 pair shoes, 1 pair slipper 3 to 4 years back and have used weakely once only and kept in woodland box safely, unfortunately i went out off station and came back after 1 year and i used with in day all shoes and slipper soles tear small pieces and become like small ashes, i had never and not seen the quality of the brand like this and i felt very very bad experience of the woodland products.
          It cost nearly rs - 8000 /- more of three items, so what should i do now i will throw and forgot the woodland or to change the soles and reuse. I never expected a brand like this.

            I bought the shoe last year and the sole started wearing off and finally detached from the top. I complained to the showroom I bought from but he denied saying that leather quality of these kind of shoe are poor and it cannot be repaired. He also advised me to get it repaired outside.
            People buy woodland boots for durability but I am loosing my faith in this company as I have faced a similar issue in my last shoe.
            I can see similar complaints from other consumers too.

            I buyed dis jacket on 30 june, i weared it just for 3 - 4 hours & den i just washed it with surf exel & all d colour faded with white patches occured so kindly exchange it with d fresh one & i hope u value the satisfaction of customer & dere money as well.

              I have purchased one pair shoes from woodland outlet named jiwand singh & sons, e-11, south extension-2, new delhi-110049, bill no. d001csh[protected], amount - 2328, art. no. gc 1636114, colour-brown softy crust and size-40 on 06 jul 2016 during buying the shoes i asked sales boy/executive for polish, he said you can use neutral polish for these shoes. i went my home and applied neutral polish on these shoes and soon after polished my shoes colour has changed in very dark, immediately i went to outlet on 06 jul 2016 (same day) and i requested sales executive/ manager to exchanged the shoes but they refused to exchanged the pair of shoes and told me that you can go anywhere you can't get exchanged, i think this is monopoly of woodland. where is the my mistake? woodland must be exchanged these shoes. please do needful.

                We bought woodland shoes from asro club mumbai dombivli, aryawat bldg manpada road, dombivli (e)
                Bill no 1) sfoot. fwr los shoels 1657115 red 40 costing mrp rs.3196
                After discount rs.2157.00 dated 30th june 216

                Within a day the red color started fading leaving the foot red. when contacted the shop for the grievance, he said it can not be replaced nor is there any solution. the remedy for this was if only we would had purchased some polish and applied it.
                We were never updated about this polish at the time of buying the shoes.
                This is kind of fooling business.
                I am having the bill copy and certainly can go ahead in consumers if i am not getting the problem resolved.
                The poor services with uneducated non cooperative staff is ridiculous.
                Please look in to this and take earliest action.,

                  Sir/madam i am using woodland shoes since my college days. but i had bad experience with the pair of shoes that i am using presently. i have purchased black leather shoes sometime in feb 2015 from woodland company outlet at kormangala. i am using these shoes since last one year. however when i wear these shoes and walk on marbonite, kota, shahabad flooring or pvc carpet floor in office, hotel or mall etc. it is making very irritating noise (karrrrr... karrrrr... karrrrr) which attracts the attention of people nearby and is very humiliating. i did not expect such performance from company like woodland. so i hereby request you to replace the pairs of shoes by good ones. hoping positive reply. thanking you in anticipation.

                    I have ordered a Woodland sandal for men worth Rs.1791.
                    Flipkart have put forward offer for the particular item from 24.06.2016 to 26.06.2016.As I have ordered the item I got official notification from Flipkart that they have received my order and shipment will begin soon and will reach my locality by 02.07.2016.After one day I got a message stating that my item has been shipped.I was eagerly waiting for my sandal.But on 29.06.2016 I got a message that my order has been cancelled beacause the city which I opted for delivery is not serviceable and I may order another item.If my locality is not serviceable, they should have informed me the matter at the very immediate moment.But the offer duration was ended 2 days ago.Thus Flipkart cheated me.Please give me justice.

                      Sir there is a problem in my shoe that both pair is damage from back outer.

                      I complained this problem at your authorized store woodland aero club shakuntla complex, opp. m. m. degree college, modinagar at 16.06.2016. but they are not taking any action for solve my problem.

                          I have purchased 1 pair of shoes for Rs 3695 without any discount offer on 17th April 2016.
                          Article number was G[protected].

                          At the time of purchase, I told the store manager that left shoe is not comfortable.
                          He asked me to wear for few days, then it would be comfortable.

                          I took the shoes with me but I was facing issue with the left pair at home as well.
                          There was bulge on the inner sole of the left pair.
                          I tried to wear for full 1 day but due to bulge there was always a feeling that something is present in the shoe which is causing pain to my ankle.

                          I went back to the woodland store, and he assured that it will be repaired and will take 1 week time.
                          I said OK, please do that.

                          After couple of weeks and few follow-up, they have given me my shoe with half bulge correction.
                          Also, there was some other inner pasting issue.

