I have been emailing xolo from 12 days now and still there is no resolution from them.

My phone (Xolo play 8x-1100) is out of warranty and i the mic stopped working. So i took it to xolo service centre, shri hari computer solutions, rohtak to get it repaired. They told me that they have to change the sub-pcba that contains the mic and charging connector etc. And it will cost me rs. 454, i was okay with that. They put an order for the same and after 1 month, i went to get it changed. When they gave me my phone back, the housing body of the phone was broken and the loudspeaker was not working. I told them if they can get me a new housing body for the phone and they refused to do so.

I was inquiring about the cost, and then i found out that the cost of mic for xolo play 8x 1100 is rs. 80.74 as per stated in your website (Refer:http://www.xolo.in/spare-parts?Device=PLAY8X-1100), and that is too end customer price. The price for sub pcb is rs. 153.29.

So, why did they charged me rs. 454? What did xolo changed then? And, as i stated earlier my phone is not getting network coverage now after whatever you guys did to my phone. I took my phone to get it checked and found out that the sub-pcb is an old one and not a new one, and while trying to solder the mic, you guys fried the pfo/pa of the phone and that's why i am not getting network coverage.

Now, you guys charged me this much amount for nothing, and instead converted my phone into a total mess. And just to clarify things, i am listing the issues with the repair now in brief.
1. During repair, housing body of my phone got broken.
2. After repair, my phone is not getting network signals.
3. Damaged the loudspeaker of my phone.
4. Serial no. Of my phone changed to [protected]abcdef

Instead of giving me any update, your representative mr. Ritesh kumar sent me the email stating :

"as per the follow up's done with concerned team, we would regret to inform you that your handset does not meet the warranty guidelines and as per xolo policy it will be considered as out of warranty and repair will be carried out on chargeable basis.in addition, we would regret to inform you that we are giving your handset back to you without repair as per condition of rwr (Return without repair) so, we would like to request you to collect you handset from service centre."

What were you trying to say with this, my phone is not even submitted to your so called service centre, and i knew that my phone was out of warranty, but still i took my phone in your service centre just because i value the manufacturer-customer relationship and there was no issue with me paying amount. Even after your technicians broke the body of my phone, still i was okay to pay for a new one, until your representative told me that "there is no point ordering the cosmetics of this phone, xolo has already discontinued this product". If that was the case, shouldn't you guys have taken care not to mess up things.

You guys are pathetic and i will never recommend anyone to get a xolo because you don't even know what customer service means. I am posting my case on your twitter page, and also posting a complaint in consumer forum because i can see now that you don't value your customer and you think that customer are fools. Your responsibility doesn't just end after selling a phone, it remains till the customer doesn't abandon the phone.

    I have Purchased a new mobile handset few months back, through online shopping, now I require battery replacement, and all the service centers in delhi are denying that battery of Q1200 is not available in entire delhi zone. I cannot afford to block my new handset just because of company's fault. Where in at the time of purchase customers are given the assurance of best services and later all the conversations become doubtful.

      I have purchased a xolo_1_x smartphone online in the month of jan-2016 and the product is warranted for one year but it has got display problem so i tried to contact them but the customer care phone numbers given on the website of xolo[protected] is not working so i sent an sms to [protected] and e mail also but i have not got any reply. hence it is requested to resolve the problem as early. the imei code of my smartphone is [protected]

        I have installed my jio application to create a coupon code.and I created it successfully.after few days coupon cade is showing redeem but no sim card is taken.i contact the xolo care but they had not resolved it.After few days I got the massage to update the my jio application and I updated it .now jio application is not showing the coupon code.so I want a new coupon code .

          My name muthu my xolo q3000 mob was automatically switchoff when reach above 80 percent changed.. My mob don't proper work for above 80 to 100 percent.. Then my camera shows "can't connected camera"
          Then below 15 percent of charge suddenly decrease 4percent then suddenly switch off.. So i didn't use my phone below 15 to above 80.. So worry about that problem so how to fix this issue.. Kindly help your suggestion.. Thank u

