                I got delivered a package through xpressbee and it was completely broken. It was in a box and the box was torn from all sides.

                Please look into it. It was my customer. And they received the packet all broken. The pump of the bottle was all broken even though it was wrapped in a bubble wrap.
                The cardboard box was all torn apart from all sides

                  I felt it, It was horrible experience through Xpress bess.Without my opinion the return item was declined by Your team in 2-3 times.Also some one came by pick up my item and return it after few days.I asked him about this, he said by mistakenly taken..This not acceptable at all. Also i put request to get you through call, But no one respond until yet.So please kindly look on my complaint and do the need ful decision urgently.And I am waiting for your call..

                                    On tracking of shipment under way bill no [protected]., I am made to understand that your delivery staff reported that I requested for future delivery which is not true.He called me and asked for location and on my confirmation he told me that location is not under his area and a different delivery is arranged.
                                    If your delivery person want to differ the delivery why he bluff like that and why such false remarks are made in the tracking report.I think you will have to ensure honesty among your staff

                                      I ordered few items from ajio.com, I got a call from your delivery guy that he will be going to deliver my item today I received a message as well then after a few hours he again called me and asked me that he will deliver it tomorrow and I received a message that I scheduled my delivery bro next day which I didn't. I again called him and ask about the issue but he threatens me and showing very unprofessional behavior.
