I am writing from chennai as i have ordered a fancy chain from aksfes of women's alloy - first i got sms on 29th june 20 that it would be delivered with srno:[protected] which is linked with awb : [protected] by the time 13:37., later by 14:49 i got sms saying that i refused to collect. Shocking system, none called, none visited then why so rude msg sent to me.
On 30th june i made a call to a person number [protected], so rude and he given another number to contact - [protected] rahul - he asked for awb - and assured to deliver next day 01-07-20.
On 1st july same sms received - saying the item would be delivered, within short time another sms, that i denied the courier. How come it possible when i met anyone or received any relevant calls??
When i called the 1st person on [protected] he was accusing me for not giving awb and was impolite over the phone, abruptly hung the call.
Rahul is another # never answered the calls and these two inefficients have to under go proper customer care training fully. I felt offended the way they deal customers.
I do not need the chain any more. Let me take up these matter with the your client aksfes of women's alloy to avoid your service in future.
