We have been booked for a parcel to bangalore we had booked earlier and it was not delivered we got it back and booked again the tracking (tracking ID
[protected])showss out for delivery and coustomer not available in end of the day the fact is they have not called the customer it happens for almost weeks and suddenly it shows miss route and the parcel will be back to the destination, customer care executives just dissconnect the call even before we try to talk,

    I had ordered a product from Peter England website on 19 September 2020 which has order no. 3749581 & XpressBees(AWB no.[protected]
    XpressBees has held delivery of my order but My order still not delivered from 28 days.Daily on tracking shipment they show that order is out for delivery area but they cancel delivery everyday.
    I had phone called to XpressBees customer care many times but they are not responsing properly to my complaint.I want my product to me delivered soon.

      Dear XPRESSBEE TEAM,

      I wish to complain about FASHIONABLE CO..AWB:[protected] that I purchased on many days

      I am complaining because your delavary boy delivered wrong address . To resolve this problem..

      When I first learned of this problem, I contacted at your company, and was told that nothing could be done about my problem. I believe that this response is unfair. I would like a written statement explaining your company's position and what you will do about my complaint.

      I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible to resolve this problem. If I do not hear from you within 6 days I will file complaints with the appropriate consumer agencies and consider my legal alternatives. I am enclosing copies of my receipt.               Misbehavior of Courier Boy
              Dear Sir,
              To be frank never before have I received any item through Xpressbee courier services.I'm happy so far as timely delivery is concerned but regrettably I'm equally unhappy with the behaviour of the courier boy no..[protected](Order:[protected]_5cb).The man does not know how to behave with an elderly man(I'm 75+).I have been shocked by his aggressive behaviour and request you please not send such a courier boy in future.He's a young man serving a reputed Courier Service is expected to behave politely with the recipients particularly with a senior citizen.On the contrary he's on belligerent mode.Isn't it unfortunate?Thank you.

                  Dear sir/Madam

                  Actually I was order online dress material and shirts they could not deliver when it’s came xpressbees
                  They are delayed delivery since 1 week finally I was approached directly Sangareddy hub xpressbees they are misbehaving me with valgur language
                  They are not taking return pick
                  If it’s not resolve my problem within 48 hours I will approach legal

                    Hi my parcel was to be delivered by 14th oct 2020 AWB no[protected] but till today there is no any update. It was a prepaid order. By 2 days the delivery date is lapsed and still there is no any update about when it will be delivered and no any reason given for delay delivery.Since it was a prepaid order, my money is already invested on that parcel which i bought from Keypoint.in. Please look after this matter and deliver it asap.

                      I ordered cases ..it delivered to express bees attili..but in attili there is no such courier offfice and the courier boy didn't contacted me but in tracking order the boy called me and I haven't attended the call ... website also provide the no of courier boy but the number doesn't exist...

                            Actually problem is that I ordered something from meesho and I don't like that that's why I requested for the return and refund on that particular day delivery boy called me for the pickup of my order but after that I received many videos and what's app message from that number of the delivery boy I just want that you should take appropriate actions to punish that delivery boy

                            I requesting you to take the action against him try to understand my concern and take appropriate actions as early as possible

                            It's more than a month but I don't received any update on this issue from you I really can't understand why you all not responding me about your steps taken against that delivery boy
                            But now I want to say one thing that he has my address also and if anything bad happened with me I really blamed your survice for this..

                                and more orders are there . Every Courier Service providers are available at my location . I have ordered a lot of things previously and I got them delivered . But the Xpressbess courier boy clearly denied to deliver my product at my location. They

                                  It is apprise you that my shipment AWB no.[protected] dt 29.09.2020 has been arrived at nearest office on 03rd October 2020 but due to arrogance of your courier partner still not delivered at my home/Shop address.

                                  First at all without any efforts he informed the company "customer refused to accept" when I got this message and contact to customer care she assured me to deliver within 48 hours, After two days I got call from Supaul office, He ordered me to collect my parcel at their office situated at around 20Kms far. when I asked him "Why" He replied " AANA HAI TO AAKAR LE JAO NAHI TO HAM WAPAS BHEJ DENGE, WAISE BHI HAMARI COURIES SERVICE HOME DELEVERY NAHI DETI" . Franchise wanted to excess money for home delivery.

                                  If you are charging the name of home delivery than why your partners showing this unethical attitude even It has booked with PIN code and complete address.

                                  I already registered complain at customer care and got complaint no.16658181 but still not received my Parcel.
                                  I also mention that this parcel contains LIFE SAVING MEDICINE for renal transplant patient. Its already informed to your franchise and customer care too during recorded mobile conversation.

                                  So, You are requested to delver the parcel at my address as soon as possible.
                                  If I (Kidney Patient) got any emergency or life in danger due to lack of this medicine. your courier partner shall be responsible who cheated and harassed me in the name of home delivery service. please also note that if you fails to deliver my parcel within 3 days with my request I shall be constrained to initiate legal proceeding against you at your risk, as to costs and consequences.

                                    So I ordered something from purplle.com and it was supposed to be delivered on 1 Oct. It was out for delivery and I was available that day. The delivery boy called me evening said he can't deliver as he had too many items. Said that he will attempt tomorrow (2nd Oct). Next day product was out for delivery. I had exam that day and told that I could not take it today and requested for future delivery. But that was the last day of attempting. Next day they did not attempt. After 3-4 days as I received no calls, I called Customer care. He said that the product will be reattempted within 48 hours. But nothing happened. I waited and waited untill today, after 12 days of previous attempt, got a message saying product is being returned.
                                    This is not fair. The products were in offer, I got in 60% discounts. Now how can I get the same product?

                                    I want the same product. I dont care what you can/can't do. But as a customer, I have the right to demand which should be fullfilled. I will sue you. This is not about money, but about what is right and wrong.
