I purchased a Xolo Q700 Mobile from an authorized xolo dealer in pune, IMEI no. - [protected]
the screen has multiple stripes mark on it, which is a manufacturing defect.
when i asked the dealer for service he said Xolo don't have service center's in pune and they can't help and said that Xolo service is 100% online and I have to log a complaint online only. I logged a complaint and the handset was picked from my home my Fedx. after following them 4-5 time I got it back in 15 days but with more defects. now the touch stopped working, you click something it clicks something else, you type one key it automaticly types few more random keys, pathetic service.
I logged complaint again and it got picked up again, but this time for ever. I am calling their service center since last 20 days but they say the mobile is under repair and they don't have any updated information and the mobile will be dispatched soon, but they can't commit any time.
to add to the frustration, now the call center representatives have stopped listening, they will hug call, or will keep you on hold or simply disconnect.
I don't know what should i do now. plz suggest how to proceed for legal action on them.
