I order from sss cod order[protected] for care for you of rs 574. I contacted to the courier service they said they will deliver the order tomorrow because of road was under construction. They giving excuse of incomplete address and phone was unreachable. They didn’t try to call me infact i’m trying them to call but they aren’t receiving my call. Please just look into the matter.

I've got an unauthorized parcel at my address and i have not ordered it i've tried to get in touch through email but i got no response the delivery guy forced the old aged people to give the money, there is no proper information about where it came from i want to return the product and i want the money to be refunded and it has to be done soon. The order was not done by me and i want my money back

Like this of fraud and please refund my money sir they can't give me any information about sender of the given item I received from express bee please solve my problem as soon as possible and give me some guidance what I'm do for this matter seriously and compant against facebook also because the have no responsibility about his user to they can't take any action of this type of fraud

Customer placed an order cod basis. 23rd october (Today) re again delivery date. But courier guy did not came customer office and did not call also.
Then how can he update the status "customer refuse to accept the parcel".

How can he like that this kind of behavior? Can u clarify this thing? Please take action on this and deliver the parcel within tomorrow (24th october)... Any how.

Parcel got shipped like 3 weeks ago and still haven't received it and the tracking status is not showing anytime I track it.

Received an email that my order was delivered this morning but i never received any order of mine. And my complaints are not being responded at all. I've been trying to reach the company from past 8 hours wasting all my time. I need a refund if my order cannot be delivered.

My parcels were to be delivered on 22/10/2019 but were failed to by giving wrong reasons regarding address issues. I have already provided the right address. I had received a msg saying my parcels will be delivered today but another msg popped stating incomplete address. Also they are rejecting my mails n not responding to it. Highly pissed by their service. Kindly deliver my parcels asap.

The above item related to boat company delivers a replacement shipment to me through xpressbees couriers/logistics. After waited almost 4 days i got message from xpressbees regarding delivery (I attached screenshot please refer) with agent number when i called to him he said i left the job i'm not delivering your item. Immediate day when i checked tracking status shipment delivered to me. But i did not get any item till now. Even agent was not called to me before delivering and no message/mail confirmation.
Then i contacted xpressbees customer care they registered my complaint.
Till no response from them i'm only following up this every time they are saying "you will get a call" no one called to me. After 48hrs again i contacted they said we contacted you but no one contacted me. I asked them make a conference call whom delivered to me. They said we called to your alternate number, i said tell me what is my alternate number, again they said will escalate this "you will get a call" they are not shared my alternate number why because that's not my number i think so.
So finally i decided these guys are theft my item not only mine almost from lot of parcels. Why i said this when i call to resigned courier boy he said i got so many calls today so who ever called to this guy almost all items are theft.
Please do not trust on this please use other logistics.

Its been more than 1 month but till now this product is not been delivered. I have also complained about the product but till now its not been delivered yet... I'm losing hope now i don't think i'll get the product nor the money back. Please i request couriers to deliver the product as sooner... And please don't break the trust and hope of the customers... The misappropriation has been done be xpressbees.com people.

I ordered 5 items from club factory which were to be delivered by xpressbees in two packages consisting of 2 and 3 items respectively. I received the second package consisting of three items but didn't receive the first.in tge app it says delivered. Traking id is [protected]. Pleaase help asap.. Nobody even is picking up the phone at your customer care service center...

I ordered a titan champagne nh1580ymo5 dial analog watch for men on 1st october 2019 with snapdeal. The packet received on 17th of october. My wife received the packet in a hurry situation because she was about to to go out. When i reached home in the evening got the packet, it is noticed that the packet is intelligently tampered with and self adhesive was used to pack the packet. When i opened the packet, i found that the inner cover and the transparent cover was tampered with and there was a low cost brown strapped titan watch in the box.
Your staff has intelligently cheated me by robbing out the golden coloured stainless steel strap watch and inserted a low cost watch in the packet.
I am very regretted and do the needful.

My firstcry website order delivered by xpressbees awb no.[protected] was dilvered by xpressbees delivery boy - mr javid ([protected]) who spoke in a very rude and rash manner with a lot disrespect towards me.
I hope proper action is taken against him so that the customer will not be mistreated like this again and your logistics reputation will be protected along.

The status of my parcel is showing customer refused to accept. However the delivery guy never contacted me. When i called them back they said there is no parcel with them of that particular awb number. I want the parcel as the products are already out of stock, and if it has not been returned yet, please deliver it to me.
Please help in this matter.
