1 of all i purchase my sandle from woodland store iscon mall at surat, gujarat.
after 2 nd half month problem arise in sandle leather..problem is-- leather remove it self from the sandle ..
after that i m going to store for complain the store manager check my sandle and send it to company for service..
nd i ask to store manager ..how many time require for service ..at that time he said 20 days..after 25 day i m going to store .. nd ask for my sandle.. at that time sandle not come from company ...again nd again i m going to store in 1 by 1 days

after completion of 1 nd half month then sandle come at store...
nd i see my sandle then not fully resolve my problem...after one after again i m going to store ask to manager nd manager again send my sandle to company.
that after manager send my sandle to company..

after the 2 time sandle .total near 3 month competing then i call to store manager ask for sandle ..at that time sandle not available that after i m going to store ..

nd ask detail inn depply..

after few day..store manager said you can choose new sandle from our store..but he said one condition...
your 25% money cut from your last bill..

at that time i asking to old sandle ..that he said company take new desicion for u.

nd you can select new sandle nd pay rps for adjusment..

HE SAID i m not responsible for full refund...at time i say its ur problem bcz prob arise in ur sandle ..that u reponsible.. so i say give me new sandle other wise give me full refund.

at that time store manager say new sandle in replacement nd full refund is not possible ..



so plz respected sir plz give me satisfation solution...

and help me for new sandle

    i got a pair of sandals online through yuvastyle shopping site, ordered on 4-9-2013, and received the sandal on 9-9-2013, the sandal got damaged in the left one, it is unusable at the the moment, really frustrated, i lost the bill, but later made a printout of the invoice through yuvastyle website, when i went to a showroom in erode which is in brough road they said the product is not serviceable since purchased online, first of all i want to know whether the product purchased online is serviceable or not, if not then why do they sell the product in the brand name woodland, am really disappointed with the reply i got from the shopkeeper today, so please tell me what to do with the sandals now

      I had purchased a pair of woodland sandals from Woodland outlet, Varthur Main Rd, Marathahalli, Bangalore, KA, India (+[protected] in June 2013. Within 2 months o[censored]sage, soles of both sandals cracked into two from the middle and got ripped from the outer leather body. Outer leather body is totally intact with color, woodland stamp, stitches and logo perfectly intact. However the sole is totally torn apart making the footwear unusable. Sent a mail to [protected]@woodlandworldwide.com but there was no response. Terrible quality and customer experience for the price paid, total waste of money.

        I have purchase woodland shoes from WOODLAND NAGPUR SHOP its tongue leather start shrinking within 10 days. I submitted product twice, shopkeeper accepted that product is defected so he send it to Delhi repair department. Repair depart committed that they are going to change its shoue tongue but they return without replace again i am suffering fro the same problem. Shopkeeer tells to talk with customer care i talk but they are helpless not ready to talk with me. please tell what I can do now ?           Today I went to woodland store on New BEL road, Bangalore around 4.30 pm. I found the behavior of salesman quite inappropriate there. So I was the only customer at that store and I am girl and still sales guy was again and again shouting "Put something romantic on face book man..". I found this behavior to be quite inappropriate and felt uncomfortable at that place. I would like to mention that I did buy whatever I intended to buy but surely I will think twice before going to that store next time.

            This is in reference with Bill Number 2993 dated 19.08.2013 Shoe (Article No G 4092Y13) was purchased from Aero Club, BMG mall, Rewari for Rs 2895.00 At the time of sale ,Shop representative was very much supportive & confirmed this shoe as the best shoe in the show room. After 10 normal days o[censored]sage, the best quality shoe got teared from sides (Photograph attached for your reference) Company asked me to deposit the teared shoe at their showroom for replacement.Same was deposited on 02.09.2013 & returned on 13.09.2013 after pasting the teared part. Todays same shoe again got teared from the other side. As per Woodland they can again paste the shoe but will not give any replacement. You are requested to take this issue on priority & help me with refund money or new pair of shoes.

