Hi.. This is shabnam here nd m having Yamaha ray scooty frm lst three years.. I have recvd one letter few months back frm paras yamaha vasai stating dat there is some mfg defect in my Yamaha ray handle bar nd it can b replaced frm any nearest yamaha centre bt wen i went to mira road service centre d person did nt helped me out wit d same nd wn i tried to contact d yamaha paras vasai centre to plz replace my ray handle bar at mira road service centre as i cnt travel tl vasai d prsn ovr d phone i.e Mr.manoj js dint listen to me nd askd me to bring d scooty tl his centre nd wn i told hm dat i vl lodged a complaint against u guyz he ws vry cool abt it nd askd me to go nd complaint nd evn d manager of yamaha paras vasai i.e Mr anil more dint helped me out in this matter infact after few dyz wn i cald hm to follow fr d same problm as he hd tld me dat he vl sent the handle bar to mira road centre i.e. shree sai yamaha thn he 1st tld me ki he out f town fr few dyz nd two three dyz agn wn i cald hm up he tld me dat he hs left d job.. So i wuld like to knw whether can anybdy help me out fr my scooty handle bar problem nd i wuld lke to know is ds d service u people give to ur customer.. I wuld suggest dat yamaha should improve der customer service nd shuld try to resolve customers problem at any service centre as it is not alwyz necessary dat d person who hve bought yamaha bike o scooty frm a specific dealer vl alwyz go to d same dealer fr servicing o fr any kind f problem in der bikes...this is my last hope, hopefully i vl find some solution for my problem.     Hello Team, I had some self start issue with my Ray Z vehicle and service centre people told that its battery issue and asked me replace the battery. i went to local service centre and replaced the battery, but still my self start didnt work. when he checked he told that there is some loose connection problem and its not battery issue. and my existing battery would have come at least for 1 more year. service centre people made me to buy new battery without even doing end to end checking and without identifying what is the actual problem. They take service charge and other charges every time when we give vehicle for service, but they don't have time to check the vehicle properly. i guess they just change the oil, wash the vehicle and give.     Even i had very bad experience with perfect riders bannerghatta road. I had a issue with horn in my vehicle they were not able to solve the issue. I stopped giving vehicle for service.

    No started giving my vehicle for service lakshmi international. Service somewhat i am satisfied but now again my self start is not wirking they told me to replace sel motor. I am wondering how it can go so early. I was ready to replace but they dont have stock, si i am using kick start now.

      i have brought fzs v2.o in december 2014 and since thn i am experiencing minor sound and vibration in my disc brake..i hav visited the service center several time but they din't fix it.. they said i have to replace it with a new one and they are charging me with rs.1000 .. so my que is why i should pay... coz my bike is in warranty period

        Hi, for your kind information that yamaha FZ-S (DL3SBS 7605) which have creating the problem pickup & speeding so i have given the our bike authorized service station (Adarsh Yamaha) okhla phase-II, New Delhi they have checked & repair also lot of parts interchange in my bike but problem as it is. We have already paid amount 3655 RS but still i am facing same problem with my bike and from your services . As per your service team there is problem in corroborator and valve, which is chargeable approx 5 k plus so please let me know why i need to pay amount in many batches ? Whereas this type of issue should be captured in first time and still there is no sanity that this will resolve at this time .           sir, I bought fz16 on 11/05/2015 (reg.no- KL13 AE 3502) from my nearest agency (regent motors payyanur). On delivary itself i had noticed many complaints and i had informed it to there service center but they are not caring the matter . I had kept the bike there for 12 days for service and it has not fixed till now . If you guys dont consider my complaint immediately i will forward my complaint to Consumer Court initiating yamaha motors.complaints are- handle bar bent, colour fade, unnessary sounds, vibration, ...             dear yamaha I am a yamaha fazer user grom 2009.living in kannur kerala.Here in yamaha showroom the service is very poor when we need to give our bike for general servicing wd need to book and wait for a long time.eventhough we give after y his long waiting period the irresponsible staffs will not accept phone calls and the will not inform us after finishing the service.i had give n my bike on 2 nd of june bt they didnt inform anything about the bike or service till 3rd noon.when I m calling in the service number there is no response.pls consider my request for improving ur service and i[censored] can try to contact them for this irresponsible act .

