Dear sir,
It is for your information that i bought a product from amazon. Which is dispatched on xpressbees logistics. My product tracking id is : [protected]. I would like to inform you that i got a notification from xpressbees.in this notification i have seen that my product is out for delivery. Immediatey i have connected the delivery boy by phone call.in this phone call delivery boy refused to deliver my product in my doorstep....

My order with Tracking ID/Awb[protected]from the brand Bewakoof) for Nandi Durga Road, Benson town, Pin-560046 is delayed for more than 5 days and not delivered yet. The courier have reached Bangalore but it is transferred again and again through the same branches as per the tracking. And this is not the first time! They don't even provide correct customer care number. As per the tracking,
18th-in transit from BLR/IB1, BANGALORE,...

Still the parcel no:[protected] hasn't been delivered and this time they have given new fake reason that the customer was not available . Also i didn't received any call from the delivery person. This is the second time im lodging a compliant against them . Please look into the matter immediately ....

The software really sucks. Not to mention the customer care service. Very bad. I was asked to wait for 24hrs to see tracking data. No data updates received. I called the next time and the agent literally cut my call. Xpressbees u need work on ur call service agents. Please give me updates on my order asap...

I booked an urgent order AWB no. - [protected] through nimbuspost, its been 4 days from estimated delivery date, they are delaying in delivery, i also complaint in nimbuspost they are only saying " we are moving forward your concern " from past four days . but still they are delaying in delivery

kindly take a strict action and deliver that within a day...

How many days it takes to show the shipment status, please let me know

My delivery from ajio of AWB [protected] was scheduled on 18th dec and recieved a confirmation delivery code on the same day but didn't receive the parcel. After checking the status of shipment got to know that parcel was not delivered due to long address.but i didn't receive any call regarding address verification. I've ordered a product on dec 15 and was supposed to receive on dec 16 2022, i still haven't received any.. Couldn't contact anyone.. Neither can i cancel the product nor ask for refund.. My orders are not delivered till date by xpress bees.3orders are pending since long time and 1 of them marked as already delivered & it's not delivered.No POD was submitted till date. please help.

Hello I am waiting for my order, everyday i will receive mail that my order will be delivered today, but delivery boys are not delivering my order, no one contacted me but Everyday i receive a mail that my order is undelivered due to not available and lack of cod money.Kindly take action on delivery boys, they are cancelling my orders without contacting me.

Today on[protected] at around 2 PM a delivery boy of XpressBees delivered a product claiming it came from Meesho however the package had worn-out clothes inside it. He said to contact Meesho however they reported that the package wasn't theirs, to begin with. His contact number is [protected] and the payment was made to XpressBees. I'd like to request a refund. The order ID is [protected]_[protected]. The order came from Fashion Corners...

I had ordered a product from tata cliq online shopping which was shipped by the XpressBees logistics.
They haven't delivered the item and marked it as delivered.
Unable to contact the online store as they say they are not responsible for the same.
Please help me if possible.
