Hi Micromax,
My name is Dibakar saha, 25/11/2015 I got my new mobile from Flipkart.com .
After a Month o[censored]se ... 5th Jan 2016 Touch Problems came horribly. The phone is under warranty period and never fall down or never handled without care. Even though this problem occurred severel times. I dont know why Micromax team do not taking a action against those faulty products. submitted my mobile to the below service centre and they assured me they will return it after 10 days of repairing. today after 10 days they speaking the same word . I spoke to one of their technical person, who told me billing not done yet, so they unable to repair it within their assured period.
So, I request to the higher authority to call them directly or contact me as soon as possible. Please resolve all issue which are required to repair my phone in 1 or 2 week time.. A quick action required to handle this problem. I have complaint to MiCare too... but no responses came till today. 2 times your customer care executive called me but no result is showing till today. one of them assured me your repair will be done in 24 hrs. but after a long time I am frustrated about the customer care quality .

One of the main problem against Micromax is they are not loyal with customer. more than a Lakh of people have been cheated so far. but no change in quality control since the time they try to resolving it.
It is my humble request to the CEO of MICROMAX Mr. Vineet Taneja, sir please find out the causes why the company running slow or each and every people in this company just taking monthly salary and doing nothing at all.
If they are use to doing like this for upcoming time, believe me ... they are going to suffer and your company will be dump under water soon.
I can not wait more time for my mobile repaire... I request, please contact me a higher authority person or servicing manager who is responsible for all repairing under the company guidlines.
I WANT MY PHONE BACK IN 2 WEEK. REMEMBER MY REQUEST. ALL DETAILS ARE GIVEN ABOVE.
