I had purchased XOLO Q700 in August 2013. And I had faced first problem of MIC. Receiver may not able to listen properly. I submitted the phone to Ahmedabad service center and after waiting for 15 days I received my phone with two additional problems added with the existing problem of Speaker, Mobile Hang. Again I contacted the company regarding the problems they replied me to submit and co-operate to the service center because those service center are our authorized service center. And we are giving assurance that problems won't get created. And second time I submitted on[protected]. They returned the phone on[protected]exact 1 month) the previous problem of speaker got solved but the hang problem still persist. I had attach two photos of Hanging problem of phone, manually after removing the battery phone may function otherwise not. Again I mailed the company with the photographs about the problem and after waiting two days, there was not any reply. I talked with the customer care executive then they replied that this problem will be forwarded to the senior team and then they will call you and discuss with you regarding the problem but uptill now there wasn't any response. And this time I specified in email that I can't wait 15 - 30 for the service because previously it was managed some how but not now. And I want my phone to be replaced nothing else, that I mentioned on the email. I expect appropriate response from you.

    I purchased xolo q700 on 29th oct 2013, my phone completely stopped working on 5th dec 2013, i took it to xolo service center in bangalore on 7th dec 2013, I called them on 9th dec to know about the status of my phone, they sai i can come in the evening and take my phone, by the time i reached there my phone was not repaired, then they asked me to come again tomorrow, when next day i went there they said me ts not repaired and we need to send it to the hardware service center and within a week I will get a reply from them. but now its one month i didnt get any reply from them. And when i try to call to the service center they are not picking the phone and when i call xolo customer care they says they dont have any update on this. I have bought this phone from flipkart at 9999/- and now i feel i wasted my money. My complaint registration number is :[protected]

      I bought xolo Q600 phone for 9500 3 months ago.I gave my xolo Q600 phone to Onsite company in bangalore for service as it was in a warranty.And onsite company transfer it to xolo care for service.When it got delivered it was not having a camera glass and parts were changed from it. The moment I saw the mistake i returned back for service there and then only.Its been more than 3 weeks and they still not giving my phone back. When asked to Onsite, they said that xolo care has lost the glass of camera and it wont get repaired. I asked for replacing my phone but they refused to do it.Now its too much. I want to register complaint against Onsite and Xolo care

      Really Poor service by Xolo. Customer care guys don't know where is the service centers are located. They just read the script.
      Very poor/ shabby service centers, looks like street side vendor (in kolkata).
      Service center guys don't know about the parts/ price/ specification. Just like Chinese handsets. Infact they are much better (the Chinese handset).
      My phone was under warranty thought they were charging Rs. 2500/- for replacing LCD, anf funniest part this phone cost 6.5k (online) now. Infact the main glass is ok, it was automatically cracked while listening music. I din't bothered much while the set is getting hotter in times, I felt that was the reason of lcd crack.

      I will never reccomment anybody to buy XOLO products.

        i am really tortured by xolos pathetic service network. i own a xolo q 1000 my name is arpit bhatt, my phone gets automatically restart since 5 times they have repaired my cell but they have not repaired it successfully on top of it the head of mumbai service mr amit talks rubbishly rudely and gives slangs, being a customer i am terrified with the worst service network of this worst company.It is painfull for me to daily contact and visit the service center located at charni road. while i gave 2nd time my cell phone they had promissed me that if it doesnt get repaired they will provide us with a delivery order through which we can buy a new phone from a store nearby. now they are rudely telling us that we will exchange your phone with unpack phone. i have paid 14 grands for this phone and in return get rude answeres from them no help and on top of it we call them more than once than mr rahul of f1 services mumbai charni road gives us rubbish and back answeres us as if we are beggers. they even dont know how to talk to females they tell BLOODY YOU to my sister. I seriously regret buying xolo companies more than 13 odd phones as they dont have the capability to withstand and help customers infact it feels as if they are our customers and we are begging them and telling SORRY SORRY for the biggest mistake of buying phone of your company.They should be shameful for not replying online queries and mails also. my id is [protected]@gmail.com

        xolo still has not got back to us regarding the complaint shame on the pathetic service feel as if I am stuck in a maze don't know what to do
        if anybody can provide me xolo highest authority no ...m waiting for my complaint to be resolved
        really very pathetic service xolo having, no body responsible for complaints, they totally cheat customer, no body provides the authority mail id or contacts details, every customer is suffering should go to consumer court, my phone also submitted on xolo due to part shortage, and no body giving the response form last 35 days,