              Purchased shoe from M/s Aero Club, Lake city Mall, Kapurbawadi Junction, Godhbunder Poad, Thane (W).
              Model R1G 23777A O Footwear Leather costing Rs.2095/- after discount for Rs.1955/- C.Memo No.[protected] dt. 25/8/2013.
              On the very first day the 3 EYELETS binding the lace to the shoe came off. I being a Woodland Shoe user for the last 15 years made enquirres with other Dealers found that this Outlet of yours to be a SECONDS Store. No where in theshop is there any indication regarding the same. Also the price charged by this Dealer is more.                 Good morning woodland, very disappointment with your services. I was Woodland loyal coustomer, But last month your sec 17 store ,S.C.O 30, Chandigarh's Poor service and poor suggestion came across to me. this was the First time in last 5-6 years,that i have came across to this poor services. i had bought one shoe article -GC0701109A, on 17th Feb from Jallandhar MBD Neopoiles ( woodland showroom) Now , as i am resident of Derabassi ( Near Chd), i visited your woodland showrom chd, and shared my issue in relation to shoe. the person sitting in front of PC Suggested me that, this is not big issue, and this correction can be made after one month or 6 month.and will take 15-20 days to rectify the issue. agar aap 15 din ke liye abhi nahi de sakhte ....toh koi baat nahi , aap ise thoda aur chala le ....jitna bhi khul jaega ..we will rectfy the same. Now on 4th August, 2013 , i have visited their store and share my issue, they accepted and assures the same will be taken care. Now , on 10th August, i have called them from derabassi ( 35 km far from chd). they told your shoes issues ahs been rectified.Pls come . and what i have seen, Nothing has been done, and telling me that as you havent use our woodland brush , polish...that's why the same has been deteriorates. But i assure your ...Sir, since the shoes has bought from your shop , i have never ever use any other brush to clean the shoes except your stores recomenedd brush and spray polish. i have called several time on your coustomer care from last one week. Now take this mail as utmost important. My hard earned money is into it. and trust me , i am not want to take legal action, but pls assure to rectify the same.

                  I shopped for for Rs. 1115 at woodland store SHIPRA MALL, Ghaziabad. The store manager debited Rs.11153+1115 instead of 1115 rs and from my IDBI Debit card. I am in loss of Rs. 11153 and he denies to refund my money back.He is misbehaving with me when i am asking for my refund. I suffered the loss on 15th August 2013and its been more then 1 week i have not recieved the money back and when im pleading him for my money and he is saying its a human error and he can not do anything about it. Whenever i call him or visit him for my refund he simply denies to give the money back and says do whatever you want to. I have filed a police complaint also but they are also not helping me in any way.

                    I am Anu p Sam from Eranakulam I am unsatisfied with quality of footwear and ur showroom services provided by you I have bought a foodwear model GC 0946110on 8/8/13 from M/s Aero club, woodland stores, door no. X1/8904 &X1/8905 , opp. hotel abad plaza, ernakulam, Tel[protected]

                    After wearing the footwear their is some crack from the shoe and I change the shoe and they give other colour to me, and I bought dark brown and they give light brown to me, and next day I go showroom for parachacing other footwear on that time I identify the problem they cheat me, now they r not doing anything for me, past 4,5 years I'm using woodland footwear only but from ur side I not getting any help I'm ur regular customer.
                    I am unsatified from ur showroom &ur service

                      I, the undersigned address you as under.

                      1. That I have purchased woodland shoe pair on 1st January, 2010 from your above said store and paid Rs.1745/- (One Thousand Seven Hundred Forty Five only) through my Axis Bank Debit Card. That your store issued me the bill bearing No.5253 dated 1/01/2010.

                      2. That I noticed defect in the shoes on 5th January, 2010 and visited your above store to replace the defective shoe pair but your store officials informed that Woodland have no such policy and requested me to visit after a week so that they can inquiry with their senior officials of the Company. I again visited your above store on 15/01/2010 but your staff refused to replace the defective shoe pair. I state that initially you entices the consumers/ innocent public to purchase the woodland shoes under the guise of ‘discounts’ and ‘best quality’ and thereby commit offences of cheating and breach of trust and violates various laws of the land only with the malafide intentions to knockout huge amounts from them under the false guise of ‘Best quality’ and ‘durability’, which is absolutely false.

