I ordered few things from drtrust.in and was shipped through xpressbees though product was shipped reasonably earlier, it took them 10 days to reach destination city
It was supposed to be delivered on 21/12/2020
Evening I received message that customer requested for change in delivery schedule, which I never did
I contacted customer care and response was pathetic, most of the time they disconnected calls
I called them several times and response was same pathetic useless
Again on 23/12/2020 I got a message that customer not available and phone not reachable(I had called delivery guy thrice and he didn’t picked up phone)
I read their reviews!, it is 1.7 !!! And google 3/10 with fake 5 star reviews
This is some sort of scam/online fraud

Sir, please speed up my order for AWB NUMBER:[protected] as it is urgent .. and also the deliver the package and kindly, update the status of shipment as fast as possible.

My product was submitted to Xpressbees Jalgaon on 18th Dec 2020. for Silvassa, for which Expected date of Delivery provided was 20th December 2020,
i tried to Track it many times but every time it shows at Jalgaon, then i tried to contact Customer Care after so many attempts of contacting customer care my Parcel was Dispatched from Jalgaon on 21st December 2020, which was After Expected Date of Delivery,
Although it is already Delayed when i am trying ti track my shipment it is showing at Aurangabad from last 2 days it means Xpressbees is still not Serious about my issue.
whwnever i contact Customer Care through Telephone their response was always same " we have forwarded your Request "
i also asked them how to register complaint Response was They dont know
I also Tried through Email @[protected]@xpressbees.com Thier response was also same every time " Shipment havent recieved your nearest branch" instead of providing solution or Solve the issue
I had face a huge loss because of Xpressbees Worst process. Yet I have not get my Parcel Delivered. and i dont think they are capable of doing such business

Mere customer ko products ki home delivery nahi mil rahi ek bar same yahi product supplier ko return ho chuka hai.. Extra charge 20 rupees mangta hai delivery boy.. Please mere product ki time par home delivery dilaye

The products with Tracking number[protected] and[protected] is not getting updated for a few days. The website showed that the product was supposed to be delivered on 20th Dec but I haven't received it till now. Moreover I raised an enquiry to xpressbees website but we haven't received any information from them apart from an automated mail that they will look into it.

[protected] named Rahul Arande is a delivery boy contact details .He has delivered product to Order Number:[protected] and has taken extra money from customer both from google pay and cash...please help us.We have contact him many times but he is not resonding

[protected] above tracking number delivery address is my office and it’s closed on Saturday and Sunday hence informed to deliver on Monday.
Delivery boy threatened to return the package to origin place and purposefully updated delivery status has refused to accept the order.
Which is not at all acceptable and not happy with the service.

My order is showing delivered but I haven’t received it yet -

I spoke to customer care they are saying it got delivered by dinesh yesterday night at 8.20 pm but i checked with my security guard and checked the CC TV camera also no one has come to deliver it . Please help me getting me it’s very costly parcel which I have paid for it heavy amount. This is extremely disappointing as a customer.

Check with Dinesh why didn’t he deliver the parcel and write deliver .

I had ordered from AJIok. The expected date was 17th december 2020. But i received a message today morning 8:45 am that my product is out for delivery. But the delivery was unsuccessful. Was so disappointed. But the sad thing is that the xpressbees neither called me nor send me a message saying i could collect from the office. So how can they say that the courier packet could not be delivered? So i request you to kindly look into the matter so that it doesn't happen again.

Very bad customer service by the delivery person. He was literally yelling and misbehaving.

Sir, My order for AWB NUMBER: [protected] is delayed at transit, ...So kindly speed up my package and deliver the package as fast as possible

I ordered one dress of 1900rs in the name of Yuvashree through cash on delivery instead of that i received two orders in that one is saree and another one is cloth pieces both are not matched with my required that was very poor so I need to return and I want collect my money back. Please take necessary action on it and do the needful quickly.

I ordered a consignment From first cry AWB no[protected].Your service is too poor, delivery boy called on 8 December. He ask for delivery location and From Just 100 meters he returned the consignment. It been 3 days. Very very poor service. It decrease company's name and reputation. Shame

I have received the wrong product .I had orderd the bluetooth headset and I had received wrong item so I want to return the product.

The delivery man calls just once in busy hours... Nd when we call him back immediately... It tells us that mobile no. Doesn't exist [protected]

We need our products, if xpress bees is unable to deliver product, then why they have taken my order, without informing us, how delivery boy update that customer refused product.

Adarsh gajbiye managing expressbee office at gondia not delivering my parcel form last 2.5 days. And the arrogancy was shown while talking is most disgusting. Kindly provide my parcel
