I have bought Yamaha fazer fi v2.0 in march 2015, from next month I am facing this self start issue.. After riding 20-30 km, head light gets automatically off and after 1-2 min all display light turns off.. Only one yellow light blinks.. If I press self, tik tik sound comes but nothing happens..

I have complained to the dealer, went to the service centre.. After service, the machanic told me I will not face such issue, so I can go for long drive..I was 60 km away from my home and bike stopped..not even a single bike was blinking.. I put my bike in 2nd gear and started running but nothing happened.. It was around 1 AM then one auto driver came, we started my bike with clutch gear running .. Next day again I went to service centre they told me to keep my bike for 2 days.so that they can ride and resolve the issue. After 2 days of repairing, I am still facing the same issue.. I am frustrated and tired.. If the bike does not start in morning, I go to the local bike repairing shop..he starts my bike and I give 10 rs to that guy..

This is the story of new Yamaha fazer fi v2.0.. Please suggest

Respected Sir, ours is fazer 2 wheeler paid insurance renewal in the month of October.for recent floods half of it is surrounded by water which is kept in the varandah.mechanics doneservice at home before starting.yesterday I fell down because of break failure.Will I get insurance for total byke if once it is completely serviced..purchased in May 2013.please reply soon.I will give in Nellore.please make to get our byke serviced for insurance.reply soon . Thank You Sir.

    I m really not satisfied with yamaha fz-s, yamaha use worst quality material to make bike. Its torally low quality fiber material, within a year all fiber parts are damage because of low quality. I suggest all peoples that dont buy this kind of lowest grade bike . There showroom person never give u satisfied answer.       I am a software engineer staying in Bangalore currently. Recently I purchased Yamaha Alpha from one of the dealers in Bangalore. The details of this dealer are mentioned below:

      Orion Motors,
      518, Hosur Main Road, Opp. Forum, Bangalore - 560029, Karnataka, India.

      I am sorry to say that I am extremely disappointed with the way they have given the service. I have 2 main complaints about this dealer:

      1. This Yamaha dealer told me (2 days after purchasing the vehicle) that we will provide you only empty number plate & you have to get the stickers of the registration number from outside & stick them by yourself. Our servicemen will not take care of this.
      2. The sales girl who was dealing with me told me while taking the delivery of the vehicle that they don't have service book(or service manual) in stock right now & will give me the service book when I come for the first servicing. I asked her how & when shall I come for first servicing if I don't have service book & I also asked her to write me a mail saying that they don't have service book right now.
      She did not agree for writing a mail. Then I don't know from where suddenly by some magic a stock of at least 30 service books appeared in their cupboard & she took one of them & gave it to me. What shall I conclude from this? In spite of having stock of service books, she was not ready to give it to me initially. Why???

      In past I have purchased vehicles from Honda, TVS & Hero Honda dealers. None of these dealers have ever told me that you have to get stickers from outside & we will provide only empty number plate.
      However this is the first time I have purchased Yamaha vehicle.
      It doesn't even take more than 150Rs. MAX to print these stickers. For just a matter of 150Rs., if the dealer is behaving like this with their customer, then why should customer prefer buying Yamaha vehicle.

      This is seriously causing a loss of trust in Yamaha.

      If you are not taking any action against them then give me one reason why should I recommend my friends/relatives to buy a Yamaha vehicle.

      I am expecting a positive reply from your side as I trust Yamaha & believe that Yamaha has good ethics & values its customer.

      Now it is up to you to prove my trust right or wrong.

        I bought FZS blue core two months back due to bad second service, engine oil is started leaking and then i approched peral yamaha service centre they took my bike and kept two days with them saying that we need to get confirmation for warranty from company and i recieved the bike at 9pm after two days then after coming to home again i found the same problem today bike was stopped suddenly when i took to local mechanic he said it may be because of failure in self reley and if i touch you wont be getting the warranty so he suggested to start the bike by pushing it in keeping second gare

My delivered time is 2:30 pm today 02/11/2015 so I came and chek my bike my bike is not ready for delivery... So I Champlain about this ...during the complain gurd is came and his behaviour is very bad like that I m Berger ... So I want to take action immediately adther ways I complaint in police station about it I am a army officer... If you not taken any action. Than I take action..

              I gave my bike for servicing on sat @ 1:30 pm. After that service center mechanic told me he give the bike tomorrow (Sunday) @5 pm. I went again on sunday to get deliver my bike. Again the mechanic told there are lot of issue related to bike wiring tomorrow by 5 pm (Monday) you will get the bike.

