SIR / MADAM, I AM OLD CUSTOMAER OF WOODLAND.I HAD PURCHASE WOODLAND JACKET (MODAL NO- JC197 BLUE S JACKETS (RDYMDE GMTS)), ON ITS FIRST WASH ITS LEAVING A HUGE AMOUNT OF COLOUR, THEN I VISITED TO THE SHOWROOM (At M/S, AERO CLUB WOODLAND STORE YES PLAZA TIKA RAM MANDIR MARG NEAR CENTER POINT ALIGARH) ALONG WITH THE JACKET AND SHOWED THEM THE JACKET CONDITION BUT THEY DIDN'T GAVE ME ANY SATISFACTORY ANSWER. IF AFTER INVESTING A BIG AMOUNT IN BRANDED COMPANY ITEM A CUSTOMER WILL GET THIS QUALITY THEN WE SHOULD RATHER GO FOR LOCAL ONE. PLEASE HELP ME OUT SOON. I was aspiring to purchase a jacket from woodland, I tried a size and found it somewhat loose, than I purchased a smaller size. I purchased three products and checked off the showroom. At home I noticed a pen mark on the product and its tag missing. I went to return the product and the showroom rejected to change it saying its tag is missing. This is quite horrifying since the tag was missing beforehand.Please respond accordingly.

Dear Sir/Madam I have bought a pair of shoes Model no-GC1221112W13 OGREEN 40 footwear(Leather) from the Woodland store in Vasai on 22/10/2014.After using the shoes for one week the eyelids and the buckles of the shoes came off, So I visited the woodland store in Vasai and gave it for repaired and got the shoes repaired after 2 days. Then after somedays same issue the eyelids and the buckles came out and this time I was in Madgaon Goa, So I submitted the shoe in the Woodland store at Madgaon Goa and got it repaired after 3 Days. Now again 3rd time the eyelids and the buckles came off and again I visited the store at Madgaon and this time I gave it for replacement and they took my complaint and the CF NO given by them is C.F=45 and they told me it will go to the Delhi factory and we will get and approval for the replacement and we will inform you about the same. Its almost 15 days now I got a call from the store that the shoe is getting repaired and will call you for the pickup of the shoes. I have already given the shoes for repaired 3 times at the Woodland store in a period of 1 month and its and harassment that the 4th time also I have got the shoes repaired and ever since I got the shoes I have not used it properly and I have to keep on going visiting the store to repair my shoes and wait for 3 to 4 days to get it repaired, this is not acceptable. I already own a pair of Woodland shoes which was bought before 5 years and still its in a good condition. This is like a harassment to me by keep on visiting the store for shoe repair and when finally the shoe is being given to the store with the C.F no for the replacement and even the store manager knows it I have visited the store 3 times in a month why am I getting a repaired one even after it was raised for a replacement I am not asking Woodland for a refund instead I am asking for a replacement of the shoes but this is not acceptable giving me a repaired shoe after 3 times getting it repaired. I have attached the bill of the shoes and the Copy of the receipt given by the Woodland store with the C.F no Waiting for a positive response from Woodland customer care as soon as possible

dear sir, i had bought an woodland shoe from your store last year.the shoes were promised to serve their purpose for atleast 3 years.But unfortunately i found them of very bad quality, the leather which you said on the boot are tearing off like a paper.I attach here few images of its present condition and an invoice of my purchase.Being a brand well known in maintaining quality, i hope you can provide me a solution to this problem ... Sir/Madam I bought Woodland shoes Size 6, khaki, around Rs.2000 from a woodland show room, Bankmore, Dhanbad, Jharkhand.. i have used that shoe hardly 5, 6 times only. Now the sole of both left and right were damaged, and detached from the shoe. The leather and sole is getting detached. I dont know what to do? kindly help. Woodland shoes was purchased on 28/12/2014 and it wore out within 2 days. I heard about the quality of woodland and what I get is this??? I need a replacement of my shoe as soon as possible. Hello Sir, I purchased new sandal from Woodland showroom, gurgaon in 2895 rs and after using 3 times ( total 3 days in 10 days), the joint below left leg finger is cracked and I was able to see foam used below the leather. I want to notify that, i have purchased the formal shoe on 20 July 2014 at 1720 INR.I enter into the woodland showroom( Pheonix mall, velachery) @ 9:30PM. I selected 2 pairs in which I select one and i didn't took the complete trail also, coz the shop is about to close, but the attendant said sir you purchase it, we can replace it afterward.With this surety i purchased my pair. Next day while going somewhere i wear the shoe with shocks, i realize that i cant even walk a single step, the shoe was biting me from all around and with just few steps of trail i got my skin red.With this damn issue i got irritated and my day starts with a upset mood. I reported this issue on next week i.e[protected] to the person who did the billing, i requested him to give me the replacement but without listening he said no to me, he said i cant.After some time he said we can repair it as per your foots and assured for comfort and delivery(within a week) as well. i took his commitment and left the place. Few weeks gone(around 2 weeks), one day i saw the piece of paper lying on the floor, i took the paper and got reminded that i have purchased this shoe and the woodland person committed to deliver this within a week, and i have not received till date. Soon i dial the no and enquired the status on 8 august somewhere, he said sir soon it will get ready in a week. Than again i call on 18 august, he repeated the almost same thing and one day i was fully prepared and furious and made a 3rd call, i asked you have to deliver the shoes within one week but almost a month is over, he replied that i have not said that i will deliver, with this comment i got irritated and shouted on him and we had few conversation in which he was rudely talking to me and without any conclusion he cut the phone. Today is 18 sep 2014 i am writing this mail, till now also i have not received my shoes. I decided on that day i dont need the shoe and i dont want any further association with WOODLAND. I hope you will listen and resolve this very old issue and refund my money back . i am sorry i cant handle this any more .please refund my money 1720INR. This is to bring into your kind notice that i am a big fan of your products, but since i have faced big problem in my sandals, i have doubt about your quality and product. I have paid 2800rs for the sandals and your product results into cracking of sole for the pairs. I have purchased this 1 year back from Baroda. Now my location is Chennai. I purchased a pair of Sandal with Product No. H[protected]. 7 at Rs. 2595/- on 20th October-2014 from at Retail Shop M/S. FOOTHOLD, SHOP NO.7/8 ARIHANT CENTRE, PUNE-SOLAPUR ROAD, HADAPSAR PUNE-411028. On the second day o[censored]sing itself I found the stitches and gum of the strip is coming out. Found poor quality of workmanship. Yesterday I handedover the product to the Shop and asked him for replacement.

