I ordered 2 items from myntra on 19 november. One of the item was delivered to me safely yet the other order with awb no. :[protected], I'm unable to track it. Whenever i track the order on Xpressbees website, it just flashes the message as item not found.
This is really frustrating as it's a birthday gift for my friend and I have no idea where my parcel is.
Please resolve it as soon as possible at least before 5th december.

Well thank you so much. I'm finally able to track my orders on Xpressbees. It took minimal 24 hrs to resolve my problem after I reported it on this platform, consumer complaints. I just hope my parcel reaches on time and before my friends birthday without any further delays!!

    Its very sad to share this feedback that As been such a old customer, I faced this kind of Pathetic service from Paytm & Xpressbees.
    My Trcking no is[protected] and product reached at Gorakhpur warehouse on 23 NOv at 8:45 AM but the product is still not delivered to customer as I called several times that I need this product on urgent basis because my old phone is damaged but Due to Pathetic service from Delivery agency, its not delivered yet.
    Every time delivery person saying that Customer's Mobile is not reachable...
    Even I am sharing the delivery person contact [protected], [protected].

    This is my last order from Paytm because this kind of service never faced by me on FLIPKART or AMAZON.

    Thanks for this pathetic experience..

This seller is a complete fraud.He sends product under the name of VIJAY.I ordered a saree on 21st November. I received completely different saree of very low quality . When I tried to contact him he was not responsive and eventually blocked me on WhatsApp.Now I have registered a complaint against him. His phone number is [protected]. I have complete proof .         I have placed a order on clubfactory it was successfully sent by the clubfactoty team there were placed my order successfully after all thr process completed. Then it send my parcel via expressbess courier
        Its worst experience ever with expressbees.I have recieved the below numbers of agent delivery boys 1.[protected]

        3.[protected]
        But i call them there were always switch i have not receievrd any call from them i was trying so much of calls to that numbers there were alwats switch off .day by day i tecieved msg the customer not available reattemnpt delivery upto 4 days now completed there is no delivery boy call me by the product was not deliver andit was returned . in that three days the third day i went and meet the epxpreesbees office but they said me there is no order it was were in located we dontknow please call incharge i call him on sunday he said that i am leaving ur order located were ididnt know . i call several times to expressbees delivery customer care they speak with me but there. Is no profit .i ever worst experince with expressbees

          Mr. Mithoon from xpressbees came to my house and told me first i have to make the payment and then he will give me the products. I paid him 1000 cash and i was talking to my friend and he ran away. Now he has blocked my no. I want to complain against both mr. Mithoon and xpressbees.

You guys are so lier. And i got msg today that my product will deliver today but still, dint come nobody and did not even call me and mentioned in status that customer not available.               Delivery boy is dishonest. He is not interested in home delivery. That is very bad thing. We order online for comfort but actually we are in discomfort because of this type of service from this company. The delivery boy calls and informs that your courier has come. Come and collect. Then why we are ordering online? What is the use of it? Paytm also do not give any number to contact them. We don't want to cancel item because we are in need. Why Paytm is giving their parcels to expressbees when they are not express at all. They are not even worthy to be called "local train". At least local train reaches to its destination. Please don't trouble people if you can't do good to them.

                This courier guy named raushan ([protected]) has to delivered the parcel at balupar, kurjee patna. But this guy never delivers at the address mentioned in the parcel. He unnecessarily asks me to come over to him to collect my parcel. This was done repeatedly from 2-3 times. Please see through this. And kindly make sure that parcel delivered at the mentioned address.

                  I order 2 tops online and i had received the worst quality product and infact the are completely different from what i had ordered.
                  I paid to the delivery person and then i opened my package after he left.
                  But thankfully i have the package opening video and also the details of what i had ordered
                  I want my money back.. Take away the package immediately and give me my money back

                    I've been waiting for a shoe that ive ordered which was supposed to deliver by november 23 but i still haven't got it yet and then they said that they would deliver it on 24 but i still haven't got it yet as it still says that the order has been rerouted

                    It keeps on rerouting even though it says that its reached my place but i still didn't get the delivery

                    I'm hoping that they'll resolve this issue

                      My orders supposed to come y xpressbee with price cash on delviery 605. I thoguht both will come in one parcel

                      On 18 nov 2019, we received parcel, so my dad given rs. 605 to courier boy contact num: [protected] (Bhekrainagar). He also taken all amount and not even said anything.

                      I am calling him from last 3 days to return my rs.300/- but he is just avaiding it.

                            We ordered a product from amazon and it was getting deilvered with xpressbees and its not deilvered till today while it shows deilvered on monday on amazon app. And when we contacted xpressbees hanumangarh rajsthan the employee mr. Pardeep kumar replied that your product is still with amazon office and after i went to amazon office hanumangarh they confirmed that order is still with xpressbees. Please look into matter asap. I want a reaction to be taken asap regarding the company and mr. Pardeep kumar.

                                Since now i haven't received my replacement product back. Neither any information is updated about my product on thier website nor anyone answering customer care number. I have made around 100's of calls to xpressbees agents but none of them responds
                                Properly. Contact no. Of other persons involved in this scam are [protected] and [protected].

                                The registration and license of Xpressbee should be cancelled.

                                And registration and license of Seniority.in should be cancelled too.

                                These both are cheating with the customers.

                                Both of these companies should be BLACKLISTED

I have placed orders from shien and all of them ere delivered by ur company maximum are delivered by the delivery agent with mobile number[protected].. But every time he refuesed to give the parcwl after 5 pm.. Am a working women and i my office time is till 5 pm.. If i have time to go to a shop n shop i would not have opted for the online shopping.. All the more i have spoken to the customer care person and they even recondirmed it telephonically that my parcel will be delivered after 3 pm.. After all these yesterday the same person rang up inthe morning and i asked him to come after 3pm since it was a satrueday.. He refused n offered that he can give the marcel maximum before 2 pm not atfer that... And around 1.30 he rangbup and told i have not picked up the call and mine wasbthe last paecwl with him and he wont deiver it.. And evening i got an sms from your company which says i have given wrong address thaswhy he couldnot deliver it... There were so many delivery was done by same company n agent how it is possible that thae adrdress was wrong? I request you to kindly train your delivery agent to be little polite and honestbto their profession and to the customers because customer is the one who were suffering at the end my order number is no.                                     The courier not delivered and they falsely claim that address is wrong kindly take appropriate action against these frauds. My product has reached to nearest hud one week ago but when it go out for delivery no one even contacted and also no provided was fake.                                       The product which i received one is not ordered. I have paid 1400 which is worthless.
                                      Really your customers are doing fraud which is not correct. This type of delivery is not acceptable.
                                      Please you can track very easily and do the needful. You people will send money to them right so it easy to track/return the products
