I have purchase an item from myntra on 23 november. They provided the following information,
Courier name: express bees
Tracking no.:[protected]
When i'm tracking the no. On its web page it says "no data found". What kind of joke is that!!!
It's been 5 days and i have no idea where my parcel is lying!! What kind of service is that!!! Pathetic!!!
Please let me know where my parcel is; it's a gift to my niece on her birthday and i don't want to ruin it.
Please report and update my order trackings so that i'm able to see it as soon as possible.

    Have ordered a t-shirt on club factory my order i'd is so[protected]. They are dispatched through xpressbees with tracking id [protected]. While tracking the shipment, it shows the product reached my place (Nabarangpur) on[protected]. But, till today i have not received any phone call/information regarding the same.

    There is no xpressbees courier office in nabarangpur. I have called xpressbees customer care through phone thrice regarding this. They are saying we will deliver it by today/tomorrow every time but failed to do so. They have given a mobile number to contact. When i call him, he says i am not in that courier right now.

    This is not at all acceptable. I have not seen this much irresponsible courier service till now.

      I would like to inform you that if you are sending me your executive for delivery after 6 so are you aware that what time I have given you to deliver and you guys are sending me msg that customer is not available and office is closed.why not will be closed

      If you guys will come after 6pm it will definitely closed.

      Your service is really wrost.Your employee can't handle to your delivery boys.What you committed, you guys never do.

      One of your executive told me that executive will reach you before 5pm today he dint come.

      I have ordered a jacket from panda fashion, it should be delivered today onward but you guys are so wrost service and also your executive are lier.your executive is saying that my number was not reachable & and I was not available on the address.

        I ordered 2 items from myntra on 19 november. One of the item was delivered to me safely yet the other order with awb no. :[protected], I'm unable to track it. Whenever i track the order on Xpressbees website, it just flashes the message as item not found.
        This is really frustrating as it's a birthday gift for my friend and I have no idea where my parcel is.
        Please resolve it as soon as possible at least before 5th december.

        Well thank you so much. I'm finally able to track my orders on Xpressbees. It took minimal 24 hrs to resolve my problem after I reported it on this platform, consumer complaints. I just hope my parcel reaches on time and before my friends birthday without any further delays!!

          Its very sad to share this feedback that As been such a old customer, I faced this kind of Pathetic service from Paytm & Xpressbees.
          My Trcking no is[protected] and product reached at Gorakhpur warehouse on 23 NOv at 8:45 AM but the product is still not delivered to customer as I called several times that I need this product on urgent basis because my old phone is damaged but Due to Pathetic service from Delivery agency, its not delivered yet.
          Every time delivery person saying that Customer's Mobile is not reachable...
          Even I am sharing the delivery person contact [protected], [protected].

          This is my last order from Paytm because this kind of service never faced by me on FLIPKART or AMAZON.

          Thanks for this pathetic experience..

              I have placed a order on clubfactory it was successfully sent by the clubfactoty team there were placed my order successfully after all thr process completed. Then it send my parcel via expressbess courier
              Its worst experience ever with expressbees.I have recieved the below numbers of agent delivery boys 1.[protected]

              But i call them there were always switch i have not receievrd any call from them i was trying so much of calls to that numbers there were alwats switch off .day by day i tecieved msg the customer not available reattemnpt delivery upto 4 days now completed there is no delivery boy call me by the product was not deliver andit was returned . in that three days the third day i went and meet the epxpreesbees office but they said me there is no order it was were in located we dontknow please call incharge i call him on sunday he said that i am leaving ur order located were ididnt know . i call several times to expressbees delivery customer care they speak with me but there. Is no profit .i ever worst experince with expressbees

                    Delivery boy is dishonest. He is not interested in home delivery. That is very bad thing. We order online for comfort but actually we are in discomfort because of this type of service from this company. The delivery boy calls and informs that your courier has come. Come and collect. Then why we are ordering online? What is the use of it? Paytm also do not give any number to contact them. We don't want to cancel item because we are in need. Why Paytm is giving their parcels to expressbees when they are not express at all. They are not even worthy to be called "local train". At least local train reaches to its destination. Please don't trouble people if you can't do good to them.

He unnecessarily asks me to come over to him to collect my parcel. This was done repeatedly from 2-3 times. Please see through this.                         I order 2 tops online and i had received the worst quality product and infact the are completely different from what i had ordered.
                        I paid to the delivery person and then i opened my package after he left.
                        But thankfully i have the package opening video and also the details of what i had ordered
                        I want my money back.. Take away the package immediately and give me my money back

                                  We ordered a product from amazon and it was getting deilvered with xpressbees and its not deilvered till today while it shows deilvered on monday on amazon app. And when we contacted xpressbees hanumangarh rajsthan the employee mr. Pardeep kumar replied that your product is still with amazon office and after i went to amazon office hanumangarh they confirmed that order is still with xpressbees. Please look into matter asap. I want a reaction to be taken asap regarding the company and mr. Pardeep kumar.

                                      i just want to say EXPRESSBEESS site is worst ...maine 1300 ka lehanga order kiya aur un logo ne gandhe kapde daal kar aache se pack karke hamko deliver kar diya hamne 1300 rupees pay kar diya aur jab dekha toh vo kisi kaam ka nhi tha ...hamne delivery boy se boht request ki but un logo ne suni he nhi ..., pure 1300 rupees lekar bhaag gaye ...please help ...please

                                        One of xpressbees company's agent collected my boat product (Agent contact no. [protected]) for the reverse pickup on 17th september 2019.
                                        Since now i haven't received my replacement product back. Neither any information is updated about my product on thier website nor anyone answering customer care number. I have made around 100's of calls to xpressbees agents but none of them responds
                                        Properly. Contact no. Of other persons involved in this scam are [protected] and [protected].
                                        My details:

                                        Product name - boat rockerz 255 (Black)
                                        Waybill number[protected]
                                        Boat ticket number - 517957
                                        Thank you.
                                        XpressBees Logistics customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        My order didn't received but tracking shows it's delivered to customer,
                                        https://www.xpressbees.com/track-shipment.aspx?tracking_id=[protected]
                                        My contact number is [protected]
                                        Without delivering the parcel, Xpressbee updates the same as delivered.

                                        The registration and license of Xpressbee should be cancelled.

                                        And registration and license of Seniority.in should be cancelled too.

                                        These both are cheating with the customers.

                                        Both of these companies should be BLACKLISTED
