She suggest me for a visit to service centre and also she assured me for forwarding my feedback to the concerned team for resolve my query.     Dear Sir/Madam, I brought on mobile dated on 26/03/2014 Company Name:- XOLO Model No. Q800 Price:- 8604/- I got the issue in mobile between in 2 months i went in service centre as per the support no.[protected] for reported issue. (F1 Info solution & services M/S Service city, office no. 201, 02n, Delhi -92) Issue reported dated on 10.06.2014 submit the mobile Work order No.[protected] Issues:- 1- Camera not working 2- Heating problem 3- Stretching picture after some time 4- not good behave with customer My concern is that I will submit 4th EMI for mobile and I got probe between 2 months. Submitted the mobile 10 June 2014 but still did not get any response from anywhere(service centre or support centre)and if I call customer care for status but they don't provide Estimated time . So my concern is I given money and mobile but no update till now. I am suffering without mobile last 10 days why we take loss both side money and mobile and how can manage without mobile.       Hi, I bought XOLOQ100S on 18 jan 2014. It got dead on 24 may 2014 as it was not getting switched on. I took the mobile to the service centre on 26 of May and today its 20 June and I am not having any update about my handset. I call the service centre people several times but they didn't picked the call.Usually they do like this only they don't pick the calls so I have to call the customer care and from them I getting the same answere from last 15 days that it is still in repair factory. Please address my complain ASAP.         Hey guys if you're looking for a good phone which will last for atleast 2 year than dont buy xolo product .I have purchased XOLO Q700 from local retailer phone wroked fine for 4 month after that it was giving touch problem and in next month my battery was swallowed in such manner that i thougt it will blast now but fortunately this was not happened i called the customer care and requested them to provide new battery they had told me to contact the service center which near by me so I had contacted them(31 Feb 2014 ) they had told me that you will get your new battery within a week but till now (19 June 2014) almost 4 month gone i didnt get my battery my phone was totally blind without battery from last 4 month i didnt touch my phone for around 4 month still waiting for battery.Now when i was calling the service center they are telling that there will be no chance for new battery to come i was really disappointed . so guys if you really want to buy a good phone than dont go with XOLO I have never seen such useless product and company now i have decided that i will never even think to buy any new brand phone like XOLO etc. Regards Shaikh khleeq

          I had purchased a brand new xolo X1000 . I started facing issues related to sim card detection and battery. I gave my cell phone at your service Center in Macromobile- (xolo Care) Mumbai. The time taken to service my phone was too long and the quality of the service was disgusting. I was given back my phone on two occasions and the phone was at both times dead and had to be returned to the service center.

          I purchased this phone trusting the reputation of intel whose processor is used in my phone. However, I am very disappointed with the quality of service and the product performance overall. More than 50% of my warranty period my phone was with your company at the service center. I had to purchase a replacement phone as this phone was not available for use for almost 4 months now. Why should anyone pay Rs. 19000 and by a xolo phone when the quality and service is so bad.

          I have been very mentally disturbed due to the unavailability of my phone. Further the apathy of your service center personal has heightened my woes. Total lack of response or concern towards customers seems to be your company policy.

          I have been harassed for almost 4 months now and still there seems to be no sign of getting my phone back. I wish to approach consumer forum but thought I would contact you first.

          I request you to please provide me with a brand new phone as a replacement as my phone has only been made worse after I left it at your service center. Also, since my phone spent so much time at the service center during the warranty period I want an extended warranty for the phone you provide me with.

          This xolo phone was the first time I purchased such a high end phone after collecting money with lots of efforts. Is it really my mistake that I decided to trust your company products without it having a sterling reputation like samsung. It would have been better if I purchased a cheaper model of Samsung at least I would have a phone to use.

          This issue has been pending very long request you to look into it at the earliest. I hope you can understand my situation and patience level.

