I have given my xolo B700 to service center One & half month ago and between this period my phone comes once and its problems not resolved so i send phone again.than after I went many times to service center and called them but they didn't respond me back that what happened with my phone . Once they replied that my phone will replaced by new phone till 1st may - 2014. but till now i have called so many times to xolo care & service center but they did not replied about the new or old phone. sir my phone's warranty period is expired in between so what should i do. please suggest me. Otherwise i have to go to consumer court.

    I phone battery was swollen and wanted to purchase new Battery. I went to Maxcomm Services for battery replacement (Obviously by purchasing). But they said that they have recently opened the service center so they don't have battery in stock and I have to wait 15 more days for the battery. Waited patiently for 15 more days then called them (On 2 Feb )they said that it will take 8 more days for battery (Next friday 7th Feb) Called them up around 7th Feb 2014 they said that they are unable to get delivery against Purchase Order which they have placed for Xolo X1000 batteries. and they will be able to get delivery mostly by next Friday (14 th Feb) When called on Friday 14th Feb they said that still they haven't received any delivery for Xolo X1000 batteries please call Back on Monday noon or Tuesday Morning. When called on Monday got reply that call on Tuesday (18th Feb) Today when I called got a STRANGE reply that it will take 20 more days to battery to be delivered and further replaced. Concern: 1. I have bought my phone to use and not to keep ideally in Box 2. Service Center hasn't issued any temporary phone to use. 3. Delivery time (more than 40 days )for Battery in City like Mumbai is strange from customer Service perspective. 4. Whenever I call on Service Center either Mobile is busy or call is not picked up on the complete ring. Service center doesn't have the courtesy to call back to customer. ( Worst Scenario: When service center said for first time that after 15 days battery will be received then a humble request was maid to them that will they be able to give a call, answer was straight away No) 5. At the time of purchasing mobile it was said that any issue will be resolved with the help of on-site warranty (i.e. Xolo engineer will collect mobile and solve the issue and return the same) but when called for surprise it was case that for Mumbai there is no On-site warranty as there is Service center in Malad (I stay to other end at Thane) 6. As a New Entrant to market you should provide excellent customer Service but the Customer Service par is missing totally. Finally after 4 months (on 14th May 2014) I got a battery (Service center has claimed that they have provide New Battery but after battery Fully charged battery lasted only for 5 Hours.) I have submitted phone on 17th May 2014 in service center (CCom Eternity Mall Thane West), and they are saying that they will be able to deliver mobile on 31st May 2014. Need to understand why this much time is required to give a battery. Note: For battery of phone am waiting from 14th Jan till Today (except 3 days 14, 15 and 16th May 2014)

        Hi! I am Varun Joshi, from Vadodara, Gujarat. I have purchased a new Xolo Q700 on 11 Dec 2013 from SK Mobiles, Vadodara, it has very good features and infact i have recommended my friends for Xolo Q700 as a result now we have 5 Q700 in our group, but apart from features it has very low battery quality it drains from 100% to 40% very quickly in few hours of GPRS and gaming use. I am facing the same issue of battery draining but now it was different because it started draining like anything it comes 100% to 20 % in 1 or 2 calls from device.So, i decided to complain to SK mobiles, i guided me and sent me to your service center.I visited service center of XOLO but the i did not get proper response they said the battery is swollen and it is a physical damage because of over hitting, so it does comes in warranty, if the battery drains from 100 to 20 % in one calls so i have to charge the battery, so because of that it over hits so that is not my fault. Due to batteries inefficiency it got damaged. I also have word with the customer care representatives Mr. Mitesh and Mr. Harjit Singh. They failed to give me the proper response and failed to solve my problem and, Mr. Mitesh have disconnected my phone on going conversation, Mr. Mitesh and Mr. Harjit singh were failed to give Nodal officer no and email address. I can complain to the trai for this misbehaviour of your customer care representatives. I am requesting you to change the battery ASAP. Battery serial no: HT13G0003181 Thanking you in anticipation.

        I purchased XOLO Q700 mobile handset 6 months ago.
        Now it is giving trouble with battery, its seem somewhat start getting increase in thickness.
        Also I explain same complaints with XOLO service center at chinchwad branch, pune maharashtra.

