The items which were scheduled for delivery is still in transit. There is no proper update as well. When tried to contact them on phone we were simply put on hold for long and no response was received. Needless to say this is the worst courier service provider.
XpressBees Logistics customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I have to return that was deliver today at 463 sec 10 order no #2825. We ordered the bottle green embroidery dress with dupata, XXL Quantity 1, we found other material.

    This is regarding the delivery services of Xpressbee - Kannur branch in Kerala...
    I have placed my first return request on the 10th of February 2021 and since then I have not seen any response from the team...They have been so irresponsible and inefficient that every time they assign me a message, the delivery will be today with a number that happens to be "fake" either it doesn't exist or will not be picked up, followed by a "you were not available for the delivery" message at the night..
    This has been happening for a month now... Irrespective of my numerous complaints no one ever bothered to respond...The customer services are not available..The first pickup was cancelled after 4-5 failed attempts which never really happened.
    Few days back I again placed a return request and the scenario gets repeated "again"! This time after recieving the message with the delivery agent's number I contact it and a man picks up informing me "he has left the job and no longer works under Xpressbee, also to not bother him again".
    I don't understand what service is this?
    Is this how you deal a customer?
    I have been lodging my complaints day after day...
    The delivery of the products have also been very cumbersome..I couldn't get my products without registering 10-20 complaints...
    This happens ONLY WITH XPRESSBEE BRANCH IN KANNUR...I have been someone ordering products from every website and all other delivery services are very efficient.
    This is mere arrogance and irresponsibility.No other services have made my life so difficult.
    I wish to get the products returned ASAP and also be informed with genuine phone numbers of the delivery agents.Will also be helpful if you could enlighten the Kannur team of their inefficiency.
    Please look into the matter at the earliest.

            I ordered a fast tag pre paid by paytm app on 20 feb 2021 aspected delivery date was 26feb 2021.
            But than now I didn't get my order..

              I have booked an pickup from Dash101 and the pickup has been generated from Xpressbees courier and the courier boy didn't even delivered the product or not even gone to the customers address and false update has been made to the website that customer needed open delivery, I have tried to reach xpressbees customer care and they are telling within 24 hours it will be delivered from 27 February they are telling same things again and again kindly do the needful and deliver my customer parcel as soon as possible as this will result in future trust for my business and that customer AWB number is[protected]. Xpressbees customer care saying same thing again and again it will be delivered within 24 hours and my customer is facing problem because of them. Kindly do the needful

                  I ordered a WD harddisk from Amazon.in but was delivered a fog perfume from XPRESSBEES instead. The courier boy took 5000 cash on delivery from me. Now I am calling that person and he is not picking up.
                  I need immediate refund of my money.

                              I ordered a article of clothing on February 23rd from filldeal.in online store. Today I received the package with containing something else only. I ordered a lengha who's picture I've attached with this complain and they sent me three sarees instead of the worst quality possible. Now they are not answering the calls. And the address label that was attached on the package also, doesn't have any details of the buyer. (Is it even possible?? Because I was under the impression that you need to have both seller's and customer's information on the label). Now that I see it, the label is torn and only the part containing my address is there.                                   I have not received my parcel so far..as it was sent from.karaikal to Madurai, tamilnadu...how long it will take to deliver??I tried checking my shipment status in website...showing as no data found and sometimes it is showing as item delivered to Kanpur location...seriously..not able to understand...i tried contacting customer service...not reachable..and dropped an email to customer care...it is been more than 24 hours..no response...how do I reach them??
