I ordered a phone cover which is showing the delivery date 13oct but i didn't get. So today (14oct) when i contact with the delivery boy he said he delivered it at 5pm but he didn't nd when i call him nd ask him he was treating me so disrespectfully even when i said him i'll complaint about this he just say do whatever u want i have no fear that's really soo bad and very disappointed. It's not the way how you treat ur customer

I ordered one shipment from netmeds which has medicine, and it reaches near destination center from me on saturday (12/10/19) but there courier person is not hand-over that product to me yet..
Ad he gives replay as i have some another work so i can't give you till thursday, and he warned me as i[censored] want to complaint on me ok you can proceed. And i contacted to your customer supporter but there is also be not satisfied reply

I have ordered a product from club factory. The package was supposed to be delivered by 7 october but till today (12 oct) it has not been delivered. I ordered a product online and today product tracking shows my item is delivered and received directly by me but I never got the item. I contacted customer service and they recommend me to contact delivery service, which is you. I want to know why it shows product is delivered directly to me even in XP bees site. I want clarification as soon as possible.

As of my boat ear phone was not working i have sent for service centre and they have shipped the replacement product with xpress bees courier before last week but still i didn't recieve my courier. Kindly take action on this and please deliver my courier soon as it is urgent for me if i track my courier it saying it's in banglore but they are not delivering my courier

I ordered boat basshead earphones from flipkart and they stopped working after 5months since it were in the warantee period. I reported a complaint in boat. And they were ready to replace it. So, xpbees was to deliver my product. After two days i got message saying "your product will be delivered today." but it never delivered. The same message came for three days. And every time with a different phone number was provided. The delivery man never called tho. When i called on the phone numbers the delivery man said that he would call me when he'd be out for delivery. But no call from the delivery man side came.
The messages saying "your product will be delivered today" stopped after four days. So i called one of the delivery man whose number was provided with the messages. He said that my product was in their office and he would deliver it the other day. But he refused the next day. That the product is not here.
One of your delivery guy asked me to send me the reverse pickup number i was alloted so i saved his number as random and forwarded him the message.

I placed an order on an online shopping site on 24th september which was to delivered within 4th october. However, while tracking the parcel shows to be near my delivery location since 1st october. I had placed a prepaid order worth rs. 839 but have still not received it my even after calling the customer service of xpressbees several times and requesting for delivery. One of the customer support executives even asked me to collect my parcel from their delivery hub if i need them. This kind o[censored]nprofessional attitude is not at all tolerable. Either deliver my order as soon as possible or refund my money back immediately. Or else i will have to seek legal help against this fraudulent action of xpressbees logistics.

I got an mail from that particular app from which i have ordered my product that it has been shipped via xpressbees courier service along with the tracking number. But when i tried to track my product xpressbess shows that it doesn't have any product with the number. It's been more than a week of shipment and i am not getting any update for the delivery

I ordered a oppo reno 10x zoom handset sealed box. But when i opened the package i found it was a second hand vivo smartphone. The person took my money and just ran. Now the dealer is declining to response. Dealer's phone number:[protected], and delivery boy's number:[protected].

I just need my money back. I paid rs 9000.
I have even the bills.

I am not satisfy with the courier service of silchar region... The parcel was yet to be deliver at the earliest date 23/09/2019 but was not deliver after fews day next date was generated on 2/10/2019... I track the parcel it was showing as out for delivery but still no any attempt yet... Vert dissappointing service still pending.. Tracking id [protected]

मैंने तुम्हारे एक डीलर से ऑनलाइन बुकिंग की लेकिन उसने प्रोडक्ट चेंज कर दिया जब मैंने उससे रिटर्न करने की बात की तो उसने id बंद करदी फिर shhiping के 10 मिनट बाद ही मैंने xpress bees के customer से transaction रोकने को कहा लेकिन उन्होंने ऐसा नहीं किया उन्होंने डीलर का address और नंबर देने से भी मना कर दिया वो इस तरह fraud मैं हेल्प कर रहे हैं मैं थाने मैं गया लेकिन उन्होंने कहा कि एक बार कंपनी वालों से बात करो वो problem solve कर देते हैं तो ठीक है नहीं तो उचित कार्यवाही की जाएगी
