I have been sent a parcel of medicine from Medlife. I have been receiving a message of delivery since 22 April 2019 that it will be delivered today i.e.on the day of receiving message .In that SMS they are providing a contact number to communicate if not delivered .I'm trying that number since 22 April 2019.But the call is not being attended .On 23rd of April, I received one message SMS mentioning that the parcel will be delivered on the same day, A cellphone number was given in that SMS to contact which was invalid, i.e. the cellphone number it self was nine digits .The cellphone number given was '[protected]'.On 24th of April same SMS received and the number given was different, I tried that cell phone number thrice but the call was unanswered .So I called customer care executive and spoke for the same, She assured me to deliver it by evening, but unfortunately the parcel was not delivered .Now on 25 again I'm calling to the customer care and again being committed that it will be delivered by today evening .
I would like to mention here, that the parcel contains medicine which is important, but is not seriously being considered by the courier company .
