i bought a xolo x910 mobile on dated 5th October and whithin 4-5 daysthe mobile have a problem on date 9th October and i send mobile to lava international vashi mumbai office on dated 10th October now i am talking with xolo customer care no one knows when i can get the mobile or replacement, i think xolo customer care useless. my case id is[protected] thanks joraver

    I purchased a Xolo Q700 Mobile from an authorized xolo dealer in pune, IMEI no. - [protected] the screen has multiple stripes mark on it, which is a manufacturing defect. when i asked the dealer for service he said Xolo don't have service center's in pune and they can't help and said that Xolo service is 100% online and I have to log a complaint online only. I logged a complaint and the handset was picked from my home my Fedx. after following them 4-5 time I got it back in 15 days but with more defects. now the touch stopped working, you click something it clicks something else, you type one key it automaticly types few more random keys, pathetic service. I logged complaint again and it got picked up again, but this time for ever. I am calling their service center since last 20 days but they say the mobile is under repair and they don't have any updated information and the mobile will be dispatched soon, but they can't commit any time. to add to the frustration, now the call center representatives have stopped listening, they will hug call, or will keep you on hold or simply disconnect. I don't know what should i do now. plz suggest how to proceed for legal action on them.

      The complainant Rajendra l pamrar ( [protected] ) filed this complaint.

      While the opponent No.1 is the xolo authorized Service Centre. The opponent No.2 is manufacturer. The complainant purchased Mobile instrument “ XOLO Mobile Q 700 Model” from the
      Ridhhi shiddhi by paying costs of Rs. 9600/- vide invoice No. dt.28/08/2013. The Mobile instrument is manufactured by the opponent Mobile hand set under warranty. On 13/06/2014 just within 9 months, the battery of Mobile hand set gets some pixel problem and due to that problem, the complainant was facing this inconvenience. Therefore, on the, date: 13/06/2014 the opponent contacted the opponent No.1 and complaint regarding the instrument. As per instruction of opponent No.1, the complainant handed over the Mobile instrument to the opponent No. 1 for repairing. The complainant went to the opponent No.2. But the opponent No. 1 has not given proper answer when I will be get the instrument the complainant contacted all the opponents many times but they could not give proper reply for the same. All opponents are just ignoring this and only one answer from both opponents u have to just wait. I have call recording of both of them . Opponents have also called many times to opponent No. 3 but he never receive. Before doing this case I had inform to all opponents but they not take this seriously and just forget me. On dated :- 12/07/2014 I wait for reply around five hour in opponents no 1 but they don’t have time for answer and the time of closing of service centre they said u will get your phone with 10 days but not sure. Ultimately, demanded the costs of the mobile or to replace the mobile but the opponent did not answer for the same and not replace the fresh piece of Mobile. In this way, the opponents have adopted unfair trade practice by selling defective mobile.
      sir, i have submitted my mobile to the service center for repair on 13 july. but still i have not received my phone.
      My job is[protected] when i submitted my handset that time she told me that sir you will get your handset within one week. I made call after one week then she told me that you will get your handset after 10 days. I said OK

      but I never know that you people are providing very bad service. After 10 days again I called. She told me same thing sir you will get your handset after 10 days. Today I visited guru nanak communication uttam nagar service center. I asked for my handset you know that i surprised because he told me that you will get handset after 15 days. what the hell

      now i want my handset within 2 days other wise i am going to file case again you in consumer court because i can not wait now

      I purchased a Xolo A800 on 06/01/2013 and within 2 months it got dead while charging and after contacting to customer care service they arranged a home pick up (Fed-ex courier service) and on 4th April 2013 I delivered my handset to the specified address by customer care executive and since then I haven't received my handset. I continuously kept calling them for my handset and each time they gave me a silly excuse like 'sir sorry but our ssystem status hasn't been still updated I have forwarded your complain to our senior executive and they will contact you soon' but nothing happened and still im waiting for my handset. Now its almost going to be 2 years completed and nothing happened i belong to a middle class family and i am a student and i purchased that handset after collecting money for a long time. But this all turned to be a mental harrasement and i want compensation for what i have suffered. Do reply to my problem and try to fix this within a short period!

