i have purchased a Yamaha Scooty RAY-Z on 5-April-2015 (20 Days Ago only) Facing self start issue, it does not start on Battery. our Dealer ADARSH YAMAHA (A-10 Khanpur new delhi) neither given any battery warranty card nor replacing the battery. Please suggest. Darshan [protected]

Hi,
I'm also facing the same issue. They are not even responding to the customers properly and they refused to change the battery now.

      Dear Sir / Madam I am Vinesh P N from kodambakkam in Chennai on October 2013 I booked my vehicle in Jain Yamaha near t nagar my vehicle Enginee no. 2NC1055586, Chasis no. ME12NC019D2055570 Vehicle no. TN 09 BU 7744 from the time of starting 1st service the vehicle in service in same place but the last service I.e 8 th service I did in Walters yahama which is newly opened near my office at ayanavaram just opp to Chennai kilpauk ESI hospital . Now the reason for sending this mail is I am not satisfied by the service which they did for details I attached my service details . From the time of 1st service the vehicle engines is getting off in running for each service I am informing about getting off of vehicle to the concern person the service centre at the delivery time that person says hereafter it won't got engines off but no improvement. Not only this in 6th service the service centre has totally damaged my vehicle it is the vehicle Bach wheel is getting bumped when I asked them from the 2nd day of my 6th service they said that in enginee there is a belt it is going to damage so that only it's getting bumped they said and with in a gap of 45 day in same place I gave the vehicle for service in 7th service it's going smooth for that they said it's said a small problem in enginee so that it's happended like that. I asked that in 6th service you said that it is enginee belt is going to damage for that they answer is no response for that case I changed the service centre where I gave my vehicle for service I attached the bill of 8th service where I gave my vehicle for service from the time of service with in 2 week the same problem I.e vehicle is getting bumped i.e vehicle is not going smooth from past 2 days problem is getting high at the same time vehicle enginee is getting off in the speed of 40 kmph of speed I am very much scared in huge traffic r in the high speed where all the vehicles move so speed if vehicle gets enginee off what will be happenes to me . Tomorrow I am going to leave the vehicle for service centre where I did my service centre I.e starting from 1st to 7th service. I won't even pay even a Re 1 pai also enginee getting off problem in running and Bach wheel bumped all the problem in the vehicle need to solved this problem gets continue with this e mail and my service details I need to complaint in the newspaper about there service in the concern service centre .. Note: I won't even pay a bill amount for the 9th service and the same time if this problem happens again the Complaint the service this those details it will be published in newspaper abt there bad service Thanks you Regards Vinesh P N +91 [protected]

        Dealer : Senthil kumar - Hosur Customer Friendly : - Dealer doesn't have the facility of accepting the credit card. - Not promoting any attraction while selling the vehicle. - Yamaha Seals person connect nil on this dealer since no one knows theperson name & Phone no. Quality : Handle bar position not proper. I have given my vehicle for service... the following are theobservation. - They are using hammer and chisel for correcting the handlebar positioning. ( Surprised to see the new vehicle problem correctedthrough hammering ) - They said the problem with the manufacturers cannot be corrected. ( being the manufacturer passing with different quality leveli don’t think this vehicle could have notbeen passed. ) - Dealer appraised that Front and rear wheel positioning could not ableto do since there is no tool available. - With the free service no other dealer is charging Rs. 150 for Consumable ( Grease, Waste ) cost ..Needs to beaddressed ( Hope being the manufacturer you will be includingthose cost in Free service ) - There is no customer feedback card/ form available in the show room Totally dissatisfied with the dealer and performance of the vehicle.. Hope you will treat this subject very seriously and do connect with meat the earliest.

          Hi Yamaha, I want to complaint about Licence support plate in Yamaha FZ FI 2.0. Licence support plate is very fragile, by only a little push of mini Volleyball it has broken two times. Last time when it has broken and fall apart that time I used Quick Fix to attach the licence plate back to the place and it was fine. But today again children were playing I was standing there in front of me volleyball hit slowly to Licence Plate and it fell apart again but this time it cracked down from different place I mean not from the same place it has broken where I had used QuickFix, that fix is as it was. But from a new crack line this time. Very bad quality fiber is used in License support plate. What should I do if I will go for a new Licence plate that is very fragile again it will brake. Please advise and revert. Thank you.

