This is the worst company I have ever encounter why they take the responsibility when they can't delivered the paracel on time. I am waiting for my parcel for 3 days but they can't deliver. Their representative are manner less and rude they don't know how to talk someone Arya from Jaipur train him how to respond customers

    Bought items from saaboo.com which was to be delivered by Xpressbees. But for the last 3 days, the status is falsely getting updated to Customer not at address, not reachable by phone, and suddenly today the status was updated to "Customer wants future delivery". No calls were ever made and looking at other complainants it seems this is strategy of them for lost shipments or shipments stolen/misplaced by their employees.
    Shipment departed Chennai on Dec 24th 2021
    Arrived Kolkata Dec 27 2021
    Last update Dec 29 2021 "Customer wants future delivery"
    Xpressbees is not responding to email correspondence and their customer service representatives over phone remain extremely busy without any callbacks.

    I haven’t received my order via ajio a pair of shoes there was no delivery personnel who came to my house to deliver the product not have they called me it directly updated itself to future delivery I waited today also for the product as it was showing will try delivering soon in the nxt 24-48 hours this is pathetic I haven’t gotten my order and it was suppose to come 6 days ago
    The fake company product is handled by xpressbee, and the delivery person has no etticates to talk. And I spoil my money in this ###, online shopping clothing... ashamed o[censored] xpressbee that u carry these fake...company product

          Sir/madam
          Today on 27th Dec 2021 I got a message that your product is out for delivery but which was in their hub for the last 17 days for which I was following up with both the parties i.e. seller as well as the courier partner. but after a long follow-up and request today I got a message that it's been delivered but to my surprise, I haven't received any calls for OTP, and the product was marked delivered without actually delivering it to me.
          I have ordered that product on the 4th of Dec but even after waiting so long, I haven't received any product just wasting my time on them.

            I had ordered books for my exams and I was expecting the delivery to be made on 25-Dec-2021.

            The company has delayed the delivery for 2 days, today being 27-Dec-2021, I was told that the shipment is out for delivery.

            However, I got a message stating the delivery was attempted, which was not as I had cancelled all my programs for the books as they were very important for my upcoming exams.

            I contacted XpressBees and all the executives hung up the call. I feel I am cheated as the consideration has been paid and no attempt or communication is being done.

            Furthermore to the above,

            XpressBees and their executives are actively being involved in fraudulent activities.

            In an ideal scenario, whenever the goods are out for delivery, the contact details of the delivery partner needs to be shared with the customer.

            In the given case, XpressBees is not sharing this with the customer which is encouraging the delivery partner to leverage such fraudulent trade practice.

            They simply go ahead and say, the delivery was attempted and none were there to collect without any facts and truth, typical XpressBees you see...

            If Olympics had a sport that takes into account poor customer handling techniques, Amitava Saha (Founder of XpressBees) is going to make India proud.

              For COD shipment, wrongly paid Rs.200.00 Extra.
              Immediately next day morning informed customer care couple of times and I was assured that, I''ll get extra paid money back within 24 hours. It's almost more than 2 weeks but no response from them. Reminded for the same at least 5-7 times through email, called CC 4-5 times but no response.
              It's very worst experience with this company. They have very rudely behaving courier/ delivery boys. Their customer care officers will speak with you very sweetly and give false assurance and closes the complaint without any proper resolution.
              Beware of such companies.

                      Team, I am supplier of Meesho & i have dispatched parcel from Xporessbees on 27th November 2021, parcel showed on portal successfully delivered on 01 Dec 2021 to mentioned location, even all that parcel is return & reached to local area office Meerut city Delhi road on 8th Dec return AWB no-[protected] against sub order id-[protected]_1 same day updated on portal parcel handover to warehouse, while I did not get any parcel on that day even I have raised complaint for this parcel on Meesho 13th Dec ticket id[protected] & i have also informed your team staff member Mr Sachi who always come for pickup or return, he replied will check & confirm me where is the parcel then he confirmed me on 14th Dec & parcel returned to our house on 15th Dec on that day I were out of station Sachin made return parcel delivery by another executive & guide him don't took any signature or stamp on sheet, only handover this parcel as it is. why your Executive did not take receiving sign or stamp on return sheet, even all that Sachin come on 18th Dec & took sign on that day why? How could parcel showed delivered on 8th Dec while parcel delivered to me on 15th & sign or stamp taken o 18th. returned parcel totally damaged in condition all costly product inside were inerchanged with old & damaged product. your local team always do this. i have requested many time to Sachin please share me the sheet on which you taken stamp on 18th Dec he refused me, I have all proof conversation done with Sachin on whatsapp. Need acion immedialty or call back on [protected]

                        Today I received the message of pickup of my pantaloons product and I also called to the delivery executive for the confirmation of the message. He said he is on leave. So an another person will come for my pickup. I wait for the entire day and later evening I received a message from XpressBees that the pickup was not done as customer want later pickup. But I donot have such conversation with the agent. In fact the new delivery executive also not called me. So, how irresponsibly he can write such remark against non-pick up of the item.

                        That is no longer a acceptable behaviour from such logistics company.

                          Delivery of my order was scheduled on 21 December and today is 23rd December but My order is not delivered yet because delivery boy didn't make any attempt to call me and he mentioned that I was not available but the fact is he didn't even ever try to deliver my order. Please help me out because this is very frustrating

                            I ordered this Ekam candle lamp as a Christmas gift for someone but the order is not delivered on the given time and when enquired they gave the reason as incorrect pin code. Now my major concern is that I have to gift same article to someone and if there was any such flaw in the address then the delivery person must have contacted over the mentioned phone number considering it to be the correct delivery procedure.                                         Hello,
                                        while doing transaction at xpressbees, first time when I scanned there barcode and I was doing the payment but while proceeding payment is declined so I tried for second time. now second time it is successful but later I came to know that first time also money deducted means money is deducted for two times for same order with order I'd:YR-454677of 171 rs . but I contact to xpressbees customer service for five times but they told me that it will credited in 47 hours but now 10 days passed till not credited yet . so I request you to please resolve this issue as soon as possible and refund my money.
