So i placed an order from kyrafit and i had got my order today however the product i recieved was cheap low quality and it did not match the item description one bit
I called the delivery boy again asking him to help me cancel the order from his end with the customers consent however the delivery boy mentioned that he could not do so from his end
The reason i am placing a complaint here is because your courier service takes products from scam companies without proper knowledge and it refuses to help customers get their refund back... I think just to recieve products from a scam company before delivering it to customers is equally a scam
You take up couriers from scam companies too

I would like to have my refund done and cancellation initiated from your end failing which i would have to file an fir on both the company that sells the product and the courier service

It cannot be a case where it is impossible for the courier to contact the company and get the products but fail to get the return done
If a customer denies delivery where would you send the product??? If not back to the company that is a scam?? I am taking screenshots of this complaint to attatch it along with the fir that would be filed

        They cheated. I ordered on earbuds bluetooth headphones. But they now sent normal bluetooth headphones and used old headphones also.
        India worst delivery company. Don't cheat.

        And tack action the shop...

          I bought a product from lensfit, a glasses company, for which i paid rs 520. Then my product was shipped from xpressbees, the product reached destination city on 8 june.
          Then on the same day at 10:37 am, a message was received that today your product will be delivered. But by the afternoon, there was a wart again that your call was not received, so the product could not deliver. While no delivery boy called me. And the next day delivery date was found. I called the delivery boy whose number xpreesbees showed on their site. He said i did not take anyone else, i would not have taken. Whose name is mithlesh sin and mobile number [protected].
          Then my product went out of delivery on 10th and 11th june in the same way. And then neither anyone called me nor visited my address and my product continued to be deley. I also did this in the complaint xpreesbees but there was no response to them.

          Due to which i am getting mentally disturbed. I want it to be strengthened.

          (1) the name and number of the delivery boy on 8 june mithlesh sin [protected] (2) the name and number of the delivery boy of june 10 ramladoo gupta [protected] (3) the name and number of the delivery boy dated 11 june subhash choudhary [protected] his name and number were given by the courier company.

            My order was out for delivery but later that day i got a message saying "xpressbees has held delivery of your shein order as address incomplete and mobile unreachable" i assumed it would be out for delivery the next day, but that was not the case. Please kindly tell me, when will my order be delivered

              Order was shipped on 22nd may 2020 with tracking no [protected]. It came to gurgaon on 25th. There after no update and logistic number not reachable. Not getting any update. Up on calling customer service, the numeric shipping no is saying invalid. Everything is getting delivered to my location but xpressbees not even considering my package. Estimated delivery date on courier website shows 24th may 2020. Its more than 20 days now. Frustrating experience.

              I haven't heard anything from xpressbees till now. Don't know whether complaining here actually works. I can see lakhs of complaints against this courier company and they are still the same and no action has been taken against them. I believe, i can't get a proper resolution from here as well.

                Xpressbees updated the status as out for delivery yesterday at 2:20pm but never attempted delivery and they updated the status as address incomplete/number not reachable. My shipment is is [protected].

                          I replaced my boat earphones in february and i didn't receive my earphones till now because they say that the shipment is lost and communicate with the customer service and i am not able to contact the customer service and my tracking doesn't exist on their website now which was shown earlier. I want my refund as soon as possible or call me i want to talk to you guys....

                          Hey!
                          This to complain you that i haven't received one product out of two within the same shipment. The order numberig #fl[protected] containing two items coding[protected] &[protected] delivered today but one item[protected] was not there in. It's quite awful to see this. I haven't expected this from xpressbees. Please resolve my query asap!! Thanks!

                            The operator of "xpressbees shirpur" which is located near bus stand never deliver the products which were received by them from online shopping sites (Flipkart, firstcry, myantra, amazon etc) and asked the costumers to collect from their shop. One lady which sit on counter of their agency is also behave rudely. I ordered more than 5 to 7 items from online sites and which will be delivered by the above logistics. When they received 3 to 4 items they called me and asked to collect from their shop. My address which is appx. 22 kms form their shop but they refused to deliver me.

                                  I have given re reverse pick up on boat rockkerz 255. On 23 ofmay the xpressbeez agent taken the product and within 10 days i will get replacement but till 8 of june they have not dispatched it to the destination city that is mumbai.                                     Hi i am the daily customer of shein but this is a very bad experience that i am gonna share with you,,, your delivery staff is talking so rudely this is not what i have expected from xpressbees i got a call from this number [protected] and his name is vinid and he told me he is coming to pick up the parcel as i had to return one item as i got it in a very bad quality and return id is 17751218.. Your staff vinid told me to come at vishal mahipalpur so i waited there for more than 30 mint then i call him again and he said he is at vasant kunj cant come so he told me to wait for 15 more mint... The way of his talking to the customer is so rude i had received so many parcel fron your xpressbees but i had met this kind of rudely staff in my life... Please take action to that staff and please try to make him understand how to behave with customer thanks

                                      Wednesday 13 may 2020, i registered my complaint.
                                      My ticket no. Is 1098987.
                                      25 days since i've registered, i still haven't received my repaired product or a new replacement product. I tried contacting every customer care number, nobody picks the call or replies to my tickets whether its boat or xpressbees, i request a refund, return, or a repaired product. I have given the screenshots from both websites as proof. Please, someone look into this, thank you.
