I have raised a product reverse pickup[protected] and received a message on 16/04/2019 (Contact person number:) but the pick up person didn't arrive to collect the product. When i called him and checked, he simply stating that i'll not come to that particular area (Tidel park) and cut the call. After 2 days, again i got the message that same person will come and collect the product. But i got the same response from him that i'll not come to that location. Now. It's almost a week but i no one has come to receive the product. Really i'm disappointed with your service.

If the service person doesn't pick up all the assigned products by end of day, what action will be taken by the department.

I need an immediate action on this.

Note: though the mistake is from service person side, he informed me like he'll update customer is not available in his record and asked me to directly bring the product to branch office (Gandhipuram). This is really a pathetic service.

If my package is not exchanged in 2 days I can take a strict action
Please persue help asap

      My order id is [protected]. Your courier partner under the pincode of 732123, has kept his mobile switched off and has not tried to deliver my percel. But it is being shown that he tried to deliver.
      I want to lodge a complaint against that courier boy who has not make any contact with me. His contact number is [protected]. Please take necessary steps and provide my percel. It is very urgent.

      Also tried reaching customer care but the call is not getting connected.

        I tried multiple times to call for support from customer care executive regarding my order, everytime the call gets disconnected. The delivery date was 12 th April and today is 14th already

          The executive says that he's not having any info about the pickup and says to place return request again.

            I need to get a card from xpressbees delivery but they are not able to wait to deliver the product. And they sent back still i don't know the status of that product i asked them i need the card immediately but they said it will take 48 hours time to deliver it again. The card is available in bangalore delivery center not sure why it will take 48 hours to deliver the product. Very worst customer care service and very worst company.

              I was not contacted by the xpbees team, no one called me and i was at home the entire day as well as i tried to contact them, i called more than 5 times no one picked it up and at the end of the day i got the message that i have requested for a future delivery date, which is incorrect.

              This is very unprofessional behaviour from your end and i hope you are going to look into this matter and take it seriously so that it won't happen again.

                In reference to the tracking id no. [protected],

                I would like to mention that i have placed on online order of medicines on 9th apr with medlife and because i have some urgency i have called & asked them to get it delivered as soon as possible and they assured that it will get delivered by 11th apr...
                The courier was given to your company and as per above tracking id the package do reached on 11th apr in my city...

                But, i have never seen such a pathetic service by any courier agency... I have been calling medlife to get the medicines delivered but from last 4 days the package is in my city but your courier agency is still not able to get it deliver to me...

                It is requested to kindly get the needful done at the earliest...

                  1.     It is very painful duty to inform you that your service partner who proceeds for delivery under your shipment is much rude and unresponsive.

                  2.     I ordered a product bearing Order ID [protected] dated 09 Apr 19 through Snapdeal which tracking ID is [protected] and SD ref. No. is SLP[protected]. This order was successfully reached at my place on 12 Apr 19 as per tracking record. I also got a confirmation message from the delivery boy on the same date. But he requested for receiving on next day because he was busy on the dated. I did not oppose him. They again called me on the next day regarding the same at 1745hrs and told me to receive at once. I was outside and told him to wait 10 to 15 minutes. But they did not wait. Today they did the same. But, I reached within 5 minutes after call and received my product. The no. on which I reported this, is [protected] (Mr. Raju). The chap who misbehaved is [protected] and [protected].

                  3.     I want to bring your kind notice that due to this type of ### and silly fellows, your high end of brand reputation is under stake. It happens a lot of time but such of GENUINE buyer reports this incident to your end.

                  4.    Thus, It is my humble request to take a disciplinary action against this type of fellow and do the needful necessary action against the courier company.

                  5.     Awaiting for your necessary reply on mail and my mobile at [protected].

                  6. If you are unable to do any action against them I will report this matter to a legal FORUM.

                    The delivery boy will not attend my call or not give me my parcell.. The same issue happened with me 2nd time. He said that for 1 courier i can't come.. You should be come in our office for collecting the parcel.. Why should i go there? If i paid the delivery charges to the company then why should i go to the office for collecting the order..?.
                    Expressbees is a very bad service company.. I m not happy with their services

                          I had ordered an hair care product from purplle on april 2nd and the estimated delivery date was given the 9th of april, 2019 but the tracking status shows that the product has been delivered to me on 8 april, 2019 at 5.00 pm which is not true. Since i nor any of our neighbours had received the product and xpressbee logistics didn't even bother to send me a message or call me prior to delivery or after my complaint to them. This is highly unprofessional and i hope will be resolved with the quickest actions.

                          The order was delivered at 19 :45 hrs on April 11 th and seems to be willful negligence on the part of the local staff here and the xpressbee company really took care of the issue and solved it swiftly .Thank you .

                            I got call from xpressbees on 4th of this month for delivery my credit card to my office address which is in kandanchavadi, I told to take to my home address which is in Chepauk, he told that it will take 2days to come I said okay, but still now I didn't get that, for the last 2days I am getting call from xpressbees we will deliver tomorrow like that only they are saying but still now I didn't get, it's very poor service for me, I didn't see like this worst service, I was attached with my AWB no. Pls. Go through that.

                              I ordered lehanga from palav art for my wedding and still i didn't get my parcel.

                              The status is showing that the address is closed but nobody called me for the delivery and also i was at the address on the time you specified as closed.

                              Your customer service is not satisfactory and i request you to please deliver my package as soon as possible as i've my wedding..

                                I have a courier that is coming form RB. This courier reached the Alandur, Chennai destination before 3 days and there were no sign of delivery and i called the customer care and then finally they updated the status as Out for delivery. But nobody contacted me or visited my place and they updated the simply as Consignee is not available. Its was my house address. Always someone will be available there. But these guys are not attempting and faking the status as i'm not available. There is no address or even a contact number available anywhere for the alandur hub. These guys are really fake and irritating us. Its actually an emergency. Kindly someone assist. Please provide the address so that i will go and collect. Thanks.

                                      Dear sir,
                                      My waybill no is[protected], it is showing that as out for delivery @9.40 am yesterday. But not yet received. I called to customer care and asked the same. They are simply saying that, the given address is not found. Actually the given address is very clear. Anybody knows the address. Because this address is near to nasr school. This school is one of the very famous school in hyderabad. I'm understood that, the courier boy was not attempted to deliver but simply saying that he was not found the address., now i'm requesting you that please send me material to the same address. Kindly don't play games with customers. If you have any dought please call to my register mobile.

                                        Worst Xpress bees courier service in nashik city, always asks customers to visit them to get couriers will never deliver to my door steps don't know why, my 3 paytm couriers were not delivered, while online tracker showed 1 order delivered as it's verification otp was not sent to me, though I have till date now not received the product, and other 2 couriers were send verification otp on my mobile cause of which I think the Xpress bees courier boy commented as I rejected to receive couriers which I learned when checked online tracking awb no. Also when tried contacting said courier is not with me it's in office am on holiday will deliver after 3 days but till today these also never received by me, Amazon, flipkart, paytm, should outcast such thief xpressbees courier services nashik or else like me many will stop purchasing products from your sites as you have tieups with such cheap courier services. As I inquired online said my order which was send from Delhi to nashik city in maharashtra was returned from nashik city from 12 kms away from my house as paytm has asked to return the products while I receive online tracking info something else as I rejected the 2 orders and 1 for which I has not received verification code showed delivered makes me and others also what exactly has happened with me as to deliver other 2 order they has to deliver my 3rd order also so courier boy without contacting me update status as I rejected the orders... Shame on such people's, and many who ready to struggle hard on right path to earn respected income are jobless...
