I purchased a pair of Sandal with Product No. H[protected]. 7 at Rs. 2595/- on 20th October-2014 from at Retail Shop M/S. FOOTHOLD, SHOP NO.7/8 ARIHANT CENTRE, PUNE-SOLAPUR ROAD, HADAPSAR PUNE-411028. On the second day o[censored]sing itself I found the stitches and gum of the strip is coming out. Found poor quality of workmanship. Yesterday I handedover the product to the Shop and asked him for replacement.

    The sole of pair of woodland shoes purchase before a couple of month has cracked and broken in pieces before the expected life completion. The product seems simply cheating. It not at all proved worth the cost paid for it. I want some justifiable solution otherwise will be considered as forcing me to take legal action against the retailer as well as the product brand.

        SIR, I HAVE PURCHASED A LEATHER SHOE ARTICLE NO-L10407A. I HAVE PAID ABOUT Rs. 4200/-. I used that shoe only for 1 month.But after that i found its heel paste was removed.Another thing was that inside the shoe i had found that stuff is getting rough and about to be damaged.So I RETURNED IT BACK TO YOUR RETAIL SOTORE SITUATED AT LUDHIANA (PUNJAB). I requested them to provide me the another new shoe because i have not purchased the shoe of rs.4200/- to be use after repair. They said that they will send my request to you and within 15 days you will be update. but now its 40 days over. i am still waiting for their reply. I even called immediately after 15 days but they said it will take 2 more days. But now its been 40 days . I have already purchased another shoe because its not possible for me to survive without my shoe.So now their is no use of that shoe. So i am requesting you to refund my money . One more important thing is that i lived in FEROZEPUR which is about 120 KM far away from LUDHIANA, from where i have purchased my shoe. I visited twice for my shoe. So i will be really thank full.           I had placed one one order on 25th September 2014 with order number 75904.Two days later I got a mail that my item is shipped with delhivery courier with a tracking number. I waited for the delivery for 4-5 days but i wont get any updates.So I called the customer care of delhivery and they told me that the tracking number is Invalid. So i sent mail and call to woodland estore department and they informed me that it was due to some mistake and they will ship the item within 24 hours.And I heard the same thing for the last 4-5 days. On October 7th morning also the CC executive of woodland gave a promise that they will resolve the issue by the same day itself.But its not yet resolved till now. I want to know Why you cheat the customers with these kind of false information, If you are unable to ship the product please cancel my order and refund the money. Its almost 22 days after I placed the order and made so many calls and mails to the woodland customer care and Delhivery CC.. I will go through some other shopping sites and proceed the purchases from there.This is the first ever bad experience from such a branded site...

            I bought wood land shoes Size 10, khaki around Rs.2500 from a woodland show room in Marthahalli street Bangalore. i have used them hardly 5 to 6 times. Now the sole of both left and right shoes are damaged, cracking at the stitches with leather.The leather and sole is getting detached. I don't know what to do? Please help me.               I purchased a T Shirt from Woodland, Phoenix mall, Chennai and as i trusted this brand din't keep the bill properly.But It was shocking to see the condition of the T Shirt just after single wash.Color has faded and it looks so bad..I can't wear it in any case.What i want is that my name will be in company database .If possible, please replace this T Shirt with another one.                 I purchased woods shoes from woodland showroom linking road Mumbai before 03 months i noticed there are cracks occurring in sole of shoes i submitted the shoes return to store as it was within warranty period and showroom people was kind enough to accept my claim.I got an sms within 15 days that my shoes is repaired and can collect it from woodland showroom. Poor me was not knowing how I am gonna get fooled by them I reached show room to collect my shoes they said that they can repair it and head office has accept the defect and they are offering me claim of my full amount ie INR 3895 which for which I purchased the shoes now when I checked the available stock the same shoes now they are selling INR 5895 on asking why is this price difference they informed that now there is no discount on shoes. MY question are- Why was i handed over the defected piece? Why my shoes was not replaced? Why i am not getting same percentage of discount again when i am suffering due to damage in your product? If above cannot be honoured why are you not refunding my money back? -Deeksith Shetty

