Hi,
I placed order in shopclues #[protected], placed order on 25th jan 2019, they use xpressbees logistics, tracking order / shipment no:[protected].
When i booked oder in shopclues its said it will delivery by 2nd of feb 2019,
But i did not get any response from when, when i checked in app thy gave me tracking no of xpressbees, when i checked its showed 6th will be delivered. But i did not get any message from xpressbees on 6th, next day when i tired to track the shipment no its show its delivered.. After that i called to xpressbees customer care, they listened everything and said the concern department will call me in few min. Till now i did not any calls from them..
When i tired to call xpressbees customer care no its saying shipment no is wrong enter correct no.. When i enter in website its displaying the shipment status.
I contacted to shopclues customer care thy said thy need one week to resolve this and to show pod (Proof of delivery), i am not getting any response from them..
Shopclues i need my order by tomo or i need refund...
Please resolve this asap..
