i bought a woodland leather sandal from flip kart.Order id OD[protected] dated 14 July 2013. But after 10 months I found right leg's clip was broken. i have been contact woodland showroom but they denied because it purchased from online. still i am unable to use it.     I had purchased a pair of shoe from Woodland Showroom, Eastfort dated on 21-Apr-2014 having bill no. 2014214 which got damaged within couple of days from the date of purchase. When contacted the showroom they asked to come with the bill and the copy of your reply to the complaint done to woodland. This is not the first case, we had faced the same issue with one of friend. He too has the same issue with this brand. By this incident I have lost faith in the brand.

      Sir This is to bring in your kind notice i am rishabh sharma R/o Ghaziabad Bought shoes from m/s aero club woodland store shop no-iii m/24 nehru nagar main ambedkar road ghaziabad tel[protected] uttar pradesh india on 25 april as it was a clearance sale i chose shoe that was having price tag of 2995 on it and i got 50% discount on it .i got it billed and paid 1500 rs .i came back home later on when i saw the bill i found the price was on bill was 2245 and after discount it was showing 1500 rs .i am considering it as Cheating and planning to do some legal action against the company if matter in not handled properly. attaching you the scanned copy of bill photo graph of shoe and the shop .kindly look after this matter it is a Fraud in Our Country. rishabhsharma [protected]

        I bought a brown belt from mall of Mysore woodland show room on 19th 03-2014 and i used jest ones and i sow its tearing of its layers, becouse i am living in yadavagiri other side of the city and my busy schedule i couldnot go to showroom immidiatly but i went today to show to the shop keeper and to return the item which i paid Rs, 1395 tru my SBI bank card on that day. when i showed to manager he was refused and told me no garrenty and cannot do anything to you and was asking me to do complaint and you may get response.!!! i was deeply pained and shuttered by his word and was thinking this is the way happened to the customer who spent and bought things thinking its usable by paying heavy price and not been used for even a month or few days and had to go and go and argue to the shop keepers and wait for their sympathy to get a good respond or replacement or even to take matter to the wood land customer care.. i would say this is too much to the costumer(me) who spent for the item sold by wood land had no courtesy even to respond well to me.there for i am making a note of it to the concerned person who would solve this matter and return my belt (which i left it with manager after all the argument and refuse he was called me back to complaint costumer care himself and asked me to leave the belt with him ) or cash paid for and kindly do not drag me to the worse!           I am 7 year old customer of woodland.I had bought a woodland footwear Article nose - SM[protected] SIZE) leather, TIN NOSE - [protected] DATED 26 NOVEMBER 2013 from Ms AERO CLUB woodland store 32/33 Prestige mysore bazar commercial street bangalore tel nose[protected] for Rs 5995.Afetr wearing the same shoe for a month both the shoe sole got detached and hence the shoe lost its proper shape as well.I have been trying to contact the shoe store for the same but they are of no help.And on tat particular telephonic conversation the store owner conveyed the message that company will look into your further queries.It is requested to do the need full either by replacing the old shoe or refunding the money that had been paid.             i bought a pair of woodland shoes frm lulu mall, kochin...when i showed my shoes to my frnd, he said that there is no company mark on the shoes. there is only woods written inside the shoes. i was also not given shoes box... this proves the fakeness of the product... i m disheartend that a woodland showroom is selling fake products. i bought it for rs 4200...plz help