                  Hi, I purchased a pair of woodland shoes from DLF Saket's outlet for Woodland on the 19th of July 2014. The Lycra on the same started to come off within a month due to which I returned it for repairs at the V3S mall, outlet for Woodland at its Laxminaagar location. I returned the product somewhere in the middle of August. A representative from the Laxminagar outlet calls me after 3 weeks and tells me that I would have to purchase another product of the same value on which I would have to pay additional VAT refusing which I would neither get the cash amount nor would I get the shoes back. Moreover, they informed me that I won't be able to escalate this matter to any other outlet either. This 'offer' also came with a deadline. I was asked to make this decision by the end of September itself failing which my issue would be deemed settled. Now, I want that either the defective product is returned to me, or that I am refunded in full. I have already talked to a lot of people regarding the hardships I have faced which has only resulted in the brand image of such an established company to go down. Please look into this as soon as possible so that this money which is now stuck can get back to me. Thanks.

                    I Ashish Dhar Purchase a shoes from your Woodland store (Allahabad) U.P) nearly one year ago i have not worn the shoes for approx 15 days after 15 days when i take out my shoes for worn it is torn pasting which is done from the company is lying open from the side of both the pair of shoes . When I taken my shoes to woodland store for repair they are saying that if you will not wear the shoes for 10 days this will happen, I want to ask from Company that is possible that what the store is saying to us because when we are paying 3000 to 4000 rupees for shoe and company like woodland will reply like this type of language is Shame Kindly reply with prompt answer we are waiting for reply

                      I had purchased a woodland shirt on 9th July 2013 in Rs. 1377. On 8th October due to little stretch over the cuff of the shirt, the shirt above the cuff as well as the front part of the shirt got torn in front of the public. When I contacted customer care, they denied to return the shirt or the money by saying that they cannot return the shirt as per the agreement on back of the receipt. But, as the quality of the product was bad how can they escape their liability on such unreasonable term. I had purchased the shirt from woodland because I had trust in the quality of Woodland Product.They have breached my trust as well as the implied condition that the shirt's quality is good.

                      Today I got reply from the customer care and they are saying that they cannot return either money or shirt because the shirt has only 15 days of warranty on manufacturing defect. This is totally unreasonable and they cannot do so. The manufacturing defect will be 'condition' as per Sales of Goods Act and therefore they cannot deny to return on the basis of this absurd ground.

                        I have buy 2 months back one cargoes pants from Woodland authorised showroom. i have used that pants only 2 times in this months. No other dirt n cloth spoiling this are happened on that pants. for washing i have dip pants on water for 15 minits. After that i shocked that woodland symbol (can saw their symbol in brown colour in back side of the pants) colour spread all over the pants. Now i cant use. i spend too much money to buy this cheep quality product. that white colour cargoes now looks very bad. Please do anything..

                          I left my shoos at your NEW MARKET BHOPAL SHOWROOM around 20 days back the person has informed that minimum 15 days will take to get back your shoos after repair .
                          But yesterday I received a call from the showroom that your shoos is unrepairable so get back it . Although I was ready to pay repair charge .
                          I'm surprised to see it is unrepairable .


                          Note : I contacted to your Customer Care Person, I really very disappointed to get rudely & rughly response .
                          I assure you that you have lost a customer forever .

