As per tracking system of the courier company courier seems delivered on 27th June 2020. However, the recipient is saying that they have not received it.

We have requested courier company to share proof of delivery showing the sign and stamp of recipient but not yet provided

    I have send boat Airdopes for replacement on oct 20. When i track my id it shows out for delivery on oct 26 but there's no updates on my product. It's been 6 days after the last update. Resolve my problem.

      My courier package being handled by xpressbees has not been delivered to me, where as on their portal or system they have marked it as delivered.
      I have been trying to follow up with support and there is no response.

        Actualy i ordered set of bangles.. already its received Destination point but the delivery guys didn't respond my calls and all.i clearly told them i need that product emergency..but they faild to fullfill my needs...worst courier service i have ever seen...sorry for these words...now i wanna cancel this order without receiving it...my order id is [protected]

          Site from which I ordered is completely fake but I ordered from COD so I want my money back.
          I have contacted the site but it has turned out to be fraud. Contact gmail everything even the adress please take strict actions so that I am able to return this product and get my money back .

            Hello,
            My awb is[protected] as stated on the parcel but the product was completely wrong and not the same that I ordered when I contacted the site for initiating return then it turns out to be fake. Kindly take strict action on this.. And help in initiating return so that I can get my money back.

                Xpressbee is not delivering my courier, in tracking (Shipment Enquiry - AWB No:[protected] details it's says that it's in Hyderabad since 3days as my adress is Hyderabad but till now I haven't reached my product, worst service I have even seen in my life, even i tried to contact customer care and nearby xpressbee center they are not responding, when will I get my courier? Please help me

                  Xpressbees is a fraud company, it says my product is delivered but it is not delivered to me. They show a false signature in the delivered acknowledge receipt, it's not mine. Zapvi and Xpressbees have looted me. The tracking number provided by Xpressbees[protected] shows no data found when I try to check the tracking status on their website : https://www.xpressbees.com/track

                  But they have created a false tracking status information to show me when I contacted them through email.

                  The seller is Zapvi, another fraud company.

                  I have already raised 2 complaints against this company in this forum but no help, I need help atleast now.

                  I'm following up from March 25, 2020 with these 2 companies. I need your help, I need my refund.

                  XpressBees Logistics customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                  I have ordered through paytm, and supposed to be delivered by xpressbees. I received out for delivery message but i didn't receive. Status showing delivered. I checked with paytm, xpressbees. No response. And paytm resent the product again. Still not delivered by xpressbees. I asked for proof of delivery from paytm they sent an image. But that's not my signature. They did signature forge. No answers from both of them. Fully disappointed. Dont order through paytm.

                    Upon delivery it has been found that packages have already been opened, some items have been taken away and it has been packed again with Xpressbees tape.
                    This is a matter of concern over security. Investigate into this matter at the earliest.

                        The service of these is very slow not up to the mark in any places.
                        Last time also i booked a parcel it didnt reach in 10 days also and now its been many days the tracking shows at one destination since 3 days booking number : AWB : its booked on 16 oct 2020 and now its 26 october 2020
                        See the duration. Please deliver these parcel to the distination. Sir your service is very slow idk why but every of my shipment delivered late or not on time.
                        Also i have booked a parcel day before yesterday AWB : [protected] xpressbees surface these parcel is not picked up yet saturday gone sunday ok holiday now monday over. Now status is showing that PICKUP EXCEPTION . Idk how your service is working very very slow. Make something to make your service fast to make people to choice your service

                            My order from Myntra is shipped through expressbees courier service with AWB no:[protected], in tracking details its mentioned that the package is out for delivery on 20th October 2020 and I didnt received the parcel on that after that day.
                            I contact their customer care they told like my phone number is not reachable so they are not able to deliver it, but I am receiving my other orders from other courier services, and in my area there is not network issue also, I informed the same to customer care executive.
                            There is no call attempt from delivery boy also, he is telling lie and updating that my phone is unreachable.
                            I called customer care twice, whenever I call they will tell that I will get my parcel within 24hrs, but its already 5 days till now I didn't got the parcel.

                            I want my parcel deliberately bcoz I purchased it during the sale for low price. With this complaint I am hoping to get my parcel ASAP.

                            And do take charge about these illoyal employees (delivery boy), who deliberately held the delivery just to save their money on petrol and wait to accumulate more parcel so that they can deliver at once and save the money.

                            I hope this expressbees courier service is helping customers and not their employees and I think they will take the customers concerns seriously.

                            And keep in mind that just telling "sorry for the inconvenience" will not solve the problem. I want my package package package that's it.

                              replacement".
                              After that courierboy collected my product. After there is no progress
                              about my product in portal.
                              I'm giving xpressbess team supervisor number please contact him, I
                              discussed with him but he don't have acknowledgement but he sent product to
                              the company.

                                Beware..!! There are various good companies in market to deliver your orders. Please do not choose this worst company to get your order stuck somewhere and to listen an irrelevant reasons from xpressbee’s customer service executives like Mr. Abhishek Mukharjee later.
                                Their delivery boy got to our address and didn’t wait even for 2 minutes.. and later he updated as customer asked to deliver later.. why would someone do that..
                                And when I tried to get some resolution from customer executive - Abhishek Mukharjee. He said there is wrong pin code in address. If so, then how did the previous parcels got delivered thrice on same pin code.? Have been through such couple of experiences earlier too With xpressbee.

                                Now my parcel is with xpressbees since a week and I have no clue how to get it delivered..

                                I suggest don’t go for xpressbees if you really want your parcel safe and on time.

                                  XpressBees has held delivery of my order but My order still not delivered from 20 days.Daily on tracking shipment they show that order is out for delivery area but they cancel delivery everyday.
                                  I had phone called to XpressBees customer care many times but they are not responsing properly to my complaint.I want my product to me delivered soon.

                                    I was received message from your side stating that you have to deliver my pacage. Today one of the person called me at 6 pm namely basheer but communication was not clear. My deliver address is office and closed at 5.30pm, even though i came to receive my parcel but your person left from my office without any intimation. Now i received one message i was refused the consignment.
                                    I don't know what type of attitude persons you are having, i hope you could consider my kind attention, other wise i will make another complaint to whom given a consignment to you.

                                      We have Ordered a product and ur team had to deliver the product 3 days back but the person in expressbee had been denied to give the product to us and he is saying to come here and there to take the product and saying false information that our mobiles are not reachable
                                      Now finally he is saying that he will cancel the product
                                      We have waited nearly 15 days for the product
                                      Is this the way ur team speak to the customer
                                      U have to take necessary action regarding this please team don't make such contracts with such kind of people and delivery person number will be picked up by his wife or some girl and she acts like a mediator