            Please Help me .i am buying my xolo 3gb black... from the date 4 May 2016 and I am using this phone for 3months and it slowly get hang, and system ui doesn't work properly..then the important one is it suddenly turn off!!             I am buying xolo 3gb black and my warranty is not filled and it's empty my phone suddenly it shutdown without any reason am using for just 3mnths...i can't believe becoz i havent even drop the fone!!               I buy a xolo black 3gb from snapdeal only one month use mobile get face problem heating very much and nor give battrey backup i show my mobile in xolo service center they open the phone and then they do software but still now the phone get heat and not give backup so what i do i cant understand please help me so do something and in xolo bvlack it hive launcher is not good during updating apps from playstore in mobile said command ui is crashed it allwas comes itand is responce is not good at all work slowly internet open slowly so pklease help me

                The handset was defected when taken it to service center, they packed and provided DOA the same DOA and invoice was sent to [protected]@xolo.in but since March2016 no resolution been provided, and now the warranty is going to expire. I need the refund. Either I will be putting a case of fraud over this company. This is really very sad that the company could not solve the problem in 6months.

Kindly dont give such excuse. Kindly note one more number, I have talked to your executives a lot of times(uncountable) since march2016, but your executives reply that your concern is in process. and our executives will call you back.
                I dont know why you people are always thinking that customers are fool.

                  I had purchased Xolo era 4G in April 2016 through Snapdeal. It had a warranty period of 1 year. But just after 4 months it started malfunctioning. Point to note is the release month of this model is February 2016 so in no way it had exceeded its warranty period. Even after visiting the service center several times we did not get any resolution due to lack of knowledge of the staff in the service center. Twice they handed over the phone to us after repairing, however right from next day onwards I started facing the issue again. I came to know from other customers there that the same thing was happening with them as well. The staff was unable to resolve their issue even after keeping the phone for several days and even after handing over post repair. On confronting the manager/supervisor that is Ashutosh Rastogi, the response I got was "aap log hi ulti seedhi site dekhte hoge isliye aisa ho jata hai". This is highly unprofessional behavior and not at all acceptable. Moreover I am still facing issue and have not got any resolution yet.

                      1 - Purchased Xolo Black during July 2015 through flipkart (Biggest mistake I have ever made)
                      2 - Had issues with the touch sensitivity during December, 2015 (One or two days before Christmas) and sent to service center for the same (which was repaired and received by first week of January after my birthday)
                      3 - Vibration and network issues since April 1st week, given it to service center on 18th April, 2016.
                      Within warranty and its not even a year old and it has gone for repairs for 3 times already.

                              I have purchased hand set dated 02/12/2015 but in the months of july 16 little bit problem of charging and hanging i visited the mathura dampier nagar service center and submit the mobile phone after few days i got a call your set is ready due to busy scheduled i send my office boy for taking the hand set he not checked the hand set and when i got the set, it was not repair.
                              Again i visited the service center hi told me that your set was water damaged, part missing and set opened by local engineer. When my set in warranty why we taking help of local engineer. I call to helpline number logged a complaint, visited the retailer shop where we purchased the phone but no response from any one.

                                  I have purchased Xolo Mobile (version mentioned above) from snapdeal in the month of Jan 2016.
                                  My mobile, whenever i open an app, it shows that the app has crashed. Even when the apps are closed, it shows that the system UI has crashed.The touch was not responding.
                                  I went to Xolo's authorized service centre in Nizamabad. They first said that the problem will be solved after replacing the touchpad. They did replace my touchpad. But still the problem with respect to apps continues.
                                  I again took the issue to the service centre where they now asked for replacing the motherboard. They have replaced the motherboard. But my phone still sends the same notifications with respect to applications being crashed.
                                  Now i'm fed up with this. I request for either replacement or refund.

                                        I had purchased a xolo 1 x black phone in march month.in starting it work very good but after one month it create a big problem. Screen is blinking and stop after shut down the mobile. And again blinking after few hours. After show in service center in lucknow they solve it temporary. They format my phone and said that company is preparing a software to resolve this issue.
                                        But after 3 month your company is not prepare a software. Now i am facing a another problem, battery is not working properly and full battery will discharged with in one hours. I am very much disturb with your service and your mobile hand set. From the date of purchase it is not working properly. I don't want to show it in service center

                                        So please look in to this matter and change my hand set as early as possible

                                        I have given my xolo cube 5.0 2gb to repaire but that has cause more problem after reparing too much heat, camera quality is also non efective, networking problem but no any on responce on asking question regarding this i am too disappointed by service of barabanki service centre
