I sell products online through reselling application. A customer from jammu ordered a product from me and it is shipped to xpressbees but when it reaches jammu hub a delivery agent call my customer and said the quality of the product is not good. So, don't accept the courier.
First of all it is of good quality and how he know that the product is of bad quality it means he had opened the package. Who the hell he is to say this. And he also mention in tracking details that customer has refused to accept the order.

I want to complaint against poor service of expressbee courier company. The delivery boy called me on 14/3/2020 for order delivery but i admit i was unavailable at that time. But since then nobody even tried to deliver the order and putting on false remarks in tracking status. Nobody called me on[protected] and they have put the remarks that cash not available and on[protected] again nobody call me fo delivery and the remarks they have put is customer not available. Too much inconvenience and poor service.
Kindly sort out my issue and deliver my order till tomorrow or else cancel it.
Also the delivery boy is very rude no sense at all that how to talk to a customer.
I have attached the whole order status and underlined false remarks as well.

The person is not willing to deliver the goods to our address as according to our company norms the goods to be recieved in front of our security by the courier service person.
The person instead adviced us to collect the goods from the express bees office.
Please help us and deliver the goods at out address courier tracking no.[protected]

I have ordered a pack of two saree which has been delivered to me on Tue 17, 2020 costing 1200.but when I opened my pack I got that there was only one saree and it cost seems to be less than rs100. Its colour

The above orders were not delivered and returned to the seller without contacting me. And one more product awb number[protected] is not delivered but updated as delivered. I contacted them so many times but i didn't get my orders. Please take an action on them.

I ordered one shirt for my frnd. It was to be delivered byXpress bees. Via awb:[protected] the delivery person has not delivered the product and did fraud signature. They have shared a fake pod... Which is not having signature of consignee.. getting no response from the customer care. extremely disappointed.. need delivery of my product, they have Thieves in the form of delivery boys.

The service providers are looters. I wanted to cancel my product from myntra but just bcoz it was shipped i was foretold by customer care executive to refuse it at doorstep. I did the same. But later in the evening i received a message from expessbees and myntra tht my product was delivered. It was a prepaid order. The courier boy has stolen it and now his phone is switch off. The shoes were worth 14000 rs.

I have ordered for two pair of shoes.. But only received one pair of shoes.. The same movement itself i called the delivery service for more enquiry. But no reply or any action taken.. And i also paid the amount for 2 pair of shoes. When i went to their office for further enquiry they said me to go to police and report a complaint. The attitude of the delivery staff was so rude

Today my product has to be delivered to me but the delivery boy didn't deliver the product.

The delivery boy called me at 12:28 and i was not able to pick the call for some reason and when i see the missed call i called him back again just after 12 minutes i got the call and the delivery boy rejected my call and didn't even call me back and i got this message.

The address and phone number i have given them is absolutely correct because the delivery boy received the product from home on february 7, 2020 successfully with no problem and today he has a lot of problem returning my product back

My shipment id[protected] was promised to be delivered by 14th of feb. But even after complaining in customer care every time they are promising to be delivered within 24 hours but now its 21st feb bit still my shipment is missing and it is creating hectic and unsatisfactory situation and am fed of false promises provided by your team. This is not correct manner to treat and mislead customer so have a look at situation and make it deliver and promise i wont recommend or use your service.

I placed an order from 1mg.com. Order id po[protected] placed on 13 FEB. 2020. They shipped order using xpressbees courier via AWB Number:[protected]. Shipment reached in badlapur on 15th FEB. at 10.54 AM. It could have been delivered on same day by evening. But they didn't deliver. Moreover there is no delivery on 16th FEB. too. I called there customer care xpressbess for three times but there is no proper reply. I called 1mg, their contact number is not working sometimes ring going but they cutting my call. The shipment arrived in badlapur on 15th Feb. 10:54 AM, it could have been delivered on that day only... or can be delivered next day.. But still no sign of delivery... No contact info for badlapur... what the hell is this? Why 1mg is not using a good courier? This is my 2nd order from 1mg.com.. The earlier order too was delivered after so many complaints. So what 1mg thinks? Customer should post complaint on various sites, and then only they will deliver the shipment? y 1mg is using such a bad courier that doesn't have even a contact number ? I want urgent delivery of my order by 21st Feb. evening positively... otherwise I will proceed with legal methods for the inconvenience caused to me.. For your information, most of e-commerce companies like flipkart, jabong and Yepme...They all deliver in maximum 2-3 days... So compare your service ... where u stands... It’s only the quality of service that is going to improve your brand... I want the order delivery by today itself... otherwise I will make big problem against u...

Their delivery boy Intentionally not deliver my parcel last five days
and their customer care executive Intentionally not help. parcel contains medical and xpressbees not delivered my parcel. I MAKE CALL TO CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE BEHAVIOR NOT GOOD.
my parcel received to nearest hub on 15.02.2020 and 19.20.2020 not delivered yet. delivery boy daily out for delivery and then update few hours later mobile not reachable or address incomplete. i attach some screen shot to prove he daily intentionally not delivered my paecel. my number and address are correct because i already receive some parcel from same company.
so kindly request you take some action against xpressbees.

Have order a gown suit form fb market place @ rs.1450 on cod, but received a cheap product that was totally different from which i ordered. And after selling seller deleted his fb account and i was unable to return that. Please it a hubble request to xpressbees that if possible then return this to its original seller that was fraud and get my money back

I had to receive my order that is[protected] and [protected]. But i didnt not receive due to failed delivery. It said that the consigned was not available but noone showed up in my house. I want my order to be delivered by the next day. I have been waiting for the order for the 3 days and it has failed to deliver. Please look into my problem.