                            Hi, I wanted the model number 554 (khaki), size 9/ 43. Have spent almost a month an dfinally was oushed to Pondy bazaar, Chennai. The shop keeper (Raunak) confirmed that it is available in other places and that he will get it couriered. This happened on the 10th August. When I called the next day I was informed that Raunak is on leave. Again I had to explain the history to another sales guy by Mani, this guy checked and called me and said that it is available in Coimbatore and that he will get it couriered and call me the next day. Again on not receiving the call, I had to call them again and was told by the same person Mani that, he had received the shoe, the one I wanted of size 9/43. I called him the next day again on Thursday and confirmed that I will visit the shop on Friday or Saturday. When I went on Saturday, was shocked to hear that the shoe that had come from coimbatore is of size 8. For which I had to travel almost 2 hours. The courier was not checked at all and was comitted to me. I then had to speak to the manager of the store by Ritin, who promised me that he will call me on Monday by 4.oo PM (18th AUGUST). As usual, I had to call them on Monday and had to check, where Ritin said he is still checking it. For this particular shoe I had to wait for 1 month and still yet to receive it.                               Dear Sir/ Mam, I purchased a pair of shoes from Woodland store, Address- M/s. Aero Club, Woodland, shop no.4, Gaurav Tower, Malviya Nagar, Jaipur. Bill Dated- 11/07/2014 and Repair Slip Dated- 19/07/2014. And I have already visited your concerned store thrice regarding the same, as well as pushed a mail to the customer care e-mail id provided. But still don't have any reply to my issue. The problem is that, the representatives conveyed me that I will receive a call regarding the same with in 10 days, and I have still not received any response from there side. At the time when I was purchasing those pair of shoes, I told the representative that it should not hurt my legs as I have faced the same problem before also. And after his confident assurance i agreed to purchase the same. But it created a wound on the back of my ankles of both the legs, which showed them also. Please assist and help.

I have been a regular user of Woodland shoes since 2004 and a very much satisfied customer with its quality. I know that woodland is popular brand and have a good market in India and also known as its quality as a life long warranty. I have already used many shoe and sandals of this brand and have no complain before this. I am writing this letter to complain about my shoes, which I purchased last one months ago, BILL DATE 23/5/2014 a Woods Black color shoes (Article number: A221110G size 41) MRP 5295/- from M/S Aero Club woodland store Dbz-s-160, Gandhidham, Retail invoice details TIN No. [protected], LST/CST NO.[protected] my bil details serial no. 851 . I noticed that the shoes had loosing colour from inside portion swet leather which i was found on my upper part on socks and due to these i have face skin problems like itching and red marks problems on my foot upper side which is very embarrassing and unexpected for me and i felt with skin problem because of that. This really shows the poor quality of the Woods shoes, which is reputed for the highest quality that they claim to maintain. when I brought this shoe and till date now I have almost wear and used only for 20 days This is the old style article of this brand. But this time, I am not satisfied with this shoe and sending the purchasing slip as a proof for your kind consideration and also send a picture of my shoe and socks which gives you a exact idea to figure out what i am trying to say about my problem.Sorry to saying that but i face a negative experience towards Woods shoes. I don't know how sending images helps me. Please look into this matter, it’s a question of your fame and prestige as woodland as comes in top ranking of stuff quality and durable life.                                   Hello Team,

                                  I have given my shoes for the repair work at the Delhi Connaught Place store (F-Block) on May 5, 2014 which should have returned to me on May 15, 2014 as mentioned in the script. After doing several follow-ups with the store after May 15, 2014 I didn’t get the appropriate response. On June 9, 2014 store told me that the shoes are repaired. But on June 11, 2014 they said that the shoes are not repairable and also the staff shows inappropriate behavior and slang language on the telecom communication. I am really not getting how much time is required to judge that whether the shoes are repairable or not as the store has taken more than one month for the same. Or as per my understanding the store didn’t take any action on the same and after my continues calls they said that it’s not repairable.
                                  The kind of response from the store was never expected. Moreover I have still not received the shoes back.

                                    Dear I have a pair of woodland pair on 4th may from your kurukshtra store and on 7th the complete pasting of shoe wore out. It is totally against your brand image this is my 4th pair of woodland and i am disappointed with the service of your store i have given a compliant on 8th may and i was told that the shoe is sent to company for replacement. i have visited the store twice and i was assured that the pair will be replaced, But to my surprise today after 1 month i was asked to take back the same pair.                                       I bought sandals from Phoenix mall woodland showroom (chennai - velacherry) for 2895 bugs and noticed that one sandal is one inch longer than the other but the company size is displayed as size-13 at the back of both sandals and it is also marked as QC PASSED. Have they really done QC or just pasted the sticker 'to show off that they are following so called processes. Sue them.'
