Dear Sir,
I have been regularly using Xolo mobiles for last few years. I was comfortable using these mobiles till i realised that the battery for Xolo Play 6x-1000 requires replacement. It is unfortunate to note that these spares are not available anywhere in market or online. I tried even at Varanasi Xolo service centre but unsuccessful.
Pls improve your aftersales service to maintain your brand loyalty.
I shall request to provide battery as well as black flip cover at the earliest. An early response shall be highly appreciated.

My phone is automatically shutdown by showing low battery. It is happen while i am using net or playing games. Without charger it is not able to on. So i have to connect with charger. That time it shows that it has 30-40% charge available. please tell me what will i do now??

        Poor service in gwalior service centre
        Not giving any response and wasted my valuable time when i went there
        Staff of Centre only for enjoying and not worry about customer.not giving answer on mobile also. Without looking my handset properly they told me to gave big charge.if they respond before this time then i will get benefit of 1 year warranty

            This is a complaint lodged by myself audrey mendonca indicating that the sim unit is not ejecting whereby, i am unable to insert any sim to enable me to begin using my new mobile.

              Dear Sir,
              I have XOLO BLACK 1X, having excessive heating problem, on addition to this Touch is Not Properly Working, Display becomes Blank sometimes and phone automatically Switch OFF.

              My Phone in warranty period so Regarding above Problem i submitted my phone to one of your Service Center (Mayank Services) on 01/10/16. Its more than 20 days but still i cant get my phone back from the center. Each time i visit i get a new date, due to this i am facing a lot of problem.
              So you are requested to take proper action regarding this. An early action will be highly appreciated.

                Hello sir, i have buyed Xolo black 1x in 16 Nov 2015..Now it's 1year also not completed but battery got damaged and going bigger day by day..as bcoz of this my back cover also coming outside the phone...I got totally harrased in this phone because of its bad quality..plz replace this model with other same model or resolve my problem.Now I really want justice against these company using Chinese batteries..

                    I have given my xolo black x1 on 27th september 2016 my work order number is[protected] and they ensure me that i will get my phone within a week however even till today they havn't given my phone and still saying the same thing that we will call you once we repair your handset.

                    I have already called to xolo customer care and they provide me complaint number 1806135. I want my phone to be repair as soon as possible as i can't wait any longer for it. I have to do almost every important thing through.

                    I have bought this handset in july 2016 and within 2 months, i start facing issues with it, the display touch doesn't work properly and the phone gets hang.

                    Kindly look into it as they have made me frustrate and i have spend hell lot of time in it.

                      Had purchased a xolo 1 x black phone in march month.in starting it work very good but after one month it create a big problem. Screen is blinking and stop after shut down the mobile. And again blinking after few hours. After show in service center in lucknow they solve it temporary. They format my phone and said that company is preparing a software to resolve this issue.
                      But after 3 month your company is not prepare a software. Now i am facing a another problem, battery is not working properly and full battery will discharged with in one hours. I am very much disturb with your service and your mobile hand set. From the date of purchase it is not working properly. I don't want to show it in service center

                      So please look in to this matter and change my hand set as early as possible

                          I don't know whom I blem about those people whom you offered your service centre at Bank Mor Dhanbad, Because those guys never working properly and they have very rude with there customer sorry its your cuatomer...I wanted to share my experience in xolo, its worst service which I got not directly from you But your those people are wosrt...I will never choose Xolo and never suggest friends too because they are coward, kamine apna manmani krte h sale...already I HV troubled 2 months before 5 months and now this time when I visited there for software up to date they just told me kal aaie, kal aaie, ...instead I went there 3 times as they told me kal aaie...unki kaun btaega 3 days me mere 300 khrch ho gaye and software up to date krwana me 150 lgte h...Really Solo provider you choosed worst guy for your serviece...same they did with my friend that time they broke that cell in frustration but what's the big deal they got money...mere colony my ek v xolo ya lava users about ni milenge...aplogo k lie ek suggestion h, ...until they will be working with you, you can't gave better service ...final word this time aplogo ne apna authority centre bht gande logo ko diye h...Hope for your better future.