                          I told them I wont accept this as I paid full amount for new shoe and not for defective shoe.
                          If there is manufacturing defect, then they should give me a new shoe instead of repaired one.
                          They said they cant give any replacement.

                          Later they told me that they will send this shoe to Gurgaon, India for any further process.
                          I have given shoes to them and asked them to offer me the replaced new shoe.

                          Really, I am not at all happy with woodland store... Even the cheap shoes have flat inner sole.
                          How can such a big brand can sell defective product on full price and not ready to exchange.


                          Please give me new shoe instead of defective one.
                          Otherwise in my life-time, I would never buy any woodland items and will ask all my relatives and friends to avoid this brand in future.

                              I am senthil from chennai. Dec, 2015 i bought men's shoe gc09261 (Size: 44), from aero club (S113), phoenix market city, velachery, chennai-42. Retail invoice:- [protected]

                              Some days back i observed that some stitches were not properly through in lower bottom of one piece of the shoe just above the sole. Photos attached (Taken at showroom before handing over for the complaint).
                              I can assure this was not wear and tear issue but product defect. You can examine the same to confirm.

                              Reason am writing now is the shoe has been taken for repair and not replacement, i see that my request is just about 90 days as mentioned and it is product defect, however it is taken for repair and repair is supposed take 15 days now.
                              Why as a customer i need to wait for product defect with a promise for replacement.

                              I request to check the product and duly grant me either a replacement or some compensation accordingly.

                              As i mentioned earlier i went to the shop and got my repaired shoes back.

                              My question here is was it my fault or product defect, please answer exactly to the question.
                              It was on the 90th day i handed over shoe from purchase date ideally covered by warranty promise of woodland.

                              I need to know why am not provided the replacement as promised in the bill receipt. Why it is repaired and given as if it is my fault that i broke the shoe. We can very well go for third party examination if needed, the store gave me no update on this part.
                              They just handed over the shoe with apologize, i need to know the 'out of warranty" declaration by store was valid or not.

                              The stitch is not perfect and it shows, while defect is with product why am forced for a substandard repair that too in waranty period.

                              I wonder why customer should be troubled for all this, its invalid.

                                T shirt colour fade & poor customer service at showroom

I have submitted it to your showroom and after 10 days they say that the warranty of the colour is of only 1 wash .                                 Sir i purchased a pair of sandals modalgd1342114 size 44 camel color from aero club karol bagh 5/38 shop no 3 karol bagh ajmal khan road two months back, after using it for two months its pasting got loose and i submitted it to get replaced but store manager asked to talk to customer care, i sent them 4 emails but there was no positive reply, instead of improving their quality company replied the footwear has been used in water and they repaired the sandal sir why should i accept repaired one if there is a problem with the quality of woodland, big company big brand, fake promises i want my money refund or pair replaced

                                  I am not sure how many of you have faced this or realized that woodland which is supposed to be the manufactures of the toughest shoes have lost its way to the quality.
                                  I purchased a woodland shoe about 3 years ago, hardly used it regularly. But since i was on site for 8 months, i dint use the shoes. After a month on my return, last week i wear the shoes to office. It put me in shame. (Please check the images.) the bottom of the shoes which is made of rubber started falling in powders in just 4 hours of time. People could get my whereabouts with my footsteps. I am not writing to this for any kind of benefits. But reader trust me i went through a shame at office.In just 4 to 5 hours all powders where ever i walk. My friends made so much fun that i started doubting if i purchased a right one. Please do not buy any woodland shoes. They are so expensive but worthless.Instead by cheap ones and rough use for 3 4 months and throw but not woodland. The sad part is before i could write this i wanted to call woodland and googled and got their number but its not a working number.

                                  Woodland is no longer woodland. Its just cheap.

                                    I bought shoes (Article No. L22816, Size 41, Color Black) from woodland store in MGF Metropolitan Mall, MG Road, Gurgaon on 6h December, 2015. As the shoe was comparatively expensive (MRP approx. 7500 Rs) the sale executive at store assured me that the shoe will not have any wrinkles and the shoe is worth buying even at such high price.

                                    However, after using only for 4-5 days, both shoe got wrinkles, which were so severe (Specifically right leg shoe it was very severe) that even a shoe worth Rs. 1000 also don’t have that kind of wrinkles. I returned the shoes at your store on 29th December, 2015 vide repair slip no 170 dated 29th December, 2015 (Copy of repair slip is attached herewith), with request of refund amount, as the quality is so low that it’s not worth of even 2, 000 Rs for which I paid approx. 6, 000 Rs. After discount, After waiting for approx. 3 months, I was conveyed that shoe even has not been replaced, it just repaired and even after repair I notice that shoe is not of worth using.

                                    Considering the brand image of woodland, I don’t know how woodland is making such shoes and selling at so high prices. This is what I never expected from such big brand, and even after so many complaints and follow ups the shoe has been returned with such bad repairing.

                                    the attitude of store manager, ASM and customer care executive also too very pessimistic and non cooperative.
