Dear sir I would like inform you Before two months back I was buying a FZ 2nd version from FZ showroom ghatkoper Link Road mumbai 400084 But after 2nd service some technical problems in bike suddenly total sound Chang . And some extra sound come from bike . Extra heat problem Pickup problem Extra vibration . I'm go 3, 4 time in Yamaha service centre but no one people entertain me . I'm already take 2 leave for that . I am request you sir kind solve this problem as soon as possible.     i bought my bike in feb 2015 FZ S version aftr a month there was a strange sound in silencer other than a normal bike sound so wen complained to the nearst service center in chennai Nanganallur they said that its a manufacturing defect and they will replace it as the bike is in a warranty period wenever i call they say that the silencer is in back order and the stock dint reach us already it has been a month so i hope that yamaha will take a serious action in all the complaints which is registered.

      i have fzs ver 2(molten orange ) bike its petrol tank leaking due to manufacturing defect its one month i am having this problems two times i shown this to yamaha service centre indra nagar bangalore.they told they will replace the petrol tank. if every time i call to service centre they are not giving a proper replay regarding when my petrol will get replaced. please help in this matter, i am loosing my faith in yamaha brand, as my bike iam unable ride because of this problem my contact no:[protected]

        I have a Yamaha FZ-S bike. When I gave my bike for service on January 2015, I had oil leakage from left shock absorbers and mechanic advised me to change both the oil seals as the odo crossed 25k kms. Soon after that service I had the same leakage problem in right Shock absorber, after servicing the mechanic told me the oil seals are badly damaged and needs to be changed. It clearly indicates that they have not changed my oil seals in Right shock absorber but billing was done for that too. They clearly cheat people and spoil the reputation of YAMAHA.           Sir, am kannan, feb 24 2015. I bought yamaha fazer version2. After the completion of 1st service on mar 24. Some problem has occurred like our noise and more smoke emission... So i applied for reservice, after checking the workers said its due to "clutch plate problem", so they said to change the clutch plate. I was waiting for 20days, till now they had not done anything favour to me, the workers had saying the parts didn't came including the general manager said like that, without my bike i cant go to my job, (NOTE; I lost my salary for 20 days). So i was in helpless condition, now i am posting a compliant against "Walters yamaha" and the general manager "Mohammad". So please do the needy sir...

            To, The Manager. I have purchased Yamaha FZ version2 blue core in 7 months ago. I meet with an accident last month 15 April 2015 due which my vehicle got damaged i have handed it over to Ashoka Motors India Pvt Ltd last month and waiting for it to get it re fix. it has been one whole month that Yamaha head quarter have not sent items to Hyderabad office. Every time i visit they say we are awaiting for the material to come from Delhi or Bangalore. Im working as market delivery boy and have to travel whole day to delivery parcel. due to this issue my job has gone for a soup. 10 days borrowed friends bike and then he took it back due to his personal concerns. Now travelling in auto and buses to do my job it feel so pathetic after buying so expenses bike the after market service is . Please check into this matter and do the needful if this thing continue for more time then exchange my bike. Because i will be force to go legally against or contacting media and badmouth Yamaha to serve me better. If you put your self in my pocket you will understand my situation while writhing this email.               Hello, I had brought an FZ S v 2.0 on Dec 17, 2014. Since I had brought the bike, I always had my right palm ache on riding the bike. On every instance of the service, I have been complaining of the same, but to my distress till date, the SVC guys are also not able to figure out the issue. Instead, they have completely hampered the ergonomics of the bike, after trying to replace the bent handle bar and also fork throwing done in vain.               19th June 2015 I bought a Yamaha SZ RR Version 2.0, from Pryadarsini Automobile, Jalpaiguri, West Bengal.
              Excellent Bike but within this period I see that, have a manufacturing defect at Frond Mudguard, its design problematic.
              At the time of rain or on the way where water/mud/sand stage...mudguard not regist those item...rain water or way water split upto Oil tank and Engine and my dress spoiled ...

              I see, this is a Yamaha's designers problem, width of the Mudguard at lower portion too short, thats way problem occur...other wise have no any problem.

              I hope Yamaha Company seriously taken this mater and resolve the problem as early.
              And have a demand to Yamaha Company, plz change my Bike's Mudguard with new one design.

