Dear Yamaha Team, Today 14/7/2015 i have received Cal from Yamaha team . I have document Invoice of my bike and also i have tooked from dealer show room only bike . i have paid full amount, But in dealer they put due on my name in sriram finance for that we have evidence and also Complained in Police station but dealer owner not leaving to put FIR on the boy working in Showroom name . something personal so only i have not clearly details informed in phone while speaking . Please provide solution Yamaha team Again Contact Me yamaha Team [protected] . My name is Selva from Virudhnunagar & My son Raja taken bike from Kanan Motors in Dindigul . But bike taken from dealer in between son friend has been fraud our cash . My son's working in your dealer office only . so only we paid Rs.80, 000 transfer to his account, but he did not pay amount in Showroom . He will handover bike to me but till now i didn't get any document of Arch book & Numbers for the bike. we will complain to dealer about my sons friend working in dealer only, they said he will abscond from the job and also after, we resolving the problem we will handover the cash or bike details they intimated . Am informing to you bikes with me only. But i need ah solution from Yamaha company side. what about my cash & document of bike ???. we are believing your staffs but they are doing like this .Yamaha company need to take action .     Dear Sir, I subhransu samal([protected]) buyFZSyamaha FSAIV1 from SAI MOTORS(jajpur road, bhubaneswar, odisha) on 10th June 2015. But due to coincidence my bike get damaged by accident on 30Th June 2015 & I handover the same to my dealers on next day and claim for exchange my bike FZSV FZSV1 due to bike within 1 month, they also committed me that server will come and after insurance clear we exchange your bike within 5_6 days. But now till 13Th July no one confirmed/receive my call, Please sir do as need full and take strict action against same dealer(sai motors) as they don't satisfy customers demand and their complaint issue. Pearl Yamaha, 1-60/3, Nadella's Nest, Gachibowli, Hyderabad-32 2. Venkatesha Motors, 8-3-166/2/1, Shop no.2, Dhar Mansion, Near Gokul Theatre, Erragadda, Hyderabad - 18 Detailed Issue - After 1st service i am facing issue with front wheel - noise while wheel rotation. After 2nd service yamaha people didn't able to fix it. After two days of 2nd service i went to service center again but they just blow air in disc brake and say now noise is not coming but after moving 1 or 2 km noise starts coming once again. Then, i thought to change the service center for my 3rd free service and did the same. But after 3rd service it worked fine for 3 days and after that noise started coming once again. Went back to service center and they also told the same thing its because of less greasing. And they blew something in front disc and noise was stopped. Again after 1 Week noise started coming and now i don't have patience to visit service center once again and listen to same crap again.

      Worst service in quadros motorides, salcete, goa. Yamaha fz given service to change clutch plates.but NT rectified and nt replaced.poor response to repair couple of problems..

        My vechicle that is Yamaha fazer Doom was been damaged. By 1 of th mechanic and he behaved really unprofessional denying th fact.this is at panache Yamaha at indranagar service station where there is no manager or any higher authority to take it further. It is basically an utter roudisam whattheytried to behave. They are not bothered to work as well I need and immediate action to be taken on this to proceed further

          Dear Yamaha Team, My name is Selva from Virudhnunagar & My son Raja taken bike from Kanan Motors in Dindigul . But bike taken from dealer in between son friend has been fraud our cash . My son's working in your dealer office only . so only we paid Rs.80, 000 transfer to his account, but he did not pay amount in Showroom .             Hi all, This is to keep you informed that i have given my bike on 21-June-215 to change doom mask of Yamaha Fazer 150CC. till date i have not received any conformation from the service center, when ever i go to service center they will just tell that next week it will be ready. Today 07-July-2015, service center people are telling that bike will be deliver at 18-July-2015 and they are telling that they don't have the parts.               I had purchased Yamahaa Fz Fi model on 25 march and in starting i had complained that there is prob in handle, its making noice when i drive. But they said handle is ok and at on 1 st service i complained same but now handle is totaly get down and shockers problem. So know whom should i blame for this?               i purchase a fz black color bike in IA Motors Dealer, Salem TN. The Gear
              functioning is very very hard while purchase out... Handle Bar &
              front shake absorb not fit very loose over 1000 kms... i am very
              disappointing & angry for your yamaha bike... i cant satisfying for
              the new bike purchase... the dealer take so many time service.. but the
              problem is are not recovered.. so could you please take action within 1

                hello sir my name is srikanth i have buyed FZ-S bike on jan month of this year 2015. from 1st serivece to am facing chain loose problem weekly coming to service centre and making tight i talk to service centre superviser he saying no replacement for the chain problem what is this its a new bike just runed present 5035 kmpl only and am facing problem from 1st servicing on words please i want replacment on this problem take it serious and make me solve th problem soon as possible sir thank you my contact number [protected].

