Dear Sir, Firstly I want to tell you that within 7 hrs of my purchase of this handset I had locked the complaint in xolo care regarding the damaged set and demand them to exchange it under the policy of exchanging Within 3 days of the purchase (manufacturing defect) but they didn’t responded I had called thousands of times to xolo care regarding this issue but still received answer that we can’t do anything more than registering your complaint and given the false promises that you will be called soon regarding this issue and it will be resolved But I haven’t received any single call , whenever I call to service center I had to explain them whole story as they haven’t issued even any complaint number and In return I got this useless promises This wasted my much precious time, when I had tried to communicate to shopkeeper he replies that this is not in his hand and told that within week here in Gorakhpur service center will open soon and there you may return it. I had mailed many times to xolo care but there also I not got any response they even not bothered to reply after two weeks service center is opened there I came to know that it is just a collecting point I asked for help on this issue he also replies he cant to anything then I asked from him the numbers of higher authorities they said you are late and you have no choice other than repair Then many times I asked for pick up my phone to xolo care but nobody came then I finally got the news that this service is stopped in your city and you have to give it at collecting point I had gone many times service center but most of the times it is closed. When again I contacted to xolo care I said that trust my company it hardly takes 7 working days or maximum 10 days. By trusting this promise I had gone to collecting point this time I found it open and there I had submitted the handset on 12/8/13 but till today I got no news of this handset Sir, this is the story of this fraud company how it has cheated me giving no replies of my mail and mobiles and selling this kind of defected sets and not giving proper services Sir I am preparing for it and bought this set for my E-classes but they had made all useless my money, time and education this company has wasted my time as you know that person in studies hardly have no time to waste so please now I not wont to take this or any other mobile of this company I want my money back as I also have strong believe that they might misusing my set I not want to take the handset of such fraud company Problems in the handset are:- 1- only 503mb is available for downloading app which must be 2 GB and internal memory for images , videos etc. is 2 GB( as sir I had purchased this phone by the promise of the company to provide the 2 GB space if not then this set is useless for me) 2- the phone is heating very much from back especially from the point on camera the heating is that much that at its full heating it will heart on touch 3-standby of the set on 2g network is only 0.5hrs 4-set is not receiving 3g signals and giving low speed of Internet 5-applications are automatically stopped by giving message (unfortunately stopped) and this is frequently 6- most of the time the touch is not working at several points for some time 7-auto switch off 8-excessive hanged(even for 5min) 9-frequently showing message please remove your battery it is over heated 10-from three days after full charging the phone and then turning on it shows that battery is 10% remaining and after one min phone get switched off because of low battery making it is impossible to do any work 11-wifi hotspot ,wifi direct and usb theatring is not working 12-some times phone get reboot automatically and red android appears with exclamation mark 13-at bottom right touch in not working 14- same times fully white windows appear 15-call is not clear and touch is not working sometimes for picking the calls 16-after uninstalling all the extra apps and rebooting also it shows you are out of ram 17- sometimes whole screen of the phone started moving left side while working making it necessary to stop other works and switch off it 18-camera often gives blurred images 19-none of the sensors are working correctly sometimes 20- auto formatted sd card which leads the loss of many important files etc 21-loose charging point 22- *,0,# 23- back or delete button not working in narmal keybord 24-charger is not working all the above problems are examind by the engineer at the collecting point butid on 31/03/13 So please look in to this matter and do the needful Thanking you Yours faithfully Shubham agrawal

    Sir, My Handset Xolo One Purchased on 13 jan 2015 has a manufacturing defect. Its camera is not working properly(its display gets sometimes black or white lines)..but by pressing by thumb just below the Back Camera it is working properly. I submit this phone 2 times at your Service Center, Civil lines, Allahabad, Submit Notification No.[protected] dated 13/02/2015..he is just screwing some screws and return it..same day..but it again gets on its same condition...kindly replace it urgently beacuse its only one month old..and how i can i recommend someone to buy a xolo product..MY Contact Number [protected] Email: [protected]@gmail.com

      As the company has very less service centres so, they are offering pickup facility from home. I had registered a complaint on 08.08.2013 for pickup as my mobile is not getting on. The complaint no. is[protected] o. I had waited for days and called them several times. Then on 16 Aug. 2013 when i called them they simply said sorry the pick up facility is not available at your given address. So, i had changed my address and given my friends address for pick up and registered a new complaint[protected] on 16 Aug. 2013. From that day i am calling them daily but not getting satisfactory answer. But the limit crossed, when one of their representative said it is better you should think of brand before buying(Mobile khardne se pehle sochna tha). I ahd sent them many emails and called their no. hundred of times and not getting any response.Some emails between us for conversation is attached. Please take necessary action against them as they are cheating innocent people.

