I bought an nvidia tegra note 11 months ago. I noticed the charging port was faulty on the unit and returned it by post to the customer service centre in noida.

Since then i have received not one piece of information or reply to multiple service status request emails. I am an international schoolteacher and have now relocated to new zealand. I am very disappointed by standard of support and integrity of xolo.

I would like the repaired unit or a new unit returned to me.

Thank you for your response. I am unable to call, as I have now relocated outside of India. As mentioned in my email, I returned a Integra Note tablet to your Noida service centre 12 months ago, and received no further information or reply. I just want my tablet returned.

I did not make note of my device IMEI or serial number (It is a Tegra Note tablet and would not have IMEI number) as I believed Xolo to be a reputable and capable company that could be trusted to service, repair or replace my device within a short time period and return it to me. I did not expect to have to wait for almost a year for a response from your company. I have repeatedly supplied you with my current address for you to return my device, or a replacement to me. I am a schoolteacher, and the device was a key tool in my teaching of students of all ages.

Before I left India I bought a Micromax Canvas Laptab. I am a reviewer on Amazon and consistently give positive reviews and advice about the device. I would like to do the same for your product and service.

Well, at least I did get a response, which was more than I got from xolo's own customer support website. Satyaveer is probably just employed to redirect people to the phone lines so that the complaints here are shut down and Xolo looks half decent. I continue to pray for both him and Xolo, and I also pray to get through to someone who can get out of their chair, go to the pile of stuff they must have at Noida, find my tablet, repair it and send it back to me.

I do not know what else there is to say to you or Xolo that has not been outlined already, Satyaveer. I appreciate you reply but the heart of the matter is that I returned the Nvidia Tegra Note to your service centre in Noida over twelve months ago, trusting Xolo to repair or replace the unit as per the twelve month warranty.

What shame. This week I had the opportunity to pitch an idea for technology in education at the New Zealand Google in Education summit here in Auckland. I could have been putting Xolo Android devices in the global technology in schools map. What a bunch of jokers.
This thread is a good example of how they have operated from the start. Still no response.

    I purchased xolo era 4 k on 2 jun 2016. after received mobile i face touch screen prob. after that i go service center in jodhpur rajasthan on dated 27/09/2016 work order no[protected].but prob not solved..i call many times to customer care on[protected].executive always says we are with you.device is ready but not right. i also submit mobile for repair for same problem on 10/11/2016 work order no[protected], and on 18/11/2016 work order no[protected] and on 04/01/2017 . work order no[protected].

    i am very upset about this problem. i call many times for replacement they give me ticket no 2032164. but problem not solved.

    if i deposit same mobile for 4 times at service.how can it will work properly.

      Hi Team,

      I bought this mobile (Xolo X1 Balck in Sep 2016), Its been 5 months and the Phone is started giving the trouble of not getting oned?

      In 5 months the complain should not be raised and also the phone is getting heated, if we r using net frequently.

      Please solve this issue and please when u manufacture the phone, think about the customers who are going to use it.

      I invested 6000 bugs on it.May be it is not that improtent for you, But its our hard earned money."Xolo" is the worst mobile which i can suggest to anyone.

      Now i can say we have to see the company and buy the products.

        I have ordered for Xolo q700 Battery from your service center 'Fortune Service center, Calicut, Kerala'
        I paid Rs.600 for the battery. One of the rep one of the executive gave the battery in a plastic cover then he hide from front office.
        When I fix the battery in mobile is not working. I have charged the battery 4 hours.
        I called to Fortune service center and spoke to a agent he behaved me very badly and he saying that we cannot do anything in this battery.
        What I wanna do now I lost Rs600 with this irresponsible service center.
        Xolo cheating the people giving not working battery? or Service center cheating giving by battery that will not work.
        Who is responsible?
        What I wanna do? Wanna make legal complaint against this? or wanna publish this issue with social media.
        Suggest me before I going to proceed.

          I was using XOLO Q1010i for almost 2 years, bought it for 11.5k and it was working normal and smooth till yesterday. I was having my phone in my pants pocket and it was idle, didn't ON data or not listening to music too and my phone battery percentage also 80 % only, but suddenly slight fire started coming from battery and within few seconds my phone got blast at behind, battery fully burned and screen cracked, slightly came out from panel. My phone pictures are attached below which got affected.

          Now all my data are lost, sim card and mmc also not working and left with small blister over my thighs and my cloths burned over my pocket. I don't know what to do now, couldn't find imei number on my phone because it got burned. So I couldn't go to service center also for repair. I need a real solution for this issue. I also have my phone purchased invoice.

          I trusted on XOLO products and recommended my friends too, but now I am facing this problem. I need a right solution and compensation for this issue.

                Purchased 17th November 2015 now phone is dead not powering on took this to the service centre in lucknow UTTAR PRADESH they are saying that battery and PCB needs to be replaced at a cost of 1560 how can all this happen in just 13 months they giving 1 month warranty on replacement will it last as original did not last even 13 months

                  XOLO era 4k is not charging fast
                  It has 4000mAh battery and 2A charger I have tried with different 2A charger
                  From 5-6 days it takes 8 hrs to full charger where it use to take 2-3 hrs
                  I have done factory & hard reset but didn't help

                    Bought xolo one hd from online. It worked good for 10days. Later the charging percentage changes automatically. Problem is with the charging socket. I called the customer care center of xolo they told me to go to service center. Those people kept mobile for 4days and gave it back. The problem is still not resolved. I request you to kindly give me some solution. Thanking you.

