There is a shipment from rbl bank that has been sent to me on 1-feb-2019 and it has reached bangalore hub on 2-feb-2019 and from then there is not a simple update on the tracking site when i contacted the xpressbess customer care they simply have no idea about when it will be delivered which is very bad, i don’t know why rbl bank is even using such a bad courier partner,

I want this to be delivered today as it is 5-feb-2019 thank you.

    An order was placed with firstcry.com website on january 24, 2019 and the expected date of delivery mentioned in the order was january 30-31st 2019. An sms was received from xpressbees reagarding that the product was out for delivery on 31st january 2019. At about 7 pm on that day i received call from the delivery boy that the product would be delivered tomorrow as it was night. I have informed him that the product was urgent and needed the next day. The message that i received after some time from xpressbees was that i have requested for a future delivery and that the product would be delivered in 24-48 hours. I have not received any call on feb 1 and when i contacted the number of the delivery boy given in the message (Ph no: [protected]), it was switched off. The next day morning also i tried reaching the same number and still the phone was off. I gave complaint to firstcry and they assured that the product would be delivered by eod on feb 2. Since i didnt receive any information till evening i registered complaint again with firstcry and also with xpressbees customer care and they assured that the delivery would be done on feb 4th monday. I was able to contact the delivery boy after this and he said that he didnt take the product with him. I was shocked and annoyed with the reply. Till now i have not received the product and since feb 2, i have received 2 messages that the customer refused to accept order which was never attempted to be delivered. Xpressbees updates wrong information and has caused a lot of mental stress to me. Kindly do the needful to deliver the product.

      This is my third experience with xpressbees where they wont deliver the product at right place and time. Instead, they will change the status that the shipment missroute. I dont know why they are accepting for delivery when they dont have the capability to do it. My order paytm id is [protected] and xpressbees awb id:[protected]. I have never experienced such a worst service except xpressbees.

        Keto weight loss by keto weight loss rose developers bangalore was delivered n given to my neighbour she paid for it so now i want to return it as it is not the product i booked.
        I tried calling the person who delivered. I want to return the product as soon as possible with a refund. Please try to help me out with this. I have tried contacting the helpline number of the address from where the shipment was done but no reply yet. The packaging is intact

        Tracking no.[protected], status is showing as delivered on 25th jan .. But i did not receive the product. Please check on the missing product that was from club factory and do as needed as soon as possible.. Or refund the money back.. Do the needful.

          I ordered the combo of wireless headset... When i receive my order nd i open inside only one wired headset nothing else... No any wireless headset... Nd what i receive its very bad quality... I don’t need that... I have already alot of headset like these... I want to return this order...           I am a Meesho reseller and my customer got her product delivered on 29th Jan and she paid amount for that also. Now but in the courier tracking it is showing like customer asked for future delivery of product.. so please go through this and resolve my issue as soon as possible to get my customers paid amount
          Dated 31.01.2019, I received my order GPT51973 (Combo of Sony Wireless headset & earphone) after open i am shocked / surprised, I found only used JBL headphone with wire. You Cheat with me. Please return my money OR Right order. All photos and massage attached.

            As i have order stuff from CLUB FACTORY and my order id is SO85905253 and my xpressbess tracking id is [protected] ...this is like daily routine of xpressbees that my parcel is out for deleivery and be available on phone as i m given my two alternate numbers so it become easy for them to contact me but daily at the end at night i got another message that sorry we cant deleiver your product because u refused to take parcel and your address is incomplete and you are not available and many more excuses..this is so ### i paid for my parcel thats a prepaid shipment then y i refuse to take my parcel or provide an incomplete address..u guys mskes us fool..seriously damn worst service..please guys beware for them they r cheaters because they doesn't deleiver your parcel as well as blame you for the inconvinience.

              I Purchased a product from stribhava online clothing showroom on and the product received is very bad. Their website mentions about refund and replacement but their customer care is not responding.

                Hi,

                I have not received my parcel and it says out for delivery since yesterday, shipping id is .[protected] I tried calling the customer care and the automated details I provided isn’t recognised however the same details when put in the website gave me the status of the parcel. It has already been a day late and now I really need my parcel to be delivered today. Please can someone get in touch quickly or send me a number that I can contact to speak to the operator (not the automated service). This has been a huge inconvenience and is highly disappointing.

