Hi, my myntra credit for phone number expired. I was not able to shop because I was out of the country for long time and I was unaware of these pathetic terms and conditions.

My product is prepaid and expected date of delivery is crossed many days ago. I keep on contacting the service boy he is not responding. And when I track the product it is showing as delivered.

I have received the book in damaged condition (Already shared the images, and video of the book with Shroff publications), the part of the book which is damaged was visible from outside of the packaging even other parts were also visible (Packaging was open from multiple sides).
I requested your delivery executive that I will not accept it but he called 2-3 times to someone and then he misguided...

I have ordered from Purplle which was to be paid on delivery total amount to be paid was 647 ₹... I ordered a product from a street style store and as per the logistics given it was XpressBees. I received a call on 27 December 2020 for delivery of my order and due to some reasons i said them to reattempt the delivery.
But then on 29 December 2020 without any call or message i just receive a text that product couldn't be delivered as customer refused to accept. How i am supposed to know?