        I'm Purchasing a phone of xolo-A700. After few months there is a problem of power button started in handset.
        I talked to Xolo Customer care They told me that your phone will be dispatched in 5 working days after submittion of handset.
        till my submittion date 29th july to till now i cant received my handset back.
        I'm just Complaining Against This a very bad company and a poor response back against customer queries...

          Hello Sir/Mam, i m Dharamendra Singh rana ,I have purchased Xolo X-900 Mobile phone From spice hot spot from TGIP mall Noida on 20/11/2012, which bill Invoice no is[protected], in my mobile Phone there is problem comes automatic key works & if i touch one application there is too many more application open with that, i lodge complaint on 31/07/13.to XOLO customer care ,Complaint no is[protected], i have submitted my Mobile handset to Ideal power solution in Noida Sec-15 Xolo service center.on 01/08/2013.today is 20/08/13, but still i did not get my mobile handset , i called up Customer care in between time more then 15 times but they always said sir nop updation we have abt your mobile handset its under maintenance ,and in xolo x-900 mobile phone there is some problem comes when we short out we revert u back On 02/08/13, when i called they said in 05 working days we will give ur mobile handset and today 20 days passed to submitted my mobile handset still they said we dont have updation of your mobile handset,i m very upset from the rediclious service of Xolo mobile company..i want to Req you to take stricky action agniest Xolo mobile company...And i want my money back or they provide me new Mobile handset... I called up Xolo NCR ASM Mr, Jatinder & satish kaschap too Many time but they never picked my Phone or never call me back, I share my views on My facebook id about Xolo Mobile service and tell My 1000 of Friends who in my id that not to Purchased XOLO Mobiles in future cause of very bad service they provide to there customers...             I have bought XOLO Q700 on 22nd July 2013 from Croma Rohini store in delhi. On 7th August i.e. just after 15 days, I observed that there is a yellow line appearing on the screen. In just 15 days, it start causing problem in display. I made a complaint in XOLO customer care and ask them to replace my phone instead of repairing. They told me that it can be repaired only not replace and you need to deliver this to our Sec - 4 Rohini centre and it will take only 5 working days + 2 days for dispatch. However, when I deliver the phone at centre they told me that it will take atleast 15 days. Also, I wrote an e-mail to XOLO care, but no response received.

            I again call the customer care on 8th August, to inform them that I have delivered my set to delivery centre and ask about replacing the set instead of asking. I got the same reply as mentioned above. I asked them the corporate address of XOLO, but they told me that this information can not be given. I asked them, can I speak to your manager. Again, the reply was "NO".

            I am asking for replacing instead of repairing of the mobile set. Why should I take a defective piece from the company after paying a huge amount of Rs. 9700/- (Nine Thousand Seven Hundred ruppees only). I was not at all aware that the XOLO company is not taking care of the quality of the phone. Otherwise, I would have not bought this phone. I have delivered my phone at Sec 4 Rohini as your representative guided me. However, I am looking for the new handset rather than repaired set.

            I have wirtten an e-mail to XOLO care on 7th August from my personal e-mail id ([protected]@yahoo.co.in), however not received any response.

            I am looking for a positive response from the company. I am expecting that the new handset will be given to me in 5 working days starting from the date of 8th August 2013 as the representative told me that your handset will take 5 working days once you deliver the phone at our delivery centre.

            I have mentioned the Complaint no. in the subjhect line along with IMEI number of my phone. Re-iterating once again that I am looking for a new handset instead of a repaired set.

              I only had problem in the battery and it was leaking thats why I had given my xolo X910 on the 20th july 13, and they promised me 5 days TAT. its almost 15 days now, i get a response from their call centre that it shall be dispatched within 48 hrs...which doesnt happen at all. Today when i call them they tell me the status updated is under repair.

              I feel Lava is cheating the end users and I recommend not to trust Lava and buy any kind of products from them.
              Even every time i call them they just only says that we don't have the updates regarding this kindly call after 24 hrs.
              What they are doing in the service centre they even do not having the updates.
              I REQUEST TO ALL DO NOT BUY XOLO OR ANY LAVA PRODUCTS.
              Now I have no option but just wait...

                Hi,

                I bought a XOLO A1000 mobile from chroma in the month of April 2013. It got some display issue so gave it for repairing to RAJ Mobile Shopee, Vashi on 6th July 2013, which is a pickup centre. As per their conversation, I was suppose to get an update withing 5 working days. So I called them on 6th working day. As per customer care statement there was no update of mobile appearing on their tool, He insisted me to wait for another 48hours. The same happened when I called them after 72hours, the same answer was given to me to wait for another 48hours. On the next day when I called them, again there was no update and hence I insisted them to return my cellphone even without repair, So they didnot do so...again calling after 48 hours, they said we cannot return you cellphone unless it is repaired. This had made me loose my temper, coz they still donot have any update appearing on the tool. This is effected my business to a subsequent loss. By 6th August 2013, it would be complete one month.