        But they are not responding to my complaint & also they don't have stock of new batteries

        Same problems are occurred with my friend's handset. He also getting same answers.

        Please help me to get replacement for battery.
        Same problem with me also.Shut down this company as early as possible
        Battery not available from last 45 day in your service station .Your company service is very -2 poor & your costumer support office is just for formality.

        Deposited the phone on 11.10.14 at F1. Info solutions & services p. C/o AMBE electronics. Sector 18. Noida. Till today I have not got any information except it is under repair. I really don't know how long will they take to change a simple battery. If I call, nobody picks up the phone at info solutions...

          I have bought Xolo q1000 opus before a month, and facing issues.
          1. Now since last 3-4 days my phone lost coverage on both SIM cards! People call me and found me Not Reachable and I can see full coverage on mobile screen.
          2. Music Player and Ringtone are not playing - complete silent, even I cann't hear if got chance to speak with any one. phone behaves completely unusual

          I have called to customer care many times and mail also (as you can see below) but no response.
          I have sent massage as per your website but no response
          I visited your service centre today @ 6.30 and I felt like I went to 1960's govt office and i met so many peons, Who don't know how to speak with customers. They refused and told me service centre is closed I said at per your website & service centre it should open till 7.00 PM so they replied me - "HOW COULD WE KNOW ?"

          I am using mobile since 14 years and I never face such problem, never experience such careless, useless, rude and worst services.

            Sir,

            I have purchased XOLO - Q800s on 04 August 2013 (IMEI1- [protected] & IMEI 2- [protected]) with around one warranty period. After 4 month of purchasing I have faced a problem with that camera of phone not working so I submit the my mobile in your service centre at Cell Point communication located in viman nagar pune (Work order no.[protected]. They commited me to give the phone after 15 days then after almost a month i received the phone back .BUT when I turned on the phone, that time camera was working but when I received call that time I found that phone is over heated & than with in 3 to 4 hr phone battery was discharge totally than i pug mobile to phone charger (xolo charger) that time I found that phone was again over heated so I pug out but after few hours phone is totally discharge & than phone was not charged (it was totally dad ). Then once again I submit the my mobile in your service centre at Sai Computers & teleshopee, karve road, Pune but services centre guy told your old work order does not close so submit your phone on manual job so I submitted phone on 14/03/2014 manually job . But after few days (on 10.04.2014) I found that Sai computers submitted my phone on dated 05.04.2014 at xolo care after closing the old work order. They given me job sheet, as per job sheet my new work order[protected]. When I was call to your toll free no.[protected] on dated 10.04.2014 & 14.04.2014 xolo care Executive told me, your phone is in repairing process but when i was call 18.04.2014 on dated xolo care executive told me your phone is repair & you receive your phone form service centre than I goes at service centre, than there was I found that on my job sheet phone XOLO - Q700i sanded form your service (my phone is XOLO- Q800), the service centre guy told me, you call to customer care than I call your toll free number, xolo care guy I told, you call to our area manager ( Phone no. [protected] Mr. Amit ) after talking of 1 to 2 hours with customer care (I call on toll free no. 4 time on 18.04.2014) he given me area manager phone nunner & than call to area manager( Mr. Amit) on same day, Mr. Amit received my phone but does not reply me only says ahh...ahh...Ahh (just like sleeping ) than he cut the phone, after 1 hr I call back he, he receive phone but does not discuss about problem, he told me only send me work number & put up the phone. Than i send work order number to Mr. Amit on dated 18.04.2014. After that I call Mr. Amit on dated 22.04.2014, 24.04.204 & 26.04. 2014 (10 to 15 time in a day) but he does not received or reply my phone & he does not solve my problem till date. Before that I also call your toll free no.[protected] on dated 10.04.2014, 14.04.2014, 22.04.2014, 24.04.204 & 26.04. 2014 i told my problem to all xolo care guy on your toll free number & xolo care guy toll me, " you discuss with service centre . I goes in service centre on dated 18.04.2014, 22.04.2014, 26.04.2014 & 02.05.2014 but service centre guy told me, you discuss with customer care executive. (Than where to I go) since I does not recieve my phone till date, i just cant believe xolo service if you cant repair the phone & support to customer than why xolo gives warranty period .


