    Deliver person did not deliver my product and without contacting the customer updated the shipmentt as "Customer wants open delivery"

        Three of my packages (with tracking no:[protected] / [protected]/ [protected] ) has been in stuck in transit for over 2 week even though it’s in been in the delivery destination the attempt for delivery hasn’t been made .I contacted the customer care numerous times but no solution. was given from their end . They are deliberately not delivering the packages.Look into this issue asap . This is the worst experience ever. I will never use this service ever again

            1st order 15th October ki kiya tha...per parcel delivery nehin hua, reason ye bataya ki customer available nehi raha..per sach to ye hai ki koi parcel delivery karne kiliye nehin aya..fir se 27 October ko meine 2nd time order kiya, ab fir se message a raha ki didn't delivery the parcel because of you are not available..ye kya laga rakha hai...aise service dete ho kya.. useless hub bale service de sakte ho to ye jhut bat bolke company se message kyun dete ho 👹👹👹

                    Awb no:[protected].Shipment delivered.But the products in parcel are changed surely from surat courier office .We received suit materials instead of dress.And clearly courier people in surat changed and now they are not accepting.
                    Firstly once parcel is handover to courier they didn't moved parcel to delivery address until we raised complaint as there is no moment in parcel.once we raised complaint they changed kept the suit materials in parcel and sent it.
                    Because sender sent dress in parcel she didn't have the suit materials which is delivered in the parcel.Clearly fraud done and now not accepting.Please xpressbess service take action and provide us the dress which sender sent originally.

                      Hi
                      Am expecting a bank card from a bank and Xpressbees are not delivering and nor even replying to any of my mails .
                      And the status is still showing the same from past one week.
                      22/10/2021 the same.
                      Am waiting for my shipment I'd[protected] is still Not delivered .
                      That an important document for me .
                      Am trying to reach their customer care by call but thats never connected .
                      Nor there is any addrsss or contact number to reach Xpressbees in Hyderabad.
                      Pathetic service .

                          The shipment arrived on the 27th at the nearest hub and didn't get delivered but in tracking it says customer need future delivery y u people are doing like this felt very bad

                                      Your committed date of delivery is[protected] but still now my product not yet delivered and If i spoke with your customer care peoples they also not listening my word of complaints and they will cut the call while Im talking, is this Kind of service you giving to the customer as brand XPRESSBEES.

                                      I ordered and paid through firstcry on[protected], , Today is[protected] till now no one is responding and no one is updating even your delivery commitment crossed after 5days also...

                                      I want my product today otherwise Im planning to register consumer court compalint against firstcry and xpressbees...

Then how its come customer wants future delivery status...Since Im waiting product delivery from 13th Oct itself. and I received delivery person contact details from your side I tried to call above 100 times to connect him but he is not at all responding my calls.. Is this kind of service you given to customers... Where is my product?????? Even i cant able to cancel the order also... My payment got stuck up with you past 20 days..

                                        I had order from street style store and my order was with Xpressbees .it was going to deliver on 26 th oct but it could not be delivered still they are giving reason by themselves like Customer not available etc .they are not responding to email nor the number is available. Complete mess .I am waiting for my order since 5 days making to re deliver it but they are making excuses .my order no is [protected] i am still waiting to get it delivered. Horrible service.
