Different product

I ordered some cosmetics from SUGAR. They have send it through Xpressbees Iogistics. I got a message that it will be delivered by 17th december. But i have not recieved it yet. Please do the needful

Fake product delivered & fake in box no product

Team, I am supplier of Meesho & i have dispatched parcel from Xporessbees on 27th November 2021, parcel showed on portal successfully delivered on 01 Dec 2021 to mentioned location, even all that parcel is return & reached to local area office Meerut city Delhi road on 8th Dec return AWB no-[protected] against sub order id-[protected]_1 same day updated on portal parcel handover to warehouse, while I did not get any parcel on that day even I have raised complaint for this parcel on Meesho 13th Dec ticket id[protected] & i have also informed your team staff member Mr Sachi who always come for pickup or return, he replied will check & confirm me where is the parcel then he confirmed me on 14th Dec & parcel returned to our house on 15th Dec on that day I were out of station Sachin made return parcel delivery by another executive & guide him don't took any signature or stamp on sheet, only handover this parcel as it is. why your Executive did not take receiving sign or stamp on return sheet, even all that Sachin come on 18th Dec & took sign on that day why? How could parcel showed delivered on 8th Dec while parcel delivered to me on 15th & sign or stamp taken o 18th. returned parcel totally damaged in condition all costly product inside were inerchanged with old & damaged product. your local team always do this. i have requested many time to Sachin please share me the sheet on which you taken stamp on 18th Dec he refused me, I have all proof conversation done with Sachin on whatsapp. Need acion immedialty or call back on [protected]

Today I received the message of pickup of my pantaloons product and I also called to the delivery executive for the confirmation of the message. He said he is on leave. So an another person will come for my pickup. I wait for the entire day and later evening I received a message from XpressBees that the pickup was not done as customer want later pickup. But I donot have such conversation with the agent. In fact the new delivery executive also not called me. So, how irresponsibly he can write such remark against non-pick up of the item.

That is no longer a acceptable behaviour from such logistics company.

Delivery of my order was scheduled on 21 December and today is 23rd December but My order is not delivered yet because delivery boy didn't make any attempt to call me and he mentioned that I was not available but the fact is he didn't even ever try to deliver my order. Please help me out because this is very frustrating

I ordered this Ekam candle lamp as a Christmas gift for someone but the order is not delivered on the given time and when enquired they gave the reason as incorrect pin code. Now my major concern is that I have to gift same article to someone and if there was any such flaw in the address then the delivery person must have contacted over the mentioned phone number considering it to be the correct delivery procedure. But nothing such happened and I just have tomorrow's time for it. [protected] this is the tracking id

Delivery refuse to deliver the order

I ordered a product from Firstcry App on 8th December .The EDD was 11th December. Didn't received the product till 20th December. I tried to contact them via email and phone. But no response at all. The shipment status shows the same message for the several days. "HOLD"

Today i got a massage
Pickup of AJIO, AWB:[protected] is scheduled for today by executive Mob.No:[protected].Plz ensure items are packed properly for handover.
i haven't received any call regarding this
Recieved another massage as
Return not done because of wrong address
My address is correct and i haven't received any call regarding this.

Courier person speaking rudely for Return pick

My tracking number is [protected] . Such a horrible service it's been more than 10 days still I haven't received the product .one of the worsest courier service ever

while doing transaction at xpressbees, first time when I scanned there barcode and I was doing the payment but while proceeding payment is declined so I tried for second time. now second time it is successful but later I came to know that first time also money deducted means money is deducted for two times for same order with order I'd:YR-454677of 171 rs . but I contact to xpressbees customer service for five times but they told me that it will credited in 47 hours but now 10 days passed till not credited yet . so I request you to please resolve this issue as soon as possible and refund my money.

I was order one product from meesho do some issue in this product so i was rais return request on meesho and send some picture for approval for this product and meesho approve the request and send mail to xpressbees for picked the product but xpressbees executive picked priduct but not giving any remark on panel and returns product to me again giving me some rubbish reasons and he's doing this 3,...

I have ordered some medicine... Generally it takes two or three days to reach me but after 10 days xpressbees generated RTO without knowing me.they didn't contact me. It is the worst courier and logistics company. (Tracking ID:- [protected])

I have received a message from Xpress be regarding my product delivery and I was waiting for the call from the delivery person.. but I didn't receive any call for the whole day and in the evening I received a message saying that, " order not fulfilled as you were not available".

Not even making a call, how they can just assume I am not at home?

I had sent my Boat airdopes for a replacement using my one year warranty which was picked up by Xpressbees on 3rd dec . On the 11th of dec it showed as out for delivery and on the 11th dec it showed as WHHandover. The status of the product is being showed as delivered even though I've not received the product nor any email or SMS regarding delivery of the product.

I have never seen this type of company they never attempt delivery, but will update status on their own, they will update status as address not found.

They never call me on my number, they never come to my home.

This is where your agent or your partners or your company stands. i raised a complaint couple of times spoke to two different customer executives (the customer care persons also doesn't have a proper network to talk)

Delivery boy not cal and no reponse parcel delay why reason Thiruparnkudram office detils

Delivery not made by the delivey man for the 5th time and stating customer was not available on the given address and not reachable over phone were i called them everytine they were not picking up and today when i called the courier boy told delivery will not be made at the given pincode please help me resolve my issue as i am facing this from a long time