                      I has purchase mobile zolo era 4k in march 2016 online.

                      After six month there is problem in voice. I. E. Receiver coiuld not heard voice. It was given to your customer care bridght communication in baroda (Gijarat) for repairing. He has repaired.
                      Again after one month same problem faced again repaired with bright communication.

                      Again after one & half month same problem faced.. Again given to bright communication. He told that noe speaker/mike is changed & now no problem will occur.
                      But unfortunately again same problem occur, now since it is under guarantee it is again given to bright communication your authoriszed customer care in vadodara (Gujarat). It is with him presently.

                      Pl advise him to replace proper parts so that such problem not faced & image of zolo mobile not spoil in market.

                      Hope you will take suitable action.

                            My mobile XOLO play 8X 1100 had mic problem and got it replaced with new mic PCB in XOLO service centre on Aug 2016. Now after 3 months i got the same problem again. Last time they charged me around 500 for the replacement of MIC and service. But in the XOLO spare parts portal(http://www.xolo.in/spare-parts?Device=PLAY8X-1100) the cost for the mic is mentioned as 80.74 only. Last time, I had argument with XOLO service center and Customer care for the price difference between the portal and the amount they are charging. But finally they convinced me to pay Rs500. Again i got the same problem. Kindly help me in resolving the problem or how to proceed further.

                              I hereby saying that i had submitted my phone in warrenty period to robot generation bilaspur (Service centre xolo) at the date of 7.11.2016
                              Attaching my job sheet no, phone bill copy and shop detail.

                              I am really embrased from the service for my xolo era hd.
                              They assured me for a replacement but the robot generation shop will giving me windows phone or single sim phone (In simple words outdated).
                              Why should i take the windows phone instead o[censored]sing android.

                              After some day back they call me for to come in service centre bilaspur of robot generation and they gave me single unit sim phone but i also didn't take that phone and also not pickup my phone and having the original job sheet that i had received from robot generation and today they call me 5.12.2016 for coming in service center and forcely they were saying you have no any other option and you have to take these 2 phone either windows or that single unit sim phone (Android).
                              They were simply making fool and giving such a outdated phone.

                              I really felt bad at that time that they were molesting to take that phone but i didn't take yet any phone from the service center xolo.

                              I want my phone back or good phone having same specification or either 4g phone of good specification and i am also ready to pay extra money.

                              I want to take against action on these companies and service center of xolo.

After using one month I found that the Device is downloading unnecessary APPS with out my knowledge. with out touching the mobile apps are being downloaded regularly.                                       I bought the xolo phone in[protected] from flipkart and in 2016 may i deposited the phone in their service centre for repairing and then after few days that centre was closed and i was out of station.. When i returned back i contacted the centre and i found that the centre was closed. Now when i contacted customer care, their representatives are telling me that we cannot help you in this regard as you have lost the receipt... Then they asked me if i could tell them the imei number then they could help me but after telling them the number they told me we cannot help you because our records are telling that phone has been delivered to the customer.

                                      Without any proper evidence and without any of my signature that i have recieved the product they are simply making fraud and not delivering back my phone.
                                      Name of the phone was xolo lt900 (Black), price 7000 rs, imei number - [protected], invoice number - krg/1356/15-16
                                      I also have call recordings of all the conversations i had with xolo customer care representative.

                                      Kindly look into this matter as early as possible, as i am a student and i have spent my hard earned money on this phone.

                                        My mobile battery goes low and switched off. Then I put charging but its not charging also no charging indication, also not power on. I went service center. I give my XOLO BLACK 1X to them after sometime they are telling Mother board problem. I tell them to check battery may be there is battery problem then they said me that no battery problem its working perfectly its in good condition. They tell me put my phone for 1 week to solve motherboard issue. Then i put my phone in service center(named as HARSH TARANG MOBILE, AHMEDABAD, GUJARAT, INDIA) for servicing and take back it after 5 days. When i take it back i ask them that " my XOLO BLACK 1X phone is working perfectly like before. Are you sure that i m taking this phone is repaired 100% working condition and motherboard problem solved."
                                        Thay said " yes, sir its working and motherboard problem is solved. We changed motherboard parts which is not working properly. Also said that there is no battery problem its in good condition."
                                        I take my phone put simcard in and check it with powering it on then going to my home. But next day again i face same problem phone not power on on next day morning.

                                        NExt day i go to same service center (named as HARSH TARANG MOBILE, AHMEDABAD, GUJARAT, INDIA) then they tell me my battery replace how they said that LOL... i m confused before (5 days which i not calculate) 24 hours my battery is good and motherboard infected (with new part change) after 24 hours. How they called them as authorized "SERVICE CENTER."

                                        My Mobile Just 6 months old.

                                        Please respond me. I need proper solution.
                                        My Rs. 10000 money wasted?
