Someome ordered some fake item by using my mobile number and address of someone in pune.
I got a call from your delivery guy about the item but i said i dont live there and i did not order anything even though he delivered to some guy there by saying its of neighbor, he said to deliver to you.
Now the guy is asking for money that too for a duplicate third class shoes.
You guys please help me in returning that item and get the money refund to the account.
The seller is fraud and has many incident on his name.
You please check and let me know on [protected] asap.
As return is within 7 days and it was delivered to me today.
Thanks in advance.

Updated by yashraj hasija Product not delivered to the desired person.
Some one used my name and someones address and phone number.
Without notifying on mail or anywhere the guy came and delivered the item and took money from them saying he is neighbour and give you.
How should i be knowing of these..the guys called me and asked for money .

Hi..I booked an order using shop101..the order came to Nellore..but it is not delivered...I wouldn't suggest xpressbees to anyone..and I told the seller not to send any order through xpressbees

I have ordered 3 items from FBB and it has been shipped by XpressBees shipment id[protected] on 4th of march. It was supposed to deliver on or before 11th march. But when i have tracked it, its showing shippment missrouted. P lz look into this matter as its an urgent parcel.

    My order has been placed for future delivery without even informing me. I have a flight to catch tomorrow morning and yesterday the tracking said future delivery. My order — nmd all black.. With awb:[protected]. I need it urgently and deliver it as soon as possible and i need it today only. If it dont get deliver by today, i will cancel it and ask for a refund.

      I am waiting for my product from two days
      *1st day morning i got msg that my product was out for delivery
      * without my knowledge they sent a msg that i requested for late delivery
      * 2nd day without contacting me by mobile, even they didnt came to my home (I and my mom both were available) they sent a msg that my house was closed
      Pls solve the issue

        I didn't received my product till now. But on paytm my product is showing as delievered on 12th march. I call your customer service too from 2 days. They are saying that they do enquiry on that. And the delivery man is making excuses of attending someones marriage and saying i will deliever this time or after some hours. I dont have that much enough time to call daily and know the status of my complaint. Please resolve this as soon as possible.

          Awb[protected] is not delivered it has reached bangalore on 13 march after that no more info is updated and when i call u care team they say that 'i am not sure we will try to deliver it and i have send the details and the delivery boy give a call before delivery ' very bad service same thing every time
          So need the product delivered before the expected date of delivery

            My name is janani sampath my order from lt fab was shipped by xpressbees tracking number is[protected]. From surat. The tracking updates show it has reached chennai on march 10, but i still have not received the parcel. I have been calling your customer care but no one has bothered to follow it up.
            Please revert at the earliest. I ordered a dress from lt fab for a wedding that is a week away. I need the parcel urgently.

            My order ALA49549 from shein had 7products in which one product is missing.. im very disappointed in the service. N wuld like to know where the product disappered. I have cross checked with shein as well. They hv sent all 7product.. but during delivery the product has gone missing.

              The product received by me on 12 march 2019 was not as per my demand and not as per the product shown. I want to return the received product. Product shown in the website was very nice and full. The bottom of the kurti was very wide as shown in picture but what i have received kurti with different plates. The product is quite different than the shown item. I think you will definitely look into the matter. Other thung is that i have demanded a single colour kurti whereas this is double coloured kurti. I am not satisfied with your product

              My product having AWB[protected] is showing the status as received by myself.. But i am not received. Courier contact number was sent by firstcry . But it was out of service.. He also not contact me for delivery.. Then how he delivered. Where he delivered.. Totally fraud..

                I am from kasragod. The expressbees here are not delivering the product.
                The watch i had ordered came and when i called the delivery boy he say s tomorrow, and does not come.
                That watch went back. And again i ordered now when i called the delivery boy he say s let me look.

                What is this. We are upset about this

                    My product having awb[protected] is showing the status as out for delivery but since 5 days it's on the same service station.
                    Service during the package pickup from pune to delivering it to mumbai was quite good. But for receiving it is a long wait.
                    Seriously disappointed in the service in the very first try!!!

                      The delivery executive was extremely rude and updated the delivery status without delivering the product. He unnecessarily misbehaved while delivering the product later. And without actually delivering the product updated the delivery status as delivered. I had to call him to reattempt the delivery after seeing the status update. He is definitely spoiling your brand reputation

                        My boat ear phones got damaged, i complainted at boat services they took responsibility and opted for the replacement of my product and gave xpressbees for picking up the package. The package was supposed to be picked up on 3rd february each and every day i used to get messages and calls that the package will be picked up today but no one came to pick up the package it's been more than one month. I am really disappointed with the xpressbees services. I want my package to be picked up as early as possible so that i can get my boat ear phones replaced soon.

                                I was there in my house when the delivery man named m. Sivasakthi from expessbees called me. I told him the directions to my house and i waited for him for an hour. Then i called his number multiple times but he didn't pick up the call. I tried calling him since then but now only at 6:30 pm i received a message saying that my product was undeliverd due to lack of money on the time of delivery. This is truly a wrong information... I will send you the call details to you through whatsapp.. Pls do take necessary action and kindly do not do this again...

                                  I have ordered saress for 1099 with order id 5772395 and reference i'd 27733, but they delivered a different and cheap sarees. It's totally a wrong order. Even though there is a return policy they are not responding to my call. So please help me in return my money. So help me in returning my money as soon as possible.                                     I had a courier which should be delivered at maslapen, tq. Risod, district - washim, maharashtra, india, pin code-444504, but your courier boy telling me that i am not able to deliver it at this address, and you have to come and pick up it. It's near about 30 km long for me to pick it up. Is this ur service to deliver a courier to customers. If you are not able to deliver it on my adress then how would i book courier again with you.

                                      I ordered a product from homeshop18 on 17th feb and till date, i haven't received anything. I receive texts after every single day stating one or the other reason for the delay in delivery and yesterday when it was supposed to be finally delivered, i received a message of 'delivery attempt failed' and when i tracked the order on xpressbees portal, it shows "future delivery: requested by consignee", now what is this. Why online vendors are using xpressbees logistics which has such a poor track record. Please tell me when will i get my product?

                                        Seriously i have witnessed the worst service from the xpressbee. Courier boy didn't even come to my address and he is saying that my address is wrong. Without delivering the product he went off. This is my first worst experience and he is talking so rubbish in phone call. Paytm gave the phone of one courier boy and another boy is delivering the products. I called to the number what was given by the paytm and he is saying me to call another boy.
