My shipment has been reached the delivery centre before 10 days but still it has not been delivered to me. If we are reaching to the location address of delivery centre, the office itself not there. I have been informed as the branch has been closed on January 2022 and moved out to Sholinganallur/Chennai. I can't locate any branch in Sholinganallur through Google itself. Assist me with the exact Location and contact numbers.

        Courier has not been delivered inspite of repeated follow-up and making a million calls to the call center. After a while call center also stop receiving calls and stated due to longer wait times they disconnect the call.

        This has been the worst experience with any logistic company. I would urgently require the package to be delivered if they not capable to deliver at the least the could share the location we could arrange for a pick up

          As my parcel has very important thing and I need in time and they only make excuse that address is incomplete but Amazon and flipkart have no problem with my address detail and Amazon delivered their product smoothly but xpressbees have issue with my address .I had to call so many times to xpressbees customer care and they have only answer " sir your product will be delivered in next 24-48 hour and I have done enough from my side"
          They don't have same and not even replies to my emails.
          What about my money, time and need of the product at particular time
          Very bad experience
          Please audience avoid xpressbees.
          Dear xpressbees if you have shame please deliver my product as soon as possible

            The colour of product received is totally different from the product shown in website .please the procedure to return this product and refound the money.

              After telling them about my order cancellation they are still sending me text messages regarding my order will be delivered soon. Despite calling me none of the team member is picking up the call and they just simply blocked my number which ridiculous. They just cannot provide service to their customers

                your executive didn't call me or update in the evening that was not available to receive the order. I called your executive many times everytime he made excuses like my bike is not working, he is on holiday, he will deliver it later my order that such stupid things that he has told to me. am surprised how non sense staff are you hired. also his way to talking is too rude. he I shared number your executive which I had conversion [protected] [protected] [protected].

                request to you kindly delivered my order or refund my money if you can't delivered my order. I am fad up from your service.

                    I ordered Rynox gear gloves on 15th January 2022 which is shipping by XpressBees. AWB NO. [protected].
                    Estimated date is today 21st January. But till now my product is transit. I tried many times to call customer care of XpressBees. But they didn't pickup my phone. My need my package till tomorrow because I had a riding plan to Siliguri on Sunday. I'm very much disappointed by this company.
                    Please help me to get my courier.

                      I have ordered women flats.tracking details shows that it was out for delivery on Jan 10 and Jan 11 .The biggest exaggeration is I have not got any message or call regarding the delivery on both the days possible.When i call the customer care they respond saying they have technical issue.Finally when the complaint is raised, the backend team says it has to be registered within 48 hrs.
                      The tracking shows it is WHHandover.Leaving the money to ashes.

                        I ordered stuff from meesho app and fortunately or not xpressbees were in charge of the delivery. I got multiple notifications saying delivery failed, customer not available etc, when they didn't even call me or try delivering and now when i enquired about my package, i came to know that its been sent back. Like I've already paid for the things and i have to wait for a double round on this. Please look at this i need the package asap please

                          I am facing a terrible experience with the pick up person assigned to me through Xpressbees.

                          He is threatening me on call and not willing to come for pickup during day time.
                          He is challenging me that he will never pick up the return before 9PM.

                            I had ordered a prepaid package from uniform crafts, chennai which was being delivered by your service. Tracking id:[protected] .. however on tracking it is showing delivered on 15th jan.. I HAVE NOT received any parcel nor any phone/sms reguarding delivery to my address till now.
                            There is NO discrepancy with my address also as i hv received parcels delivered by xpressbees before to same address.

                              I have a retun Pickup service (Reverse Pickup number is [protected]) scheduled through Xpressbees for my BOAT purchase.

                              There is no intimation on the time of pickup.
                              Late in the night at 9:10 PM a stranger rang the calling bell to receive the pickup.
                              I doubted him and asked for the identity card, name etc.
                              He denied sharing anything.
                              He refused to give acknowledgement also for pickup.
                              He rudely replied to me that it does not matter to him about anything.

                              How can i entertain such pikup service?

                                Customer asked for future delivery

                                I have ordered my wedding outfit from xyz person they have sent it through xpressbees but I was literally waiting for it from days and when it was out for delivery I didn't get any calls and at night I have received a message saying customer requested for future delivery, I have not even received any call how can they just say this, as it is my wedding dress what should I do in this case???                                 I placed an order on 6th of January and it was supposed to be delivered on 10th of January, 2022. When I tracked the order on 9th it was in transit from Gurgaon to Delhi to be delivered on estimated date. But when I tracked the order on 10th the order was reached to Bangalore instead of Delhi. I contacted several customer support executives and they assured me it will be delivered in 24-48 hours. On 16th it reached Gurgaon again and the customer support executive said it will be delivered on 17th. It's been 8 days and I have still not received the package. Their customer support executive are saying it's in Gurgaon and will be delivered but I have not received it yet. It does not take 3 days for the package to reach Delhi from Gurgaon. They are just making excuses and nobody wants to help.

                                I have still not received the package and they have shipped the package to Bangalore again. This is the worst experience I ever had and I swear I will never use Xpressbees nor I will recommend it to anyone

                                  The sad part is that the order situation is not getting uploaded on the link, it’s 2 days late already, the seller is not willing to help & I am stuck because of the courier not being received. Upon trying to talk to the customer care executive, it’s no success.