            Dear Sir I have purchased Yamaha Bike Model FZ in Nov.2010.all was going good with the bike but in jan 15 when I replaced my chain set there is nothing good with the bike.From last four month my bike not starting well. There is missing problem in my bike.I have visited 10 times to the service center for the same problem, but my problem is not solved out.Yamaha engineer from Delhi Mr. Jaswant Singh is also failed to identified the problem. Today I have visited your service center regarding the same issue & I have met Mr. jaswant singh & the owner Mr.Harsh but instead of solving my problem they started shouting on me & they abuse with me. Even they refuse to attend next time me as customer & they Have said their Security Gaurd that dont allow to me to enter the service station again. So I want to ask you what I do know please guide me the proper way .I am also considering to take legal action against the owner & the staff of Yamaha!               i am santhosh mathew rom ADIMALIf, idukki dt. kerala state. I have one FZS bike and it is time to change its front tyre and i am very sorry to inform you that here in Adimali i visited around 5 shops and all say that the tyre is not available. I am not able to go distances and get a tyre.The same problem i faced last year when i tried to change my bike's back tyre.What shall i do? why don't you provide it through your service centres? If you cannot provide spare parts why don't you stop production of such items? I really regret for buying an item from yamaha.Hope you may find a solution for the problem.SANTHOSH MATHEW, [protected]

                SIR I PURCHASED MY BIKE YAMAHA R15 FORM GEETA YAMAHA SAHIBABAD ON 11/08/2013 AND SIR IT IS IN WARRANTY FOR 5 YEARS. FROM DEC 14 MY BIKES BODY PART HAS STARTING RUSTING. THEN I WENT TO SHOWROOM THAT MY BIKES BODY PARTS HAS STARTED RUSTED THEN THEY SAID THAT IS NOT THIER FAULT AND NOW THEY ARE NOT LISTENING ME NOW. SIR I AM HIGHLY DISSAPIONTED WITH YOUR SERVICE.                     I’m Bharath from Mangalore- Karnataka and I got my new r15’s from hanuman Motors on the 29/11/2014 and I really find it hard to drive it. Every time I go to the service centre for specific complaint they try to solve the problem but they are not possible till now... i already kept my bike more than 06 times in 4 months (excluded service). the problem is about like fuel cut off like in other bikes ( reserve fuel) I kindly request you to take necessary action before I proceed further with my complaint to the Consumer Court and And this is my 4th bike from Yamaha and I have not received or faced such a worst bike from Yamaha. So please do the needful help. Thank you BHARATH

                      I have brought Ray Z from oswal Auto's, G.T karnal Road, Azadpur Industrail area, Delhi. Now i am facing working the starting problem and have visited many times in oswal Auto's but to solve the problem even they are not attended the customer. And also said the same complaint in second service Still using my ray z on kick start coz battery is not working. Very poor service from Yamaha. And never buy the Yamaha product again only coz of poor service from dealer.                           Dear Yamaha, I have purchased FZ-s from Pune wakedewadi factory shop. Your dealer is not behaving properly when I am asking about registration certificate of my vehicle. Bike was purchased in Jul 14. Now its aprl 15 there is no clue where my RC is. My vehicle no. : MH 14 EN 2275. All other ppl who purchaesd their vehicle in same month got their certificates from transport office well in Time.when I am going to transport office they are sending me back saying ask your dealer to contact in transport office.and dealer is not responding to me at all, this is really frustrating me. Pls reply me what to do? If you can not do anything let me know.I will start filing case in consumer forum against yamaha india.as much as I know vehicle registration is part of dealer. Thanks in advance.looking for a positive answer.

                            This letter has been written to inform you about the appalling behaviour on part of Dealer National Motors Paippad which is a sub dealer of Ninan Motors Pathanamthitta, Kerala. I had bought a bike which was duly delivered on Saturday, April 4th, 2015. All fine, but they have me running around in circles when it came to their promise of issuing me a temporary permit(TP). As the primary intention of buying a two-wheeler is for driving on the roads, the lack of a TP does not allow me to do so.They were supposed to give me the TP on Saturday but due to reasons only known to them they chose otherwise. It's been 5 days now and my life does not revolve around me going to that particular sub dealer every day for a purpose that should have been taken care of, then and there.


                            He promised to provide ladies footrest for Yamaha FZ Version 2.0 on free of cost with the bike. They say it can't be done. Pray tell me the reason, if there is! From what I've heard, for a registration fee of Rs 500 or less as per rule 81 of CMV, I was asked to cough up Rs. 2000. They gave an excel sheet bill instead of original PURCHASE BILL AND SERVICE BOOK. He didn't INSURED my vehicle yet now.This is shabby customer service that needs to be dealt with strict action if any. Service like this compromises on your good name and good will, and this is going as far as to stretch those limits. Please look into this matter. It is the least that can be done.