              Dear sir/mam I purchased your product no LD1154112 orange coloured sandal for women worth rs.2295 on line. My complain is that fitting of its side flips is always open while wearing and right side leg's fitting is so uncomfortable that it can not be worn. it can very well be seen that it is not stitched properly and one side extra inverted stitch is there .After having such a prestigious brand sandals i am unable to use it. After a few days the sole of the shoe started to crack, where there were designs strips and the front of the shoe rubber came out. I returned the shoes to the outlet where i bought it for repairing. Two times same happen with me and again found the same condition of shows. I was shocked to see that not any kind of modification was done. The shoe was still torn and the front rubber was not fixed. At asking to the person about the matter he replied that Woodland has denied repairing the shoes. Why I should go continually at woodland showroom and repair after every 15 day? I request them to provide new shows instead of these faulty shoes however they not ready to provide the same. With disappointment I am registering my complain, with a hope of good response.                     I bought woodland jacket at 12 jan 2014 eve for my wife and tried it today the found defect in hood. I just went to the woodland store at sec 14 main market Gurgaon, sales man was so rude and not want to solve the issue and denied to replace the same and asked to leave for 15 days to get repair then I talked to Mr. Ramesh Kumar as he told his name to replace the same he was more rude than other salesman.
                    I really feeling sorry to choose woodland as gift at least within a week should be replaced. This so pathetic response I ever got from any branded store.

                    I would like to share my experience with all of my friend at least they shouldn’t go to the woodland store at sec 14 Gurgaon.

                    I am calling at customer care num but no response only long hold.

                      Such a well know brand is providing so poor quality shoes I bought a sandale worth 1535 Rs from WOODS phenix mall kurla, the tip of sole upper cover is tearing like anything on its own, i have worn it for not more then 10 times, the person in the shop was first denying, then after explaing he took the shoe and told to come after a week, but now after 3 days he said nothing can be done, i travelled almost 35 Km that day so that i can get some solution and now being a maniac he said just come and take your shoes we cant do anything as i seniour said, i think this shop is a fraud and keeping fake shuff and spoilling the brand name.

                        Hi Team,

                        We have purchased the shoes from M/s Aero Club, CS 23A, DLF City Centre Mall, Ph II .M.G. Road Gurgaon-122001 store on 18/8/13. After some days stitching started worn out. When we contacted the store they asked to keep the shoes with them and get them repaired.

                        I have given them shoes on 01/12/13 date. and was asked to collect it on 15/12/13 date. After that I had talk with them on dated 10/12/13 that it has been repaired and I can collect my shoes. I went there twice after their call but both time I was told that the call was mistakenly and my shoes are still not repaired. This is causing me inconvenience since travelling to store is a far away from my location.

                        I want to draw your attention towards this that since this is bring a negative image of your company. I am your privileged member since last 7 years and always appreciate your service. I am very much depressed this time WITH SHOES QUALITY & WORST RESPONSE FROM WOODLAND STORE TEAM. Requesting you to take an immediate action in this and get me a new pair of shoes.

                        In addition, Till date no revert response I got from Store side.

                          hi I had purchased woodland's shoe two years ago. After one month of wearing my right leg rear heal got teared. Then I approached one of the outlet in bangalore (BEL ROAD SHOWROOM) explained the problem. Executive at the showroom said that he will get repaired also the repair was done and handed over to me. This took 3 months. Meantime i bought puma shoe and started using it. Now last month i restarted using woodland shoe for early morning walking. for two hours of walk my right leg rear portion tared again as earlier. I think there is problem in material /manufacturing. I request M/s woodlands to take back the shoe and identify the problem professionally. My intention is company should not produce such shoes in future. Help retaining your brand.                             I bought a Black woodland jacket from the below mentioned store

                            dated 22/11/2013, price 4495.00
                            It has an disputed inner pocket. My fault, i wear it for a day, and noticed about that, so i return the jacket dated 02.12.2013. Now till today I didnot get my jacket back. However the maximun 25 days timeline of yours got over now.

                            My question is am I going to wear the jacket after winter? The store never called me till date and inform anything regarding the jacket, about the status. Its me everytime called and ask for. There is no responsiblity of the store right? Now I just need the money back. Coz all my love about this brand is just gone now. I seriously dont wanna wear woodland anymore.

                            Kindly let me know what can you do for me now. Or I need to think some other way out.