                unauthorized repair (including but not limited to use o[censored]nauthorized spare parts in repairs), abuse, accidents, Acts of God, spills of food or liquids, improper installation.
                2.Lava has not being notified of the defect in the product during the applicable warranty period.
                3.The product serial no. code has been removed, defaced or altered.
                4.The product has been used with or connected to an accessory (i) Not supplied by Lava or its affiliates, (ii) Not fit for use with the product or (iii) Used otherwise than in manner intended.
                5.The seals of the product’s battery enclosure have been broken or shown evidence of tempering or the product’s battery has been used in equipment other than that for which it has been specified usable by LAVA.
                6.All plastic surfaces and all other externally exposed parts that are scratched or damaged due to normal use.

                I didnt get my cellphone back...but they refunded the amount...by creating a credit note to Chroma...And i bought some other phone...from chroma

                I submitted my cell for repairing on 31st march, and they call me again and again for signature, and i goes to there 3 time after all that they do my signature itseft.

                  I bought X900 in august 2012 and since 2nd June 2013 i.e. within 9 months, my phone is not working. First of all the pick up didn't happen for 4 days in spite of so many calls to the call center. First the problem was that the phone was not detecting network. It was repaired and sent mid of June. When I got the phone there was again problem with the phone with the mike. I have sent it for repair. First I was told that I will get it in few days and now I am told that the phone cannot be repaired. First I was told that I would be given replacement phone X1000. Now I am told I will get refund of rs.9156 which is not acceptable to me. So now I am offered Q700 and the same is not acceptable. I have informed that either pay me Rs.12000 or give X1000 else I will be compelled to approach the consumer court for compensation with interest.
                  The company does not have any proper service center nor proper coordination for resolving service issues

                    I gave my phone xolo A800 in customer care. My customer complaint number ends with 74052. I gave phone on june 26th for display change and its been more than a month and they are not responding at all. When ever I call them they are telling under repair and asks me to wait 48hrs. I dont understand what they think about customers.i have been calling them from last two weeks and they ask me to wait. When ever I ask them to connect their manager they says he/she is busy. They never ever arrange any call back.. the bpo people dont no anything other then telling to wait.

I have purchased xoloQ800 handset[protected] and handsets problem is hanging and auto restart every time . handsets sent to Lava Care two times but lava care not handsets repaired in this warranty and handsets sent to Lava Care first time and gave is time 25 days and I received hendsets after 25 days and handsets is not repaired and handsets sent again to Lava Care this date[protected], work order no. is 4869 and I have not received handsets till day.

                      i gave my laptop for service and they gave it back fixing comlaint .i paid the bill. but as soon as took it home i found the same problem .

                            I'm purchased a mobile handset of Xolo model A-500.
                            I purchased it from varanasi , U.P.
                            after using few months it create some problem, then I talked to customer care executive of Xolo care.
                            And they picked up my handset dated 7th june 2013 from my home in Howrah ,west Bengal.
                            But still now I've no information about the status of handset. whenever I talk or mail the customer care executive they just reply its still under repairing very soon or within 48 hours it will be dispatched. some time the told its already dispatched . but still now I didn't get the proper status of handset.
                            I don't know that is any possibility to get the handset or simple forgot about the handset that I never bye the product?

                              Hi,

                              I bought xolo X900 mobile on dec 2012 at univercell chennai. Mobile stated to get switched off automatically. I was asked by univercell mobiles, to contact xolo customer care directly. So as advised by xolo customer care, i gave the handset for servicing at xolo collection point ( gems court, chennai) on 11/06/2013. They assured me that the mobile will be returned in a week. After a week when i enquired about my mobile they said still under service and will be returned in 48 hours. Everytime i called xolo care i get the same reply of the mobile being returned in 48 hours.

                              It is more than a month now. Still i havent got the mobile. Even today they gave same reply.

                                    That's why you should never buy branded china phones like Lava xolo, Micromax, Maxx, Karbonn etc etc. Their phones work only for a certain period of time as the raw materials used are of inferior quality, and thats how the price is low for the phone. If it works it works otherwise money down the drain.

THEY ACCEPTED THE SET AND GAVE ME COMPLAINT NO.[protected] ON THE DATE OF APRIL 5TH 2013. THEY TOLD ME TO DISPATCH MY HANDSET WITHIN 15 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF COMPLAINT. BUT NOW IT IS ALMOST 3 MONTHS I HAVNT RECEIVED THE SET AND FACING LOT OF PROBLEM IN COMMUNICATING WITH COMPANY THEY DONT HAVE SERVICE CENTER.                                         My problem has not been solved yet how could you approve it as resolved?? I have not received my handset yet and I don't even want that handset I want the compensation for this worst experience for almost 2 years and still I have my documental proofs for not being my handset received how could you be such a fraud?
