I ordered a titan champagne nh1580ymo5 dial analog watch for men on 1st october 2019 with snapdeal. The packet received on 17th of october. My wife received the packet in a hurry situation because she was about to to go out. When i reached home in the evening got the packet, it is noticed that the packet is intelligently tampered with and self adhesive was used to pack the packet. When i opened the packet, i found that the inner cover and the transparent cover was tampered with and there was a low cost brown strapped titan watch in the box.
Your staff has intelligently cheated me by robbing out the golden coloured stainless steel strap watch and inserted a low cost watch in the packet.
I am very regretted and do the needful.

My firstcry website order delivered by xpressbees awb no.[protected] was dilvered by xpressbees delivery boy - mr javid ([protected]) who spoke in a very rude and rash manner with a lot disrespect towards me.
I hope proper action is taken against him so that the customer will not be mistreated like this again and your logistics reputation will be protected along.

The status of my parcel is showing customer refused to accept. However the delivery guy never contacted me. When i called them back they said there is no parcel with them of that particular awb number. I want the parcel as the products are already out of stock, and if it has not been returned yet, please deliver it to me.
Please help in this matter.

I am order redmi 7s mobile from flipkart. The awb no - [protected]. The expected delivery date is 13 october 2019 but still i am getting my order. When i am checking on xpressbees tracking they shows miss-route your shipment.. Please take immediately action on it.. And delivered my order as soon as possible.. I am regret to tell that it's a very worth service from your side..

I have waited for 1 hour long to receive my package but the delivery guy didn't came as he called me that he will be there in half an hour.. Later i called him many times but he didn't receive my call. This kind of service i never experienced with other courier service. Totally unacceptable.. Still i didn't receive my package and trying to reach the delivery guy but they are so busy on phone whenever m calling

I ordered a phone cover which is showing the delivery date 13oct but i didn't get. I ordered a product online and today product tracking shows my item is delivered and received directly by me but I never got the item. I contacted customer service and they recommend me to contact delivery service, which is you. I want to know why it shows product is delivered directly to me even in XP bees site. As of my boat ear phone was not working i have sent for service centre and they have shipped the replacement product with xpress bees courier before last week but still i didn't recieve my courier. Kindly take action on this and please deliver my courier soon as it is urgent for me if i track my courier it saying it's in banglore but they are not delivering my courier

I ordered boat basshead earphones from flipkart and they stopped working after 5months since it were in the warantee period. I reported a complaint in boat. And they were ready to replace it. So, xpbees was to deliver my product. After two days i got message saying "your product will be delivered today." but it never delivered. The same message came for three days. And every time with a different phone number was provided. The delivery man never called tho. When i called on the phone numbers the delivery man said that he would call me when he'd be out for delivery. But no call from the delivery man side came.
The messages saying "your product will be delivered today" stopped after four days. So i called one of the delivery man whose number was provided with the messages. He said that my product was in their office and he would deliver it the other day. But he refused the next day. That the product is not here.
One of your delivery guy asked me to send me the reverse pickup number i was alloted so i saved his number as random and forwarded him the message.

I placed an order on an online shopping site on 24th september which was to delivered within 4th october. However, while tracking the parcel shows to be near my delivery location since 1st october. I had placed a prepaid order worth rs. 839 but have still not received it my even after calling the customer service of xpressbees several times and requesting for delivery. One of the customer support executives even asked me to collect my parcel from their delivery hub if i need them. This kind o[censored]nprofessional attitude is not at all tolerable. Either deliver my order as soon as possible or refund my money back immediately. Or else i will have to seek legal help against this fraudulent action of xpressbees logistics.
