I have complain with Xolo mobile. I have mobile Xolo Q1011. The incident was happened on 17th March 2017. I had keep phone in my pocket and suddenly, It was get heat. It take out from my pocket and throw out side. It started to burn. I got burn in leg. I want to claim on Xolo company for it. I want to news mobile handset and also compensation for physically damage. How it can be happen without any issue??. My mobile number is [protected].

    I am Ajay Aggarwal, I have recently purchased "xolo ex1" two months ago from online e commerce website 'flipkart' . Its touch is not functioning properly and problem in incoming calls which is issue of great concern . I had heard great reviews about it and even in my budget for a businessman . But after using it realised it for two months it is really disappointing. Hope to hear from you soon regarding the solutions to my problem with the phone.

      Hi,
      I bought a Xolo black 1 x phone 7 months ago. Now suddenly, few weeks ago the battery went dead. It was not charging up at all. And the phone is not switched on at all.
      I went to the servicing center. According to them, I need to replace the battery.But they told that the battery is not available in the market.
      Now Its been 3 weeks and I still don't get the battery and the phone is still dead.

      So I request to the company to take a strict action about that and replace my battery at the earliest.

        Dear sir,

        myself jayanta bose, i handover my mobile vasi at JP telecom service center, the proper services was not given, previously 1year,

        due to some problem, i repair my handset, and i pay 4000,

        that time also same problem, he damaged my mobile body, \

        but i didnt got proper service, they took out my vibration chip of mobile.

        previous month, again i visited to Jp telecom, proper service was not given

        and i paid money for that, , cause my mobile was automatically was switch off, she told me software issue, so i, download the software,

        and that too after, i didt got IME number [protected], but not sold the problem, still i am facing the problem

        return time also,

        please help me out, , and i want to raise complaint already bout their service center,

        I I form to you is crowd service centre because u check local market and change to my mobile batter and mobile good condition but service centre inform mother board problems and demand 4000 rupees

          I brought the phone xolo era 4k 2 days before from homeshop 18 .. now i found out its dialler not working not able to call, i cant return the product to homeshop 18 back because they dont accept return after 48hrs of purchase, hmm so should i give to customer service near my place??
          in rourkela called (smile services).. here they dont even listen whats the problem is. what should i do now ? someone respond soon and can this be sort it out?

So this proves that the job of missing component is done in service center only...

              I returned above item to the service centre in noida in feb 2016. The company has ignored communications and failed to return or repair the item.

              I submitted a complaint through this site three months ago. I received two emails telling me to submit an imei number (That a tablet does not have) and to call a local service centre. I have explained that, as it is now twelve months past, i now live in new zealand.

              I would like my unit returned or replaced.

              Xolo is such a bad example for indian technology companies. Shameful.

              I submitted my device for in warranty repair twelve months ago. I received no response, then no response from the service centre email.

              One month ago I submitted a complaint on this website, to which I received a reply to call a local service centre.

              I explained that I had moved to New Zealand and could not call, that what I wanted was my device back, preferably working.

              No response. I even prayed for them. Xolo is a shameful brand for India and should learn to respect and look after its customers.

              I do not have the details of the item because I sent the original box and details to the service centre, trusting them to repair and return the tablet. It was submitted in February 2016 to the Noida service address from the website, as at the time I was living in Gurgaon. I have never had such a problem submitting an item for in warranty repair. I have contacted the original seller, just in case they still have the device details on file.

              I appreciate your help in this matter.

                I had bought xolo era 4g on 17th april 2016 and it is under 1 year warranty dispatched by snapdeal .I suffer from its charging problem i had visited to many times at my nearest Lava service centre at Sri Ram plaza, Bank More, Dhanbad, Jharkhand .
                But they can't able to detect its problem and they also can't able to sortout that problem and they gave me so many excuses that your battery is weak, your charging jac have problem etc.. but they can't able to give me a final solution about that.
                If this is the kind of service you are providing to your consumers then how anyone can recommend your brand.

                So I request to the company to take a strict action about that or give me a permanent solution of that charging problem.

                I have era x after updating to marshmallow 6.0 the apps are auto installed in my smartphone . I made to many factory reset even i also change Google account but problem should not resolve .so plz help to fix this bug or error .