            When xolo keeping phone more than 2 month form date of purchased than what is the use of that phone?, I kindly request you to save my problem, Waiting for your positive reply.

                [protected] Complain no. XOLO Q700 - not able to get new battery from last 10 days. And All Ahmedabad Service Center telling me to wait for 30 - 80 days to get the new battery. Company is not responding for complaint. Xolo Care is telling me to get in touch everyday with Service station. They are doing nothing to help me. No one will wait for 30 to 80 days for new battery.                 I have already logged[protected] Complaint in XOLO Support center but they are not taking any steps or doing nothing. Company is not responding for complaint.                   Respected sir, Since 1month by somehow I have lost my both lock key and Volume key.Since that day I am searching for the same at all service centre at bharuch and also near by service stations of Surat and Baroda.But sapres are not available.Without lock key this instrument is useless kindly do needful ASAP.Also i am trying to call on helpline no but I am never connectedt to customer excecutive and i am informed that we will call you back in 3Hrs and I have never received call.This is very harassing situation.Also service centre at Bharuch are not replying satisfactorily.I am feeling that in only after 2months of buying xolo Q900 i am being punished.Kindly do needful to get these spare on most urgent basis.Since more than 1month instrument is not useful to me due to only lock key is available.

                  Really Poor service by Xolo. Customer care guys don't know where is the service centers are located. They just read the script.
                  Very poor/ shabby service centers, looks like street side vendor (in kolkata).
                  Service center guys don't know about the parts/ price/ specification. Just like Chinese handsets. Infact they are much better (the Chinese handset).
                  My phone was under warranty thought they were charging Rs. 2500/- for replacing LCD, anf funniest part this phone cost 6.5k (online) now. Infact the main glass is ok, it was automatically cracked while listening music. I din't bothered much while the set is getting hotter in times, I felt that was the reason of lcd crack.

                  I will never reccomment anybody to buy XOLO products.

                    I IMEI - S/N - [protected] - bought Xolo Q700 in last year August 2013, and it was not even an year that it battery got all swollen up (Similar problem is being faced by many other users). I went to the Service centre in Thane Maxcomm service center, there they told me that the warranty on the battery is only for 6 months. So I told them OK, I will buy a new one. Then they told they don't have it right now, It will be available next week(this was in Mar 1st week). I went there next week then they told me that It will come after 1st April, then 10th April, they kept giving me dates but it didn't come. And I contact customer care they are saying my complaint was taken and they will esclate to the Back End Team and I will get the call from Xolo Back end team. But I didn't get any calls from Xolo. Then I started contacting Area Sales Manager Mr. Sanjay Mali -[protected] He also committed me by 26th April. Don't how India govt is allowing such products to sale in the market without having proper service support of the products. If the product company is not giving support of his owned products then who will give the support. First they make a faulty product and to add in to the agony of their consumers they are providing such a pathetic after sales service. Please Do the needful. Thanks in advance!

And All Ahmedabad Service Center telling me to wait for 30 - 80 days to get the new battery. Company is not responding for complaint.                     I am Xolo Q700s user. I have no other complaints but about the battery. The original battery is bulging, I somehow managed to have it replaced, but it is getting bulge once more. I have mailed XoloCar ([protected]@xolo.com) and still waiting for their reply. Anyone who can help me getting the battery??

                      I purchased a XOLO Q800 phone in Oct '13. Everything worked fine till I accidentally dropped the phone and the screen ( glass ) broke. On Mar 26th, I visited XOLO Authorized Service Center in Kolkata - Balaji Enterprises, 46/31/1, Old Gariahat Road, Kolkata - 29. Spoke to the center manager Mr.Siddharth and was told the part will come after 7-10 days. I paid an advance of Rs.1500/- and was told they will contact me as soon as the part arrives from Noida. After getting no update from them, I contacted them on 9th April and was told to wait for another week. Next week again the same routine followed. When asked for an explanation about the delay I was told part is not available. When I contacted the XOLO cust care through their central number I was told part is available in the Noida. When explained about my ordeal, they said they can't help and asked me to contact the service center again. Today I spoke to Mr.Siddharth again and got the same reply - wait for another week. He asked us to submit the phone such that they can send it to Noida to get the part replaced. When asked why wasn't this told to us till now, he said "I had forgotten about this earlier!!!" After making us wait for a month, he is asking us to submit the phone such that it can be sent to Noida for repair.