The sole of pair of woodland shoes purchase before a couple of month has cracked and broken in pieces before the expected life completion. The product seems simply cheating. It not at all proved worth the cost paid for it. I want some justifiable solution otherwise will be considered as forcing me to take legal action against the retailer as well as the product brand.

I purchased a leather Khaki Footwear from an Woodlands Showroom in Trivandrum, Kerala, but the shoe lace buckles were coming out after 1 week's use.The repair work was not done properly. SIR, I HAVE PURCHASED A LEATHER SHOE ARTICLE NO-L10407A. I HAVE PAID ABOUT Rs. 4200/-. I used that shoe only for 1 month.But after that i found its heel paste was removed.Another thing was that inside the shoe i had found that stuff is getting rough and about to be damaged.So I RETURNED IT BACK TO YOUR RETAIL SOTORE SITUATED AT LUDHIANA (PUNJAB). I requested them to provide me the another new shoe because i have not purchased the shoe of rs.4200/- to be use after repair. They said that they will send my request to you and within 15 days you will be update. but now its 40 days over. i am still waiting for their reply. I even called immediately after 15 days but they said it will take 2 more days. But now its been 40 days . I have already purchased another shoe because its not possible for me to survive without my shoe.So now their is no use of that shoe. So i am requesting you to refund my money . One more important thing is that i lived in FEROZEPUR which is about 120 KM far away from LUDHIANA, from where i have purchased my shoe. I visited twice for my shoe. So i will be really thank full. I had placed one one order on 25th September 2014 with order number 75904.Two days later I got a mail that my item is shipped with delhivery courier with a tracking number. I waited for the delivery for 4-5 days but i wont get any updates.So I called the customer care of delhivery and they told me that the tracking number is Invalid. So i sent mail and call to woodland estore department and they informed me that it was due to some mistake and they will ship the item within 24 hours.And I heard the same thing for the last 4-5 days. On October 7th morning also the CC executive of woodland gave a promise that they will resolve the issue by the same day itself.But its not yet resolved till now. I want to know Why you cheat the customers with these kind of false information, If you are unable to ship the product please cancel my order and refund the money. Its almost 22 days after I placed the order and made so many calls and mails to the woodland customer care and Delhivery CC.. I will go through some other shopping sites and proceed the purchases from there.This is the first ever bad experience from such a branded site...

I purchased a T Shirt from Woodland, Phoenix mall, Chennai and as i trusted this brand din't keep the bill properly.But It was shocking to see the condition of the T Shirt just after single wash.Color has faded and it looks so bad..I can't wear it in any case.What i want is that my name will be in company database .If possible, please replace this T Shirt with another one. I purchased woods shoes from woodland showroom linking road Mumbai before 03 months i noticed there are cracks occurring in sole of shoes i submitted the shoes return to store as it was within warranty period and showroom people was kind enough to accept my claim.I got an sms within 15 days that my shoes is repaired and can collect it from woodland showroom. Poor me was not knowing how I am gonna get fooled by them I reached show room to collect my shoes they said that they can repair it and head office has accept the defect and they are offering me claim of my full amount ie INR 3895 which for which I purchased the shoes now when I checked the available stock the same shoes now they are selling INR 5895 on asking why is this price difference they informed that now there is no discount on shoes. MY question are- Why was i handed over the defected piece? Why my shoes was not replaced? Why i am not getting same percentage of discount again when i am suffering due to damage in your product? If above cannot be honoured why are you not refunding my money back? -Deeksith Shetty
