Dear Sir,
It is apprise you that my shipment AWB no.[protected] dt 29.09.2020 has been arrived at nearest office on 03rd October 2020 but due to arrogance of your courier partner still not delivered at my home/Shop address.
First at all without any efforts he informed the company "customer refused to accept" when I got this message and contact to customer care she assured me to deliver within 48 hours, After two days I got call from Supaul office, He ordered me to collect my parcel at their office situated at around 20Kms far. when I asked him "Why" He replied " AANA HAI TO AAKAR LE JAO NAHI TO HAM WAPAS BHEJ DENGE, WAISE BHI HAMARI COURIES SERVICE HOME DELEVERY NAHI DETI" . Franchise wanted to excess money for home delivery.
If you are charging the name of home delivery than why your partners showing this unethical attitude even It has booked with PIN code and complete address.
I already registered complain at customer care and got complaint no.16658181 but still not received my Parcel.
I also mention that this parcel contains LIFE SAVING MEDICINE for renal transplant patient. Its already informed to your franchise and customer care too during recorded mobile conversation.
So, You are requested to delver the parcel at my address as soon as possible.
If I (Kidney Patient) got any emergency or life in danger due to lack of this medicine. your courier partner shall be responsible who cheated and harassed me in the name of home delivery service. please also note that if you fails to deliver my parcel within 3 days with my request I shall be constrained to initiate legal proceeding against you at your risk, as to costs and consequences.