              Subject : Work order number[protected]. (XOLO- Q800) Sir, I have purchased XOLO - Q800s on 04 August 2013 (IMEI1- [protected] & IMEI 2- [protected]) with around one warranty period. After 4 month of purchasing I have faced a problem with that camera of phone not working so I submit the my mobile in your service centre at Cell Point communication located in viman nagar pune (Work order no.[protected] they commited me to give the phone after 15 days then after almost a month i received the phone back . I turned on the phone, that time camera was working but when I received call that time I found that phone is over heated than after 3 to 4 hr phone battery was discharge than i pug mobile to phone charger (xolo charger) that time I found that phone was again over heated so I pug out but after few hours phone is totally discharge & than phone was not charged (it was totally dad ). Then once again I submit the my mobile in your service centre at Sai Computers & teleshopee, karve road, Pune services centre guy told me to submit it once again but your old work order does not close so submit your phone on manual job so I submitted phone on 14/03/2014 manually. But after few days (on 10.04.2014) I found that Sai computers submitted my phone on dated 05.04.2014 at xolo care after closing the old work order. They given me job sheet, as per job sheet my new work order[protected]. When I was call to your toll free no.[protected] on dated 10.04.2014 & 14.04.2014 xolo care guy told your phone is in repairing process but 18.04.2014 on dated xolo care guy told me your phone is repair & you receive your phone form service centre than I goes at service centre, than there was I found that on my job sheet phone XOLO - Q700i sanded form your service (my phone is XOLO- Q800), the service centre guy told me, you call to customer care than I call your toll free number, xolo care guy I told, you call to our area manager ( Phone no. [protected] Mr. Amit ) after talking of 1 to 2 hours with customer care (I call on toll free no. 4 time on 18.04.2014) he given me area manager phone nunner & than call to area manager( Mr. Amit) on same day, Mr. Amit received my phone but does not reply me only says ahh ...ahh...Ahh (just like sleeping ) than he cut the phone, after 1 hr I call back he, he receive phone but does not discuss about problem, he say only send me work number & put up the phone than send work order number to Mr. Amit on dated 18.04.2014. After that I call Mr. Amit on dated 22.04.2014, 24.04.204 & 26.04. 2014 (10 to 15 time in a day) but he does not received or reply my phone & he does not solve my problem till date. Before that I also call your toll free no. [protected] on dated 10.04.2014, 14.04.2014, 22.04.2014, 24.04.204 & 26.04. 2014 i told my problem to all xolo care guy on your toll free number & xolo care guy toll me, " you discuss with service centre . I goes in service centre on dated 18.04.2014, 22.04.2014, 26.04.2014 & 02.05.2014 but service centre guy told me, you discuss with customer care. (than where to I go) I does not recieve my phone till date, Xolo really rocks i just cant believe your service if you cant repair the phone & support to customer than why you gives warranty period . When you keeping phone more than 2 month form date of purchased than what is the use of phone?, I kindly request you to save my problem, if my problem is solved than I go for justices.                 I had submitted my phone on 28/04/2014 for repairing at xolo Authorized service center KSP Services Kolhapur
                and till the date they have not repaired the same. I have made inquiries many time by visiting the Service Centre but Every time I is to get the same Answer that "we don't have display of this phone". Can you tell me why you are manufacturing such a product for which Parts are not available.
                I have also mailed the details to the [protected]@xolo.in on the 04/06/2014 but they have also not given me any satisfactory Answer they only told me that they will escalate the issue to the Backend team.
                If I will not got my handset By end of this week i.e. by 21/06/2014 I will give complaint in consumer court all this mental harassment by xolo service center and the Xolo Customer Care.

                  i had submitted my phone at xolo service center one stop services parel.they took phone for more that 45 days and now they give me a same defected phone again saying that we don't have display of this phone, can you tell me why you are manufacturing a such a defected piece if you don't have parts of that handsets.service center manager mr. shahid shaikh assure me that if your phone is not reparable then i will give you replacement of same, and he gave me same answer in written also. i talk with prashant who is ASM of Mumbai regarding delay of handset repairing he told me that i will give complaint in police about you what is the use of your sercvice center and worst service center.and if i will not dgate proper handset with proper display i will give complaint in consumer court about all this mental harassment by prashant and shahid shaikh and xolo service center.

                      I recently purchase a phone (Xolo Q3000) from Amazon.com. Just after 10 days, there was a display issue. When I reached the service centre (Shreeji communication) in Navrangpura, Ahmedabad, I was informed that the display of the phone is damaged. After two days when I called the service centre, I was informed that I will have to wait for about 20 days to get it repaired. They informed me that they do not have display in stock and are waiting for it.

                      I even called the Xolo Customer Service centre three to four time about my issue. They could not help me and redirected me to Service Centre.

                      Please help...

                        XOLOA600 has a manufacturing defect and it came to light after a week o[censored]sing the phone. the touch panel has some defect. my brand new phone is dead as soon as born. the chennai service centre is constant in its reply that the part is not available. can someone help, please?

