Dear Sir,

It is apprise you that my shipment AWB no.[protected] dt 29.09.2020 has been arrived at nearest office on 03rd October 2020 but due to arrogance of your courier partner still not delivered at my home/Shop address.

First at all without any efforts he informed the company "customer refused to accept" when I got this message and contact to customer care she assured me to deliver within 48 hours, After two days I got call from Supaul office, He ordered me to collect my parcel at their office situated at around 20Kms far. when I asked him "Why" He replied " AANA HAI TO AAKAR LE JAO NAHI TO HAM WAPAS BHEJ DENGE, WAISE BHI HAMARI COURIES SERVICE HOME DELEVERY NAHI DETI" . Franchise wanted to excess money for home delivery.

If you are charging the name of home delivery than why your partners showing this unethical attitude even It has booked with PIN code and complete address.

I already registered complain at customer care and got complaint no.16658181 but still not received my Parcel.
I also mention that this parcel contains LIFE SAVING MEDICINE for renal transplant patient. Its already informed to your franchise and customer care too during recorded mobile conversation.

So, You are requested to delver the parcel at my address as soon as possible.
If I (Kidney Patient) got any emergency or life in danger due to lack of this medicine. your courier partner shall be responsible who cheated and harassed me in the name of home delivery service. please also note that if you fails to deliver my parcel within 3 days with my request I shall be constrained to initiate legal proceeding against you at your risk, as to costs and consequences.

    So I ordered something from purplle.com and it was supposed to be delivered on 1 Oct. It was out for delivery and I was available that day. The delivery boy called me evening said he can't deliver as he had too many items. Said that he will attempt tomorrow (2nd Oct). Next day product was out for delivery. I had exam that day and told that I could not take it today and requested for future delivery. But that was the last day of attempting. Next day they did not attempt. After 3-4 days as I received no calls, I called Customer care. He said that the product will be reattempted within 48 hours. But nothing happened. I waited and waited untill today, after 12 days of previous attempt, got a message saying product is being returned.
    This is not fair. The products were in offer, I got in 60% discounts. Now how can I get the same product?

    I want the same product. I dont care what you can/can't do. But as a customer, I have the right to demand which should be fullfilled. I will sue you. This is not about money, but about what is right and wrong.

      I have ordered Boat Bluetooth headset and due to the batter problem it has been raised for replacement and pick up order process to Xpressbess, chennai. but still no one reached me for the pickup and it ia almost 2 months.

              Hello,
              I am Nikkita from KALA BAZAR, we have been using your services since quit sometime now. There has never been any problem. But the incharge person of Ajwa Branch, VADODARA, GUJARAT, has been not accepting our parcels saying the packaging is not as per the company standards. I would just like to ask why has this issue came up now. Our packaging is three layered and is sealed with organic plastic wrap.
              There are provisions taken to reduce the use of plastic and your courier service is asking us to use them or else our parcels won’t be acceptable.
              Kindly look into the matter.

                    On 6th of October I registered my complaint to Boat india to claim warranty of my Boat Rockerz bluetooth earphones. They successfully filed the complaint. And I got the message that your company is assigned to pickup my defective product. I was waiting for the person to come but yesterday I got a message from your company that my Product couldn't pick up because customer asked for future pickup. I haven't done that. Nobody has come to my home to pick up my product. How can I say that I don't want my product to be picked up. Please look into the matter.

                        The order[protected] has to be delivered on or before 7th October 2020 but till date no update on that. What the service Xpressbees is providing? Delivering happiness...completely ###...Please do not deliver my products...return back to firstcry...they will act as delivering something but they delivery nothing. Worst service I have ever seen...Amazon is much better in the delivery model.

                            Two times delivery got delayed with reason 'consignee not available'. Even though I was never contacted. When I called the delivery agents on their numbers listed in the message, they told me that they don't even have my parcel, other one told me that he doesn't even work for the area. Their support number is not reachable.

                                    I have a parcel to be delivered on 6-10-20 & till now not yet received it & not any single call by them .I have personally gone to xpressbees outlet twice, on 8/10 they told they would have to search for it and they would deliver it to my place, but not received today 9/10 I again went there for my parcel they refused to deliver my parcel & rudely asked me to do whatever I want & get lost. This is not the way to treat a customer.this is a worst xperience of any courier service for me till now

                                    My parcel arrived today as a result of continuous complaints done by me to my product seller which made them to deal with higher level officials of xpressbees logistics, & they took action about this i think they have warned the local courier service agent about this, today I recieved a call from xpressbees head office bangalore saying my product will be delivered within a half an hour & so it did thanks to my seller & xpressbees officials to take my complaint seriously and respond

                                        I am a snap deal seller, the order is pickup from our shop 6 leggings & its take too much of time to deliver than its retun back to my shop on 28 & 29 nobody come to our shop not getting any call from courier team & fake report generate by ur team, than on 1 october when its comes the packed is tempered with cello, when i open it in front of courier boy a 1 salwar is in the packet, it is not my parcel, i packed 6 legging in this, than courier boy take this packet back . still no response from them .
