This is to inform you that i have not received my consignment number[protected], the same has been handed over from healthkart to xpressbees logistics and the status for the same is yet not being updated after 08th may 2019. I keep on trying their customer care number, but none of the executive of xpressbees able to solve my issue as they are not able to track their own consignment number.

The promise delievery date of my consignment is 10th may 2019, but till date i. E. 10.05.2019, i neither receive any communication from xpressbees nor received any call. I am really fedup with the services of xpressbees logistics.

In view of the above, it is my request, kindly arrange to provide my consignment from xpressbees logistics at the earliest and will take strick action towards careless behaviour of xpress bees logitics. My details are given below:-

    From friday i am waiting for my parcel i got messages everyday will be delivered by today but courier person only called once. Then i am only taking follow up with given contact that courier person is such a lier he told me i m in ur building coming in 5 mins and after that not even answering calls. I was moving out and was just waiting for himonly.

      I have received msg regarding my courier awb no[protected], out for delivery in morning, than i called delievry agent, he told me to come till noon. After it he is not picking my call & now started disconnect the call. Product was most urgent for me. Now time is 16:00 hrs & still no any communication.

      I will complain to paytm also to not give any of my product to such cheap courier agency in future, which dont know to deal with coustmer.

        I ordered pack of 4 kurtis and they delivered unusual torn pathetic and bucolic kind of sarees that was really unexpected and disgusting. This took place 11th march 2019 there were no client number provided by them by this complain, i just request you for refund of rupees 1100 as soon as possible, as this amount is not less its worth high. And i request not to do all this kind of rubbish prank thereafter.
        I hope i wll receive your response as soon as possible.

          And mobile num is [protected], he is unable to pickup the calls, after a very longtime he picked the call and saying that he'll be unable pickup the courier and also that do what you want to do and also complaint to xpress bees also

          And he is duty to respond the customers,

          Please take action on this kind of delivery boys

            From more than 1 week, i am waiting for one of my shipment to be deliver at my home address but all are making excuses everytime that shipment is still not reached at nearest hub you've to wait 48 workingand i have waited for more than 48 hours and still facing the same issue from your end. I have a word with one of the person, who is pretending to be a supervisor and he told me the same thing that last 3 executives told me to wait 48 working hours. At any cost, i need my shipment to be deliver at my home address today itself and it's your responsibility to deliver it at anyhow. My shipment tracking number is[protected].

              I ordered 8 items from firstcry.com and the products reached aizawl yesterday. Today at 12:05noon my parcel (All 8 items) was out for delivery. Till now at 10:55pm i haven’t received it, but i got a message that it has been delivered. I crosschecked on xpressbees tracking site and my parcel is also marked delivered. Where is my parcel?? Usually when i am going to receive parcels from xpressbees, i get messages when it is out for delivery along with the name of the delivery person with his/her contact number. Today i received none. Neither messages nor the parcel. Is my parcel lost???

                I want my refund. I am not satisfied with the product recieved, its a very cheap quality and it is not worth of 1000rs. It is just like an elastic cloth that is i can tell you guys. Am very disappointed. I had ordered it for my dad because he has back pain. But it turned out to b so bad i just received an elastic cloth. So please refund my money back my order no. Vds45042 in the name of swetha s under the registered number 97*828. Please do the needful as soon as possible.

                    I regret very much to inform you that your delivery agent telephoned and asked me to collect my consignment no.[protected] at his convenience about 2 km. Away from my house which is the delivery address. He said the delivery area is defined on location and not on pin code. I was getting regular deliveery from your vytila office in ernakulam district and i do not know why you have changed delivery office to edappally who can not do door delivery. All other courier companies like blue dart, delhivery, amazon, flipkart etc are deliver to my address. Kindly arrange to deliver my consignment at your earliest.

                      Would like to inform you that i did not receive any call... Not even a single call regarding my product... And since i had given my school address for the product to be delivered at... So it is understood that the the product needs to be delivered within working hours, right?... Even if the courier guy had reached the destination later on... The office staff would definitely had received it on my behalf... So it shows that the courier service xpressbees lied regarding non availability of the customer... I was in need of the product that i had ordered and surprised/shocked to find out that it has returned without any information, thanks to your service.

                        I want my payment back for this tracking. As i received a cheap 250 rs shoes instead i pay for 1500 rs for branded shoes. The guy who sent me shoes is not picking up my call and blocked me on whatsapp. He has totally fraud guy.
                        Kindly stop release of payment to him. And i want my money back.
                        Kindly revert back and tell me if you can do something or instead i go to cyber crime and report a fir against this courier.

                          My wife's package arrived at gangtok sikkim on 23rd and the delivery boy named shrawn kumar rai ([protected]) assured of delivering the package on 23rd itself which never happened. He again called on several occasions and assured the same but till today he never showed up and now the status shows that the item is delivered. This is strange and very disappointing. Never had any issues with any courier service but with expressbees. The tracking no. Is[protected] srijana subba.

                            I have been sent a parcel of medicine from Medlife. I have been receiving a message of delivery since 22 April 2019 that it will be delivered today i.e.on the day of receiving message .In that SMS they are providing a contact number to communicate if not delivered .I'm trying that number since 22 April 2019.But the call is not being attended .On 23rd of April, I received one message SMS mentioning that the parcel will be delivered on the same day, A cellphone number was given in that SMS to contact which was invalid, i.e. the cellphone number it self was nine digits .The cellphone number given was '[protected]'.On 24th of April same SMS received and the number given was different, I tried that cell phone number thrice but the call was unanswered .So I called customer care executive and spoke for the same, She assured me to deliver it by evening, but unfortunately the parcel was not delivered .Now on 25 again I'm calling to the customer care and again being committed that it will be delivered by today evening .
                            I would like to mention here, that the parcel contains medicine which is important, but is not seriously being considered by the courier company .

                                I got message your shipment arriving today (24 apr 2019) & next day showing status 'consignee refused to accept' without any communication. This not way to give service with wrong status. My previous experience was good with xpressbees for the location pune but it's very bad with shevgaon city. Kindly do something to deliver shipment with proper status and on time, it will help you to improve strust on your service.

                                  Even after several follow up with customer care there is no movement. Such a pathetic service.
                                  I order the same to gift someone now the purpose is over. So it is worth less now.

                                    I was suppose to receive my card on 22nd of April, however on 22nd evening I get a message tht the consignee has shifted from the address?? Whereas I am here at my home.
                                    After raising a complain via customer care no. I get a new msg saying tht the card will be delivered on 23rd and again now I am getting a message tht consignee was not available whereas I was at home all through out the day, I called up some Sohail in the customer care and he says that the delivery person today went to the secondary address??

                                      I have raised a product reverse pickup[protected] and received a message on 16/04/2019 (Contact person number:) but the pick up person didn't arrive to collect the product. When i called him and checked, he simply stating that i'll not come to that particular area (Tidel park) and cut the call. After 2 days, again i got the message that same person will come and collect the product. But i got the same response from him that i'll not come to that location. Now. It's almost a week but i no one has come to receive the product. Really i'm disappointed with your service.

                                      If the service person doesn't pick up all the assigned products by end of day, what action will be taken by the department.

                                      I need an immediate action on this.

                                      Note: though the mistake is from service person side, he informed me like he'll update customer is not available in his record and asked me to directly bring the product to branch office (Gandhipuram). This is really a pathetic service.