                        Really Poor service by Xolo. Customer care guys don't know where is the service centers are located. They just read the script.
                        Very poor/ shabby service centers, looks like street side vendor (in kolkata).
                        Service center guys don't know about the parts/ price/ specification. Just like Chinese handsets. Infact they are much better (the Chinese handset).
                        My phone was under warranty thought they were charging Rs. 2500/- for replacing LCD, anf funniest part this phone cost 6.5k (online) now. Infact the main glass is ok, it was automatically cracked while listening music. I din't bothered much while the set is getting hotter in times, I felt that was the reason of lcd crack.

                        I will never reccomment anybody to buy XOLO products.

I asked over phone to my city service center (Kashyap Telecom, Dehradun, Uttrakhand) what is the price for this spare parts. Mr. Kashyap told me 11500/- (Eleven Thousand Five Hundred). I got shocked because my phone cost is 19000/- and for the touch and display they said 11500/-. When I called up Delhi service center: - Center name: Best Services Address: Shop No. G1 & G2, Plot H-10, Express Arcade, Netaji Subhash Place, PitamPura, New Delhi Pin Code: 110034, Landline Nos:[protected] Contact Person: Poonam Sharma, Center Manager: Shailender Garg Poonam Madam told me the price for this part is 6662/- (Six Thousand Six Hundred Two Rupees) I asked her 3 time that is this is the price for Xolo q 3000 touch and display? She said yes sir this is our company price. I again called up to “Kashyap telecom” and asked Mr. Kashyap that why you are charging more amount when your Delhi office is giving me less price he said this is our price, if you want you can go to Delhi center and give them your phone. I get again shocked when I am living in Dehradun why should I go to Delhi when Xolo is having service center at Dehradun and why Mr. Kashyap is asking more amount than Delhi. I called up to Xolo customer care and said them all they said please give your handset to Kashyap telecom because at the time of submit they will not charge any amount after repair they will ask amount and it will take 10 to 15 days to repair your handset and in the meanwhile we will definitely short out this matter at our end and you will be charged a nominal amount, I went to Kashyap telecom on 12th April 2014 and give them my handset they again write 11500/- for the charge of touch and display at the “Job Sheet”. After leaving that place I again called up to Xolo care and told them that why they have given me the price of Rs 11500/- in the job sheet? They again said let your phone repair we will see this matter. On 16th April 2014 at 6.35pm I got call from this no-[protected] (Kashyap Telecom) a person asked me that sir you have given a handset of Xolo q3000? I said yes, He asked are you want to repair your handset I told him I have already given you my phone for the repairing he said then the charge will be 11500/- I told him that Sir, I am already asking this matter with your Xolo care and they assured me that I have to pay the nominal amount please repair my phone 1st we will see payment matter after that. After that I called up to Xolo care and told CCE about this he said they do not have any idea about the rate of spare parts only service center or their backend team has the price. I told him to please transfer my call to your backend team because I really want to know the price of touch and display for my phone, he said they do not have this facility, he will forward my complain to the backend team they will contact me asap. When I asked after how many days they will contact me he said I cannot give you the specific time. I asked him then please transfer the call to your senior I will ask to him, he said he will also say the same thing what I am telling you. I told him clearly that listen Mr. I am giving your company 2days and if I will get any call or mail from your backend team about the price of my phone’s spare parts then I will file a complaint to the consumer forum. Dear Sir, from then Still I am waiting for their call or mail but those people are least bother about my problem. I am feeling like Xolo company are making fool to their customers and I am the biggest fool customer who bought a expensive phone of this company.                             hi, My husband purchased XOLO Q700 mobile before 10 months. Its battery got swelled up within a year o[censored]se. The use was moderate but then also we got trouble with the battery. I personally visited the service center Cellpoint Communications service center in viman nagar Pune on 17th April 2014. they promised it that the battery will be provided by 21st april. but from 21st april to 23rd april 2014 i visited the center thrice at 10.30 am but it was closed. official working hours for teh service center is 10 to 6 but then too it was close. I called the call center of XOLO and they were rude. Not providing accurate information This is frustrating.

