Dear team,
I had ordered product from first cry whose product shipment is handed over to you and from last 3 days its showing in bhiwandi only. Its been 6 days where product is not been delivered yet and need more days to deliver.

As a customer i am not expecting from you to deliver a product in 10 days.

Request you to please look into the issue and get it delivered by today to avoid escalatiin to higher authority or market goodwill.

Repeatedly I am getting the message that i have refused the order. Dude, who opened this company, if to cannot deliver the items then shut your fake company. It was totally a worst experience with xpress ees.

      I literally have no work with this pathetic company but my complain is with one of your useless and misbehaving curier guy the kind of attitude your courier guy namin Rajith Gowda (98530) holded was pathetic kindly take a note of it and take some actions before your company loses its name! He spoke to us in a very rudely and sarcastic manner and which is unacceptable. I literally have nothing with your company it was just my return shippen and i had to deal wih that ### guy . Please i request not to appoint such people on job and affect the company better your service and teach them some basic manners to deal with the customers kindly take a note of it

        I received a call from ur devilry guy saying i have a parcel from imagine marketing and he stated that he is below my building. I asked him to go and deliver to my flat (As u guys says u are providing door to door service) he said he got some stitch in his legs and he can't come upstairs, he told me to come and collect my order. When i gone down stairs to collect my order and asked him to show him stitch he just smiled and said to me that he got some heavy luggage and so he lied to me hat he got some stitch.

        So my issue is please take strict action against that unprofessional behavior of that guy..

          I am sharing this because i have had to pick up logistics from xpressbees a few times now and most of the time they did not deliver the items to my place. Even when the materials have reached my location, they will hold the items for weeks without informing me. I had to pick up the materials myself every time too. Their excuse is that their delivery boys are on strike.

            The delivery executive name prithviraj and murali attitude is very poor. They don't carry card machine and they are very happy about it. I don't understand what is the problem of carrying card machine. Why only cash!? They don't even give the change back. Very disappointed. I also received a call from naveen, who takes care of logistics, at times he says executive carries card machine and at times he totally denies it.

              Full description:
              I ordered a product from healthkart.com and they shipped the product via xpressbees courier service. They shipped at 7th but till now there is no clue of my product.
              My product is with xpressbees from 7th feb, and the delivery date was shown as 12th feb, but till 15th there is no clue of delivery. The product is coming from delhi to bangalore. Customer center people don't know where it is. They are not giving the address of their hub so that i can collect from there.

              Worst courier service i have ever seen

                  I received message that my orders will be out for delivery today tgen i got call from [protected] once but at that time i did't hear the call as i was in the class and then i call back but it was switch off and they never call me back then later i receive a message saying that i refused to take my order i was very diappointed and the coriour no to contact is not even provided... I want you to check on my order as i already payed for it... I'm so disappointed with your service

                    I have ordered one saree from meesho app... As it has reached to the destination visakhapatnam... Mvp branch... As the given address is school it will be closed on sunday... They have attempted 1st time on last sunday... Later they have send a sms that they will deliver next day... But they haven't attempted it and direvtly kept a msg that ur not available and will deliver next day... As i have called the courier person but that no is diverted to some other no... Finally that harish picked up the call and said that i m busy in some other work will deliver the product when i will come to that area... Such a irresponsible person... I want the delivery in a day... It is very urgent to me...

                      Very slow delivery it has reached final delivery station 2 days before expected date but it isn't out for delivery since last 2 days. Why is it so? It's necessary to deliver it on the given exact date? Can't you deliver it before? What a worst service!! I will not prefer xpressbees again!

                        Bewakoof.com used the service of xpressbees.com to deliver the product to me.

                        The delivery date was 13th february 2019.
                        On the morning of the delivery, the delivery guy called me and told he will deliver the product by noon. It was way past noon when i called him to ask about the whereabouts of the delivery, he was rude and disconnected the call. I tried to call him till 6 in the evening, but he never received the call. I received an sms telling i opted for future delivery.
                        I called the xpressbees consumer number to inquire about the situation. They told the delivery executive opted future delivery on behalf of me which i never told him.
                        Today, 14th february 2019, the guy delivered the product. When he came to deliver, he was way rude to me. He insisted me on telling him sorry for complaining about him to xpressbees office.