              You already know that I bought a Yamaha SZ RR and details already send and known you better about my query and complain.
              Yesterday I was biking near about 150 km at rain and see that my trouser's lower part fully dirty and who was on back sit, his dress dirty with water-sand & mud upto elbow .
              Minutely I found the problem which was occurs only for Mud Gourd design. Rear wheel base and mud gourd gap maximum and front Mud Gourd lower portion width minimum respect with other bike.
              Just see your another bike model like Fezzer, where your designer attached an extra mud gourd nearest to rear wheel base. Are you explain why this extra mud gourd attached there ????

              Please minutely see the attachment pictures of my bike after yesterday's biking . Just see up to where water, sand, mud & water lifted .

              Before of this bike I had - (i)Hero Honda Passion (2002), (ii) Hero Honda Ambission (2004), & (iii) Bajjaj Discover[protected]but never facing like this problem.
              I know that Yamaha company's bike very popular and I decide to purchase but after use I am fully hopeless and disappointed only for this problem.
              I don't know how to resolved this . If you not to take any step than I will sail it and never recommend it to others.
              Please attached a Mud gourd like Yamaha Fezzer and that may be resolve rear wheels problem but dont know how to resolve front wheel'' mud gourd problem.

              When ever a customer facing a problem and said this several time, that means there is some thing wrong and I hope You will see the matter seriously and sincerely .

              Just informed you that, I am already discuss with automobile engineer and automobile designer and they said there is something wrong.

              Several time intimate to you about my problem, if you not to take any steps then I will take legal steps.Don't waste my time.
              After purchasing this Bike (model) I am unable to lift my wife for her office due to her dress fully dirty .
              This is your Designer's major problem, never think about village path or rainy season.
              What is your steps at your end informed me as early as possible other wise I will take steps.

                4 month before i am buy one Yamaha bike, Fz version 2.This is my 1st bike.Even now they didn't give me mirror and tools.Without mirror driving on road very difficult in this bike. I am already more than 7 times went in this showroom .They didn't take any responsibility.                       Dear Sir / Madam I am Vinesh P N from kodambakkam in Chennai on October 2013 I booked my vehicle in Jain Yamaha near t nagar my vehicle Enginee no. 2NC1055586, Chasis no. ME12NC019D2055570 Vehicle no. TN 09 BU 7744 from the time of starting 1st service the vehicle in service in same place but the last service I.e 8 th service I did in Walters yahama which is newly opened near my office at ayanavaram just opp to Chennai kilpauk ESI hospital . Now the reason for sending this mail is I am not satisfied by the service which they did for details I attached my service details . From the time of 1st service the vehicle engines is getting off in running for each service I am informing about getting off of vehicle to the concern person the service centre at the delivery time that person says hereafter it won't got engines off but no improvement. Not only this in 6th service the service centre has totally damaged my vehicle it is the vehicle Bach wheel is getting bumped when I asked them from the 2nd day of my 6th service they said that in enginee there is a belt it is going to damage so that only it's getting bumped they said and with in a gap of 45 day in same place I gave the vehicle for service in 7th service it's going smooth for that they said it's said a small problem in enginee so that it's happended like that. I asked that in 6th service you said that it is enginee belt is going to damage for that they answer is no response for that case I changed the service centre where I gave my vehicle for service I attached the bill of 8th service where I gave my vehicle for service from the time of service with in 2 week the same problem I.e vehicle is getting bumped i.e vehicle is not going smooth from past 2 days problem is getting high at the same time vehicle enginee is getting off in the speed of 40 kmph of speed I am very much scared in huge traffic r in the high speed where all the vehicles move so speed if vehicle gets enginee off what will be happenes to me . Tomorrow I am going to leave the vehicle for service centre where I did my service centre I.e starting from 1st to 7th service. I won't even pay even a Re 1 pai also enginee getting off problem in running and Bach wheel bumped all the problem in the vehicle need to solved this problem gets continue with this e mail and my service details I need to complaint in the newspaper about there service in the concern service centre .. Note: I won't even pay a bill amount for the 9th service and the same time if this problem happens again the Complaint the service this those details it will be published in newspaper abt there bad service Thanks you Regards Vinesh P N +91 [protected]

                        Dealer : Senthil kumar - Hosur Customer Friendly : - Dealer doesn't have the facility of accepting the credit card. - Not promoting any attraction while selling the vehicle. - Yamaha Seals person connect nil on this dealer since no one knows theperson name & Phone no. Quality : Handle bar position not proper. I have given my vehicle for service... the following are theobservation. - They are using hammer and chisel for correcting the handlebar positioning. ( Surprised to see the new vehicle problem correctedthrough hammering ) - They said the problem with the manufacturers cannot be corrected. ( being the manufacturer passing with different quality leveli don’t think this vehicle could have notbeen passed. ) - Dealer appraised that Front and rear wheel positioning could not ableto do since there is no tool available. - With the free service no other dealer is charging Rs. 150 for Consumable ( Grease, Waste ) cost ..Needs to beaddressed ( Hope being the manufacturer you will be includingthose cost in Free service ) - There is no customer feedback card/ form available in the show room Totally dissatisfied with the dealer and performance of the vehicle.. Hope you will treat this subject very seriously and do connect with meat the earliest.