                          Respected sir/ma'am I have bought xolo mobile phone model A800. Right now my device rear camera not working and I have reached to authorised service center and they give me 2 month's period for repairing and xolo call center said we give maximum 20 days. Dose company pay my loss for this days ? And pay my 2 months bill ? And call center supporter end call if we said that please talk with your senior. My device warranty period end on 21 June 2014 even they have not give me proper reason that why my this problem occur ? Please help me as soon as possible because after 21st June 2014 I have to pay lots of money for that. Thank you

                              I own XOLO Q700. I am facing software as well as battery issue in it. From the date of purchase ( i.e[protected] I hardly use it for 2 months and from then phone is in the F1 service centre, Charni Rd., Mumbai till date. There is no stock available for any accessories. No one seems to bother. Xolo should first understand the meaning of customer care. They have made a use and throw phone, once starts giving the problem straight away throw it. Services centre keeps postponing every date of delivery. Even if the one issue is little resolved other pops up on the spot and then again I have to submit the phone. Customer care, Services Centre are useless and worthless. Without understanding the meaning of care and for the sake of opening the services centre and customer care as other manufacturers are doing please do not make a fun of yourself. First understand the needs of consumer.

                              Just went through XOLO website with link HIVE in it. After reading it felt like laughing. Line from XOLO website
                              " Remember when every time someone visited us from abroad, we used to eagerly wait for their bags to be opened? We’d proudly talk about how our aunt from America or uncle from Germany got us gifts from abroad. We’ve always been fancied by all things foreign, whether it was everyday consumables or heavy duty electronics. "

                              My mobile model o is Q800, i gave my mobile to the chennai service center on 28/05/2014, my order id[protected], but till today i cant receive my mobile (49days), whenever i spoke to the service center they told not yet repaired, I never had like this worst experience in my life.                                 Dear Sir I have purchased Xolo Q700 last year, within few months o[censored]sage I noticed that battery has swollen, I visited twice or thrice to the nearest service center which is 150 kms from my place for replacement of battery. But battery was not available in the service center. Then I have also called many times service center‘s and got the same reply. The numbers and email ids of xolo care were also not accessible that time. Then I found that maximum handsets of same model are having swollen battery problem. Which means it’s a manufacturing defect in the handset. On May 11, 2014 I have complained by sending e-mail to [protected]@xolo.in and they informed me that they have escalated my issue to the higher authorities. In the meanwhile I was using the same handset and its battery’s backup was totally decreased suddenly its jumps down from 62 % to 12 % oneday I connected my phone for charging and found that within 10 mins it was heated and the size of the battery expanded to the double of its original size. It was near to explode due to expansion in size of the battery it exerted pressure on the screen due to which touch screen is also cracked now. I had a long conversation with xolo care between 11th May 2014 to 19 May 2014. But no resolution has been provided to me. After more than one weeks email conversation I have received this message from xolo care Thank you for your Email. As per the company policy, swollen battery will be considered out of warranty so you need to pay the charges for the same. We would request you to please co-ordinate with the service centre team for the same. ……………………………………………………………………�... I am totally not satisfied with the service of the xolocare. Because it is due to manufacturing defect and battery was not available in the service center and the xolo care’s mail id’s and toll free numbers were not also working that time. then i have approached national consumer helpline, they have provided me mailing address of Customer Service Head, Xolo Mobile. I have written a letter to him also and requested him to look into the issue and i have tracked my speed post it was delivered on 26th may 2014. but till date there is no reply from the consumer service head as i am suffering a lot due to xolo's service from last so many months . i would like to request you to replace my handset or return my hard earned money. Thank you Sir I hope my problem will be solved as soon as possible . I shall be thankful to you .

                                  Sir i buy xolo mobile from snapdeal this is my IMEI no [protected] i used my phone for 20 days after it having software releted problem so i submit in service center J-34 noida sec 18 but after having 3rd time of repairing i have same conacern they again send my mobile for one and half month my mobile submited in xolo care but they are not doing anything i request please do someting even if i talk with agent they not giving me proper answer and im totlyy fade up with service by xolo.