      My name is Mohammed waqas ansari and I belong to Barbanki town. I purchased a Xolo a800 on 06/01/2013 and within 2 months o[censored]sage one day it suddenly got dead while charging at night. The next day I contacted their customer care service[protected] and as they didn't had a walk in service centre in my area so they arranged a home pick up via fed-ex courier. On 4th April 2014 I delivered my handset to the specified address and from that day I havent received my handset and now its almost going to be 2 years. Within this span of time several times I have been calling them and each time I got to hear very silly excuses (they always said sorry our system is not still uldated regarding your complaint and sometimes they even refused to hear me by saying hello hello after talking for sometime) by them and I have been continuosly mentally harrased. I belong to a middle class family and it was my first time I got a smartfone in my life after collecting money for a long time but it ended up being the worst experience. Sir kindly resolve my case as soon aspossible and i want compensation for these two years and for the mental harrasement i have gone through. My handset IMEI was [protected] and complain number was[protected].
      I have given my xolo q2000 for display problem before my warranty ends. It's about 45 days I dint get my phone back. I din get proper reply from spk service center chennai.[protected]job sheet no.

          I had purchased Xolo Q800 from Pimpri Pune on 13.06.2013. IMEI1:[protected] Day one I am facing problem. While operating suddenly reboots itself. Some times while operating gets hang & I need to switch off the phone & restart every time. No authorized service facility available in entire Pune region. One Xolo collected handset from my residence for & sent to Mumbai for repair. After 11days I had received handset, but problem was not resolved instead auto reboot & getting hang problem increased. Horrible thing is that they have not sent the back cover of the handset, so I had purchased from market. Once complaint has been registered to Xolo but again same procedure needs to be followed. I requested for temp replacement/ alternate hand set for usage till they collect handset back to repair for 15 days, but my request was rejected. I had already done latest software updation & re-installation of factory set up as per instruction by Xolo care. hey sold me defective hand set and they must replace the handset. Horrible service, no local support in major city like Pune/Pimpri Maharashtra.

            Hi, My phone is Xolo Q800 I bought this phone on August of 2013 The phone came preinstalled with Android version 4.1.2 The phone hardware is working fine but the phone software have bugs in it which can only be fixed if the phone is upgraded to Android version 4.2.2 But my phone company XOLO is not releasing software update for my phone model alone I can see software update for other models which was released after XOLO Q800 in their website I called them and emailed them many times but they keep saying they will post the update on their website but I could not find any update on their website so far So please somebody help me in this George Stephenson [protected] g.george.[protected]@gmail.com

As per xolo service centre it takes 5 working days for the mobile to get repaired & despatch. But still today I.e. After almost 20 working days I didn't got my handset back. I'm daily calling the xolo customer service on[protected] for resolving my complaint ( complaint no[protected]. But still i'm getting no feedback from them. So please resolve my issue as i'm fed of doing this on daily basis. Pl help me out of this.

              Xolo — Mobile phone not received from service center

              I have purchased mobile phone XOLO (IMEI [protected]) from ebay which I got delivered on 24th sep, on which I found yellow patch on its display, So I called Xolo customer care on[protected] & filed a complaint ( complaint no[protected] regarding this issue; as there is no service centre in Nagpur, my handset was home picked up by FEDEX (docket no[protected] for Xolo service centre "Ambience Court, 1003/1004, 10th Floor, Plot No 2, Sector 19D, Near RTO Office, Vashi, Navi Mumbai, - 400705". on 25th september. As per Xolo serive policy mobile gets repaired and gets despatched in 5 working days, but till today almost after 21 working days, I didn't received my handset. When i call Xolo customer care they assure me that my handset will be despatched soon but there is no feedback of my mobile status. I am calling them daily but till today my problem has not been resolved & i didn't got my handset. Pl help me out of this.

