    I ordered an easel through etsy on 22nd December. The expected delivery date is 29 December. Without any notice or information my shipment was not shipped until 29 th December. Even after several calls to customer care etc there was no response from anyone. They didn't even talk to me regarding the issue and there was no update from anyone anywhere. It is with courier people till 29th. Then they shipped my product on 29 th after so much discussion with the seller.
    Due to health issues i cannot work on my paintings without easel. Due to this delay in shipping I lost so much of my valuable time and lost one of my painting order which costs 30, 000 rs just because of this delay.
    Now i cannot accept this .
    I want compensation for delay in shipping without notice otherwise i will proceed further in consumer court.

      I ordered a product with AWD Number: [protected] but have not been able to receive this product since December 12th it was supposed to deliver on 12th December 2022. on the website, it is showing the customer is not available /the Customer denied OTP verification.
      but the thing delivery boy never called me to get OTP/ informed me about
      the delivery of this product.

          Delivery agent called me that I have a COD order which I didn't ordered. When i checked there is no sender information provided. When i opened the parcel, it is some random waste clothes. Please help me get my money back.

            They are not shipping my courier worth 749 rs. Plus freight charges. The customer care number is just useless they do not even have guts to reply to my questions, meenakshi is the girl who took my call and stop saying anything so i could cut the call from my end. Dumb customer executives, why are they even appointed. No one is replying to the ticket also, the ops teams does not even reply, the investigation team was assigned the task but since 11 days they couldn’t even investigate this one courier. Xpressbeees service is too bad. If the shipment is lost refund the amount for order and freight charges asap.

                Xpressbess updated in their website that they attempted delivery whereas no call was received, on the same day another parcel from xpressbess was delivered to the same address.

                    I recieved a call for a delivery during my exam and hence i couldn't recieve it. Since then i have been trying to get a re-delivery from 2 days and I'm not receiving any proper response. I have made 8 calls to the customer care already. Xpressbess please address my issue at the earliest

                      I ordered a product in R for Rabbit for to gift my son, I ordered it prior like 15 days earlier to Christmas. Initially the pickup from the Vendor itself was delayed for 3 days and asked to Cancel my order but the Vendor said it was picked up from them already, some glitch on the Application that's why might be not updated. And i waited for the status to get updated to track the product. But they have very bad Application wherein no data was updated on right time. I was supposed t receive it on 22 Dec 2022, but they changed it to 24th December. I waited patiently, but what I got is no response from the Customer Service. They didn't even have their Hub contact number to call them. And when I reached out to the customer service, they said it will take 2 more days to deliver. And that's the earlies that they can provide. Such a bad user experience. No Proper response.

                      I would also state that even R for Rabbit is answerable for such delay because they are the one who selected this delivery service.

                        Hello Team,

                        I received message notification that my delivery of casio watch has been delivered, but it was not so. I was not present at the delivery address, and was out of station at the moment, when the delivery agent called. I did not respond as I was in a meeting. Earlier I received a message that the delivery agent is waiting for delivery, and after he called, I received message of delivery. I understood that the delivery has not been made. Checked with neighbour's as well and the delivery was not made with them. According to company records, it showed that delivery was delivered to me, while I was not even in the city. There was no OTP associated with the delivery, and the order value was 8k rs. Upon getting in touch with the customer care, they say they won't be able to help as I am past the 3 day feedback period (which I wasn't aware of), and I notified on the 5th day. Please help!

                          My shipment was sent on 13th of December and it has been though various transits, latest of it is BLR/IB1 where it is not moving forward. I have been in contact to xpressbeez side of sender and they have been saying tomorrow ever since. Please hurry up with the parcel . Tracking Id: [protected]

                            I had ordered a box of medicine for my father who works out of country and needed to take the medicine with him when he was leaving from home. He was supposed to leave on 25th Dec. The delivery was supposed to happen on 23rd Dec to 24th Dec. The order was placed on 18th Dec via PharmEasy app. On 24th Dec afternoon I received update on the app that no one was available at home (there were eight people at home) and that I did not pick up the phone ( I received no phone call). I contacted the customer care number and I was told by 3 customer care executives (Pranita, Sandhya and one more person) that it will be delivered by today (25th Dec). The fourth one (Aniket) finally told me, very rudely that the warehouse is closed and the delivery cannot be made till Monday. He arranged a callback from his senior (Nitin) who was of no help. And went on to say that the complaint cannot be escalated. The sales executives were unhelpful and the information provided was false. The update given to the app was fake. The delivery people do not understand the importance of the order being made. And the people need to be a bit more helpful, instead of making the customers' life even more difficult, after the mess up by their delivery people.

                              Ordered a product on dec 15 and was supposed to receive it the next day.. But i waited and waited but in vain.. No response from customer care.. Regarding my product.. Then someone called and told it will come soon.. And the app is giving reason saying i gave wrong address.. Which is lie.. Now they re refunding Rs. 529.. But i paid Rs 579.. Why she i pay for the delivery which i never received

I would like to inform you that i got a notification from xpressbees.in this notification i have seen that my product is out for delivery. Immediatey i have connected the delivery boy by phone call.in this phone call delivery boy refused to deliver my product in my doorstep. He advised me to collect my product from their office. I had paid delivery charge for my product in amazon. Then why your delivery boy refused to deliver my product. Is he know his duty? Is it the way to deal with the customer? Do needful immediately and take strict action against delivery boy.

                                  My order with Tracking ID/Awb[protected]from the brand Bewakoof) for Nandi Durga Road, Benson town, Pin-560046 is delayed for more than 5 days and not delivered yet. The courier have reached Bangalore but it is transferred again and again through the same branches as per the tracking. And this is not the first time! They don't even provide correct customer care number. As per the tracking,
                                  18th-in transit from BLR/IB1, BANGALORE, KARNATAKA
                                  19th- in transit from BLR/KBS-TML, again on
                                  21st-in transit from BLR/IB1
                                  and lastly today i.e., 22nd-In transit from BLR/IB1, BANGALORE, KARNATAKA.
                                  I have even raised complaint with Bewakoof brand.
                                  I'd rather cancel the order hereafter if i see that it's been dispatched through Xpressbees. The worst courier service ever.

                                      The software really sucks. Not to mention the customer care service. Very bad. I was asked to wait for 24hrs to see tracking data. No data updates received. I called the next time and the agent literally cut my call. Xpressbees u need work on ur call service agents. Please give me updates on my order asap

                                        I booked an urgent order AWB no. - [protected] through nimbuspost, its been 4 days from estimated delivery date, they are delaying in delivery, i also complaint in nimbuspost they are only saying " we are moving forward your concern " from past four days . but still they are delaying in delivery
