I have booked one product. On fcloth.in and i received the product but it is totally different from the picture they showed and searched for customer care numbers in many sites and i got 1 number and they told that the delivery boy will come on the next day and he will take the product but it not happen and they also asked me all my bank details for refund but the courier is delivered by expreesbees and then i called to expreesbees customer care and i told my awb no. And phone no. But they are not telling any answer correctly. It costs rs.1500. So, please i request you and beg you to take return the product. If you can't i will take very seviour actions by calling police for filling the people. And my awb:[protected]. And again i beg you to take return that product

    I have ordered an item from club factory and its couriered through xpressbees. Order number is [protected].

    When the courier person called me, i missed the call and he just ignored to update about the courier.

    He didn’t handed it over to me but updated status as it’s delivered in my name. What kind of service is this? If you people are not finding the owner will you just throw the stuff and go?

    The courier person called me after i raised a complaint and said he has done the delivery. When i said i am not even in the location when he delivered he said he has given to the pg owner. What a worst service?

    99722 32547 is the courier person number and he clearly mentioned that they don’t care about the person details who received the courier.

      I have serious issues with your delivering agency in baramulla city, j&k. It has happened twice earlier as well when i didn't receive my order at the mentioned address even when the area was serviceable and had to eventually go to their office personally and receive it. This time they returned my order on the day it was supposed to be delivered without informing me by any means. Highly disappointed, after waiting for over 14 days from club factory. There are other courier agencies with better services like ecom express. Kindly take notice of it so that i don't face it in my next orders.

        With way bill no.[protected],[protected] &[protected] nobody came 4 pickup neither call me once... I complaint regarding dis many time but u r not able to solve dis from past 12days..

        Ur pick up person is giving false information to u that address not found, phone no. Is out of reach, invoice not their etc. He neither call me nor come to my place...

        With way bill no.[protected] he came & refused to pick items. He said i can pick items only i[censored] put single item for pick up at a time.

        I complaint regarding dis to myntra from past 17days every time they said within 72hrs we solve dis problem. But they r doing nothing

          I have ordered from firstcry.com on 10th january. Regarding this estimated delivery time was showing 2-3 days. But my courier has not been received till date and while contacting with your team, they told that another 1 day will be taken for delivery.
          Almost 1 week completed but i haven't received my order.
          It's very shameful... Everytime your company is not delivering order in time and i m facing so many problems and no solution is to be provided.

Please understand my issue. There are some disputes and snapdeal and my communication with that...

              I have never seen such a bad courier service in my life. Since last 5 days, everyday morning i am getting this message "your order is out for delivery" and through out day no phone call from any of the courier guy and at the end of the, just getting this message "sorry we couldn't deliver the product as your house/office was closed". I have been contacting customer cair several times but none of the times they gave correct response, this kind of harassment with customer should not be tolerated. The customer cair people don't even know how to solve problem. This is first time i have been seeing this kind wrost service from a courier. Please take action against this courier

              still no update from there side
              I have ordered a product from Myntra... And it is out for delivery since 2nd January... And to now i have not recieved the packet. I called them.. It's either busy or they wont pick up my call. It's so annoying and frustrating horrible service from express bees!
              Pls advice the courier staff to diliver the order no. [protected] at given address instead of calling me to collect the said order.
              I have charged for dilivery also so pls tell them to diliver the order by today.

                Its the 12 day since i applied for return request.. Everyday i get messages and calls frm xpbees that my product will be picked up.. But no 1 is coming to pick the product.. Every day i call in xpbees.. Evry day theres only one answer from them that the product will be picked. Is this the way to treat your customers? Horrible experience!! No more trust for xpbees! 👎

                  Got a message card will be delivered as on 8th jan but afternoon got text again due consignee is not available we couldn’t delivery. Immediately called the customer care to inform that am available in my office and from delivery boy i haven’t receive any call and also i check with security/reception, no one visited the my office so raise a complaint on same.

                  As on 10th jan @ 8.48am receive a text stating today it will deliver but again @ 10.17 am got text due house/office closed address not delivered so immediately called to customer care to check what’s happening but customer care executive anjali was not so supportive and she place the called on hold to check the details with seniors and disconnected the call, so immediately again give a call to customer care and mr rahul confirm that he arrange the call back so spoke with nikhil and got a confirmation that he will send the courier again on sat to home address since as per policy it will not be able to delivery to office address.

                  Worst service xpressbees gives to the customer, they need to tracek the delivery person whether he reached the destination or not, they need to track end to end but are lacking to do that.

