Respected Sir,
I have Purchase Zolo era mobile from snap deal. After use of 10 months i found my power key is not working. I have send it to service center and repaired the key issue. Than I found another issue with screen damage issue [Home & back button not working]. My mobile is at service center since 1 month & still not repaired.

Please take action for the issue.

Xolo care called me on 19, july 2016 and gave me the time till 28, july 2016. Still not resolved

    I am writing to issue a complaint regarding a garhwa (Jharkhand) lava service center. On 05th july, 2016 i m giving the xolo black mobile at service center this mobile issue is touch not working. So, touch problem is solve but the problem is service boy during the open my mobile back housing this is broken. And i told that change my mobile back housing he told that this product is not available in stock. And this is totally his mistake and he not clear one date for return my mobile back, he simply told that so what can i do.. Sir this is very serious problem my mobile imei1 is [protected] and imei2 is [protected], workorder number is[protected], workorder date is 05 july 2016.

    I complaint three time at your customer service center but no action has been taken till date.

    I called at your customer service center for three times but so far did not get any solution of my problem. Though i shop many times from your outlets but never faced this kind of trouble ever.

    I request you to kindly look into the matter and resolve my problem as early as possible.

      I bought xolo black a couple of months back. i really liked the looks ans its features. unfortunately phone started troubling in first week itself. i thought its hanging because of not upgrading the applications but even after updating them problem remained same. on my recommendation two of my colleagues bought the same phone but they also faced the same problem.
      In service centre they installed the software and assured that this problem will not occur again but it was my bad luck that i could not get rid of this problem. i had problem with lava phone earlier and it was replaced with in one week whereas xolo service seems so poor and no body is ready to take the responsibility. i request xolo people to take appropriate action and solve this matter otherwise no one will trust xolo in future.

        I have xolo play 8x 1200, which i gave to service center after 10 month of purchase. They returned it to me with DOA certificate and asked me to return to the seller(flipkart) . flipkart people refused to give any service, since it is 3 months older.
        When i opened DOA seal, i found then many parts of my phone were missing or replaced with old parts(like battery, camera, display panel ...)

        I had purchased my xolo cube 5.0 is end of the march.1- 2 month it works average not well. after few weeks its battery gets toooo much heated. it takes 15-16 hours for full charging. front camera is dull in quality. its battery backup is less than one hour. it automatically get silenced or switch off. front camera is not clear. it starts hanging after 2 weeks of purchase. when i go to lava care it only formets or resets me a perfect solution. i had gone more than 20 times but they not give me any solutions and talks with me rudely. please sir i request you to replace my phone or return my money. please please sir give me a replacement or solution for this. 6000 rupees is too much for me. my family salary is less than 10000 a month. please provide me a solution. my contact no. is [protected]. you can call me anytime. even now also

            I purchased play 8 x 1100 mobile phone on january 2014.The device works normally as usual .But after few months may 2 to 3 months i faced a disastrous problem that whenever i call or receive any call i heard each word of that second person clearly on my phone but that person does not hear my any word. Since my had 1 year warranty on that time so i visit service center and ask the solution of my device problem. They checked and say internal mic is damaged so your device will go to company and returned back you to in 15 days .Ok i waited but they doesn't give my phone even after 20 days, i call them so they part is not available and after 2 months thy doesnot give me so i filled a consumer complaint forum against them . Then i get the device in improper way .But on 6 july 2016 again that problem occur.

                Hello, i have purchased xolo q1000 in 2014 and within few months its stop charging, tried to make out solution bt unable to solve it... Few days back friend told me about costumer care services of yours... I called them, they told me to give mobile on certain service centre with invoice bill... Bt as i don't have bill with me, bt i have bill number, purchase date and shop name with me...

                  My self dastagiri . I have bought my new xolo black 3GB in flip kart on jan/13/2016. It worked very well in first 1 month later on, it has given repeated troubles, firstly it is not increasing its battery percentage what the company members said is it will charge 100% in 1: 30 hour is max time but I charged it for 2 hours it remains at 22% so I aproche xolo care vizag. They said motherboard problem and they said it will be repaired in 10-15 days but I got my phone after 35days, and the second time is even it is 3GB RAM phone it is getting hanged during useage eve after clearing the recent apps again went to xolo care again they took nearly 25-28 days to repair my phone so I have called to xolo company[protected] for complaining about xolo care service center in vizag they follow up my complaint and finally got my phone repaired later after I took my phone from xolo care . I trust on xolo services so I got home . Then after I notice that vibration of the phone not working again going to xolo service centre for repair again calling to company then I got my phone in 1 month after. On the day I bought my phone from service center it is functioning well, the next day morning it's display start blinking showing message (your system UI crashed please reboust your phone. Send error to the developers) at the time no keys or functioning so I again make a call to xolo company for repalcement of my xolo black 3Gb which is under warranty. I even talked to the supervisor of the company he said to visit service center . I visited service center they are saying that for replacement you have do it online


                  So, this is the problem I am facing withing xolo black 3GB, I have called your company members repeatedly what ever you do I want my xolo black 3GB replaced I have no more patience to move all around you service center I have given my phone 4 time for repair now also my phone is in your service center so, as a costumer I want quick response

                          I had given my smart phone (xolo play 8x 1100) at service centre 25-30 days ago due to 2 problems .
                          1st- charging port was not functioning properly and
                          2nd- speaker was not functioning well (voice only goes to another device when phone is on loud speaker).

