Intially they told that i will get my order on 27 November which was already delayed for 6 days.then it was out for delivery and on the same day theysaid that i opted for open box delivery which i did not . no one contacted me nor attempted for delivery .after speaking to customer service since 2 days it was again out for delivery on 29th November and now it updated the information of 27 th November regarding courier boy name.and contact number which was unable to connect .Now showing that i was nor present at given address which was fake claim by them.theg are making false promises since last 3 days that i will receive my order but I am unable to do so.

    I was tracking my shipment and the Xpress website indicated that I will receive the package on 28th Nov, 2021 and at 10:23 AM, the status was showing "Out for delivery". I was waiting at my delivery location on 28th Nov. However, I neither received package nor any call and my mobile is working. But the status in the Xpressbees site has been updated fakely mentioning that "Customer wants future delivery". I called the customer care on (29th Nov) and raised a complaint. I was promised that I would get the package on 29th. At 11:38 AM it says it is out for delivery. I have been waiting since morning and I have not received any call. At 10:47 PM, the status says that the customer is not available. COMPLETELY FAKE. I am totally frustrated not because I didnt receive my package on time BUT BECAUSE OF FAKE STATUS.

      From to days my order is in town but now delivery is not taking place there is showing the customer wants open delivery I don't know what is the hack this is it a fraud or scam what is it.

        Address: 4/459,1st street, rajendran nagar, neelankarai, House

        I had sent my Boat earphones for a replacement using my one year warranty which was picked up by Xpressbees . On the 17th of November it showed as out for delivery and on the 17th it showed as WHHandover. The status of the product is being showed as delivered even though I've not received the product nor any email or SMS regarding delivery of the product.

          On the date 19 November i order cloth drying stand From meesho order id [protected] And meesho send me the parcel trough Xpressbees courier tracking id [protected] Today the parcel arrived at my city Jetpur and i receive call from the office of xpressbees jetpur Gujarat, They said me collect parcel from our office we are not deliver at your home because parcel is big, if you not collect we are send back to meesho. I request him to please deliver me but they behaving rude with me and say me we are send back your parcel if you not collect, then they update wrong status about my parcel customer is not available, after that i again call and receive same ans about delivery, please do needful in my case Xpressbees & Meesho

                I have order product from meesho and they delivered the product from xpressbee but i am not recieving my product because xpressbee is not delivering it and updating false status such as customer was not available and customer wants future delivery.please xpressbee stop doing this on your own and deliever my product. I want my product urgently.xpressbee is such a bad delivery service provider.

                  I have ordered with prepaid cash for products from good vides. Xpressbees are the delivery partner for that product. By novemBer 14, I have ordered.
                  The good vibes have shipped my products and handed over to xpressbees for delivery but yet now I didn't get it.
                  And also I can't even reach their customer care

                    While tracking my shipment from Banggood, with awb [protected], it is seen that package arrived in my location and then on[protected] it is showing RTO. I was never contacted by the courier people. it is not know how it was returned to origin. How can I get back the package?

                      I have ordered vitamins from oziva. For my bad it was assigned to Xpressbees. Delivery person doesn't even calls me or comes to my place. They are marking my order as

                      '"Customer not available - Customer not available (Customer not available at given address and not reachable over phone) by SR: Mohammed Farooq Seasonboy Delivery[protected], MobileNo: [protected]"'

                      So, i have decided to call the delivery agent. For my surprise it's a invalid number. Don't know how many companies like Ajio, oziva, etc giving their orders to @xpressbees

                            My package was expected to be delivered on 19th Nov 2020 and I paid for extra charges too for fast delivery. But it's not delivered yet, I try to contact them at their customer's care number but from 19th Noon they are saying the same thing that we are unable to answer your call at the moment.

                              I had requested for exchange of Tshirt though the product was expected to be delivered by 13th November but it has not been delivered till date.
                              I had tried complaining on Xpressbee site but no response from there though the reply was expected in 24 hours as per their format however they failed to answer though reminding them twice
                              Because I am not able to withstand the queries of my customer I am requesting meesho to look upon the matter and get it resolved as soon as possible so that the trust of my customer on me as well as my trust on meesho should not perish l

                                Hi,

                                AWB No - [protected]

                                I have placed an order in teamonk. It is couriered through xpressbees on 10th Nov and expected delivery date is 15th Nov. It was taking more time and yesterday evening 6Pm i got a SMS mentioned that "Order is out for delivery".

                                Today 1 AM i got a SMS " customer want future delivery ". No one contacted me for the delivery and simply updated the status. Without contacting the customer, updating the status like this is a cheating.

                                My parcel is near my location only but they are delaying intentionaly.

                                Please take action on xpressbees. Thanks

                                      I ordered a gift through myplaques.in. The amount was prepaid. The delivery agency that picked up the order was XpressBees (AWB No [protected]). While tracking the status, I could see that the article has reached the destination on Oct 30 but even after a couple of days, there was no information from Xpressbees regarding delivery. There was no SMS or calls or anything. Finally as per the tracking data, the article was sent back on Nov 8.
                                      I didn't get the gift I ordered and lost the money I paid (INR 599). I want Xpressbees to pay back the amount for my losses.

                                        I was waiting for my package from 5 nov and the expressbees courier service mentioning and updating the status that "I am not available at home address" "door closed" etc.. No one came at the address and No one called me yet... I am experiencing the worst service of xpressbees courier. Now they put the status of package as RTO.
