Sir/madam. i purchased micromax mobile canvas spark Q380, after 6 months it stop working . then i given my mobile to micromax service centre chandigarh on 26 oct 2015. despite my many vists and affords i yet not receive my mobile. the company did not give attention to my calls and email. m totally disappoint, now plz do strong action againt them and help me to back my ph. thank you .

      I have submitted my mobile on 14th nov with job sheet no:N[protected]. Again new job sheet created on 2nd dec N[protected]. Almost 2 month over but i m not getting my mobile, whenever i m calling getting same revert wait for 15 days its in process. micromax is not returning my mobile and they are not repairing

        I have purchased Micromax Knight A350 on October 2014, then after I got Touch problem in the month of June 2015 which I submitted my mobile in Service Center took 1 and half months to get resolved, they promised me that they will extend Warranty Period to 3 months. Then on August I resubmitted my mobile for Button Issue which took 3 weeks to get it repaired. Now currently I have resubmitted on Dec 2nd and still now waiting to recieve my mobile phone. Again this time all the two problem + 1 new charging problem came. I have asked to replace with a new handset which they are not doing but saying Network Error or Website error. If Micromax is not eligible to resolve their customer complaint why they are selling their product in market? Shame on Micromax products. Whenever I visit Service Center there will be minimum 10+ customers sitting to get their issue resolved. Micromax being a big company is not making up with promises then they should be plucked out in the market... Very worst Customer Care, Service Center & Products.

          Sir I had submited my handset micromax canvas unit A092 in micromax service centre on 20 october 2015.they had told me that you have to wait 30 days but after 30 days whenever i call to them.they always say to me that you have to wait 10 to 15 days.now 2 month 30 days had passed but they did not give me my handset. then one day i send a mail to you.same day i receive a call from micromax service center. they said to me that they will solve my problem and said to me that you send me your jobsheet and original bill picture in this email id (support. [protected]@india. com)so i sent it.next day they called me and said your handset can not be repair so i will replace your handset in 3 days .you only send me a mail in same email id that i want to replacement my handset so i sent it .nextday they called to me and said that your handset is not in my stock so i will return your 95%(4800) money of your total amount of handset(5100) .you have to only do that you sen me your account no. In same email id then i will return you money. after 2 days they called me and said you go to bank atm and called me because this return process only possible on Atm.first they transfer my all amount ₹6515 to his account and told me that they will return me all amount ₹6515+₹4800 after 1 hour .but they will not return and now they are not receiving my call they had done fraud with me so please help...

            Hi Micromax, My name is Dibakar saha, 25/11/2015 I got my new mobile from Flipkart.com . After a Month o[censored]se ... 5th Jan 2016 Touch Problems came horribly. The phone is under warranty period and never fall down or never handled without care. Even though this problem occurred severel times. I dont know why Micromax team do not taking a action against those faulty products. submitted my mobile to the below service centre and they assured me they will return it after 10 days of repairing. today after 10 days they speaking the same word . I spoke to one of their technical person, who told me billing not done yet, so they unable to repair it within their assured period. So, I request to the higher authority to call them directly or contact me as soon as possible. Please resolve all issue which are required to repair my phone in 1 or 2 week time.. A quick action required to handle this problem.                 I have sent my Mob model E455 black through your local service centre M/s Unique Services Margao Goa vide Job sheet no W[protected]. The set was purchased on 18th Nov 2015 and after few months it developed problem. The problem was the set was not getting ON. The battery was perfectly OK. I was promised the set back with due repairs at service centre in Delhi where it is lying now.with in ten days by your service centre. More than 12 days have passed no sign of any communication from any one from Micromax. I want my set with few days latest by coming thursday. ELSE YOU REPLACE MY SET, RETURN THE SET WITH DUE REPAIRS, IF NOT RETURN MY MONEY Rs 10800. Your service is worst among all the mobile companies. you have no regards for the customers. Do you expect me to buy another set till such time you repair my set. After tracking the status of the repair job I get standard reply that you need another 21 days for fixing the problem. I cannot afford to wait for that long.
                I think you are fond of being dragged in Consumer Courts by customers. In recent case reported in Goa Micromax has to pay compensation Rs 15000/. and cost Rs 10000/. and cost of set A177 (black) Rs 5795/ to complainant one Mr. Kashinath Bandekar Sanquelim Goa
                your device E455 has many falts
                E451 model, rear camera is not working I complaint on Micromax care on 22 nd July 2016 till now there is no response they telling parts is unavailable, Pl do the needful to send the parts as soon as possible
                given my phone on 16/9/2016 at sri sai phone care center, yelehanka new town, Bangalore. date of delivery was one week later.But yet to receive my phone.visited your service centre 5;6 times, fed up of listening to all your stories.Irresponsible people giving all kind of excuses every time. Just return my handset in whatever condition it is. Everytime I go there I see irritated customers shouting helplessly.Very poor response. I will never buy a micromax phone again.
                I have many sets of micro Mx. I have purchase last fue months it was effective from starting. It is in repair in Micro Mx care center from Last nr by 2 month continuicely I m very pusseled my complant ticket ID is 457861 it is no up date in yr site I want my phone repair as early as possible.

                        The mobile phone which was purchased on 10.10.2015 found shut down after writing "Android is checking file system Forced shut down ..." on your advice the same was given for repair to Apex Enterprise at Dr, Rajendra Road, Kolkata, But twice the handed over the same without any improvement/result that also afrter 3-4 days.Please suggest the solution so that the smart phone can be used.                           I bought the handset on 01/11/2015 from novelty telecom dunlop within the warrenty of 1 year.on 14/1/2016 the mobile has stopped working and hangs out.On the very next day I went to Madhyamgram Micromax service centre for the resolution, they told me me that they will format the handset and charged Rs 250/-from me.Its not the liquid Damage.so why charging?

I submitted my mobile Doodle 3 (A 102) on South Patel Nagar Micromax Service Centre on 3rd December, 2015 with Job-sheet No N[protected].                                   I am using a Handset Micromax Nitro 2 (E311). There is an inbuild APP in this handset which is "APP CENTER" We cannot uninstall this app, on the other side it gives push notification of installing an App without users permission. Everytime it gives new application to to install. This is how Micromax is earning by installing new applications everytime without user permission. I need solution of it. Who all are facing this problem. Comment

                                        Hi, Myself Atal Chaubey I purchased Micromax Canvas Knight A350 in last year Dec 2014.But due to the problem in Charging jack I submitted the phone on 18th Nov 2015 at Shop No. 1, First Floor, Veervati Palace, Bhoja Market, Sector 27, Near Vinayak Hospital, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201301, They have taken 57 days to repair only this small issue and still they are saying, "wait for 7 days" and I m hearing this from the day of submitting it.