                  I, Mr Biplab Kumar Ray is an owner of Yamaha Fazer since 05/05/2010. As per the need and suggestion of the mechanic of R. N. Auto, an authorized dealer of Yamaha, in Alipurduar, Alipurduar district, West Bengal on the second last servicing, I went for changing the block-piston set at the said workshop. I am very disheartened to say that the servicing has cost me miserable and life risking problems. The few major problems with the bike after this servicing are- 1. A hole in the oil tank through which oil penetrates over the battery and outer parts of the engine leading to a life-risking ride 2. The shocker pipe is tilted 3. The engine is giving back-jerks and also the bike vibrates making the ride all the more risky 4. Hammering open the engine led to tilting of the crane shaft 5. The disbreak is not working properly 6. The bike is on road for 500 km after the servicing and is giving out white and black smoke. Being a regular biker, I need to travel a lot and these problems are giving me quite a trouble. It is very disgraceful for a leading bike company to run such low profile workshops with half trained mechanics. Considering the goodwill of the company, I suggest to look into the matter as the problems are related to life risk of a biker due to negligence of the mechanic. Moreover the attitude of the workshop owner didn't have a tinge of politeness on being complained about the above mentioned problems. Hope you would look into the matter and do the needful.                     Yamaha Team, This is to let you know that the customer service done at your show room in Kanchipuram is highly not satisfactory each time. A week back I had to let my bike for service at your show room for which I am being informed each day that parts required for my bike (Yamaha Ray) is not available and the order which they have placed for bike parts is not delivered yet. My bike was in the same condition for a week in show room so I was forced to take back my bike and got it serviced at a local bike service center. Please take necessary actions regarding this issue.                       Good Afternoon, This mail is to make you aware of the service quality that you are delivering. I am sorry to say but the Yamaha services provided by you are not up to the mark and require immediate attention of the senior staff. Since I was having my service due date for my Yamaha R15 bike, I approached Yamaha authorized service center in Chennai Guduvanchery(Vardhan Motors). Previous day itself I approached and asked whether can i get my bike for service tomorrow early morning. They said yes i ca get my bike for service tomorrow morning. Next day when I approached them early morning 9:30, to my surprise the representative who accepts the bike for service said "we cant service your bike today so bring it tomorrow and when i asked for the reason he said get lost we can't provide you service". I am most annoyed that I wasted a morning waiting for your with your service representative. My impression of your company has been tarnished. I trust this is not the way that your company wished to offer service with valued customers.                         I hv yamaha fzs, problem is the overflow of petrol, service cetre suggested me to some pin u have to change, i change whatever they told me, again the problem was same now they said that ur carburetor is not working properly n u hv to change this My total running kilomerer is 17500, how this is possible that carburator not working.

                          The tyre of my bike was worn out so I went to get it changed on 26th june, 2015 to ORION MOTORS, 518, Bhoovanappa Layout, Opposite The Forum, Hosur Main Road, Kaveri Layout, Koramangala, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560029. When I went to take back the bike I saw that the left side mirror was just hanging. It came out so I immediately mentioned this to the service people. They said that I broke it by adjusting it.Can you believe tha! Anyways after much discussion with the manager and the service team I got them to change it as it was in very good condition when I handed the bike to them. They said that they'll do it on monday i.e. 29th June, 2015. Today they replaced it but with an old mirror from where I don't know. It is full of scratches. I'll also send you all the bill copies and mirror photos by mail. This was a very poor experience being an owner of such a prestigeous bike. I'm very unhappy and also planning to register a formal complaint in the consumer forum about this. I din't expect this from such a big name as YAMAHA.

                            My Yamaha R15 was having a tyre issue so I went to ORION MOTORS 518, Bhoovanappa Layout, Opposite The Forum, Hosur Main Road, Kaveri Layout, Koramangala Bengaluru, Karnataka on 26th june, 2015 to get it replaced. The new tyre was fine but when I saw the left mirror it was broken and came out so I asked them to replace it as it was their mistake as the mirror was fine when I gave the bike to them. They said that I have broken it by adjusting it.Can you believe that! Anyways after much discussion with the manager and the team I made them agree to changing it. They said that on Monday that is 29th june 2015 they will change it and also wrote the same on my bill. On monday they changed it with some old mirror with sctratches all over it. This is outrageous and poor stuff from the service center. What must a customer do? I'm attaching all the documents with this post.

