    This consignment was supposed to delivered yesterday. Nisanth [protected] delivery boy speaking roudly and telling lies. No one contacted me and no one reach to my home to deliver the item. Why making unnecessary complications.
    Ridiculous service from Xpressbees. I'll tell to my team, here onwards dont use Xpressbees. Very worast ever seen.

      I booked a product in meesho the first day delivery boy called and taken the address after coming he said he had forgotten the pack and he will deliver it next day from then I hadn't received any call but msgs are coming then I checked status they mentioned as I had refused to accept the delivery

          Your service has been very pathetic .I am tracking my AWB NO [protected] consistently for last 18 days and can see updates in the transit hardly one in a week, very terrible experience .Now, on 18th it shown the location just 3 Kms away from the destination and I was expecting it to be delivered in last 48 hrs but now it's updating that it is being returned without any intimation or consent from the customer .This is really worst of the courrier services I have encountered in my life and believe me I am going to move to the court for the loss I have met due to your irresponsible behaviour. I have sent thrice an enquiry to u but u didn't respond, dialled Ur contact number multiple times but it's a fake no and doesn't connect at all.

            I have ordered an product in amazon. They have sent my product in this useless courrier.Tracking id is [protected]. The delivery boy is not delivering this product. he is saying please cancel your order i won't deliver it, like that he is saying. He had received my product one week before.He is speaking very rudely. Worst courrier service i had ever seen

                I get AWB no from the site I ordered my products. For 2 3 day I was able to track my product status.

                But now when I am try to track my order by entering same AWB no in XpressbBees it showing " AWB detials not found "

                What kind of service they are providing. Please help me to track my order.

                  I ordered a item from Worstore and they have sent it through xpressbees. The delivery date was 19th Jan 2021 . But the delivery didnt happen.On top of that the status of the delivery is updated as Future delivery requested by customer".
                  Such fraudulent status updates is made to hide the poor service capabilities of xpressbees.

                    Dear Team (Xpressbees and FirstCry),

                    This is to inform and make you realize of the horrible and pathetic work culture and practices of your employees. I had placed a return request for one of my product purchased from FirstCry, as the size of the pant is bigger. I had placed the return request on[protected], however, every time it's scheduled for pickup, the person never comes to pick up the product and update some random status or attempt failed. Every time the pickup is scheduled I had called the person to confirm if he would come for the pickup. Even after I following up throughout the day with all the people assigned till date for the pickup, they simply lie and say they are close by and will reach soon and never show up, and later block my number so that, they can't be contacted. I was wondering if this is the way employees are trained to work or if this is the work culture of your company.

                    Kindly learn to respect other's time, as everybody may not be able to waste time on unproductive follow-ups.

                            Hi Team,
                            We have used xpressbees for a shipment delivery with AWB No- [protected] which was delivered to us on 6th JAN.2021. Now what we shipped earlier was 2 wrist watches which is mentioned in the images shared below. Now the order was RTO return where customer had refused to accept the order and thus it was returned to us. Now when we open the product we had found that both the wrist watches was missing and a empty parcel was returned to us. Also we found the return packet has tape wrapped around which was not done by us and clearly proves the product was returned to us tampered. I am sharing the opening vedio of the product and images and want your team to raise this as my complaint and investigate and tell me what can be done in this case as the products which were stolen was expensive and created a huge loss for us.

                                      I received a message stating I refused to accept the shipment. Why would I do that if I already paid for the shipment? I was available to accept the order and infact followed up multiple times with their delivery partner. Initially he answered, then began to ignore my calls and eventually blocked my number. I know this because when I try calling him from different numbers the call goes through. Anyway looking at the number of complaints I see for this company it looks like this is a horrible company to deal with. I am attaching pictures of my multiple attempts with their delivery partner.

                                        Hi Team Xpressbees,

                                        I have received the book in damaged condition (Already shared the images, and video of the book with Shroff publications), the part of the book which is damaged was visible from outside of the packaging even other parts were also visible (Packaging was open from multiple sides).
                                        I requested your delivery executive that I will not accept it but he called 2-3 times to someone and then he misguided me and forced me to accept the package. According to him, return request should come from Shroff publisher and he will come again to collect the book once the request is raised.
                                        Now, I learnt from Shroff publisher its been asked that the request should come from customer (from me). I am not sure what kind of game is being played here. I request you to please look into it on priority as I need the fresh undamaged copy of the book ASAP.