                Meine xolo model-black X1 ka battery replace krwaya Tha Jo ki mujhe lagta h ki service center ne battery replace nhi Kiya h. Mobile net on Karne keep baad 20 minute chalta h or fir off ho jata h. Iske liye meine 1 baar or complain Kiya Tha or wo log sahi se bnaye nhi h.

                  I have brought xolo era 1 x in nov it was working great but suddenly one day it get so hot like anything, i removed battery its cooled down, but from then i am not getting networks specially jio volte, the mark v doesn't comes up, then i contact custmor care, they refer me service center, but service center in ghatkopar mumbai is like fish market, they dont understand prob, i gave them twice, but my problem is still there, no network

                  Its having hardware issues, but idots keep update software

                  I really feel i got cheated by this company, even i change my sim but still no network plz help mee

                  The above complaint, of era 1x, this model has inbuilt issues with jio network, cant retain volte signals. V sign of volte goes off and you still have full network, only volte will stop working. This is an issue with all era 2x as i have 2 phones behaving same way.

                  @Singharmeet : I too have the same comolain for Era 1x . every time the V goes off, i have restart the enhanced voice LTE settings to revive it back .
                  I have the same problem for Era 1x . The volte symbol V turn off automatically after that you can't make incoming and outgoing calls but have full network, , only internet working. If you disable 4g then this message appears "sim card removed the mobile network will be unavailable until you restart with a valid sim card inserted"
                  I have the same complaint. The volt connection turns off. Some time v sign show but download arrow not showing and no internet access.

                    Hello,

                    I have bought xolo black phone ([protected]) on 24 march 2016 and the phone started giving problem after 2 months. I first visited service center, gwalior on 23 april 2016 as the phone was dead (Not switching on). Since then i visited various service centers (Gwalior and noida) several times for the same problem but the problem is not resolved yet.

                    My phone is not working since one week and today when i visited service center and they said it is motherboard problem which is not letting the phone to work. Now they are asking for 9000 rupees for changing the motherboard and say that phone is broken so there will be no warranty.

                    But this charging or not working problem has not been resolved since 23 april 2016

                        My mobile battery goes low and switched off. Then I put charging but its not charging also no charging indication, also not power on.

                        I replaced battery a month ago as per their request of service center worth of ₹ 900 at xolo service center ADAJAN SURAT. But still I am facing same problem.

                        What should I do? I don't believe that xolo the next level... I fell it's on last level...

                              My mobile battery goes low and switched off. Then I put charging but its not charging also no charging indication, also not power on. I went service center today. They are telling Mother board problem. Also I begged him to boost battery, He is not able to listioning my words. Finally he is telling we are not taking xolo device for service. He given me a written also.

                              He is telling me to go to another service center, may be they can resolve the problem like that.

                              Actually I went Salem, Tamilnadu service center. He is telling me to go to Erode Service center.

                              Mobile Just 2.5 months old.

                              Please respond me. I have tried to contact customer care, but that no is not available now. My Rs. 10000 money wasted?

                                      I had purchased my mobile in March & since then i had to take it to service station more than 5 times. every time the same type of problem starts with the phone with a time duration of 2-2.5 months from the date of phone repaired. Every time the XOLO customer care gave me assurity that if the same problem persists next time they would replace my phone. And know i claiming the same but they are giving me some weird options that they have replaced the parts & it is okay, but no one is giving that in writing to me. Since the phone's warranty is gonna expire in March, then they would eventually charge me for their service. As per there comments i would like to claim my replacement for this, because i am 100% sure similar problem would start after 2 months of interval. i am really fed up with the follow-ups. request if you can help me in this.

                                      As per rate list veg meals is given as 50/- but none of the pantry cars in any train follow this and instead they collect 90 to 100 rupees. It is same with breakfast, tea and non veg meals. It is requested that suitable action may be taken to check these illigal activities. This is happening in all most all the trains.

                                        I had bought xolo Q1000 on 12/Sept/2013, it blasted on 25th Jan 2017 while it was put on charge. Luckily no one was near by, however it has exploded so badly that neighboring laptop, table and a piece of cloth caught fire. Laptop is working fine however, its top has suffered a burn leaving a hole. The battery metal part flew away and fell over curtain burning it too. It took about 2 mins for us to approach the phone and turn off the fire using a blanket, however the damage was done already. I have the box and receipt with me. Kindly help me file a legal suite against Xolo company for the damage caused.