            I submitted my mobile with IMEI number:[protected] on 27th july 2013 for a very minor issue The service center (pickup) @ Mayur vihar phase 1 by the name Nimitek got closed in the process, its been 6 months After persistent enquiries, last month I received the contact details of a former employee (by the name of ARIF) who told me that my actual handset got lost in the process of service center closure & as a replacement he offered me an old USED handset.               I bought a XOLO 800 phone for Rs 11800 about 6 months back and it got damaged 2months after when it fell to ground, At the time of purchase the dealer had said that repair, should need arises, is very easy and the company will pick up from the house. I gave it to the dealer and it is about 4 months since and i have not got the phone back yet. Previously the dealer told that he will get it repaired from the authorised service centre but now he says that he has to get it repaired from private repairer and he is demanding Rs 4500 for that I am at a fix what to do.

              have a xolo Q700 phone purchased on 5 May 2014 . After 3 months the touch screen of the phone Started hanging up, start flickering and non responsive The back key of the screen get automatically activated and any running application gets closed automatically due to it . I submitted the phone to F1 info solutions & services p on 22 Sept 2014 after 15 days on 25 Sept they are not receiving my calls and answering me properly.

                I have purchase a xolo A500s phone three months back..before 1.5 month my phone's battery was some fault..I went to customer care they said it will take 20 to 25 days to replace the battery now it's already 30 days gone and still they are saying that we dont have battery and it will take 10 days more I am unable to understand company don't have stock of battery and the same battery is available in market..                   Never Ever Buy a Xolo Phone...Instead Donate your money to some charitable cause...Bought a Xolo Phone X900 for Rs. 18900 from my hard earned money. Laminated it first day, used with proper cover as 18900 bucks meant something for me. Reasonably good device at that time in that budget. But within a time span problems begin to rise like charger dead, light bleeding from downside, power button failure, vibrator not working... finally sent the device to service center (which was actually a collection center, as xolo doesnot have service centres). On 6th November set was given (Xolo X900 IMEI [protected]) Sai Tele Links, Ludhiana (M) [protected], [protected] (Munish). with service no.[protected], and customer care promised to resolve the problems within 12 days at maximum. Here begins the harrasment, No clue of my handset whatsoever for one month and then finally mr. munish said it cant be repaired and hence they will send q700i instead after consulting with Mr. Mohit (M) [protected] at delhi service center and Mr. Satish [protected]. But then again Mr. Satish said Handset can be repaired and asked to wait a few days more. Finally after 37 days i got the Handset from collection center on[protected]. But they given me some other used handset with IMEI No. [protected] and with so bad physical condition, with dead pixels on screen, dents and scratches all over the body, back cover in so bad shape and ridiculous low battery backup and set restarting automatically. when i cross check the service record from customer care, i found out service complaint pending for the same with service complaint no.[protected] for restarting problem. I can't understand how can Xolo do this to their customers. Giving some other person faulty handset to me. After contacting again with Mr. Munish, Mr. Mohit they again offered q700i, after so harrasment to close the matter i accepted that. But again a twist, Here called Mr. Satish with a condition to deposit the handset with full box and accessories. which is impossible for me as charger was dead so long before and box was recycled. So now they say a new thing that this handset is out of warranty. so here is the trick they played. when i sent the handset it was in warranty and they kept it 37 days and send a fake handset with different imei with service issues pending. All the xolo employees Munish, Mohit and Satish are all bunch of crooks. I think company pays them for this, they will take the mobile and wait for the guarantee period to over and then will give the bad mobiles to customers again and chapter close. This is not good for a brand like xolo whose turnover is touching 150 crores. The worst brand i will say. So Bad Experience. Will Never buy any xolo or lava product and will always guide people to stay away from xolo or lava. I think i have wasted my 18900 bucks from my hard earned money.                     Respected Sir/Madam,

                    With regret i would like to inform you that i bought Xolo mobile Q1000S - IEMI [protected] around 2 month ago. But unfortunately it got damaged ( lcd break ) and i submitted it at FF4 - FIRST FLOOR, MARUTI ARCADE, NEAR SHIVRANJANI CROSS ROAD, SATELLITE, A'BAD for repairing.