Customer care is just giving false promise. my mobile was picked up on 24 sep 2013 and was sent to LAVA INTERNATIONAL Ltd.(xolo service) A56, SEC-64, NOIDA, pin 201301. my mobile IMEI NO.                   I brought a XOLO A 1000 for Rs. 14, 000 in February 2013 from Magnet Mobiles, Vile Parle (W), Mumbai. It started giving charging issues within 1 month of purchase. So, I called XOLO care and they arranged for a pick up (The company does not provide any stand by phone). Then after repeated calls I got the mobile back after around 20 days. When I checked the phone the back camera was not working hence I again called them and the arranged for a pick up. This time i received the mobile back within 6 days. But again after 1 - 1.5 months I started facing the same charging issue. Now, again they want me to give the phone to the pick up guy, so I somehow used the phone for around 2-3 months, but had to call the pick up guy since it was getting difficult to charge the phone. Not having phone for a few days causes business losses. I again gave my phone for repairing on 30/09/2013, it is almost 10 days and the phone is not yet returned. Now, there is no doubt that it is a faulty piece. I want a fully functional piece without any defects. DamageOccured Monetary losses due to unavailability of Mobile.Stress due to not giving the phone back within stipulated time (i.e. 5 working days) claimed by them for repairing and returning the phone. Frequent unavailability of phone for use during the issue of charging. Loss of time as I have to check every few minutes weather the phone is charging. Keeping the Mobile attached to the charger for most of the time. Required Relief I want a new phone in which I don't face any problem and which i can use it without any distress.Compensation for expenses incurred and loss of income.                   WHICH SOLUTION DID YOU PROVIDE? And how is the complaint resolved.. the phone did not work properly even for a month.. u kept the phone at the service center almost for 35-40 days I have all proof for that. Even then when I went to the service center on 9th March 2014. Your employees said that you warranty has expired on 8th March 2014 and we cant help you on the issue. If you want any help we could provide it for a charge which was around 1500 so i decided not to waste money on your company's phone and bought a new one.. your hand piece is still lying in my cupboard, , no one is ready to buy that defective product

                    I beg to say that i purchased XOLO Q1010i Mobile Handset on 28.05.2014 from Lucknow but later it's software & other problems, i deposit it for repairing to your Xolo Service Center at Faizabad & i have got it after 1 month. After some times such problems arise again and i reached service center at 23.05.2015 & deposit my mobile handset. the Job sheet no is 25868(photo copy attached) but till date my mobile handset is not repair. Service center has told me that your mobile will send to company which is situated at Noida and after 1 month you will got it. But from 23.05.2015 to till date my mobile is not repair & nor i have got sufficient reason from service center. I have call your XOLO CARE REPRESENTATIVE on 07.07.2015( Request No.382110) then i have got that my mobile has not sent to company to repair. I also requested to service center manager that Please replace my handset but he did not do so and not repair my mobile.
                    So therefore i request to you that please do further necessary action.

I had submit my phone on 13th august and since then your customer care services have failed to provide me with any resolution about the return of my phone or its conditions . I feel humiliated as a customer to even write such a mail, but i have been forced to such a limit by executives at your contact centre by providing me false promises of providing me callback or emails or resolution. For past one and a half month, I have been continuously calling up your executive who provided the same reply and disconnect the call. I would be sending this mail to all personal responsible for care of lava mobile and expect them to show some courtesy out of professionalism. I would request you to look into this matter as soon as possible or else i would be forced to take action through the consumer forum and i would gladly present all the call recordings and the unnessesary email sent to me as a reply after months waiting through xolocare. its been two months and these guys have made my life hell, i cant explain my parents why i am not using my phone for past two months.please assit me with my problem.

                        We had given a XOLO phone for service in XOLO CARE, Nungampakkam for a problem with the power button. They said that they will return it on the same day evening as it is a very small problem. Since then I have been calling them every day and also visited their service centre 15 times and they say that the mobile is under service and they do not know about the status. When I call the customer care, they don't even talk in English and are using swearing words and often talk in Hindi so that we do not understand. Aren't these calls even monitored by Xolo? We have lost all the patience and the phone that we bought cost me a full month salary and this problem came in the 2nd month itself. Now I don't even have a spare phone to make calls. Curse Xolo Care and their products. I request Xolo to compensate for all the losses I incurred from calling them everyday and visiting their service centre. And also extend the warranty period for the time it was with them for service. And also they should ask sorry for Harassing me in the service centre and Customer care. Not everyone is as rich as them to not worry about their mobile phone.

                          Sir i submitted my phone on 10 aug in mumbai at mj telecom in kandivali.now it has 1.5 month over and i call them 20 time every 2 nd day they just say that it is under repairing ...even they say that our team will call u back in 4 hour and will provide u information and no call yet....when i told customer care to forward call to senior they says that sir are bussy-this is happening from a month when i started calling customer care....                             sir i would like to you take immediate action about my phone's status which is in the service center from past 20 days. though lava xolo has a five day (working) repair policy they haven't returned my phone from almost three weeks.
                            every time i contact customer care they respond as the issue will be resolved within 48 hours .sir i would like u to take strict actions against the company so that no other consumer could be annoyed like me . i bought this phone on 9th of august and it ran out of NETWORK within 25 days o[censored]sage. i have made a bad investment of my 10000 INR. but please help me get my phone back.

