Dear sir. I am PRATHEEP KUMAR from bangalore. I purchased YAMAHA R15 FRAME NO :-MEIRG0612E0003003 ENGINE NO :-G3C7E0002922 ON 22/03/2014 from MSP MOTOR WORLD #215 100 feet ring road 3rd phase banashankari 3rd stage bangalore 560085 after 2nd service /1900km my bike is showing warning indication 4 slow blinks and 6 fast blinks I contacted show room they are not repairing the problem and now 6 free service completed in the same show room and the problem not yet solved yesterday I given my bike for 7th service even they not resolved the problem and they are not responding properly now the km is7578 . Important. .. IT IS THE SAFETY ISSUE SINCE ENGINE GETTING OFF SUDDENLY WHILE RAIDING BIKE .. ALREADY 4 ~5 NEAR MISS ACCIDENT HAPPENED DUE TO ENGINE OFF AT 90KM/HR BIKE RAIDING. .. Please note that if the service is not done properly and to put risk on customer safety is very poor ... please educate the service people properly and make customers satisfied. Please consider my complaint seriously and make a solution to my bike problem..         With reference to the above, please note that my bike services due on 5th of June, today I have reached your services center at 8.45am, before open the center service station is full. as per your dealer staff, Only 15 bikes can services per day. This is my forth visit in this month, really fed up with your dealer. You may please look in to the matter with priority, unless we may take up with consumer forum. And also, you may please search this link "http://www.complaintboard.in/complaints-reviews/yamaha-panache-enterprises-l695... & google uploaded lot of worst experiences regarding your dealer. Now, really surprised that you are keeping silent long ago with this lot of complaints.

          Hi, This is Shabasha.B. I have a complaint regarding invoice no: YM/YM/15/RAY/314. I have got a new Ray z 15 on 12.06.2015 at your Paras yamaha showroom. And my registration is processed on 19.06.2015. While purchasing the vehicle I found some problem with fork and also handlebar was bend. When I questioned them on the same, they said this would be rectified during the first service. And its been a week I bought this vehicle from this showroom and I experienced severe pain on my left hand during the ride. When i approach them on the same today they have taken the handlebar from a new vehicle and replaced in mine. Then I had a test drive, still the problem is same. Today when I ask them regarding the solution for the complaint, they saying like its a problem while they receive the product via transportation and they cant to anything like that. So I didn't took my vehicle back. I left it over there. And I am not a new customer for this place. I have already got three vehicles so far. Here are the details of those vehicles. 1. Purchase year 2013 December. Reg no: TN 01 AV 4300. 2. Purchase year 2014 October. Reg no: TN 01 AW 4000. 3. Purchase year 2015 June. Reg no: TN 01 AY 4300. And in the above mentioned vehicle no 2, still the complaints are going on, but there is not even a proper response from their side. So, for your information, I need a problem valuable solution on my complaint. If you fail to do, I have no other option than proceeding with the consumer court. Thansk Shabasha b [protected]

          the show room manager was not able deal and response the issue. the y said its manufacture fault so we cant do any thing.

          Its not a first bike for me in yamaha.

            I went for taking delivery of my vehicle.sales executive called me to come to showroom for taking the delivery when I went I'm surprised to see the vehicle was not even washed and no assessories is fixed . I found the new vehicle was scratched and it was damaged while carriage.service person took 2 hours to deliver new vehicle .somehow I manage to take the delivery of the vehicle and on second day I found the break light is not working I called so many times to the sales person regarding this he was not picking up the call.they promised me to provide some free accessories kit but on the time of delivery they said the accessories are out of stock.

                Yamaha team, i have purchased Rayz(CG04 KS 7012) on[protected]. Currently ten services has been done(one left). From last 9-10 months i have continuously facing the self start problem which i have intimated to the respective dealer service centre(swastik sales, raipur) and in response they said it was switch problem, then battery problem but my problem remains same only .so i would like to request you to please solve this problem of mine either replace my scooter or give my money back because your service centre is irresponsible and worst .one more problem i m facing nowadays is that of poor average Kindly solve these two issues of mine Vibhor shukla Raipur(Chhattisgarh)

                    I usually complete bike service before due date. Last week completed the 5th service on Wednesday and then I took my bike for long ride for first time for Kerala. Where the self start stopped working, there is no kicker. So I managed to come back by towing the bike for starting it. That's fine, so again I left my bike to fix it on this Tuesday on 17/6/2015. And they said I can get my bike by next day. Till now I didn't get any reply from them like what happened to my bike. So called them a while ago they asked me check with manager, whose phone was busy. So only I called the landline. The lady who picked my call said manager is out of station, so I need to reach him through cell. I called at once and the manager says he was office only. So this says nobody there clearly knows what is happening in their place. At last manager said they don't have spare parts to fix the problem so this might take sometime which is not sure for him. So if this is the info that manager gives to his customers. Then think about how the lower level employee and how he/she will behave to customers. Also workers over there will fight with each other in front of customers. They will take more than 45 minutes to place job card while leaving the bike for service, then I asked for reason. They replied employees are yet to come to office at 10.15a.m. Even after service is completed twice I had problems with my bike on 2nd & 3rd service. There are lot more complaints. But let me see what you guys are going to do??? Am talking about Bikerz authorized Yamaha service center in chrompet.