              Respected sir I am a Yamaha user from yrs .in 2014 I bought an alpha from ninan motors thiruvalla Kerala even though I had many other options on march 31st yr ending and compelled for registration by there own agent though I said that I have my agent.After many days I asked them that I didn't get my Rc book they said they are not responsible and I didn't get it till date My scooter was not starting from the 2nd month and I complained they never turned back Now its 14 months and I am not able to ride my scooter thus I am complaining as a last hope Kindly find an urgent solution or else I have to move to consumer protection court Thanking you Dr Saji Kurian [protected]@yahoo.co.in [protected]

                Dear Yamaha, I have been a loyal customer of Yamaha for years. I own yamaha R15. Recent experience at Bangalore wheels service station has left me highly disappointed and I am seriously doubting after sales service from Yamaha. The whole episode started when R15 stopped in the middle of the street with blinking engine light. I had to tow the bike 40 kms to deliver it Bangalore wheels for service. Next day, the service engineer called me and informed that "fuel injection" system has to be replaced and i agreed to it. When i went to receive the bike, i was given bill of whopping 12000/- rupees [last service bill was 18000/-]. I drove the bike for 2 kms from service station and bike abruptly stalled on the middle of the road again. I had to push the bike all the way to service station as they are too busy to answer calls. This time the service engineer opens up the bike and says the issue is because of loosing wiring. Since, it was getting late engineer did some half job and gave me the bike. Next day morning, i took the bike out on short stroll and realized that the throttle was not opening past 4000 rpm and bike was giving me serious jerks. Hence, i visited the service station on Monday and after making me wait for 2 hours, engineer inspects the bike and says the jerk is due to worn out sprocket set for i paid 1590 and they fixed it. I left for the office and bike again stalls with RED blinking light. I called up the engineer and he saying the coolant might be low. My horror with bangalore wheels is not over when i am writing this mail. They had my bike for a week and is this the kind of service yamaha is giving to its customer. I am fed up with bangalore wheels and seriously considering to put a case in consumer rights court. i have paid 30000 rupees in 3 months and i don't have a functional bike. Bangalore wheels is hogging money putting up a sign "Authorized yamaha service center". Yamaha how come you have authorized these jokers to run your brand name ???                       Yamaha R15 V2.0 COMPLAINTS

                      SIR I am Nisson . I bought a Yamaha R15 before 6months.. delivered on november 26th 2014.( 650kms only) Now i am really regret my decision.. I have somany problems with my bike.. mainly short circuit.. over heat problem. i have changed the adapter for 3 times.. i cant take this bike to a ride.. i dont have any confidence because i dont have any idea where its goin to break down..( total ride only 650kms ) in that 650km i got somany problems.....

                            I have a yamaha ybr 125 bike buy on 2011 march.i have aproblem when i am ridding it automaticallly stop & dont start again when lock the key and on the key it starts . I have change the cdi coil 4 times, magnet coil, ignition coil & also all the wiring set but still it shows the same problem, many time the cdi coil not work & i have to buy a new one that process i have done many time but it not work & shows the same problem so please help me out from this problem.

                              I have purchased a yahama FZ-S fi model on[protected] and now fz-S fi byk is creating many problem . byk gets automatically off on tha road and afterwardes does not starts...sometimes it's battery gets discharge and somtimes it's charger creates problem. So this byk manufacturing has many defaults and errors. I, thereby, request u either to change the bike as soon as possible otherwise I have to take some legal action towards it. Note: 2 days before only it's battery was changed Than also bky problem is same... I am attached byke purchase bill also ...

                                walter yamaha gm was very bad person of customer he is very response to my phone call complaint on service he not able to work as a gm post mohammed kaseem very poor guy to talk with customer i just given my bike to service and seeing how he is talk with customer is very bad behavior without responsible talk with customer this not only for one customer all the customer too. i just tel it as warang to him

                                  i mayank garg mbbs student in davangere purchased yahama fzs ver 2 on 31 dec 2014 in gwalior. since i am studying in davangere so i brought it here. The bike met with an accident on 17th april 2015 in davangere and was given to SUPREME YAHAMA DAVANGERE on 25th of april. 25 days have passed but still bike parts are not available in the service center. Manager is saying that FRONT FORK INNER TUBE is not available in the yahama company. Bike chassis no- 1RG072CE0048484.                                     I Had flood Scooty Its Making a lot of noise and its choke is not working i had a free service went to them 7 times finally got my turn and told them everything and got my scooty back without washing and oiled choke went home tried to use the choke still makes noise and the choke doesnt work it has been since last 5 months like it

                                      iam very much addicted to yamaha's vehicles, even i hav used 3 vehicles of yamaha in 5 years frazer and szr . last October 2015 i hav purchased yamaha fz version 2. in beginning vehicle was awesome and smooth . after 2 month i hav lost all those excitements. and i hav noticed THE SIDE COVER ON BOTH THE SIDE STARTS BREAKDOWN AUTOMATICALLY .on upper edge of the cover . it was seen on 4 bikes among my circle . so now i suggest my frnds to not to buy yamaha fz version 2. which is not at all gud for andaman road.
