Dear Team (Xpressbees and FirstCry),
This is to inform and make you realize of the horrible and pathetic work culture and practices of your employees. I had placed a return request for one of my product purchased from FirstCry, as the size of the pant is bigger. I had placed the return request on[protected], however, every time it's scheduled for pickup, the person never comes to pick up the product and update some random status or attempt failed. Every time the pickup is scheduled I had called the person to confirm if he would come for the pickup. Even after I following up throughout the day with all the people assigned till date for the pickup, they simply lie and say they are close by and will reach soon and never show up, and later block my number so that, they can't be contacted. I was wondering if this is the way employees are trained to work or if this is the work culture of your company.
Kindly learn to respect other's time, as everybody may not be able to waste time on unproductive follow-ups.