              On monday i gave new battery in service center. When i gone back on monday, mechanic and the manager over there told me bike is not yet repair tomorrow you will get the bike i. E on tuesday.

              Again on tuesday there was no call from them (Bike is repair) you can take the bike. I got my bike on wednesday.

              Thursday night again there was same issue which i was having earlier.

              @friday morning - i went and asked why this happening if you have repair my bike.
              Again the yahama company employee (Rahul and sandip) were checking and observing my bike.

              They told me leave the bike in service center they people want to observe and take *trails* of bike.

              If the bike was with them for 4 days. Then what did they observe and repair.

              On monday - they changed the bike auto part called rectifier / regulator.

              Second time on friday morning - they changed again one auto spare part called as "cutout —"

              Again when new part was changed - they are saying its battery problem (Battery which is new changed is warranty for 2nd time)

              They asked me leave the bike in service center again they have to observe.

              Mechanics are only keeping the bike with them and nothing doing. If i am standing with them and keeping an eye then only they are working. And charging a lot.

                My son registered complaint on the day of incident ie[protected] on yamaha helpline the complaint number is IC-21102-J5G5. It is regarding that My son Mr Sanjay Sharma purchase FZ-16 on[protected] from Shiva Moters west jyoti nager Mojpur Road Near Durga Puri Delhi and on[protected] when my son was driving it it is automatically burned, hardly he control the fire with help of others and call the police through 100 number call. The whole incidence has been conveyed to your office as well as dealer. With is 10 days it is got burned due to your manufacturing defect. So please replace it at once without any further delay to avoid any legal complicity. the whole papers have been collected by Insurance agent from our home. But still I am sufferer and waiting the response from yamaha motors.

                  Yamaha is big name when it come to bike Manufactures but i had a worst experience with Yamaha.
                  I have purchase YAMAHA FZ 16 on 18/10/2015 from one of the authorised dealer" Shiva Motors" located in west jyoti nagar delhi . On 27/10/2015 when i was going to my office through bike, the bike catches severe fire from the engine side. I informed it to Yahama service center but instead of helping they gave me a weird answer that " Yamaha Workshop is closed on Tuesday" .Somehow i manage to control over fire by my own. I also lodge F.I.R about same.
                  Its a humble request to kindly replace my bike and give me a suitably tested one.

                    Hi My Name is Pawan Shetty, I bought Yamaha FZ-S 1.5 month back and did the first servicing a week ago. No doubt the bike is very nice but while giving the bike for servicing, there were some noises from the main stand and from the brakes. The guy in the servicing said it will take 1 day for servicing as there were lot of bikes. I received the bike after 2 days and in the same condition as it was given. Even it was not washed. My brother took the bike and asked them to washed for which they replied the pump is not working and we can wash it afterwards for free as it is a part of 1st servicing. After 1 week on 17.10.2015, I gave a call to service center regarding the wash, and the reply was the pump is not working and I should visit them on Monday, (this means that they have not washed any bike in last 1 week), I am working professional and don't have time to visit them on weekdays and on weekends the pump doesn't work. I even don't think there is anything done to my bike in 2 days no improvement. I don't know why they take so many bikes for servicing if they are not capable enough to handle it.                       Sir, My name is vishal vilochan and i purchased yamaha ray-z, frame no ME12NC016D2017606, engine no- 2NC1016830 on dated 30th june 2013. My registration no is DL 13SN 2309. I brought the scooty to bihar in march 2015 in Jehanabad and since then i have done 3 servicing from M/s Trimurti Motors, vasudev bhavan, horilganj, jehanabad, bihar-804408 on dated 18mar 2015, 10 july 2015 and 7 oct 2015. They changed my yamaha lube on 10 july 2015 at 11000 km, when i took it for the next servicing on dated 07th oct 2015 at 11302 km, they told me that my yamaha lube has burnt and needs changing even after 302 km of my bike run. When i told them that this is misleading and yamaha promises atleast 1000km before the new change of yamaha lube and that they must be stealing customer in the engine oil change then they started fighting and said to complain as they dont care. When i asked about the reason for change of yamaha lube after 302 km of run then they had no answer. So either they are stealing customer cause they dont change the yamaha lube in front of the customer and later on they just fight with the custome.. Kindly look into this matter because this is the worst experience of mine with yamah service centre. They have faulty customer service and always misleading and misbeviour with the customer.                         This is a complaint against Yamaha Bike service station (Pune Factory Shop-Wakdewadi, Pune). I have had multiple instances with same service center(Pune Factory Shop-Wakdewadi, Pune). Service has always been a disappointment at this service station whether its before the bike service or after that. Instance 1: [Date: 14/02/2015] Gave my bike for service and asked to change my bike's indicator socket. They didn't change it and said " Sir baad me kara lena". And when visited[Date:15/03/2015] them again to get it changed they said we can't do it right now get it changed on next service. Instance 2: [Date: 28/08/2015] Went for service again, they were going under some renovation, so they said we can't do the service today, will give your bike in 2-3 days or come after 7-8 days once the service area get restored. Instance 3: [Date: 07/10/2015] Today I visited them again after 1.5 months and asked them for change of parts, again came across with same answer, "We can't change the parts or wash your bike today if you want you can give your bike for basic service or come after 2-3 days". I don't know what they really do with basic service. They don't even clean the bike properly, you can find sludge smeared around the corners, don't understand what actually they do. I am highly dissatisfied with their service as well as client handling. Kindly look into the matter and provide a solution. If I have to travel far distances to get my bike serviced then the existence of the service station is not justified as well as maintenance of Yamaha bike for me will become a pain. I would gladly move to different providers and also spread the word. YOU CAN'T EXPECT FACTORY OUTLET OF FALLING SHORT OF SPARE PARTS.