                            They wont give me any proof, just a complain coupon, which I attached with this mail.

                              1 of all i purchase my sandle from woodland store iscon mall at surat, gujarat.
                              after 2 nd half month problem arise in sandle leather..problem is-- leather remove it self from the sandle ..
                              after that i m going to store for complain the store manager check my sandle and send it to company for service..
                              nd i ask to store manager ..how many time require for service ..at that time he said 20 days..after 25 day i m going to store .. nd ask for my sandle.. at that time sandle not come from company ...again nd again i m going to store in 1 by 1 days

                              after completion of 1 nd half month then sandle come at store...
                              nd i see my sandle then not fully resolve my problem...after one after again i m going to store ask to manager nd manager again send my sandle to company.
                              that after manager send my sandle to company..

                              after the 2 time sandle .total near 3 month competing then i call to store manager ask for sandle ..at that time sandle not available that after i m going to store ..

                              nd ask detail inn depply..

                              after few day..store manager said you can choose new sandle from our store..but he said one condition...
                              your 25% money cut from your last bill..

                              at that time i asking to old sandle ..that he said company take new desicion for u.

                              nd you can select new sandle nd pay rps for adjusment..

                              HE SAID i m not responsible for full refund...at time i say its ur problem bcz prob arise in ur sandle ..that u reponsible.. so i say give me new sandle other wise give me full refund.

                              at that time store manager say new sandle in replacement nd full refund is not possible ..



                              so plz respected sir plz give me satisfation solution...

                              and help me for new sandle

                                i got a pair of sandals online through yuvastyle shopping site, ordered on 4-9-2013, and received the sandal on 9-9-2013, the sandal got damaged in the left one, it is unusable at the the moment, really frustrated, i lost the bill, but later made a printout of the invoice through yuvastyle website, when i went to a showroom in erode which is in brough road they said the product is not serviceable since purchased online, first of all i want to know whether the product purchased online is serviceable or not, if not then why do they sell the product in the brand name woodland, am really disappointed with the reply i got from the shopkeeper today, so please tell me what to do with the sandals now

Within 2 months o[censored]sage, soles of both sandals cracked into two from the middle and got ripped from the outer leather body. Outer leather body is totally intact with color, woodland stamp, stitches and logo perfectly intact. However the sole is totally torn apart making the footwear unusable. Sent a mail to [protected]@woodlandworldwide.com but there was no response. Terrible quality and customer experience for the price paid, total waste of money.

                                    I have purchase woodland shoes from WOODLAND NAGPUR SHOP its tongue leather start shrinking within 10 days. I submitted product twice, shopkeeper accepted that product is defected so he send it to Delhi repair department. Repair depart committed that they are going to change its shoue tongue but they return without replace again i am suffering fro the same problem. Shopkeeer tells to talk with customer care i talk but they are helpless not ready to talk with me. please tell what I can do now ?                                       Today I went to woodland store on New BEL road, Bangalore around 4.30 pm. I found the behavior of salesman quite inappropriate there. So I was the only customer at that store and I am girl and still sales guy was again and again shouting "Put something romantic on face book man..". I found this behavior to be quite inappropriate and felt uncomfortable at that place. I would like to mention that I did buy whatever I intended to buy but surely I will think twice before going to that store next time.

                                        This is in reference with Bill Number 2993 dated 19.08.2013 Shoe (Article No G 4092Y13) was purchased from Aero Club, BMG mall, Rewari for Rs 2895.00 At the time of sale ,Shop representative was very much supportive & confirmed this shoe as the best shoe in the show room. After 10 normal days o[censored]sage, the best quality shoe got teared from sides (Photograph attached for your reference) Company asked me to deposit the teared shoe at their showroom for replacement.Same was deposited on 02.09.2013 & returned on 13.09.2013 after pasting the teared part. Todays same shoe again got teared from the other side. As per Woodland they can again paste the shoe but will not give any replacement.
