Xolo is the worst mobile company that i have experience ever they made third class product, i have purchase my xolo 1x black 3 month ago but now my phone is dead it can't be charge now this is happened second time, i have repair my phone on 08/08/2016, my phone is in warranty but they charged 370 rs. And now is 14/08/2016, i am facing the same problem again when we go to xolo services center there are also 60-70 customer with there lots of complaints. Xolo provide very poor services was very poor to his customers, i don't have too much time for wasting, i can't go to repair my xolo phone again, i'm going to throw out my xolo phone in dustbin, i have wasted my money please guys you don't do this.
Do not buy xolo phone ever.. No matter how cool they looks are..

    I have purchased Xolo Black 1x's and I am facing an issue of screen flickering and display goes bright and faded many times. With this issue I am unable to use the phone properly. While making call and receiving call screen will be blinking not only for phone calls evening using any app it happens repeatedly. And showing something went wrong.

      I have purchased Xolo Black 1x's in December 2015 (9 months back) and I am facing an issue of screen flickering and display goes bright and faded many times. With this issue I am unable to use the phone properly. While making call and receiving call screen will be blinking not only for phone calls evening using any app it happens repeatedly. I would request you to take back the handset and issue me new one as it is under warranty period.

        My mobile battery goes low and switched off. Then I put charging but its not charging also no charging indication, also not power on. I went service centre on 1st Aug 2016and on4th Aug, 2016 he gave me me my phone back. when i asked him about the problem he said there is no any kind of problem in your phone . When I remove your back cover your phone started. and I highlight the network problem also. but he do nothing.
        I bring my phone and put in charging, it charged 99% i removed charger and within a 10 min. phone switched off and not charging also. I went service centre again and tell him about the same problem and network problem also. i gave my phone on 6th Aug, 2016, my phone is still in service canter. after a weak he is telling me that "may be there is a battery problem, you have to change you battery" he is professional guy and he is saying "May be", after one weak.

        Please take action regarding this unprofessional service centre.

            I was using your xolo products from last 2years but 1 hr before my xolo 1010i got blasted automatically while charging with xolo charger . I am using this model from last 1.5years originally I purchased xolo q1100 but your service center guys replaced by phone with xolo 1010i. I was frustrated with that at that point of time as well because you guys change model of my phone. I did not raise any complaints for that but now I lost all of my personal data all my contacts I want a compulsate for the same.             but service center people are not submitting the headset beacuse of the blast they are not able to see imei number on the headset & they told me that they had send a email to xolo & xolo is not replying to them & my phone was out of warranty

              My phone is stooped working just after 7 days of purchase, i raised the consumer complaint on this forum and after that i received call from xolo care and person said i have to visit the xolo service center.

              On saturday 06aug2016 i have visited nearest service center and they said your phone has physical damage in some internal part, very bad even i haven't used phone more than 5 to 6 days.
              After that i have talked to xolo customer care executive on this number[protected] and customer care executive said please send an email and attached phone snap shot and invoice copy and we will give you reply in next 24hrs but i didn't receive any response from xolo after 2days. And also now if i am trying to call xolo customer care on [protected] then can't connect, perhaps they have blocked my number.
              I need immediate action on this. I knew that company will have many things to tell on if we will visit service center. Need immediate attention on my complaint because i don't have time to visit service center many times, the nearest service center is 12 km from my residence. I am attaching the snap shot of response given by service center.

              hi, I have received attached response from XOLO, This is very bad, phone is stopped working just after 7 days of purchase date and now they are saying I have to pay for this. We don't have proof to say that, in my phone water was not entered but they are saying water was entered and some circuit was not working and these are not under warranty . This is faulty phone from XOLO either it should be replace or should be repairable without any charges

                  Xolo Black 1x Screen blinking problem

                  Since I'm experiencing display problems. The display goes blinking out or flickering continuously while data connections are on or receiving calls, message. I am not even able to attend calls during the situation. I've changed sim card.                     File transfer in my phone from other is too slow and it is disconnected in few seconds in share it and in xender

