My courier arrived in Pune on 2nd July'19 and as per xpressbees shipment status it showing "Out For Delivery" from 3rd July To 4th July. Till time i have not receive courier because i have not received any call.
I had called xpressbees customer care for 4 times[protected] and they stated, as per courier boy they trying to call me but no response from my side.
The courier which is yet to deliver, is very important for me as it contains banking details then how can i ignore?
On last call, the executive said that he will arrange the delivery of courier on priority basis today and after 5 mins later on i received a message from xpressbess which is as below:
"Xpressbees has held Delivery of your ***Bank Ltd.. order AWB:*************, As consignee was not available. For queries Contact:[protected]."

Is this priority provide to customer???

I have ordered wireless speaker JBL speaker but they delivered duplicate model with brand name of JBL and it's not working properly from the beginning fake product from fake people, so please return product to such fraud people and give me my refund amount back completely.

        The delivery boy of xpressbees in hoogly named rahul acharya mob no: [protected] was behaving very rudely with me as i cancelled an order from snapdeal. He warned me to not place an orders in future. I had received duplicate product at last snapdeal order and i had no online option to cancel it as it was already on transit. So i rejected the order by telling the delivery boy. He yelled at me. I want an apology from xpressbees on this issue as they are not training their delivery boys properly who know how to behave with customers.

              I have received my order and it’s not working rather it was tore apart and someone had used it and repacked. It’s a humble request to you that my order shipment I’d:[protected] should be refunded as I’m cheated.

                      This company has no management, no control over their delivery team, without even contacting customers their delivery team keeps updating false information on tracking ID. Without any call they are updating fake information like customer is not available, customer has requested future delivery, customer has refused to accept consignment. Zero management, Quality of service zero. Support system is zero.

                      My prepaid consignment is at their office from 15tb of June. I got call from their delivery boy once on Saturday and after that he is updating fake information on tracking ID that customer has requested for future delivery, customer is not available, customer has refused to accept consignment. So many times I have called Expressbees and shein from where I have purchased some items but I got same answers and everytime their delivery boy update fake information without contacting me. Everytime I told whole story to their support team members and again zero results. They have no control over their delivery team for updating fake information or irresponsibility, They are unprofessionally doing all things, They have. Zero management and zero service quality. These type of companies should stop their services because what they are doing is just creating problems for customers and shopping sites.
                      Please Return Order I cant order this

                        This is about my deliveries from myntra. I have three deliveries from myntra out of which the given consignment is one. I received a call from your agent who asked me to collect the consignment from your office which is unacceptable. Upon asking your agent to deliver to the given address, they irresponsibly replied that they have not got time to do so. The consignment was marked delivered yesterday but has not been delivered to me. Please deliver the consignments at the given address. If you will be unable to deliver, do not accept the consignment.

                          I ordered a product (Churidhar) through facebook group. They delivered a saree (Which is already used) instead of churidhar. Later dispatching, retailer blocked me from facebook. I'm unable to contact the retailer. I reached out to xpressbees, they din't respond me or helped me to returned the product. Not even sharing the details of retailer. Kindly take appropriate action and help me with a refund of 899 inr.

I contacted xpressbees multiple times but no action has been taken. My order has reached kumari on 17th itself, it could have been delivered the same day or arrest the until next 2 days. I am fed up of calling the customer care. I want my order to be delivered today itself. If not i will proceed to further legal actions. Very poor customer care. Worst courtier service

                                The delivery executive, contact number - [protected], never called me to inform about the order delivery.

                                Instead, I called him to check when he will be coming in the area to deliver the order. He told me that he will be there in 15 minutes. I waited for almost an hour and called him again, to which he replied that he called me 5 times but I never received any call from him. He was ruder and arrogant to inform and was in near by building. I told him to come back and give the order, which he refused rudely, saying this is not possible.
                                I had to ask a person to go to that building on bike and take my order.
                                Such service attitude is not acceptable. I wouldnt have called myself if I planned to not pick his calls later.
                                Request XpressBees to look into this matter and take appropriate action.

                                Just came to know about a glitch in XpressBees System, the delivery person's contact I was given through text message carried order of a different person with same name. Tried to contact the customer service, but they had no update as well, just kept saying, "it will be delivered today"

                                    I am working in MAA ANR branch. I am not received my salary till today. I had complained to Mr. LOGESH, HR... He is told for the last 3 days that the salary was released. I am not get. Then where will it goes. Next, Mr. Janakiraman, Cluster is placed my number in reject list. What a great attitude. He is one of the important in XpressBees. Superb employee. Now what am I do for getti g my salary. How can an employee run a family without the salary. Please do the needful.

                                    While I tried calling him on his mobile he was not lifting and disconnecting the calls!
                                    After atleast 50 calls he answered the call and asked me to meet at some unknown location !

From last 2days the courior boy namely Muneeb ([protected]) is not delivering the courior on my address, his Demand was overcharging and was denying the courior, then I somehow said him OK & he sent my courior with other Guy namely Asif Tantray ([protected]) he denied in the morning than I got ready for giving him extra amount. On 11/06/2019 at 07:15 PM near Byepass Nowgam I received the order as actually date was on before a day.

                                        After opening the packet I saw only 06 Pcs inside & managed to call the Same guy but mobile was switch off...

                                        By RBL Credit card is out for delivery for the last 2 days and I get a message by evening that the address is incomplete hence the card could not be delivered. It seems as per their customer care that they are not supposed to call the customer to check for the address on the first attempt. Stupid and pathetic service xpressbees. Terrible buggers
                                        I had not ordered this product which I received today so kindly sent someone for return because this is useless for me.
                                        I will be very thankful.
