I was tracking my shipment and the Xpress website indicated that I will receive the package on 28th Nov, 2021 and at 10:23 AM, the status was showing "Out for delivery". I was waiting at my delivery location on 28th Nov. However, I neither received package nor any call and my mobile is working. But the status in the Xpressbees site has been updated fakely mentioning that "Customer wants future delivery". I called the customer care on (29th Nov) and raised a complaint. I was promised that I would get the package on 29th. At 11:38 AM it says it is out for delivery. I have been waiting since morning and I have not received any call. At 10:47 PM, the status says that the customer is not available. COMPLETELY FAKE. I am totally frustrated not because I didnt receive my package on time BUT BECAUSE OF FAKE STATUS.
