I ordered 4 products in 4 different orders. Waiting for the order.. Delivery person said he will not deliver i have the call recording proof i will surely file a case.. This has happened 4 times.. Now order wad returned...

This guy not able to wait for 5 mins. And again shouting on ladies. Isn't this type of service you people are providing. He don't know how to pick the parcel and how to talk. He goes on knocking the door

    I ordered 2 Tshirts and received only 1 also I received different product and I paid money by cash, I want to return this item and get my money back

      They returned my shipment to the bank saying the pincode is wrong. They also did a fake attempt entry in the system where they told that the customer is not available and phone number was not reachable. I was at home on 27th july 2019 and my phone was on the entire day. Next they gave a message that it is out for delivery on 1st aug 2019 (After 5 days) i took off from work and stayed back at home, nobody attempted to deliver. The status is still showing as out for delivery. I tried reaching customer care and they told it has been returned to the bank, how is that possible when i called the customer care every day 5 times to get a status and schedule priority delivery. Every time i called them up, they told within 24 hours they will deliver. They don't have ethics or responsibility that the package might be very important for the recipient. They are not professional at all.
      Who is responsible for all this mess?

        Dear Worst courier,
        I Had placed order from Snapdeal which was shipped from ur company having tracking ID:[protected] but from last three days u people r updating as residence closed how its possible..
        Given address is my residence address and security is present 24hrs ..
        I want explanation on this or send me that ### fellow who update residence close I will take legal action against him ...
        Two days back I had also conversation from ur CUSTOMER CARE executive she told sir it will delivered u tmrw..How u people give fake commitment to customer..
        U just cheating customer same on ur management also.
        Even I had not get a single call from delivery guys..
        Every day I get SMS that shipment will be out for delivery it will delivered today.

            I just ordered mi band 4 from a seller and he sended me a package and just i open i got a m3 cheap band inside that box
            Please return that product to the seller as seller is not responding to me!

              This mail is in regards to raise a complaint that I have not received my courier but just now I have received msg and mail that my couiere is received by me at 3:46 pm. How its possible. Kindly check where you have delivered my couiere. I have attached the screen shot of tracking details of same.

                This is my AWB No.: [protected] this is the second time I asked my vendor to send the item again..I have been tracking and talking to delivery guys, no .given by the Msg sent to me... now i am seeing that my order has been returned... yours us an international company n the service I tell is the worst by so far...I have even calked to da customer care no.they seems to talk very politely, but to action can be seen as if it's a dummy service...to be just for the records...

                My Shipment Out for Delivery for three time but not any update of my shipment. & my shipment is RTO due to person at my area is not delivered so many time I complain 15 times and 15 times my shipment is RTO what I do because company is not responsible to do the delivery to me or in my area to the 3 class of delivery service in our area.

                  I order 3 jeans combo shirts on last month, it takes one month time to delivery that order.. Ok it takes time, but its fraud u give me a bloody cotton shirts and its worst shirts... I want my money back, really my money was waste. U peoples are fraud. Bloody online products... It gives a bad name because of these products. Give my money back immediately

                    The shipment number[protected] which was supposed to be delivered on 22/07/19, was not delivered. the courier boy on his own puts a remark that the client has requested to change the delivery date. just a few minutes back had called the customer care and they said the shipment is out for delivery and should receive it. y 8 pm. as soon as the call is disconnected I receive a message saying that I have requested to change the delivery date. Pathetic staff and service. Called the customer care they said they would register a complain and the shipment will be delivered tomorrow. What's the use of calling if they cant expedite the delivery. Bluedart is a dependable courier service provider.

                      Tracked my consignment, it says ODA (Out of delivery Area). What?? My address is in the heart of the town (SuperMarket near Hotel Saramati) which is approx 1.2-2km from their office. Called their customer care service, which was even worst. Instead of apologising and offering better service, he asked me to collect it from their office. Gave me reasons saying my address must be 10km+ away and even saying their staffs who updated knew what he must doing while updating in the website.
                      Bottom line- Don't run a courier service, first if you do not have a good service backed by prompt customer care service. Hands down to XpressBees Dimapur

                        I have order a iphone 8 on july 9th of 2019, then i received the order on 12th july 2019 but the product i received was not iphone8 instead of that they gave me a 8plus and also it was a clone. I was not satisfied with the product what i got so i complain to them to replace the phone or refund the money, first they said they will come and collect the phone and refund for it on 15th july 2019 now they have block my number in whatapp which i used to chat and contact with them and also they are not picking up my call now. So please help me.

                          I have placed an order on myntra which should arrive on 18th july 2019. The tracking number is[protected]. I have placed orders earlier with myntra on the same address and they have even delivered it earlier using ecom express. Xpressbees sent a message stating the address is incorrect and phone is not reachable. You didn't call me and the address is perfectly fine. The package has arrived on 18th in kuthuparamba, kannur and should be delivered to me on the same day. This is really annoying. Please try to deliver my package today or tomorrow!

                              I had to receive a courier from xpressbees. From last 3 days it was showing out for delivery but i didn't receive it even the courier boy was not picking up the phone and today when i complained about the same it has falsely updated that i have received the parcel at 8.02 pm you guys are just fraud and liars sitting over there...                                 This is the first time in years i have experienced such a worst delivery of my first cry products. The product has reached 6km away from my home on 6th of july 2019 address but because of the unprofessional behavior of the delivery boy today 16th of july i am receiving a message saying my product z returning. I was wondering about the reasons, and contacted the expressbees person in trivandrum and he said the delivery person is not ready to deliver. What kind of service are you providing den..??? So shameful

                                  The package was expected to arrive on 12th july but hasn't reached me till 16th july evening and i do not expect that it will be delivered today so it might be delivered on 17th or later.
                                  Very bad service from first cry and xpressbees.

                                  On calling xpressbees and first cry i was asked to wait for 24 hours and 72 hours respectively for any response from their side. This is unacceptable and unprofessional.

                                    I have ordered 2 grand gown.. But totally i received wrong product its local brand chudi material worth rs 100 i lost my 2000rs... when i contact seller website no response fron them, i text them they r not replying for that also...Then i contact back xpressbees customer care for refund but no response yet.