                            I have purchased xolo black phone from snapdeal 9 months back.The phone got ill functioned after using 4 months, and the phone is in the warranty.also i gave it tothe service centerand from THERE A DOA CERTIFICATE HAS BEEN RECOMMENDED BY THEM. both snapdeal and xolo are not doing or taking any action against my phone. i sent a lotof mail to both.

                              Purchased a phone on 23.09.2016, there are various problems in my phone. Service center admit the same but company is not providing the do for the same and that too with in due period. Even i handed over the product on 27.09.2016 to the service center.
                              Even i m writing to the officials of the xolo company about this they are not taking care of the same and just ask to wait for the resolution and its about 10 days passes and i m waiting for there resolution.

                              Xolo has not provided a single update for xolo q1100 since it's launch.I feel cheated by purcasing a phone from the company.The company has released the kernel source for this model but no developer has used it develop any rom using the source.The company provides update for all models except this why??

                                I m having xolo black and i hav just buyed it 5 months ago m in these 5 months i have submitted my xolo black 4 times in service centre with different problems.Xolo customer care is doing nothing just delaying day by day so i request to refund me i dont even want to replace my phone i just want my money back.Even the xolo company is not responding well .It seems as if they are less cared selling something is really easy bt after selling a good n then not providing proper service is not good.as per records this phone is really creating a problem i really dont care i dont want my phone back from cervice centre now i want my money back

                                  I have purchased Xolo Opus 3 mobile phone in April 2015. For 7 to 8 months it was working properly. Suddenly some websites started appearing and getting downloaded automatically in the phone. I contacted the vendor and he got it formatted twice but still the same problem continued. Vendor told it is a problem of software and you have to contact xolo service centre. Finally I went to xolo service centre in dombivli at Gopi Mall. They have done the software update and problem was resolved. Since I have done this updation during warranty period they have not charged me anything. After two three months again same problem have started and I contacted xolo service centre at dombivli again and they have again done the updation of software and the problem resolved. This is during July 2016. Again within 3 months the same problem has started. Sites which are coming are mainly of pornography sites and also air express, amazon, makemytrip, bookmyshow. When I have done the software updation second time they charged me Rs.250 as service charge. The official told me that virus is coming through SD card. I have formatted the SD card though SD card was not affected by virus. I don't know what they are doing at the serviice centre - updation or formating as while doing the service they are telling that all your messages, photos, contacts will be deleted. While doing updation of software in other phones no such thing happens as software updation is done through mobile only when warning for updation is coming on phone only we have to click the update software message and it is automatically get updated. In your phone no such message is coming. When I asked thee official of the service centre at dombivli he told me there is no such provision in xolo and you have to do the updation through service centre only.

                                  I wonder whether I have to pay Rs. 250 for updation of software every 2 to 3 months to use the phone as I have purchased it with confidence and having faith in xolo brand.

                                    I have xolo black 3gb it has some problems comes first when we update any app in playstore than ui is crashed an d in xolo blac its app opeanig responce time is not so good ne open slow and during one month use my xolo give problems like heating verymuch without any use not give battrey backup when i give charge atr night 100% in morning i see battrey is come in 25 % without any use when i play games or serv net than phone gtt more heat so i go to service center and they do software but nothin happend after tow days i go to service center in 12.9.16 now is 26.10.16 icall them they said parts not come when i call xolo main care they tell your device is ready how its possible when i call xolo customer care they said yor device is not ready this thing happrnd two time but still my device is not ready so please do something .

                                        With new marshmallow update on xolo era x smartphone, it seems impissible to call on 4g sim. I have tried all options, all supported softwares with phone facility but could not make a single outgoing call.
                                        Even when i m trying to disconnect, the call is not disconnected.

                                        There are no other problem. But this has become a major problem as we all are jio sim user & this update has taken free call facility from us.
                                        Please please please fix this error soon. As we are facing untold problems.