                          1 st i wnt to sy that yamaha is just a fake company..nd its just wnt to earn money from there customers.. so please don't purchase yamaha bikes... M purchase fz-16 bike within 6 months his bike is started giving problems to much... in my bike its hv air leak problem from his back rim... nd many more..n m also go in service center bt he said pls come another day n nw he also saying that only that is ur problem nd started asking money again from me... there superviser told me that come on monday bt today i go there bt that center is close nd nw theres watchman says come tomorrow again... this center at wakdewadi pune mumbai highway... n my dad is a press reporter at "Times of India" news foram nd nw i will told to my dad that pls show yamaha bikes are just stupid company..n show his reality to other peoples...

                            I have bought yamaha alpha blue core on[protected] at siri motors, east godavari district, rajahmundry city - 533103. My customer id: 3165000f3915f09, invoice no: v1500344, frame no: meise7793f0005613

                            Today i have faced speedometer problem, it suddenly stopped working within 3 months of purchase for which i complained number of times to pavan (Technician in - charge) yamaha authorised service centre, rajahmundry, but they are saying its a manufacturing problem we can't do anything, & refused to replace the speedometer wire.

                            So, why i have to pay the charges if my bike is under warranty??? What a time waste, the after sales service is just horrible. I am sick and tired of your product now. I bought this bike by considering that yamaha is a great brand but i am so disappointed by this product. I am raising this issue to you all to highlight that i am totally fed up of your after sales service. I have decided to approach consumer forum. I have never seen such unprofessional attitude anywhere and yours being a yamaha brand, i wanted to raise this issue with you all first to raise that i have a horrible experience of yamaha. Please take your manufacturing defect product & replace with new one. Waiting for prompt response.

                              Dear sir, I took Yamaha FZS-FI from Sri kanna Yamaha motors, Dindigul on 25/03/2015. I paid the total amount through Loan. I paid the remaining cash amount Rs.35710 to the salesman Mr. Praveen. The remaining amount I paid through Muthood Finace loan.He received the cash and didn’t gave any receipt. When i asked the receipt, he written the amount in Quotation paper and signed on it. This is the document I am having for my paid amount. When I am asking registration for my bike, showroom persons told me to pay the amount Rs.35710. When i approach the showroom The sales person Mr. Praveen no more available with them. They told about praveen that he stolen the cash and gone out. He took all the money paid by the customers and gone out. Like me 10 persons paid the amount through Mr. Praveen. Now we can’t able to trace him. Dealers clearly told that if we paid the amount, the only they can able to register the vehicles. They didn’t took the responsibility of the salesman Mr Praveen. Now we approached the local court for this problem. We request you to please solve the problem. Otherwise YAMAHA Name will be spoiled in and around.                                 Still now not given LH side panel from service centre, all panels panits are came out need to change all the panels.I brought new bike nearly 10 months gone. Services centre no response and all. I need proper action and need to change my bike panels. Also I am waiting for good service centre.