                    But i would like to draw your attention that my phone was being used by employees and therefore they took so long in returning my phone. they took MORE THEN 40 DAYS in just repairing the phone which is very desaster. please take this mater on serious basis and take strict steps againgst such kind of fraud made by your staff.

                    I made my first time purchase with XOLO and i had a very bad experience with that. I WOULD NOT SUGGEST ANY OF MY RELATIVES AND FRIENDS FOR XOLO MOBILE IF YOU DON T TAKE ANY STRICT STEPS AGAINST IT AND GET ME JUSTICE..

                    I am very busy person and my money is only & only my time. But thanks to your staff that since last one month they making me fool and push me round and round. they took 1 hour when i just went to collect my phone which is too horrible. I always called at your customer care.. when I called they told me talk with local office Ahmedabad and Ahmedabad local office told me talk with customer care.. I don’t have time for that always I have to follow up every time.. why I have to call because your side always no response..

                    I was informed that my phone is already dispatched because they think i am biggest fool and i don t understand anything. But the truth was nothing was dispatched and they called me to informe that i ll have to pay 8875/- for my damaged phone. Strange but true. still i got ready t pay because i value for my data which is being stored inside.

                    If you are genuine human being and believe in customer service than please do me reply or get back to me in 24 hours otherwise i will assume that you all are same. Here i mention some names whom i am very much thankful for making my life full of troubles since one month.

                      On 23 sep i submitted my intel xolo x 1000 phone to xolo care for screen broken repair. after ignoring me for 2 months they r now demanding 10000 rs which is too much according to market. their customer care are very very careless. for any service they always take 2 or 3 months minimum. all over i can say lava is cheating and making fool of everybody. and nw i m going to take action against them in consumer court.                         Dear Sir/Madam, I Have launched complaint on 21st of Oct, 2013 my complain no is[protected] on toll free no[protected].My cell phone was picked up by fedex on 22nd of oct, 2013 docket no is[protected], and it was delivered on 24th oct, 2013 in noida After that i have called so many times but i have not get any proper reply by executive. When I had launched my complaint then executive said to me that within 10-12 days you got your cell phone.but after 19th of nov, 2013 still I am awaiting for my cell phone.I have called so many times in toll free number on 21st, 22nd, 24 th, 26 th, 28th.30th.2nd of nov, 4th of nov, 5th of nov an so on. When I did call to their service head Mr. Jitendra Sinha so many times then he gave me Mr.Mohit's Number.When I talk to Mr Mohit then he told me that mam your handset was dispatched today (Saturday--16.11.13).Monday I was confirmed on toll free number that my handset was dispatched or not then they told me that it is under repair. After that I again called to Mr. Mohit & Jitendra Sinha then they told me that my Handset was physically damaged and it will be repair for Rs.4500. If my handset was physically damaged and it will be repair by company then they will charge the amount then why Mr. Mohit & Jitendra Sinha told me that my handset was dispatched on 16.11.13 and after 25 days of having my handset they waked up and taking the revenge from me. This company do the fraud with the customer.I send my handset from Varanasi to Noida.If this type of problem occured with the consumer then how they believe this company.                           hello sir.. i am middle class student. i had bought a xolo Q800 white colour cell phone before 4 months. But before 20 days the phone switched off automatically. Due to phone is under warrenty so i was gone to xolo care, they told me that the phone has phisically damaged. i dont know what problem is occured. They told me that you have charged maximium 400 rs. so replyed, its ok although phone is under warrenty. thare are only 4 monts after buy that phone. when i was gone again to take my phone back, thay told me, there is big expense of phone and amount of 7300 rs.. i cant understand about it. how can i give them to 7300 rs. because what happend i dont know about it.. and new phone price is 12000 rs. when i called customer care of xolo care, no one answered me. and they dont connect phone to seniors. i am very confused. i want to claim on that.. please help me. Hoping for your correct action.