                  I suggest got with blue dart for the best service

                    I had a courier of bajaj finance card. It needs to be delivered few days back only so mr vipul called me in morning around 10. He asked for address i confirmed him time he told after 12 so i told for office address. Than same day i called but he doesn't recieved call & than i received msg stating that office/house was closed whereas my wife at home & i am at office till 9:30. After that i spoked at call center for re delivery which was placed today in morning around 11 clock he called me as today was my off so i told that today i am at home kindly deliver at home. So he told it will be delivered in late evening i told ok my wife will be there you can give me call she will get it collected. Now at 9:30 i realized that no call happen so i confirmed my wife she told it was not delivered. Than i tried to mr vipul his no was showing busy than i tried again 3 times when his no was busy & than after a minute only ring was going on his no but i tried all least 10 to 15 times continuous but he is not picking call & than i tried at call center which automtaic response told that your parcel is returning back i checked status again same house/ office was closed. If they don't want to deliver than at least can tell us i will pick from the place. But this ridiculous behaviour is really very bad. If somebody read this than i will like to tell that person to place himself at my foot what is happening. Even want to say that it was bajaj card so person did verification at my home & even office. But courier boy finding very difficult to deliver same. You can find the contact no which was on top was of vipul.

                      Xpressbees logistics is a fast growing logistics company who serves all the online fraudulent companies. They delivered an empty box stuffed with card board, when i called the customer care of the supplier his number is unattended. When i called the xpressbees logistics customer care to understand more about the supplier who has appointed this logistics company, the call centre representative was very lethargic and he advises me to file a complaint which clearly states they work hand in hand.

                      Please be very careful when you receive anything through xpressbees logistics, please open the box ensure you have the right product and then pay.

                        My parcel has not arrived yet, which was ordered from paytm, it was showing out for delivery and now it is showing customer was unavailable at the time of delivery. How can you say that i'm not available without coming to my address or without contacting me. They should stop their services if they can't deliver the parcels to the customers on time.

                          I had opted for future delivery and the product never ended up reaching me. Every day i get a message saying its out for delivery and at exactly 5:55 pm it says i didn't accept the order and delivery was failed. I ve been waiting from 4 days and there was no proper response in the customer care line too. Really this is the worst service ever. Please do check on this issue. I badly need the product soon.                                 I have ordered frm shein on 19 dec, and on 24 dec i got message that my product is out for delivery, but still today is 27 dec and i didnot get my order yet. How this company can ne this much fraud! Order status shows that i have neglet to take order refised it, but in actual i never get order! This happens with me for 3 times. It like bad experiance ever frm any delivery compny! Even they dont provide theirr excutive number so its be easy to reach with them n contact them, really fraud ever seen.                                   This is regarding the negligence of the atrocious deliVERY SERVICE Xpressbees, that they never deliver the order and lie, create a fraudulent mess and blame it on the customer that customer requested to deliver later, this is about the order NMS[protected]WST Xpressbees AWB - [protected]

                                  Was supposed to be delivered by Sudhir Alkunte on 15th, his number - [protected], other associate number - [protected]

                                  Even after calling they say that the order has not been outposted or they haven't received the delivery instruction, while i have been receiving those each time on my phone, guess they must have been thinking customers are highly ### and fools. I have attached the sms screnshots. what more proofs are needed?

                                  I have already asked netmeds to refund me, and they shamelessly ask me whether i want the order or the refund... RETARD service, they are not delivering the order that is the main fraud case here, hence refund is to be given immediately..!

                                  I want the refund as soon as possible and here on if you send anything with this courier service "xpressbees", i will definitely File a case legally in the form of FIR against netmeds and the courier service as well, for behaving fraudulent and despite of the payment they do not deliver the order, plus they do the mental harassment and fraud assurances and then for falsely blaming it on me, i do have the previous mANY COMPLAINTs which i had made to Netmeds regarding this courier service, i shall provide them all to the legal authorities.

                                    I have odered shoes on clubfactory.. It was showing it has delivered on 8th december, i have registered a compalint on 12th december because i didnt received it..                                       I have ordered a kurtis of worth 599rs from paytm order id:[protected], it was not delivered but in pharmacy ap it was showing product has been delivered on 20/12/2018. I also paid the money before itself, when i tried to contact them they were not responding.. I have purchased this item to present as a gift to my dear friend on christmas but my plan was flopped because of this paytm. I could have ordered from amazon or flipkart... Feeling regret very much