                      In the above facts and circumstances I call upon you to return Rs.1745/- (One Thousand Seven Hundred Forty Five only) the price of the defective shoe pair and Rs.25, 000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) towards the damages for the mental agony and hardship suffered by me due to your selling defective goods, illegal acts, negligence, harassment, failing which I shall be constrained to initiate appropriate Civil and Criminal proceedings against you and other concerned staff, which please note.

                        I have purchased one product named LD1155112 from woodland showroom in Moga. The body language of all the store operator were rude. They are not ready to attend us. It looks that the behaviour of the staff was same with everyone they are not ready to do their job. So i urge you to bring quality changes in your staff otherwise no one will be ready to purchase an item in your store.

                          I had purchased ITEM CODE - GC 0160106Y12 from South Extension store in New Delhi 8 months back. After using 3 months the left foot has started making sqealing noise which is very embarrassing. Have not been able to use the shoe since. after so many months o[censored]se i have not kept the receipt and moreover I am Bangalore so cant go back to the store where I purchased the shoe from. Please assist as the shoe was expensive and is in good condition since its hardly used.

                              We bought a new pair of Woodland Shoes from Woodland Showroom in Crossriver Mall Near Shahdara- East Delhi. But before one year only my shoes pasting removed from the top and left right side. For the same when i went to the showroom. They directly denied to accept the shoe pair. Before i purchase the same shoes Showroom guys told us that we are the only company who provides life long guarantee on our products. But after this incident i felt Woodland is the worst shoe company in India they are making fool to customers. and when i went to other Woodland Showroom in Durgapuri with the same problem they also denied and said sorry sir we recently open our showroom and we don't have this article so we cant accept this pair so you have to visit at the same showroom where you bought this shoes. Before we bought this shoes everyone said in the showroom sir you can visit in our any showroom entire the world if feel any problem with our articles. But after these problems i am very much frosted with Woodland Shoes. I want my shows perfect anyhow. Woodland cheating with customers and now i'll never buy any product of woodland.

                              WOODLAND — damaged product

                              dear sir/madam
                              i haved purchased a woodland footwear model noGD 0048105 CAMEL 43 FOOTWEAR invoice no 1134 from AERO CLUB, shop no GF-05,ground floor,city mall 36,raipur(c.g) showroom on 21/06/09
                              this shoes got manufacture fault and both piece teared and cut off from back
                              i haved complaint for same in showroom they repair it on july 24 2009 and promise me that you will not get this complain again and if you get this complain we change your piece and if you need we also change your model but after 25 days on 18th augest i again got same problem so i reach to showroom again but they refuse to exchange and repair again and return it to me after 30 days now this footwear stiching again come out and when i reach to their showroom on 01/12/09 they refuse and told me that now this piece is out of warrenty and we cant help you out .
                              please tell us about quality gurantee about woodland.also my first complain is within 1 month and second complain is within 3 month they are just passing time and now deny to give service.
                              kindly help for same .

                              WOODLAND — Damaged piece given by showroom

                              I bought Woodland chappals from wood land show Marthalli ,Bangalore .
                              Soon after 5 days it got teared on top .I went to show room and asked the staff they did not give proper answer and rejected to do any service .
                              I asked them to give their manager's phone number they rejected to give phone number of the manager.Please advise me what should I do in this regard

                              bhai sahab!! ek saal shoe chala liya abh aur kya chahte hai aap? o.O come on buddy! The Indian terrain conditions don't really work out that well. Cement k dabbe meh pair de kr jama lo. kahi nhi jayega :D

                                I RAJINDER PARSHAD I HAVE BOOK AN ORDER ONLINE INTO THE WOODLAND WEBSITE (AERO CLUB DELHI) FOR THE SANDAL OF WOODLAND HAVING MODEL NO. Mens (GD 1043111) VIDE order ID NO.26138 DATED 07.03.2013 AT 4.24 PM I HAVE MADE THE THROUGH ICICI BANK DEBIT CARD THE PRODUCT IS REACHED AT ME ON 15.03.2013.