                              SM Danish Faisal Yamaha Fz-S DOP- 18/05/2014 date of battery manufacture- december 2013 Dehradun mob no- [protected] I have purchased Yahama Fz-s from Seventy Motors on 18/05/2014 they have installed a 5 month old battery in my bike whose warranty expired according to the Exide before one year from my purchase of bike this is a fraud and now they are not even entertaining me for the replacement of my battery as it is not working and even their behavior towards me is very rude and unprofessional. This is not my fault that they are giving old battery to me in new bike. its a complete fraud and i need your help on this.

                                Sir this is balaji from visakhapatnam My bike(yamahafz16) 3rd servicing had been completed previously it used to give a mileage in between 43-45 mostly 45 but it suddenly dropped to 38 to 40 and pick up i.e performance also dropped ..please resolve it as early as possible..

One is original black where as the other one is battle green. I only find this now because of dilapidation of original colour. I asked the dealer but they say they can't do anything.                                     Dear Team, I brought Yamaha SS 125 bike as on 03-May-2012 after that Igive my bike for regular service to Harshil Motors at Axar Chowk No any issuewith this service station After that the said service station was closed so Igive my bike for service at Harshil Motors Nizampura. From the inception I facing regular issue with you HarshilMotors Nizampura. You can checked my previous written complaint where I ready topay whatever charges than also they do wok in my bike like local Mechanic. (NOT AT ALL ACEEPTABLE) Here I would like to share some more incident. 1. Youcan cross checked my previous complaint regarding disk break where I ready topay charges than also Harshil Motors Mechanic do work like local mechanic.Still today I facing issue for this. 2. Igiven my bike for services & some parts after next day I got msg fromHarshil Motors Yamaha that bike is ready so I visited your service station forpick up. Randomly I ask for the original parts which was fitted in my bike so Isurprised that price was differ as on bill mentioned higher MRP amount insteadof mentioned MRP on Parts. 3. Youcan cross check my job cards where I due to not proper services again I givewithin 25/30 days. 4. Yesterday(01-Apr-2015) I give my bike for service so they told me that due to Year endclosing delivery will be done as on 03-Apr so I agreed & give bike forServices. Today (02-Apr-2015) around 3.30 I got msg that my bike is ready so Ivisited Harshil Motors Nizampura for pick up again surprised that bike is notready for delivered so I ask reason for that so they told me that ‘ MECHANIC ISNOT AVAILALBLE & IF YOU WANT TO PROPER SERVICE THAN YOU HAVE TO PICK YOUBIKE BY TOMORROW (03-Apr-2015). Here again they are missed to give properservice to the customer. Due to some my personal work I will be ready to pickbike & ask for the bill for parts which was fitted in my bike so they toldthat at present we are unable to generate the bill as you can pay payment Rs.1100/- & take your bike & bill will be issued after 1 day. THIS WAS ACCEPTABLE ?????????????????????????? AS A CUSTOMER MY FIRST RIGHT TO ASKFOR THE BILL & PROPER SERVICE IN MY BIKE. 5. Again talked with owner regarding this issue soowner shouted on mechanic &told that If you are aware that there is a regular issue with particular thiscustomer than why you have renewed AMC. (NOT AT ALL ACEEPTABLE) .& told methat you pl cancel your AMC & refund the money. So I agreed but I told himthat give me in written that my AMC cancelled in midterm so they are not ready.

                                      Hi I just bought Yamaha FZ Bike on 13th March 2015...Driving this bike for around 0.5 kms itself causes terrible pain in my left arm due to vibration sensation. The showroom says there is some alignment setting problem and even after getting the setting done twice so far...same problem persists. Request you to replace this bike with a new Bike as this particular product bought by me has company defect. Kindly do the needful at the earliest.                                       I am also facing issue in my FZ v 2.0. I think your problem due to vehicle going LH side when driving in a straight road. Did your complaint solved?

                                        my bike 17000 km has gone.Im facing lot of product failure given below 1.Rear tire one side tire worn out 2.Chain sprocket worn out 3.Clutch hose & accelarator hose damaged 4.Oil seal damage from front shock absorber 5.Battery failured. I am feeling bad that why i selected yamaha.