                                    I bought a Xolo X1000 phone from Andheri West Mumbai on 14th of May 2013. IMEI - [protected]. I was promised 'ONSITE' warranty for the phone while purchasing it!!! The phone battery started troubling me in April 2014 (Overheating, quick discharge, frequent requirement of charging, etc). I reported this to the XOLO helpline on several occasions since, they advised me to download some battery saving application DU Battery saver, etc alternatively asked me to contact the Vile Parle Service Centre of XOLO (I told asked about on site warranty as promised and they said that it never existed!!). I did whatever they said, downloaded the app. Called the service franchise called MOBOCARE, they did not answer or reply. I went there personally to realise they were shut. Then I went to the Malad Franchise to realize even they were shut!! I am a working person and cannot afford to visit these service centres after missing work which I did to realize that they are shut. Malad Franchise shut, Vile Parle Franchise is shut!!! My phone was dying and I could see that (My phone was not at all swollen at this stage, worked perfectly normal) until one day, it stopped getting on or charged. I reported this to the Customer care, must have called them almost everyday since. I revisited the Vile Parle Franchise as a last hope (in May 2014), to my surprise I found people sitting there and one of them said we are not functional. I insisted them to help me and that I have been troubled for over a month now, that's when he had a look at my phone and said your phone battery is swollen. It needs to be changed. That person did not know how to open the lower sleek plastic part of the phone which holds the sim card, etc to which I helped him. While closing the part himself while I was talking to the person's colleague, he broke that plastic part which I saw on the way back home! How could someone at the service centre do something so grave and not inform me?? Further, the battery kept swelling each day and that it pushed the display to damage it (the screen started going yellow at the edges) which was never the problem before. The person said "this phone is rare, spares take time to come. I can't take your phone, go to some other franchise and ask them to get a battery, it should take 15 days to a month." My question is, how can a person do without a phone for two months?? How difficult is it to get a battery of a phone?? All my contacts, messages, e-mails, important notes have been locked in the phone since and till date I haven't been able to access them! Also my warranty lapsed doing all this running around the town, calling, yelling! XOLO call centre takes ages to pick a call, calls get dropped or they cut deliberately once they realise they can't help! How embarrassing is that?? More so, they haven't logged a single complaint on such a big matter, each time they said we don't log complaints as such! Yesterday, about 2 months since my phone developed a problem, I caught hold of a franchise at Ghatkopar which again didn't answer my calls on 13 occasions (line busy/not reachable, unattended, etc) took my call day before and asked me to come down to their office in Ghatkopar. Their office address mentioned on the XOLO site is absolute rubbish, I had to ask for their address, made a note of it and reached them after missing some more hours of work! They asked me to submit my phone which I did. They called me up in the evening and told me that my phone battery needs to be replaced (RS. 1200) and also the display has been damaged (Rs. 6500). They said you could use the phone without changing the display (the screen might look ugly) but there is no guarantee that the screen wouldn't go worse. Could someone at XOLO, who are on a Mission Million, etc tell me, is this the level of service, service centres you'll had left the customers to? I bought the most expensive XOLO phone available in market then for this? Who will pay for my damage? When is my phone going to get fixed? Your lack of facility, careless approach, inefficient call centres, spare part unavailability, all led to my phone damage! I want my phone fixed please! You'll have anyways harrowed me to the extent that I will definitely make sure my matter is heard! Please resolve my problem ASAP!!!

                                    Hi, the same issue for xolo x1000 battery,
                                    Raised a request attempted many times, wrote many emails, called many times

                                    Its been more than a year I didn't receive my xolo x1000 battery yet.

                                    Also, no proper confirmation on if I am getting the battery or not from xolo care. I have many email combination which I can provide on this case as a proof.

                                    Now, my mobile is of no use without battery.

                                    Please suggest. I stopped suggesting anyone about xolo service. I feel I wasted 20k for my mobile :(

                                      With respect to above subject, I had problem with my XOLO Q800 (IMEI No. [protected]). So I took my phone to the XOLO Service centre (MALSA ENTERPRISES, Code 1300236, Mangalore) on 16th April 2014. It’s almost two months that I have been placed my cell for service and till now whenever I used to approach service centre I never used to receive proper response & status of my phone. On 10th JUNE 2014, once again personally I approached the service centre and asked for the status of my phone, instead of giving proper response Mr. Vivek, service centre incharge threatened of not returning the phone back and told me, ‘do whatever you want’ and also he tried to manhandle me but the technicians avoided him doing so.
                                      I got the area head no. Mr. Jeevithan ([protected]) who picked cal after 3 days of continuous try and thereafter even he dint respond and still am calling him and his no. is always busy.
                                      I kindly request you to look after my complaint regarding my phone and also take necessary action against Mr. Vivek.
                                      If am not getting response from the concerned authority by 13th JUNE 2014.

The person was asking me to get the job sheet saying that I have collected the phone. I seriously cant understand what's wrong with the service centre people.
