    My order was supposed to get delivered 3 days back.and since 3 days every morning i am getting a msg that my order is out for delivery and every night i am getting that the customer wasn't available to receive the order which is totally wrong
    In fact I didn't get any calls messages from Xpressbees.I even have complained about this matter more than 10 times but nothing happened, and everytime i was given false assurance.
    And today i got the message that my order is not delivered as I opted for open delivery which is totally false .
    I never opted for anything.

      Since last 8 days the product has reached my town and not makes the delivery. . And a fake reason showed "Customer wants Open Delivery", after two days they update reason as "Customer not available at the given address and not reachable over the phone". There is not any single call received from the courier agent regarding delivery. Their committed delivery time was 23rd November 2022 and not delivered as on 30/11/2022. There is no proper response from customer care

        Have ordered items from Firstcry on 22nd Nov 22 and it was supposed to get delivered by today after many mis route problems finally today the shipment was out for delivery but the customer didn't receive any call from the delivery agent. Customer only got a message that Shalu Sharma is waiting at the gate with your parcel please come and collect at 330 pm where as in the Firstcry app it was showing item not delivered because customer was not available and this was updated at 254pm
        Why the update was early and why the customer got message more than 30 m8ns late.

            Received a call that they are calling from Kia Motors and they want to deliver a road assistance card. The card will be valid for 15 years and will provide service during breakdown of car. The card will cost Rs 3500 and will be delivered to me on cash on delivery basis. They have my residential address and details of car. So I believed them. The card was sent to me through courier Xpressbees. The courier partner delivered the card and collected cash of Rs 3500 through phonepay. The card was found to be fake and immediately informed to courier partner Xpressbees and requested the courier partner not to pay the amount. But Xpressbees courier did not cooperate. Hence I suspect that the farud has been committed in coalition with the courier partner Xpressbees. Further the delivery memo from Xpressbees courier did not mention the sender's address.                       I am messho seller and i m getting order through it. And meesho is partnered with Xpressbees for shipping but xpressbees is not picking up my parcels as result they are getting cancelled. As of now 12 orders has been cancelled due to no pickup and i m received new orders with Xpressbees and i packing every order but it is not picked up by courier. And because of this my packaging material is getting wasted and facing loss. Please solve this

                        Very worst courier service. I have not received the courier yet but when I track the status of the courier, they have updated as residence closed and cant be delivered. Regularly they are sending me messages that product is delivering today but at the end of the day message came like order cannot fulfill as you want a open delivery this is so disappointing. I want the order delivery by today itself... otherwise I will make big problem against u... Regards

                          It's regarding the the shipment/package AWB NUMBER : [protected] i was expecting to be delivered today from 'xpressbees'.
                          The status shows 'undelivered' and the reason is 'incomplete/incorrect address'

                          The address is correct. Also i didn't receive any call to locate. A single call from your courier person would have helped you to reach me in case if the address was not located. This shows the lack of interest 'xpressbees' to do its job.
                          Please look into this.

                            I am Virender Saini s/o Shri Karam singh, a resident of Safido (Jind) (Contact No.[protected]
                            Sir, I ordered redchief re3526 shoes from Meesho on Friday, 04/11/2022. The cost of which was Rs.1442 which was sent to me by Xpressbees courier on 09/11/2022 by a boy named Rahul (contact formula[protected] at the address ordered by me. But the surprising thing is that instead of giving me the product which I had ordered and for which I have already paid, I was given a light and cheap quality shoe instead. When I refused to take that product, he told me to place a return order. The company will refund your money after picking up your product. At the same time I placed a return order from my mobile and on the same day at 06:08 pm, a boy named Raj Singh (contact number [protected]) called me from the company and asked him to take the product I had placed the return. While taking the product back, Raj Singh said that we will verify it in our system and at the same time your money will be transferred to the bank account given by you. But as soon as he went to his office, he canceled the return order placed by me at 06:46 pm. When I talked about this to Raj Singh on the phone, he got me to talk to a boy named Ajay (contact formula[protected]who has taken the agency of Xpressbees couriers) and Ajay told me to cancel again. Place the order, we will verify it. On Ajay's suggestion, I again placed the return order at 06:51 pm. But they again canceled it at 07:04. When I tried to contact them on phone, they stopped picking up my calls. The next day on 10.11.2022, when I went to his office and met the courier operator Ajay, he said that you should place the return order again and also assured that the money will come into your bank account on today's date. But again and again they were canceling my order and finally the limit for placing return order by me was over. When I went to his office several times, the courier operator Ajay shrugged saying that you will not get your money, you can go wherever you want.
                            I have neither received my money nor my product.

                            Sir, you can imagine the trouble I have faced due to his slight dishonesty. If these couriers keep the same attitude towards the customer and have faults and dishonesty in their intentions, then everyone will lose faith in the courier.
                            I also have recordings of everything said by him.
                            With this hope, I hope that understanding my problems, you will take strict action against the courier operator and all his associates who have embezzled my money by frauding me and refund my money.

                            Note :- Sir, because of his antics, I have been walking in stress for many days. If I don't get my money back then I will be forced to take legal action and I will also meet every higher authority to get justice.

                            I am attaching the screen shot of the order placed by me, the return order and the cancellation done by them.

                              Tracking number [protected]. Package didn't scan after November 3rd. Delivery date was November 8th. This is November 15 and the package is still not delivered. I call the customer service 5 times. Everytime they register a complaint and escalate the issue and then promise to resolve within 72 hours but nothing happens. I need immediate delivery of my package.
                              I am a business customer. 20k worth of merchandise is there in the package for my business. I can't wait.
