    It's such unsophisticated nd unexpected behavior by delivery person.

    Opening my parcels nd expected delivery date have already passed of some parcels still not delivering it.

        My return order is picked by xpressbess agent of Kusmumda Branch, Dist:- Korba(CG) 495452.
        They are saying they updated my return. But it is not updated om website. I contacted meesho but they are also don't know as they are saying order is not picked up. I contacted xpressbess but they are saying they updated there.

              The product has reached the city but it won't reach me for 24-48hours even after honestly telling them that I am heading out of town today. Their only response is "we are sorry but we cannot help you.

                The delivery agent named Dipak Mishra misbehaved with my mother. I was unable to picked up my phone for twice as I was at school.so my mother picked the phone for the third time and he does a complete misbehaviour with my mother.He was threatening my mother why she couldn't picked up the phone before.Where did he get so much audacity...Please take some action against him.Or else I need to take action.

                    I had ordered from Firstcry.com and EDD is on 23rd Nov. Package was arrived on 24th Nov. but still they didn't delivered. they always change Fake status of the Delivery. no any person come and call on given number.
                    i had already complain many time and below number given for the xpressbee person. when i call on that number they always cut the call and switch of mobile. i call from 3 days but not pickup the call.
                    they want me to pickup delivery from office only. pathetic service by this courier company.

                        Dear Xpress Team,

                        Regarding The AWB # [protected], It was handover to your end on 28th of October & according to your website, even its reached to Ramanathapuram – But without contacting the consignee ( Me ) for a single time & without any reason its returned back to delhi as RTO !!

                        May I know what is the reason of connecting shipment to your end as well as what is the response which you going to give me for such unprofessional & unaccetable thing done from your end ?

                        If your going to clam it as “ Non-service area “ then why its not intimated before its handover to your end.
                        Because of your such unprofessionalism & Negligence I loose my customer – are you going to bear for my loss ?

                        I need urgent reply from your end here ASAP..

                          I was expecting a package on 28th Nov. Tracking status in their site showed as "Out for Delivery" on 28th Morning. In the evening, they have updated the status as "Customer wants future delivery" while I have not asked for future delivery and nobody called. Again the next day, the status has been changed to "Customer not available" and I was available at home and I didnt get any call. I have been following up with your logistics partner “XPressBees”. The package has been lying in the destination city for last 2 days. Without attempting to call me, they have been updating FAKE status for the past two days. I am not getting any proper response from them.
                          Very poor service and response from your delivery partner.

                            My order with AWB No. [protected] from Meesho has not been delivered and returned to the seller. This is the second time I had ordered this product. After days of delivery messages "will be delivered today" and "could not be delivered today" with some lame excuses by delivery team the item was returned to the seller without delivery attempt the first time (attaching screenshot). This time also same thing is being done. While the delivery person does not contact me, I get messages like "customer requested future delivery" or "cod not available" or recently "costomer requested open delivery".

                                  Intially they told that i will get my order on 27 November which was already delayed for 6 days.then it was out for delivery and on the same day theysaid that i opted for open box delivery which i did not . no one contacted me nor attempted for delivery .after speaking to customer service since 2 days it was again out for delivery on 29th November and now it updated the information of 27 th November regarding courier boy name.and contact number which was unable to connect .Now showing that i was nor present at given address which was fake claim by them.theg are making false promises since last 3 days that i will receive my order but I am unable to do so.

                                    I was tracking my shipment and the Xpress website indicated that I will receive the package on 28th Nov, 2021 and at 10:23 AM, the status was showing "Out for delivery". I was waiting at my delivery location on 28th Nov. However, I neither received package nor any call and my mobile is working. But the status in the Xpressbees site has been updated fakely mentioning that "Customer wants future delivery". I called the customer care on (29th Nov) and raised a complaint. I was promised that I would get the package on 29th. At 11:38 AM it says it is out for delivery. I have been waiting since morning and I have not received any call. At 10:47 PM, the status says that the customer is not available. COMPLETELY FAKE. I am totally frustrated not because I didnt receive my package on time BUT BECAUSE OF FAKE STATUS.

                                        I had sent my Boat earphones for a replacement using my one year warranty which was picked up by Xpressbees . On the 17th of November it showed as out for delivery and on the 17th it showed as WHHandover. The status of the product is being showed as delivered even though I've not received the product nor any email or SMS regarding delivery of the product.
