        Hi my order no is [protected] its return picked on 13th may 2020 but its still not submitted to Club factory warehouse. It's almost one month. My refund is pending due to delay in return. Also, when I m tracking my order on xpressbees tracking website its not showing any detailed. I want my refund. I have attached the photo fir your referance.

          Yesterday it say that as per customer request delivery will postponed but today it say that my order is held. Because i didint receive call but i didnt get any phone call.

            Why there is no progress in my shipping status.It's still been in Mumbai for the past few days. Why is it not delivered in time? It has been 19 days since shipped.
            I've already sent a few mails, but no one responded to me for that.
            I have got a product from same address in 4 days from Delhivery delivery service.
            The worst service I've ever faced is XpressBees. I need to know where is my Product and why it's not delivered on time. Time is precious for all, If XpressBees can't delivery it in fewer days then please stop this. ( The estimated delivery date was 15th June 2020 and the product were picked up on 10th June 2020) and If it's your fault I need the compensation and also deliver the product as soon as possible

                    My shipment due date was 12.6 and it's already 29th.. Yes it's understandable that covid 19 situations make a delay but this much delay is totally unacceptable and there is absolutely zero response to the customers. Atleast enable cancelling the order so that we can get our money back. Being in the bhubaneswar hub it's not even getting delivered

                        I got message from the company that your order is out for delivery since yesterday, but till now i have not received my order. There is no contact of delivery agent and also the company is not available for picking calls. Please look into the matter..

                              I am seriously very unsatisfied and angry to this kind of service that XpressBees Logistics have provided to me.
                              They have delayed the delivery date near about 30 days . It's been more than 34 days I've submitted my product to them and as of now I am checking the current status of my product online they are showing that the product is delivered and I haven't recieved my product back.

                                I have purchased shoes from firstcry.com for my baby. Today my delivery arrived through xpreesbees. The delivery boy said to me that he need extra 20 rupees for extra charges for my delivery. I asked him that why he need extra 20/-? Then he said their order area is only for belonia, not for sabroom area. Thats why he need extra charges. My firstcry order number is 6548054mnt57432ee. And xpreesbees tracking id is[protected]. My complaint against this delivery boy named jayanta das from xpreesbees. Their delivery address is belonia, south tripura.

                                Expressbeez is the worst service I have ever come across tripura branch belonia their delivery boy are doing on their own. Since 12th August I ahve been waiting and they never reach at my location. But they never fail to lie reporting their own saying customer refused to take. Customer wants for future delivery. Customer is out of station. Arnab majumder worst delivery agent I have not seen or heard or experienced like this before ever.my many packages went back to its origin because of your careless delivery agent now again they are doing the same things I have ordered from shein which got banned and I have even paid the amount. Why its so taking long time for you to deliver my packages. Do you even read the mails and complaints and try to fix their issues. I have only seen negative comments which you deserves it. Dont ever send your products through this expressbeez I have never receive anything from this service and again I have nt receive my parcel because shein people are sending my parcel through expressbeez