                              I bought a Xolo A500s on 26th September 2013 billed by the name of "ANURAG" (IMEI- [protected]). After a few days, I had issues with picking up calls through that phone. Therefore, I submitted it to the customer care center at 201, second floor, sagar plaza, laxmi nagar, metro pillar no.-70 on 9th October 2013. It has been almost over a month and no action regarding my complaint has been taken. The customer care executives say that my phone can't be processed due to shortage of parts. The phone comes with a 1 year warranty, but it has been only a few days and it is creating such a nuisance. All my work is at a standstill. I want you to look into the matter and take necessary actions for the same so that I can have my phone back as soon as possible. Even a reimbursement can be considered. Looking forward for a positive response ASAP.

                                  I bought a Xolo X1000 mobile phone. After 3 months it started giving Battery Problem. The battery expended with body and as a result the display was disturbed. Prior to that I sent many emails to the company for it poor battery backup, Poor camera Quality etc. The set was given to F1 Info Solutions & Services Private Limited, Nehru Place, New Delhi on 5th October 2013. Company returned the set on 28th October 2013 in a very worst condition. The touch screen was loosely fitted with the help of some adhesive, and the body was full of adhesive excessively applied on phone. The touch was not working, and the screen was out from the bottom. I called and emailed the matter to the company and received the call from them. They suggested me to return the phone to Service Centre once again. I again given the set to F1 Service Solution, Nehru Place, New Delhi. Now on 12 November, 2013, the service centre is saying that I have to pay Rs. 9000=00 towards damaged screen.

                                  I refused to take the phone.

                                  I have got a business loss of aprox. 4 lacs in these 39 days in addition to the harassment.

                                  I claim to the company for My Business Loss as well
                                  the cost of the phone i.e. Rs. 18000=00 as soon as possible.

                                  17th May 2013 - Purchased Xolo X1000 mobile

                                  till 30th September 2103 - Regularly Complaining for Different Problem related to Sound and camera

                                  02nd October 2013 - Battery Expanded set started giving charging and power backup problems

                                  05th October 2013 - Send the handset to Service centre
                                  28th October 2013 - Got the handset back. In damaged condition. Screen was tampered.
                                  30th October 2013 - Returned the set to Service centre
                                  5th November 2013 - Service cenrte told me that I have to pay Rs. 9000=00 for changing the Screen. I refused to take the hand set

                                  24th December 2013 - received a Swapped Handset. This said to be new handset was not working.
                                  26th December 2013 - Approached to service centre. They sent the handset to the factory for 15 days, saying that the battery is faulty.

My xolo q800 glass got broke and so i contacted XOLO CARE and they guided me to send my handset to F1 Services Chennai and said the problem will be rectified in 5 days. The following person (Branch Service Executive Chennai Xolo-CSD) contacted me when the handset reached F1 Service Center Chennai and said extra complaints and informed me that the bill will be Rs.1650. But its been almost 3 weeks and every time i contact him he is not responding properly and giving stupid reasons and also every time he saying different SERVICE CHARGE. For past 2 days he is not attending my call. i think he is miss using my handset. So kindly look into this issue as soon as possible and take proper action on him and help me to get my handset in 5 days.

                                        i bought a XOLO Q700 mobile handset in the month of july. due to a mishap, the mobile screen broke and developed a crack and the screen stopped working. i live in pune and they have no service centres here so my phone was sent to the Vashi centre. i was supposed to recieve a mail from them confirming the delivery of my phone and the amount of the charges i had to pay to get the phone repaired. i have yet not recieved it. i have been calling their helpline number everyday but it has not helped. i sent numerous emails to their mail id [protected]@xolo.in but that has not helped either. i finally asked for my mobile back without repair but now they are not even sending me my mobile back. they are holding back my mobile phone. all the helpline people say is "your mobile will be sent back as soon as possible." all this has grossly violated their guarantee of 5 day service. my complaint number is [protected]