They are cheating me by giving false promise( saying within 48 hours my phone will be dispatched), They never turned back.Always they will they are escalating the issue to the back end team (God only knows who is the back end team).                                 Hi friends many people think that xolo is a company of intel but the truth is xolo only sell intel made processor they dont have any partner ship with intel its just like to say that all computer companys sell intel made processors so intel is a partner of all that companys no intel only sell there processor.                                 I had bad experience with the service center as I gave my phone on 26 June 2014 for servicing in warranty period, due to constant hanging, bad battery and network issues. This was the first service done on this month, which took 20 days to get my phone back on 15 July 2014. But the issue is still ongoing and the new additional issue is that my battery is swelling up now after the first service which was not prior.

                                I again submitted my phone on 16 July 2014 to the center.

                                From 26 June 2014, till date.Due to this I suffered a lot and forcefully had to buy new mobile which was waste of money for me.

                                And now they asking me to you have to pay charges for mobile.

                                  Recently i purchased a mobile XOLO Q700 smart phone for 10,000 rupees. Even i used this mobile very smoothly, head set jack pin holder was broken automatically due to a very low quality plastic part is used. One more major issue is that the touch is not working properly and the touch buttons are automatically functioning multiple times without any touch. This causing miss-operations automatically on my phone. I have submitted that phone in collection point 20 days ago(No service centers available in any city other than bangalore, that one and only service center is also a useless one and this will waste customers time by maintaining a false/foolish customer care center). I called customer care more than 15 times and called collection point people so many time. Now they are not even listing the call also. All customer care people and collection point people are neglecting my request. I am unable to get my mobile and even unable to get status of my mobile service. So, i purchased another new mobile for 17,000 rupees from Samsung which delivers good quality products and serves customers very responsively. How can i get back my xolo q700 mobile back to me or how can i get spent money on that stupid XOLO phone? I am very angrier on XOLO due their negligence on customers problems and they are fooling customers. PLEASE HELP ME!!! to get value for the money i have spent on that stupid XOLO phone.

                                  And i have sent 4/5 mail requests also to [protected]@xolo.com. I haven't receive any reply from them. Really XOLO is fooling customers. XOLO customers only can realize this.
                                  XOLO, This problem is not been resolved. I can't spend money for multiple times, I'm not interested to use this kind of very low quality device. I don't recommend XOLO anymore.

                                  I didn't get any response to mails sent to XOLO, but got a response here. That is also posted after 1 year and I thought this is due to the enforcement of consumer forum. I encourage XOLO to build good quality phones.

                                  Buyers, please check quality ratio by comparing no.of phones selling and how many phone of same brand are getting repaired in early stage. When I went to service center, I have realized that many phones are coming to XOLO service centers. Nearly 10 times I went to service center. I have tried and waited for 1 year, no use. One by one, many problems. Finally, I have thrown mine and my friend's XOLO phone in dustbin. I don't know whether they have improved or not.

                                    I had submitted my Xolo Q700 handset for repairing and it was promised to me that i will get my handset in 5 days but more then 10 days have past and still my handset is not returned backed to me. Customer care is just giving false promise. I did a biggest mistake in buying a Xolo Product. Consumers please think before buying this product again. Xolo service is pathetic and awful.

                                      I submitted XOLO Q800 IMEI No [protected] handset for Camera repairing on 27th August with Workorder Number[protected]. They told me they will give me back in 10 days but after following up more then 4 time they are not returning my handset also not providing any solid answers to my queries. I called them on 11th September they Guaranteed they will give my handset in 48 hours, but they failed to do the same. They gave me one managers number [protected] Mr Dinesh but this phone number always in switch off condition. I am fed up with the xolo Customer Care.every time i cal they only say 48 hours you get your mobile handset.but i am still waiting more than 5 times for 48 hours and doesn't received and satisfactory reply. Request to all, Kindly donot buy any xolo mobile as it have lots of defect and their service it like bailGadi you have to wait numerous time 48 hours slot to get your handset repaired.

                                        I had given my mobile phone Xolo X900 for reapair on July 24th ,2013 Case id[protected] and was told that i'll be getting it back within 10-15 working days. Since then there was no communication from customer care. I have been calling them for the last 15-20 days and i'm getting the same old answer that is the phone is stil under repair. Now they are again telling me to wait for another 20 days which make a total of 2 months. They even gave me someone named Mr.Hari ([protected]) to contact, who is suppposed to be the circle manager for status updates. He doesn't even have the courtesy to either pick up my calls nor returning them. This has been happening for the last 10 days.