                                ON 2ND OF APRIL I SAW THE SOLE OF MY SANDAL HAS BEEN DAMAGE TILL 2ND APRIL I WEAR THIS ONLY 4-5 TIMES IN FIFTEEN DAYS THE SOLE IS DAMAGE DURING THE SANDAL IS IN THE ALMIRHA. I SURE THAT THERE IS MANUFACTURING PROBLEM FOR THIS I CALL TO THE WOODLAND CUSTOMER CARE THE EXECUTIVE TOLD TO ME THAT WOODLAND GAVE THREE MONTH GUARANTEE I ASKED THEM FOR THE REPLACEMENT OF THE SAME AND ALSO TOLD TO THEM FOR THE COURIER CHARGES WHICH I HAVE PAID TO THE COURIER COMPANY I HAVE PAID INR 380.00 TO THE COURIER COMPANY AS COURIER CHARGES VIDE DOCKET NO.MI0218526 AFTER DELIVERY AT THEIR OFFICE I CALL TO THE CUSTOMER CARE ON 19.04.2013 EVENING AT THAT TIME THE EXECUTIVE TOLD TO ME THAT THERE IS WEAR & TEAR PROBLEM IN THE PRODUCT AND WE CAN NOT REPLACE IT THEN I TOLD TO HER GIVE THE TECHNICIAN REPORT IF THERE IS WEAR & TEAR PROBLEM BUT SHE REFUSE TO GIVE ME ANY REPORT AND ALSO REFUSE TO REPLACE MY PRODUCT SHE ALSO REFUSE TO GIVE ME THE COURIER CHARGES.

                                ON 2ND OF APRIL I SAW THE SOLE OF MY SANDAL HAS BEEN DAMAGE TILL 2ND APRIL I WEAR THIS ONLY 4-5 TIMES IN FIFTEEN DAYS THE SOLE IS DAMAGE DURING THE SANDAL IS IN THE ALMIRHA.                                   I bought this Woodland shoe 2 yrs back in bangalore Marathahalli showroom. The sole cracked and became unusable. I took it to the shop and offered to pay the repairing charges but they refused. The reason they gave, i tried to fix the shoe with the feviquick. It was frustrating to see their dont care attitude....

                                    WOODLAND — crack soul

                                    i had bought a pair of woodland shoes almost three months ago on date 02/11/09 The soul of the shoe has broken and the lace also has been bad.we had purchased it from aero club woodland store shop no E -5 /11 habibganj police station bittan market bhopal .the bill which we has paid has lost.so what can we do for it.we have paid 2535 for the shoes.any chance of repiar.any shoe repairing centre of woodlands in bhopal where we will get the shoes repaired.please forward it as soon as possible.

                                    I purchased this pair of shoes from Sahara mall Gurgaon.. Within Few days, some crack appear on front og shoes. When i went to them, they told me company will repair. after repairing my shoes i went home. After some days problem occured again and again.........

                                    Very wrong feedback by company and brand name......i am suggesting to customer don't purchased woodland shoes in future......I am sure that this type of problem happened day by day. company will lose customer day by day.............

                                      On 10th of March 2013 I bought one shoes from Belapur(CBD) showroom & after one day I found it has size problem for one leg so I visited showroom & they suggested me with EXTREMELY RUDE manner that this shoes can ONLY BE repaired & also committed that at least for one year you will not face any issue with this shoe,Because of faith in brand as I am using this brand by last 8 years, I had given them one chance,after six days they returned it in such PATHETIC condition that its hard to even recognize that its new shoe, when again I complained they made it clean, again after 6 days I found its stitches been completely broken up near less hook & now they are not even listening.