                              My name is Leela Krishna Bachina ([protected]). I am from Hyderabad (TG). I have given my bike 3 months back in Pearly Yamaha Kukatpally Service Center (2nd Free service). My serial no is below 5. I called service center at 3'o clock to check the status they said not yet ready. Again we went directly to service center at 6 o'clock. Still they didn't started to work on my bike. Bike's which are given after me are delivered and they said come after 7 o'clock. Again I went at 7 o'clock and my bike is ready. I asked them did you fixed all the issues in 1 hour. They said we will spend only 1 hour on each bike. I have given some complaints in that 1 issue is making noise when riding. I observed it’s not fixed when I asked mechanic about the issue he said its due to the tool kit under back seat. Daily I am getting the noise so I removed the tool kit, first-aid kit and all and tested again the same noise is came. I have given my bike for 3rd service at same service center on 27/06/2015 (Bike No. TS 07 EG 1252, job code 6962) and I have given the same compliant that after removing all the items also I am getting the same noise, bike is stopping while driving slowly, the one above the front light is shaking, battery check, chain noise while going in neutral Horn is not working sometimes (the same has given in 2nd free service as well) etc. I went to showroom at 7 o'clock to pick my bike. I went for test ride and observed that back side noise & front light dome issues are not fixed which are visible and identified easily. I contacted supervisor he assigned 1 mechanic to check it. He came and just shake the back tire dome and tighten the bolts and the issue got fixed. Same like that the one above front light bolts were tighten after I asked them. I took my bike to home and observed some noise when surroundings are calm. Can't mechanics can go for test ride after fixing the issues to get confirmation whether they fixed complaints properly or not. I observed they will use bikes for their personal usage like to bring breakfast and to go four lunch. I don't know what they are fixing the issues. If I asked about any compliant they will say bring it back in 1 week if still exists then we will fix it. What's the point of giving for service to fix all the issues at once. People who ever visited the service center when I visited their opinion also same like me only. i.e Service centers are not giving importance & priority to Free Services then what's the point of giving free services by company. Instead if you can reduce the bike price we can do it our own. Water service is also not good even though they are charging 60 rupees for cloth and other things. I observed very small scratches on my bike due to bad cloth usage and bike was not washed completely. For 50 rupees outside people will wash better than Service center guys. one guy said to me in front of Pearl yamaha Kukatpally Center cashier that when he gave bike he said don't change Engine Oil as he did it 2 to 3 days before outside due to not believing Service center guys that they are not really changing the engine oil still they changed engine oil. He said how can I believe that they really changed it. After 3 free services done ( 1 with Venkateswara Yamaha & 2 with Pearly Yamaha kukatpally service centers) I came to know that waste of visiting Yamaha service centers for free services. The money which paid for miscellaneous charges (2nd service 130 & 3rd service 60 rupees) if I added little bit more I can get better service outside. I don't know why miscellaneous charges will change from service to service. Next time on wards I don't want to give my bike to Yamaha service centers as there is no difference before and after service.

I purchased YAMAHA R15 FRAME NO :-MEIRG0612E0003003 ENGINE NO :-G3C7E0002922 ON 22/03/2014 from MSP MOTOR WORLD #215 100 feet ring road 3rd phase banashankari 3rd stage bangalore 560085 after 2nd service /1900km my bike is showing warning indication 4 slow blinks and 6 fast blinks I contacted show room they are not repairing the problem and now 6 free service completed in the same show room and the problem not yet solved yesterday I given my bike for 7th service even they not resolved the problem and they are not responding properly now the km is7578 . Important. .. IT IS THE SAFETY ISSUE SINCE ENGINE GETTING OFF SUDDENLY WHILE RAIDING BIKE .. ALREADY 4 ~5 NEAR MISS ACCIDENT HAPPENED DUE TO ENGINE OFF AT 90KM/HR BIKE RAIDING. .. Please note that if the service is not done properly and to put risk on customer safety is very poor ... please educate the service people properly and make customers satisfied. Please consider my complaint seriously and make a solution to my bike problem..                                       With reference to the above, please note that my bike services due on 5th of June, today I have reached your services center at 8.45am, before open the center service station is full. as per your dealer staff, Only 15 bikes can services per day. This is my forth visit in this month, really fed up with your dealer. You may please look in to the matter with priority, unless we may take up with consumer forum. And also, you may please search this link "http://www.complaintboard.in/complaints-reviews/yamaha-panache-enterprises-l695... & google uploaded lot of worst experiences regarding your dealer. Now, really surprised that you are keeping silent long ago with this lot of complaints.

                                        Hi, This is Shabasha.B. I have a complaint regarding invoice no: YM/YM/15/RAY/314. I have got a new Ray z 15 on 12.06.2015 at your Paras yamaha showroom. And my registration is processed on 19.06.2015. While purchasing the vehicle I found some problem with fork and also handlebar was bend. When I questioned them on the same, they said this would be rectified during the first service. And its been a week I bought this vehicle from this showroom and I experienced severe pain on my left hand during the ride. When i approach them on the same today they have taken the handlebar from a new vehicle and replaced in mine. Then I had a test drive, still the problem is same. Today when I ask them regarding the solution for the complaint, they saying like its a problem while they receive the product via transportation and they cant to anything like that. So I didn't took my vehicle back. I left it over there. And I am not a new customer for this place. I have already got three vehicles so far. Here are the details of those vehicles. 1. Purchase year 2013 December. Reg no: TN 01 AV 4300. 2. Purchase year 2014 October. Reg no: TN 01 AW 4000. 3. Purchase year 2015 June. Reg no: TN 01 AY 4300. And in the above mentioned vehicle no 2, still the complaints are going on, but there is not even a proper response from their side. So, for your information, I need a problem valuable solution on my complaint. If you fail to do, I have no other option than proceeding with the consumer court. Thansk Shabasha b [protected]

                                        the show room manager was not able deal and response the issue. the y said its manufacture fault so we cant do any thing.

                                        Its not a first bike for me in yamaha.