                            Hi, I am also in the same situation. Service Center, Cusotmer care no one response for our problems.
                            Even I contact Area Sales Manager, He also giving the same response like service centers.
                            Don't know how these products are launched in the market without having proper service support.
                            Look no body will resolve your problem regarding this battery, mic, touch because these are the issue is not about battery but these are the problems of quality. So for getting new battery you have to go those area where mobile parts are readily available and get battery or can be adjusted any other battery in your phone.

                                handed over after due repairing to me with in the span of one week. Accordingly
                                I contacted the center on 20.03.2014 for getting the repaired instrument back.
                                However on that day it was informed that it is under repair.


                                Since then I am following the matter with the service centre
                                regularly, however every time it is
                                informed that mobile instrument is still under repair. Till date I haven't
                                received my repaired mobile set yet. The same is also conveyed to XOLO
                                customer care on email and by phone.


                                From
                                above incidence it is quite clear that service center are not offering proper
                                services to mobile users and thereby causing great inconvenience. I am really
                                cursing the day when I purchased this phone and cursing the person who had
                                suggested me this brand. The same needs to be looked into urgently

                                  I purchased a XOLO company cell phone on August 8, 2013. In starting of March the battery became swollen and due to this the phone stopped working. It has been around 45 days now and I have been to many service stations of XOLO that the people of XOLO tell me to go but I am not getting any proper answer as to when will I get a new battery. No one is helping and so please look into this matter seriously and please result in me getting a new battery. They don't give me straight answers as to when the new battery will come. So please help me and I am really tired and fed up!!!

                                    Hi, my Name is Sunil Kumar. I bought a Xolo A500s IPS on 19th of March. The phone has already started to give a Lot of problems by Getting switched off every now and than. Once the phone gets switched off automatically, its takes minimum of 4 hours to get on again and i have tried every alternate way the customer care told me but in vain. This is continuing from past 4 days and now i Am facing a lot of problems as i got only one phone. Customer care executive informed that it will be repaired And given but i asked for replacement which they are not ready to give. If the phone was old than i would have agreed for repair but since its not even been a month i am looking forward for replacement.                                         I am Bhavesh Kaushik resident of 20, Yati Nagar, Hansi, Hissar, Haryana. My elder brother Bhagwan Kaushik was criticaly ill and in ICU so I had to go to Mumbai, en route my old phone started malfunctioning so I purchased a new phone XOLO A500S from Gourav Telecom (shop No.1064) in Bawana, Delhi and after that boarded my flight to Mumbai.
                                        I had to switch off my phone during the flight period. After landing in Mumbai I tried switching on my new Xolo Phone but it wouldn't start. I plugged in charging then too it wouldn't start. I Dialled Xolo Customer Care and talked to their customer care executive Sneha who advised me to go to borivali Xolo Care centre. I did that and they declared the phone dead and made a DOA letter for replacing bthe phone.
                                        Then yet again I called customer care and executive Amrit told me, you bought the phone from Delhi so you would be able to change it in Delhi only.I called up Gourav Telecom and he replied "your DOA is from Mumbai you will get the replacement there".
                                        I am submitting this complain as I am very much frustrated with XOLO Company and Gaurav Telecom.
                                        they both have caused me mental as well as financial grief.Please address my complain and help me find justice as I as a consumer had just paid the full amount and bought a handset with expectation of catering my needs in emergency at such critical times.

                                        Really Poor service by Xolo. Customer care guys don't know where is the service centers are located. They just read the script.
                                        Very poor/ shabby service centers, looks like street side vendor (in kolkata).
                                        Service center guys don't know about the parts/ price/ specification. Just like Chinese handsets. Infact they are much better (the Chinese handset).
                                        My phone was under warranty thought they were charging Rs. 2500/- for replacing LCD, anf funniest part this phone cost 6.5k (online) now. Infact the main glass is ok, it was automatically cracked while listening music. I din't bothered much while the set is getting hotter in times, I felt that was the reason of lcd crack.

                                        I will never reccomment anybody to buy XOLO products.