                          i have bought yemaha FZ-S version 2 bike.it has give lot of noise while driving, my 5th service also finished even thought it gives same sound.so i have a doubt with my yamaha fz-s version 2 engine and silencer is original or not...????? why it doesn't give smoothness in driving and how to rectify that problem. i visited your service center to rectify this around five times till now, but nothing got resolved.so i am very disappointed with the YAMAHA's authorised service center.(SS AGANCIES NAMAKKAL BRANCH)

                              I bought a scooter(Rayz-KL 01 BR 709) from Yamaha Hilton Motors Ulloor, Trivandrum kerala, from last August 2014(Engine no:2NC1138448, Colour-Green black).The company offered 55-60 km/l to this scooter.But I got only mileage below 20km/l till now.My salary is only below 10000.I am spending about 150Rs per day for petrol and I also spending 1831Rs for CC/month.So I am submitting this complaint against Yamaha for cheating.So I want either a new vehicle or my compensation.Otherwise I will go forward to the next legal steps against Yamaha.                                 yahaha sz-r ( seems to be a failure model) i bought my vehicle 2012.. from the beginning i'm facing black smoke and mileage problem and hand pain also usually i give it to yamaha service station only ...they said to clean the carbarator, air filter and etc all are checked and sometimes changed also...but no use and satisfaction i need a help from india

                                  Respected Sir, I Hansaben M. Parmar resident of Chandkheda Ahmedabad. i have bought the Cygnus Yamaha alpha from Planet Yamaha, Chandkheda, Showroom on[protected]. The Engine number is E3N6E0002071. After riding 1800 kilometers I did not get registration number. While asked to the Sales Executive at Showroom, He said that your registration process under goes. Yesterday I got the replied that agent has been misplaced your registration form. i have caught by the traffic police for twice time. They fine me 100 rupees for driving vehicle without Registration. There is no strictly follow up taken by the agent so i request you to make some action from yourside so that i get my registration number soon. In the RTO The name of the agent is Haribhai and the person who take the follow up frm Yamaha Chandkheda is Pratik Joshi ( Sales Executive) Revert back me asap Thanks & Regards, Hansaben parmar Chandkheda, Ahmedabad

                                    I own Yamaha FZS 1) Worst Engine (Misfiring) 2) Worst Back tyre (Prone to maximum punctures) 3) Worst customer service. 4) Air leakage between Tyre and Rim 5) No reply to complain lodged to "[protected]@yamaha-motor-india.com" Please dont go for Yamaha as they take customers for granted.

                                      Hi.. This is shabnam here nd m having Yamaha ray scooty frm lst three years.. I have recvd one letter few months back frm paras yamaha vasai stating dat there is some mfg defect in my Yamaha ray handle bar nd it can b replaced frm any nearest yamaha centre bt wen i went to mira road service centre d person did nt helped me out wit d same nd wn i tried to contact d yamaha paras vasai centre to plz replace my ray handle bar at mira road service centre as i cnt travel tl vasai d prsn ovr d phone i.e Mr.manoj js dint listen to me nd askd me to bring d scooty tl his centre nd wn i told hm dat i vl lodged a complaint against u guyz he ws vry cool abt it nd askd me to go nd complaint nd evn d manager of yamaha paras vasai i.e Mr anil more dint helped me out in this matter infact after few dyz wn i cald hm to follow fr d same problm as he hd tld me dat he vl sent the handle bar to mira road centre i.e. shree sai yamaha thn he 1st tld me ki he out f town fr few dyz nd two three dyz agn wn i cald hm up he tld me dat he hs left d job.. So i wuld like to knw whether can anybdy help me out fr my scooty handle bar problem nd i wuld lke to know is ds d service u people give to ur customer.. I wuld suggest dat yamaha should improve der customer service nd shuld try to resolve customers problem at any service centre as it is not alwyz necessary dat d person who hve bought yamaha bike o scooty frm a specific dealer vl alwyz go to d same dealer fr servicing o fr any kind f problem in der bikes...this is my last hope, hopefully i vl find some solution for my problem.                                         Hello Team, I had some self start issue with my Ray Z vehicle and service centre people told that its battery issue and asked me replace the battery. i went to local service centre and replaced the battery, but still my self start didnt work. when he checked he told that there is some loose connection problem and its not battery issue. and my existing battery would have come at least for 1 more year. service centre people made me to buy new battery without even doing end to end checking and without identifying what is the actual problem. They take service charge and other charges every time when we give vehicle for service, but they don't have time to check the vehicle properly. i guess they just change the oil, wash the vehicle and give.                                         Even i had very bad experience with perfect riders bannerghatta road. I had a issue with horn in my vehicle they were not able to solve the issue. I stopped giving vehicle for service.

                                        No started giving my vehicle for service lakshmi international. Service somewhat i am satisfied but now again my self start is not wirking they told me to replace sel motor. I am wondering how it can go so early. I was ready to replace but they dont have stock, si i am using kick start now.
