I was supposed to receive my order on 30th June but got a message saying customer was not available. I called and told them that I haven't received any call so how can you tell I wasn't available. I was told I will receive the order by 2nd July but again it said the same..today I got a message saying customer refused to accept the order. This is extremely wrong . How can you'll just blame me when I haven't even gotten a call or even a notification on my gate app . And when I'm trying to call the customer care it's either busy or no one bothers to answer the call. I need my order by 6th of July . Hoping this matter will be looked into. This is not the first time I'm facing the same issue.

    Dear Team,

    I have sent an multiple emails and called several times to Xpress bees customer support but they are not giving a proper response to me .

    Not even received any call from delivery agent but the status is showing Customer refused to accept order..Delivery boy uploaded fake delivery status and this is totally unfair.

    No one is taking the responsibility .. Kindly help .

    Dear Team,

    Greetings!

    Please find the below email and help me on this request.. received a worst service from your delivery partner "Xpressbess" I am waiting for my shipment since two days but today I received the following message .."Xpressbees couldn?t fulfil delivery of your AJIO Order AWB: [protected], as customer refused to accept order. For assistance, please call[protected]"

    However I called Xpressbess customer care but not giving a proper response.

    Not even received any call from delivery agent but the status is showing Customer refused to accept order..

    Please help to send my order with proper/genuine delivery partner and do the needful.

      I got a tracking ID for my shipment which was shipped VIA XpressBees Logistics on 1/July/2020. Until now 5/July/2020 the tracking ID has not yet been active and their customer care is showing wrong information. The product is valuable to me. Please help me.

            My package has been shipped via express bees courier service with AWB number : [protected].

            I have received an update from Xpress Bess they are not able to deliver the item to the given delivery address now . If they are not able to deliver why did they accepted for shipment of item .

            Package is only 35 km away from delivery location

                      Xpress bees client had taken my boat 225 red earphones on june 1.in the status it was saying replacement product issued from 24 th june. 1month is completely over but there is no change in status and i got nothing.

                        The shipment which has reached bbn/hub is still not reaching me. I am even interested to collect it from the hub but there is no information about where exactly is it in bhubaneswar. It's an urgent matter. I need the parcel urgently. I have already suffered too much delay

                          I ordered some stuff over flipkart and the stuff was handed over to xpressbees, the worst courier service. They sent me a message one day before expected date and told me that they are arriving but no one arrived at last they said that consignee was not available. The next day also same thing happened the day after that also the same and then i complained it to xpressbees and they said it will be delivered in 24 to 48 hours and after some time they cancelled my order telling me that i was not available at home as if they came to the address i gave them... I hate this kind of service

                            My parcel was booked thru xpressbees and it was scheduled to be delivered on 9th june 2020.. While checking the delivery date on site it showed that the parcel was delivered on 9th june around 9.45 pm. I wrote a mail to customer care explaining everything and they promised to resolve the matter in a day.
                            Later while speaking to the customer care on 16th june the delivery boy confirmed that it was not delivered and the executive promise me that the issue will be resolved with 48 hours but no one called nor the item was delivered. We made a follow up again on 22nd and later on 27th without any output.
                            The customer care executive shared a local number on 29th june and that is not responding to calls and is not interested in resolve the matter.

                              A friend fried of mine wanted to deliver lot of products to her customers. Her brand named is glitter berry cosmetics and all her delivery were charged double than the actual price and then were not delivered properly and have been pit on hold and she has been asked for more money. Is this logical in any sense. She paid the price but this is wrong on so many levels.

                                I have ordered from tatacliq. They gave the courier to xpressbees. From jun 15th its been in transit. After 20days its showing out for delivery, but no delivery has been made.in my life if i order again from xpressbees i would slap myself with my own slipper. The flipkart or amazon will delivery by the date they gave. If xpressbees is unable to deliver on time then why would u take parcel. If i won't get parcel then u will face

                                    My shein courier us not delivered yet. It should be delivered in 29/06/20 but xpress bees doesn't deliver it. From 29 of june 2020 it is showing out of delivery but after some time i get a msg of (Delivery held because you have request for future delivery) which i didn't request. And on the second day (30/06/20) again it is showing out of delivery in morning, but on that day also they didn't deliver it, and in night they sent a msg of (Held delivery because your phone number is unreachable) but my phone is on full day without any network issue and they provide mobile number of delivery boy. This means that this is the fault of delivery boy and when he is not able to deliver it, he by himself request for msg.
                                    And third again there was a same msg of out delivery. So i call the delivery boy in the no. Which is provided but the no. Is switch off from morning. Then i call in customer care, i talked about my problem, and i tell them to deliver it by today only otherwise i will take a strict action to you. They apologize me and said we are seeing about your problem.
                                    Its my humble request to you, please deliver my courier by today only.

                                      I am writing from chennai as i have ordered a fancy chain from aksfes of women's alloy - first i got sms on 29th june 20 that it would be delivered with srno:[protected] which is linked with awb : [protected] by the time 13:37., later by 14:49 i got sms saying that i refused to collect. Shocking system, none called, none visited then why so rude msg sent to me.
                                      On 30th june i made a call to a person number [protected], so rude and he given another number to contact - [protected] rahul - he asked for awb - and assured to deliver next day 01-07-20.
                                      On 1st july same sms received - saying the item would be delivered, within short time another sms, that i denied the courier. How come it possible when i met anyone or received any relevant calls??
                                      When i called the 1st person on [protected] he was accusing me for not giving awb and was impolite over the phone, abruptly hung the call.

                                      Rahul is another # never answered the calls and these two inefficients have to under go proper customer care training fully. I felt offended the way they deal customers.
                                      I do not need the chain any more. Let me take up these matter with the your client aksfes of women's alloy to avoid your service in future.

                                        Hi,

                                        Please consider this mail on a urgent basis.
                                        I was delivered with a message that i shall be receiving my order awb no : [protected] on 29th june 2020.

                                        However it is sad to bring into notice that i have still not received the packet although it marks delivered.

                                        I spoke to the delivery guy, where he informed me that he has kept it with the guard but i have checked with the security gaurds for more than 10 times and the packet has not been delivered.

                                        I would certainly request you to help me regarding this and grant me with a resolution at the earliest.