                            I have ordered 3 items from firstcry awb[protected] and[protected] which was supposed to be delivered today. The 2nd order[protected] was delivered today itself but the other order[protected] was not delivered and i have got a sms today at 7.13pm stating that the address was incomplete and phone number was not reachable so failed to deliver the product. Which is a total bluff as the same xpressbees delivery boy named surajit das number [protected] have delivered the item[protected] today but another delivery boy subhendu haldar phone number [protected] was unreachable from morning which i have called multiple times and he was not able to deliver the product and xpressbees had sent such a fraud sms to the customer. This type of delivery service is not acceptable and please take a proper action on this act else providing customer satisfaction is impossible and will hamper company reputation henceforth.

                              Hi,

                              I placed order in shopclues #[protected], placed order on 25th jan 2019, they use xpressbees logistics, tracking order / shipment no:[protected].

                              When i booked oder in shopclues its said it will delivery by 2nd of feb 2019,
                              But i did not get any response from when, when i checked in app thy gave me tracking no of xpressbees, when i checked its showed 6th will be delivered. But i did not get any message from xpressbees on 6th, next day when i tired to track the shipment no its show its delivered.. After that i called to xpressbees customer care, they listened everything and said the concern department will call me in few min. Till now i did not any calls from them..

                              When i tired to call xpressbees customer care no its saying shipment no is wrong enter correct no.. When i enter in website its displaying the shipment status.

                              I contacted to shopclues customer care thy said thy need one week to resolve this and to show pod (Proof of delivery), i am not getting any response from them..

                              Shopclues i need my order by tomo or i need refund...

                              Please resolve this asap..

                                Today i got a message that my order was deliver today but in evening again i got a message from courier service that they had not delivered my ordered because of incomplete addressed but so many time i had ordered a many things from shein on the same addresss and those things had delivered on the address so i want my order please as soon as.                                   Dear sir i have ordered the titan neo analog black dial men;s watch with chain, of rs.1500/- value against the ref. Id#ms24367, order id:5500906, traking id:[protected] date:25/01/2019 paid through cash against delivery. After open the parcel i shocked that the black colour dk brand mentioned watch is available with belt. Please take back the product immediately and refund the amount immediately.

                                    There is a shipment from rbl bank that has been sent to me on 1-feb-2019 and it has reached bangalore hub on 2-feb-2019 and from then there is not a simple update on the tracking site when i contacted the xpressbess customer care they simply have no idea about when it will be delivered which is very bad, i don’t know why rbl bank is even using such a bad courier partner,

                                    I want this to be delivered today as it is 5-feb-2019 thank you.

                                      An order was placed with firstcry.com website on january 24, 2019 and the expected date of delivery mentioned in the order was january 30-31st 2019. An sms was received from xpressbees reagarding that the product was out for delivery on 31st january 2019. At about 7 pm on that day i received call from the delivery boy that the product would be delivered tomorrow as it was night. I have informed him that the product was urgent and needed the next day. The message that i received after some time from xpressbees was that i have requested for a future delivery and that the product would be delivered in 24-48 hours. I have not received any call on feb 1 and when i contacted the number of the delivery boy given in the message (Ph no: [protected]), it was switched off. The next day morning also i tried reaching the same number and still the phone was off. I gave complaint to firstcry and they assured that the product would be delivered by eod on feb 2. Since i didnt receive any information till evening i registered complaint again with firstcry and also with xpressbees customer care and they assured that the delivery would be done on feb 4th monday. I was able to contact the delivery boy after this and he said that he didnt take the product with him. I was shocked and annoyed with the reply. Till now i have not received the product and since feb 2, i have received 2 messages that the customer refused to accept order which was never attempted to be delivered. Xpressbees updates wrong information and has caused a lot of mental stress to me. Kindly do the needful to deliver the product.

                                        This is my third experience with xpressbees where they wont deliver the product at right place and time. Instead, they will change the status that the shipment missroute. I dont know why they are accepting for delivery when they dont have the capability to do it. My order paytm id is [protected] and xpressbees awb id:[protected]. I have never experienced such a worst service except xpressbees.
