My order from Myntra is shipped through expressbees courier service with AWB no:[protected], in tracking details its mentioned that the package is out for delivery on 20th October 2020 and I didnt received the parcel on that after that day.
I contact their customer care they told like my phone number is not reachable so they are not able to deliver it, but I am receiving my other orders from other courier services, and in my area there is not network issue also, I informed the same to customer care executive.
There is no call attempt from delivery boy also, he is telling lie and updating that my phone is unreachable.
I called customer care twice, whenever I call they will tell that I will get my parcel within 24hrs, but its already 5 days till now I didn't got the parcel.
I want my parcel deliberately bcoz I purchased it during the sale for low price. With this complaint I am hoping to get my parcel ASAP.
And do take charge about these illoyal employees (delivery boy), who deliberately held the delivery just to save their money on petrol and wait to accumulate more parcel so that they can deliver at once and save the money.
I hope this expressbees courier service is helping customers and not their employees and I think they will take the customers concerns seriously.
And keep in mind that just telling "sorry for the inconvenience" will not solve the problem. I want my package package package that's it.