I bought Yamaha FZ-S in the name of my Father on 26th August, 2015 evening in Walters Yamaha, who is an authorized dealer of Yamaha. Problems with my Bike before delivery Muffler has been scratched. I told to replace them. They have replaced. Forget to give the Tool kit and First Aid kit. After asking them, they have given that. Issues after Delivery On the next day after I bought the bike, as it is a new bike, I have founded that the bottom of the bike is fully covered with the rain water dirt. Some one while taking the bike to the RTO (which is 1 km apart from the showroom) for registration has made this and they didn't even cleaned and delivered me. The next day when I took the bike for a ride, I felt that the sound of the engine has been changed and an extra different noise came from engine. And also the idling response during the start up was not responsive even I will put the choke and start via Kicker. As I'm an Automobile Engineering Graduate, I have noticed it and took it to the Showroom on that day itself. Mr. Siva who is a Sales executive in that Showroom only has delivered me the bike on the before day. I told him about the issue. But he replied that it's not a big issue and they will correct that during the 1st service. My bike has travelled 625 Kms so far. I have maintained the speed ratio between 40-45km. I won't be using my bike in rainy climate. After 625 kms, I took my bike for the 1st service on 19th September 2015. I told all the issues I faced during by 625 kms ride and they have told that they will check and intimate me incase of any problem. After few hours, I got a call from Walters Yamaha. A service inspection man spoke to me and told that I have been rash driving the bike and due to that Valve and Rocker Arm has been jammed. I rushed to the Showroom and told everything clearly how I have using the bike from the delivery and told them the issues which I got the next day of the delivery. But they are refusing to accept their faults. I don't know how a valve and rocker arm can be damaged in a soft riding and also don't know whether the bike itself has came with this problem or the showroom person has made a rash drive during the registration. But they are charging me for their fault. Everyone is blaming me for some one's mistake. Myself only used the vehicle till the date. Will anyone think to buy a Bike from Yamaha hereafter if such problems are faced by Customers? Please take it is a severe issue. If any action is not taken within time, I'm going to file a case on Both Yamaha Motors and Walters Yamaha.

                                    I have a Yamaha gladiator ss bike.Recently my bike not strating.i went to a workshop near my house, they said CDI is need to replace.So i bought a genuine Yamaha CDI for Rs.1860. But after change the CDI not works, mechanic said that the new CDI not working.I went to shop they are not taking back.Yamaha is why manufacture like this ?.I totally fed out for my waste of money....

                                    I bought Yamaha Ray scooter on[protected] with the on road price Rs.56, 363 from Sairam Motors in Ambattur, Chennai-53. I took the bike on finance scheme provided by Bushan Auto Finance Pvt Ltd as follows: Initial Payment - Rs.30, 150 and the balance on loan. Interest rate of 6.99%. Term of 14yrs term (4 terms paid in advance along with the initial payment). However I was confused when I got a loan confirmation letter from Bushan Finance stating my loan amount is Rs.40, 000 with 18yrs term (4yrs prepaid term) at the interest rate of 6.99%. As per my calculation I had paid 2000 rs. extra which is not accounted either in the loan confirmation letter or in the initial payment bill. Moreover, due to some delay in R.T.O my vehicle registration was done only on[protected]. When I went to Sairam Motors, Head office in Padi, Chennai on[protected], I was made to wait between 5pm to 8pm just to get the clarification on how the loan amount is calculated. After a long wait, Hr Manager of Sairam Motors Mr.Balakrishnan along with Mr.Senthil VP-Bushan Auto Finance came to me after their discussion and stated that they have done a mistake by taking 1100 extra due to some calculation mistake and that was already returned by Bushan Finance to Sairam Motors as it showed as excess amount collected from customer. However no one called me to refund this amount until I went and asked them. The other balance of 1000 rs. was taken from me for Group health insurance from Chola MS which they said was mandatory for all customers but the same was not informed to me at the time of Sale. The staff of Sairam Motors apologized for the same when asked about it. Due to all this incident & a long wait, I had an accident on the same day[protected] night at 9pm when I was going back home from Sairam Motors and it was raining when a guy came crossing the road carelessly, so I had to apply my brakes suddenly and my bike skidded which resulted in my left elbow fracture. If I was not made to wait for 3 hours to give such a small clarification, I wouldn't have had such an accident to undergo all that pain & unfortunate expenses. After losing my trust, belief and being frustrated with the kind of response and service they gave, I am forced to raise this complaint as I have not got my refund back even after they promised me to pay it. When I call them, I get a repeated response that the authorized signatory is not available to sign the cheque. Please assist me to get the right compensation for all this. Thank you in Advance.

                                      I called yamaha customer care to address my complain that my fascino is not giving even half the mileage advertised. In fact its giving me only mileage between 20-22 i have serviced the bike once but to tge the contrary the mileage has reduced further . when i am calling the call kept me waiting around 24 mins saying i am on line and my call will be answered shortly but after that the call was disconnected automatically . i have proof of the calling since the call was recorded. To my surprise i never moved from no. 2 to no. 1 in this 24 mins. Last time i called was the same i got stuck at number 2. Hell of a service
