My order id is [protected] it was supposed to delivered yesterday on 2/01/21 but i haven't received it yet
I couldn't track the details it says awd details not found reply as soon as possible...

Tracking shows that courier has been delivered to another ( Wrong )address

To address was Nidadhavole, west Godavari district, pincode:534301

But the courier was delivered to tadepalligudem

Product returned by customer but not received to me yet....

I returned my product on 12th of December
But not yet received, I want my product as earlier as possible
It was showing in transit from last 15 days
Please help me

On 24th December a damaged tshirt (worth 278) cover which I ordered from bewakoof site was up for a pickup by xpressbees logistics on the AWB:[protected]. Your pickup person at khammam pickedup wrong courier cover which has a kurta of worth 2028. It got delivered to bewakoof also. On following up I am not getting proper response from anyone. Also I guess you people need to validate/check if the pickedup package is right or not before sending...

Hello, today I received my order but sorry to say the behaviour of a courier guy is pathetic. Before arrival he never makes any call. And continuously rings door bell and then arguing so loudly.
Hope company will take any action on this.

Hi recently I've brought a boat rockers earphones from the boat website which was delivered to me by Expressbees and I've placed a return and it was picked from me on 19th of December and the package is still in out of delivery from 22nd of December which is almost 6 days. I had order a blue top with grey pants on December 23 with COD applied
I received the parsal yesterday and made a payment of 900 INR
But instead I received some torn saree
And the delivery boy dint take the parsal back as it was torn apart
I want my money back
I had order dress for my bday and dint receive upto my expectations
Either refund me or send me what I have ordered instead...