                          But when they returned my phone on 17th june 2016 friday and i checked it on 22nd june 2016 wednesday as i was unable to start my phone in between because i din't had the battery and due to search of the battery it took me time to check it.
                          But when i opened my phone after putting new battery new problems arosed which were
                          * A BLACK COLOUR LINE ON THE DISPLAY SCREEN
                          * BROKEN BACK BODY OF MY PHONE IN TWO PLACES
                          which you can see in the photos attached marked by red colour circle and arrow.
                          The people @ service center didn't allow us to check my phone on 17th while returning the phone.
                          When I talked to the higher athority via email and mobile their response was biased, they blaimed us for the damage.
                          After spending Rs.1250.00 though the previous problems are sorted i am not able to use my smartphone due the new problems .
                          After no satisfactory response from higher athorities at helpline center of Xolo situated in Noida I am left helpless .
                          I would really appericiate any help from your end .

                            I bought xolo black 1 x in dec 15. after one month it start ed giving the problem.
                            Display Problem. :
                            1) display goes off when any phone call comes. i m not able to answer the call.
                            2) display continuously blinks when i unlock the phone.

                            For this i visited xolo service centre Vashi. they changed my mother board. but after few days same problem arized. I again visited to service centre butey they did not help me, already previously they took 1 month to change the mother board. Due to my busy life i m not able to visit again to service centre. previous work order of xolo service centre

                            Last sunday was my phone charge fully dried. Then came to home n put charge mobile was not turned on n indicator light also not working. Two weeks before also happened like this but one day after its gets worked. But now not working. Then visited a LAVA service centre they told mother board was dead. If may mother board change the coat is 3500 .

                              Dear Team,

                              I have Purchased XOLO Black 2GB model in Jan'16

                              Phone was OK, but the Gorilla Glass is not damage resistant, It cracked on a small hit and the customer care says that gorilla glass will also break like any other glass. Since the glass breaks so soon, the physical damage constraint is put forward to avoid considering warranty service. I feel frustrated by the customer care remarks. They are not ready to give a clear view on Gorilla Glass. Service charges will apply and they say it costs around Rs 4500 for replacement

                                I purchased a brand new xolo xolo black 3gb from flipkart on 6th of feb. Within a month of purchase, there was this phone battery charging issue (It will stop charging). I bought this phone for my parents. My dad took the phone to the service center. They kept the phone for a week and returned the phone back saying nothing wrong with the phone. After my dad got back the phone, it worked for a few months. Then the problem recurred. The routine of giving the phone to the service center and getting it back after a few weeks continued.
                                The last time the phone stopped working, my dad gave it to the service center. Now the service center guy claims that the mother board is gone and he is claiming that it will cost rs.10, 000 to repair. This is unacceptable. The phone was used gently and was only normally used.In fact, the amount of time the phone was in the service center was more than the amount of time my parents used it. This is really bad. I would like xolo to replace the phone or repair the phone for good, free of cost, since it is still under the warranty period.

                                  I have purchased Xolo Era 4G Mobile on March 2016.
                                  and the battery was suddenly heated heavily and my mobile got shut down.
                                  Now my mobile cant power on.
                                  I registered complaint to Snapdeal customer service centre over phone call to [protected] but after more than a month still there is result to it. Now i am too tired to speak much more to the snapdeal customer service executive.
                                  Now i want to surrender the repaired mobile which i purchased on Snapdeal and i want to refund the entire amount which paid.
                                  If failure i will face in Consumer Court.

                                      Under instructions from my client mr. S. Velu, son of thiru. M. Shanmugam chettiar, residing at no.30 (18), pidariyar koil lane, chennai-600 001, i am issuing this notice to you as follows.
                                      1. My client states that he purchased a “xolo” mobile phone instrument through ‘snap deal-online’ from you on 17.12.2015 under invoice no. Sc4a72/15-16/82329. The mobile phone instrument model is that “xolo black 1x32gb and the imei no.[protected]”.
                                      2. My client further states that from the day one of the purchase itself the mobile phone instrument was not working properly and often it is dead and after sometimes it used to function. Finally, the phone is totally dead on 27.02.2016. My client further states that he has given the said mobile phone for service to the “lava’s” authorized service center, that is, untied mobile service,[protected], shivalaya building, no.90, ethiraj salai, chennai-600 105 on 29.02.2016 and the same was duly acknowledged by the service providers under work order no.[protected] dated 29.02.2016 and after doing some service the same was returned to my client on 04.03.2016.
                                      3. My client further states that again the same mobile phone instrument not properly working due to battery defects. My client further states that again he has given the said mobile phone instrument for service to the authorized “lava’s” service centre, that is, united mobile service[protected], no.90, ethiraj salai, chennai-600 105 on 22.03.2016 vide order no.[protected]. Finally after doing some service the same was returned to my client on 08.04.2016.
                                      4. My client further states again the mobile phone instrument did not unction on 21.04.2016 and hence my client went to the united mobiles lava authorized service center but they simply said that our contract was terminated with the “lava” company. Further my client contacted the customer care no.[protected] wherein mr. Kannadasan directed me to approach a service provider in thiruvanmiyur, they refused and gave one address in jaffarkhanpet, chennai-600 083. My client further states that finally he has given the said mobile phone to the authorized “lava’s” service centre, that is, srinivasa enterprises[protected], no.81/a, pillaiyar koil street, jaffarkhanpet, chennai-600 083, on 25.04.2016, vide the work order no.[protected].
                                      5. My client further states that he is a businessman and his business is depending on the mobile phone, e-mail, whatsapp and networking etc.. But due to the fault on his mobile phone instrument, he was unable to carry out his business from feb.2016 onwards. As such my client has sustained financial loss and mental agony due to the manufacturing defect on the said mobile phone instrument.
                                      Therefore, i hereby call upon you to replace the mobile instruments with new one or repay the amount of rs.9999/= within 15 days of receipt of this notice failing which my client will be constrained to file appropriate petition before the consumer forum for the redressal of his grievances mulcting you all the costs and consequences thereof.