I have receive the order. The payment of the order was given to executive. But after checking the items i am shocked that what i was ordered and what i have received the items are totally different. Hence forth i requested to return my item.

                  This is my issue when i tried to track my shipped order in xpress bees
                  I got scame by Xpressbees...jaipur 26 June 2022, I got a empty box.. I bought a boAt Airdopes.. please take action otherwise I have to complain against your system...I have a video evidence...so please..I just only want my product...And If you don't do that ..so please give me my money... That's it...
                  I also got scam by Xpressbees Pithoura chhattisgarh. I ordered a projector from Nebula on 7th Sep, 23 which I received on 15 Sep, 23. When I opened the box I found a mobile stand instead of projector. for reference I have a video evidence.

                      Shein package shows delivered yesterday to security guard of the society. Not received by security guard. I could speak to delivery executive, said he delivered package of another company at that time. I think he has marked it as my package being delivered. The delivery executive has said that he will check in the center.

                        Dear sir,
                        I am places an order for sunglasses from paytm. Paytm ordered delivery by "xpressbees courier". When i check tracking details on 13-01-19. That time tracking show order delivered[protected]. When i call the delivery person mr. Jatinkumar patel they told me this is system error and my courier delivered on 15-01-19.
                        So, i am wait for 15-01-19 full day but the delivery person not delivered my courier. Next day means 16-01-19 to till day i am try to call delivery person on their number which is collect from tracking details on paytm. (Mr. Jatinkumar patel - [protected]) not pick up any signal call. This delivery person make fraud with me. And one of my friend also fraud by same courier company and same courier boy. I need a support and please take the stick action of this kind of courier company and this kind of courier boys.
                        Here attached i am other document like invoice and their fraud sign (Which is received by paytm.

                                  My order with the shimla branch of the company has been rescheduled repeatedly without my knowledge. I have been recieving false messages indicating i have requested future delivery. Upon contacting them, i have been recieving lies and extremely unprofessional attitude. Moreover, the company site indicates the status as delivered. Now they are indicating that my order might be lost.

                                    I ordered a product from club factory last week which was expected to arrive at 28 january though expressbees. But ut arrived earlier thats pretty good.

                                    However, i was not happy with the product and i requested for its return.

                                    I got message for return and one of your personnel name anil chhabra came for pickup as scheduled. (Contact: +91-[protected])

                                    I returned order but he didnt gave me return reciept and pleaded that he will send as message on my number.

                                    I used to have frequent orders and sadly returns too a few times but that got refund too in maximum 3 business days even if i didnt get return reciept.
                                    But this time it was different. Neither he gave me return reciept instead of asking twice. He replied i will hand over it till evening, but no. He didnt sent reciept nor he came.

                                    Tired of waiting for 3 working days, i called him and asked for the samw. Further he asked me to text him on whtsapp as working hours were over and he cant come and it was far too.

                                    I texted him "send return reciept and reverse tracking number"
                                    He sent the image of return reciept highlighting awb number.

                                    I traxked that number, no return was shown, no tracking is being showing, no refund has been reflected jn my club factory account for that product.
                                    Not even product is shown as returned.

                                    Its a serious matter as i have spent money.
                                    I want my refund back.
                                    I am also reporting same at club factory customer care too.

                                    I hope you will look into this matter and i will get my refund.

                                      I have booked one product. On fcloth.in and i received the product but it is totally different from the picture they showed and searched for customer care numbers in many sites and i got 1 number and they told that the delivery boy will come on the next day and he will take the product but it not happen and they also asked me all my bank details for refund but the courier is delivered by expreesbees and then i called to expreesbees customer care and i told my awb no. And phone no. But they are not telling any answer correctly. It costs rs.1500. So, please i request you and beg you to take return the product. If you can't i will take very seviour actions by calling police for filling the people. And my awb:[protected]. And again i beg you to take return that product

                                        I have ordered an item from club factory and its couriered through xpressbees. Order number is [protected].

                                        When the courier person called me, i missed the call and he just ignored to update about the courier.

                                        He didn’t handed it over to me but updated status as it’s delivered in my name. What kind of service is this? If you people are not finding the owner will you just throw the stuff and go?

                                        The courier person called me after i raised a complaint and said he has done the delivery. When i said i am not even in the location when he delivered he said he has given to the pg owner. What a worst service?

                                        99722 32547 is the courier person number and he clearly mentioned that they don’t care about the person details who received the courier.
