      Hi,
      We ordered from bijnis app, they sent the order through xpressbees logistics with tracking no [protected].
      The owner of the franchise of xpressbeas at buldana, maharashtra pin 443001, told to collect parcel from office, no home delivery from us, and warned if we didnt pickup till 5 pm he will cancel order and send back.

      We paid about 500 courier charge.

      If i didn't get my shipment, i will sue your company, also take back your franchise from this man at our location.

        I had ordered a guitar from bajaao.com which was to shown as out for delivery on 23 june. But in the evening around 7:00 pm i received a mail stating the guitar is delivered. I received no contact from the delivery person. Nor anyone showed up for the whole day on the society gate for delivery. I have attached a screenshot of the tracking page along.

          I got a call from xpressbees delivery executive name tonuj roy on the date of 23/06/2020 from duliajan, assam, that he deliver the product on time bt after few hours when i call him that when he will be delivered my product he said that after some time i will be there to deliver ur product. Bt after some hrs when i again call him he said that today i can't deliver ur product, tomorrow i will surely deliver ur product i said ok bt plz deliver the tomorrow itself he said ok... But after next day on the date of 23/06/2020 he doesn't call me to deliver my product do i call him and ask about my product delivery, he said i will deliver ur product sure bt after some time... After wetting for long time i call him again he said i will deliver ur product bt he doesn't deliver my product, after some hrs i call him and ask the same question he said the same... After calling him 15 times for my product delivery he said that he doesn't have time to deliver my product and talk to me very rudely.. And then disconnect the call... I call him again bt he doesn't receive my calls so.. Till today's date i doesn't recieved my product yet... So please help me to get my product. Thank you

            I ordered a product from amazon. Today it says that the product is delivered in amazon App as well as in xpressbess website. I didn't received even an message about delivery.it's already a delayed delivery. And now they say that product is delivered.i want my product delivered to me.

              My parcel from firstcry is baby product is essential to me and highly required your delivery boy names saeed momin from bhiwandi denied to deliver. My parcel at my doorstep each and every time and it's time of corona pendemic we void to go out and we received such services from your side it's very shamefull

                            Dear sir/mam,
                            I ordered child product on june 06/06/2020 and delivery date is on 13/06/2020.. Delivery person called me i said i am out of station and i will be available on monday 15/06/2020 and he told ok madam i will deliver it on monday.. From monday and till now he is not responding to my call and not attending.. Nearly 30 to 40 times i called him.. He told tomorrow tomorrow.. Please take a action and his name is chelladurai..                                 My product has been picked up on 30th may, estimated delivery was 3rd june 2020 and it was out for delivery on 11th june but the product has not delivered yet. On mail they are saying product will be delivered soon but don't know when that 'soon' will come

                                    I placed my order on 20th of may 2020 but my order did not deliverd till now as it is showing in shameerpet from 29th of may till now. I called to customercare for almost 12 times some employees were eventually cut my call by telling keeping on hold and some says we will deliver to you with in 24hrs but it didn't i request you to deliver my product as earlier as possible.

                                      Two of my orders from firstcry.com order awb:[protected] and awb:[protected] were never attempted to deliver at my shipping address. Although i received messege that consignee was not available or out of station. I was always present at the address else i would have cancelled the order myself.

                                        I booked a shirt for my cousin who is living away from me. It is prepaid order which awb is [protected]. But i tracked through my app it snowed delivery attempted from 9th june 2010. But my cousin got message but did not receive any call from courier boy. I collected his number and called him, he used slang words and threatened to keep that prepaid parcel. If he keeps that parcel, then i will go consumer court against xpressbees.