                          Hi Yamaha, I want to complaint about Licence support plate in Yamaha FZ FI 2.0. Licence support plate is very fragile, by only a little push of mini Volleyball it has broken two times. Last time when it has broken and fall apart that time I used Quick Fix to attach the licence plate back to the place and it was fine. But today again children were playing I was standing there in front of me volleyball hit slowly to Licence Plate and it fell apart again but this time it cracked down from different place I mean not from the same place it has broken where I had used QuickFix, that fix is as it was. But from a new crack line this time. Very bad quality fiber is used in License support plate. What should I do if I will go for a new Licence plate that is very fragile again it will brake. Please advise and revert. Thank you.

                            Dear Sir I have purchased Yamaha Bike Model FZ in Nov.2010.all was going good with the bike but in jan 15 when I replaced my chain set there is nothing good with the bike.From last four month my bike not starting well. There is missing problem in my bike.I have visited 10 times to the service center for the same problem, but my problem is not solved out.Yamaha engineer from Delhi Mr. Jaswant Singh is also failed to identified the problem. Today I have visited your service center regarding the same issue & I have met Mr. jaswant singh & the owner Mr.Harsh but instead of solving my problem they started shouting on me & they abuse with me. Even they refuse to attend next time me as customer & they Have said their Security Gaurd that dont allow to me to enter the service station again. So I want to ask you what I do know please guide me the proper way .I am also considering to take legal action against the owner & the staff of Yamaha! This was not expected from one of the leading Bike Manufacturing company of INDIA. Waiting for your reply Thanks Gagan [protected]

                              i am santhosh mathew rom ADIMALIf, idukki dt. kerala state. I have one FZS bike and it is time to change its front tyre and i am very sorry to inform you that here in Adimali i visited around 5 shops and all say that the tyre is not available. I am not able to go distances and get a tyre.The same problem i faced last year when i tried to change my bike's back tyre.What shall i do? why don't you provide it through your service centres? If you cannot provide spare parts why don't you stop production of such items? I really regret for buying an item from yamaha.Hope you may find a solution for the problem.SANTHOSH MATHEW, [protected]

                                SIR I PURCHASED MY BIKE YAMAHA R15 FORM GEETA YAMAHA SAHIBABAD ON 11/08/2013 AND SIR IT IS IN WARRANTY FOR 5 YEARS. FROM DEC 14 MY BIKES BODY PART HAS STARTING RUSTING. THEN I WENT TO SHOWROOM THAT MY BIKES BODY PARTS HAS STARTED RUSTED THEN THEY SAID THAT IS NOT THIER FAULT AND NOW THEY ARE NOT LISTENING ME NOW. SIR I AM HIGHLY DISSAPIONTED WITH YOUR SERVICE. SIR I HAVE ATTACHED PHOTOS WITH IT. PLEASE SEE IT.

                                    I’m Bharath from Mangalore- Karnataka and I got my new r15’s from hanuman Motors on the 29/11/2014 and I really find it hard to drive it. Every time I go to the service centre for specific complaint they try to solve the problem but they are not possible till now... i already kept my bike more than 06 times in 4 months (excluded service). the problem is about like fuel cut off like in other bikes ( reserve fuel) I kindly request you to take necessary action before I proceed further with my complaint to the Consumer Court and And this is my 4th bike from Yamaha and I have not received or faced such a worst bike from Yamaha. So please do the needful help. Thank you BHARATH

                                      I have brought Ray Z from oswal Auto's, G.T karnal Road, Azadpur Industrail area, Delhi. Now i am facing working the starting problem and have visited many times in oswal Auto's but to solve the problem even they are not attended the customer. And also said the same complaint in second service Still using my ray z on kick start coz battery is not working. Very poor service from Yamaha. And never buy the Yamaha product again only coz of poor service from dealer.
