This is my awb number :[protected].
The above item related to boat company delivers a replacement shipment to me through xpressbees couriers/logistics. After waited almost 4 days i got message from xpressbees regarding delivery (I attached screenshot please refer) with agent number when i called to him he said i left the job i'm not delivering your item. Immediate day when i checked tracking status shipment delivered to me. But i did not get any item till now. Even agent was not called to me before delivering and no message/mail confirmation.
Then i contacted xpressbees customer care they registered my complaint.
Till no response from them i'm only following up this every time they are saying "you will get a call" no one called to me. After 48hrs again i contacted they said we contacted you but no one contacted me. I asked them make a conference call whom delivered to me. They said we called to your alternate number, i said tell me what is my alternate number, again they said will escalate this "you will get a call" they are not shared my alternate number why because that's not my number i think so.
So finally i decided these guys are theft my item not only mine almost from lot of parcels. Why i said this when i call to resigned courier boy he said i got so many calls today so who ever called to this guy almost all items are theft.
Please do not trust on this please use other logistics.

Its been more than 1 month but till now this product is not been delivered. I have also complained about the product but till now its not been delivered yet... I'm losing hope now i don't think i'll get the product nor the money back. Please i request couriers to deliver the product as sooner... And please don't break the trust and hope of the customers... Thank you...

The misappropriation has been done be xpressbees.com people.

I ordered 5 items from club factory which were to be delivered by xpressbees in two packages consisting of 2 and 3 items respectively. I received the second package consisting of three items but didn't receive the first.in tge app it says delivered. Traking id is [protected]. Pleaase help asap.. Nobody even is picking up the phone at your customer care service center...

I ordered a titan champagne nh1580ymo5 dial analog watch for men on 1st october 2019 with snapdeal. The packet received on 17th of october. My wife received the packet in a hurry situation because she was about to to go out. When i reached home in the evening got the packet, it is noticed that the packet is intelligently tampered with and self adhesive was used to pack the packet. When i opened the packet, i found that the inner cover and the transparent cover was tampered with and there was a low cost brown strapped titan watch in the box.
Your staff has intelligently cheated me by robbing out the golden coloured stainless steel strap watch and inserted a low cost watch in the packet.
I am very regretted and do the needful.

My firstcry website order delivered by xpressbees awb no.[protected] was dilvered by xpressbees delivery boy - mr javid ([protected]) who spoke in a very rude and rash manner with a lot disrespect towards me.
I hope proper action is taken against him so that the customer will not be mistreated like this again and your logistics reputation will be protected along.

The status of my parcel is showing customer refused to accept. However the delivery guy never contacted me. When i called them back they said there is no parcel with them of that particular awb number. I want the parcel as the products are already out of stock, and if it has not been returned yet, please deliver it to me.
Please help in this matter.

I am order redmi 7s mobile from flipkart. The awb no - [protected]. The expected delivery date is 13 october 2019 but still i am getting my order. When i am checking on xpressbees tracking they shows miss-route your shipment.. Please take immediately action on it.. And delivered my order as soon as possible.. I am regret to tell that it's a very worth service from your side..

I have waited for 1 hour long to receive my package but the delivery guy didn't came as he called me that he will be there in half an hour.. Later i called him many times but he didn't receive my call. This kind of service i never experienced with other courier service. Totally unacceptable.. I ordered a product online and today product tracking shows my item is delivered and received directly by me but I never got the item. I contacted customer service and they recommend me to contact delivery service, which is you. I want to know why it shows product is delivered directly to me even in XP bees site.