                      I purchased xolo era 4k phone last month i got some problems

                      Head phone port is not working properly
                      Media player hanging (May be software complaint)
                      Image viewer hanging (May be software complaint)
                      Mike complaint (Subpcb need to replace)
                      Phone more heating while charging

                      I have no disappointment about these issues but i went to their service centre at trivandrum (Kerala)

                      I faced bad behavior from them. These stupid employees have no idea about dealing with customers. First of all they have no manners and bad behavior and if any parts (May be head phone or other small things which is not affecting our currently working phone) needed to replace, our working phone need to give them on this replacement (First of all no parts is available there so ordering it and getting it will take 5 to 7 days so we need to buy another phone for this duration). So this is their idea for not providing service to customers

                        I purchased xolo era 4 months back. And suddenly it stopped working. I went to the service centre, by name balajee service centre in howrah (Xolo authorised centre)
                        He kept for 2 days n said me we don't repair on guarantee period, you have to pay for it.. Then i gave the handset to mobile station.. He after 3 days informed me.. Your phone has water inside.. Your motherboards needs to be changed.. So u will be charged 1200/.
                        I don't get understand earlier he calls me up and said it has been repaired.. When i went it was not done... I am really very frustrated. From these service centres and from xolo.
                        Why should i pay when its in gurantee period.. N who knows have they exchanged my set with other dead set.. Or they intentionally doing for money

                          Set dead 2nd time purchase dt. 5 may 2016

                          My phone was dead after 3 weeks of purchase. Got it fixed from service center. They said battery drain at last level (Negative) they remove battery and charge by their device 5 % and after two months this problem again set is dead now service center executive told your warranty is void charging jack is faulty so you have to pay 350/- rs.
                          The matter is this charging jack is not faulty they are using this trick to fool many people and telling that your set is physically damage and enter in the computer the set is physically damage warranty void.

                              I had given my mobile phone to rectify charging port issue. but they deleted and formatted my phone and reset it without rectifying the actual problem and returned it after 7 days by contacting them. they also were stubborn to receive my call. actually, my phone had some imported documents and files related to my career. they handled this situation very delicately. the phone is also new just about 30 days old and it has some quality issues also.

                                I have a XOLO ERA X phone now just 3 months old. Buying after a month, it faced charging problem. I went my nearest Xolo service center and they taken 30days. Unfortunately I'm suffering same problem, and even my phone now useless.

                                  I have xolo 8X1000.. i want to discuss about this phone.. I have purchased this phone 1-1-2015 .Since then my phone has got the problem 3 times and had submitted to to service center for repair.time periods between these repairs were about 5 to 6 months.
                                  now again its 4th time I am facing problem related to on/off for my mobile.
                                  after charging i am trying to on the mobile its just showing white screen.
                                  I am actually fed up of this mobile.
                                  and every time when submitted to service center it has took 1 to 1.5 month to solve the problem.
                                  its really difficult for me to use this mobile because half of the time it was in service center.

                                  Kindly provide me a permanent solution on this as soon as possible.

                                      I own a xolo era which has a software issue, auto restart issue auto unwanted app getting download, battery drains very fast, when i took this phone with service center in thane they told me that there is issue with connector pin but which will cost 500, but phone gets charged and get connected with pc for data sharing, i had issue with software flashing but they are not ready to do it and asking me to first change connector pin first with paying charges as my phone is in warranty and about to end in two days even the service center guy name sumeet rajendra teli spoke to me in very arrogant manner and rude way even i spoked to customer care from srevice center itself with mr jubin jose on call he was not ready take my complain and give me complain number against my complain, at the end when i asked teli to return the phone he refused to give phone after threatning him that i would logde a police complain he returned my phone, i am truly dissatisfied with xolo after sales service and have a disappointment on making a purchase with your brand, i have all evidence for whatever i have stated in this mail i hope a quik revert for this issue faced by me.
