It's only been about 4 months since I bought a Yamaha Facsino from daiwik auto hub Kadakkal in Kollam district, Kerala State.
The first service of the vehicle was done on 24.04.2023. The second service was made on 15.08.2023 from daiwik auto hub where the vehicle was purchased. They didn’t provide proper service to the vehicle even the water service.
On the 7th day after the service (22.08.2023) in the morning when i tried to start the vehicle as usual, it did not start and also failed several attempts to start with the kicker. Even the vehicle's display was not turned on. That day I called the Daiwik Auto Hub several times and complained, but no one didn’t come that day. A mechanic came when i called several times the next day. Then he asked me to bring the vehicle to the service centre. That day, I took leave from my office and took the vehicle to the service centre which is 15 kilometres away. They returned my vehicle that day evening with battery charged. They said there would be no more problems. They also took money from me to charge the battery. But yesterday morning (26.08.2023) when I tried to start the vehicle again in the morning, the vehicle did not start. Even the vehicle's display is not turned on. When I contacted again the Kadakkal, daiwik auto hub where I had bought the vehicle, they sent the mechanic, and he again asked me to bring the vehicle to the service centre which is 15 km away from my home. So I bring the vehicle to the Yamaha service centre again and requested to replace the battery, they didn’t ready for that. They said they can only charge the battery can’t replace it. And also said today battery shops are not open come after some days. I can no longer take leave from my job and iam informed it to them, but they are asking me to bring the vehicle to the service centre after some days. They didn't even give me the vehicle water service on the second free service. And the person who speaks on behalf of the dealer behaved arrogantly. I've had such a bad experience with them. It's only been four months since I bought the scooter. All my friends make fun of me by saying this. It is now in the condition of not even start the vehicle. I visited the Yamaha service centre 3 times taking leave from my job. I can't afford to lose my salary anymore and take leave from job to bring the vehicle to the service centre. Similarly, I am against charging the battery any more.
I'm asking you to replace the battery or the vehicle, so I request you to have a complete solution for me.

they took my vehicle to their showroom on 06.09.2023 and give me back after one month (05.10.2023). and said all complaints are solved. but before leaving the showroom the vehicle shows the same old problem that is can't be even start. now they are not answering me. the vehicle still in the condition of not even start. it's been 3 months since i cant use the vehicle. they still dont give me a proper solution

    I already tried y connect app it works but while connecting connect x app it shows QR Code' with value - 081157005493090920830726. Bluetooth Details Not found.

      Very bad service experience when I taken for repair service for cluch. They did it but after few hrs it created problem again.
      Repair service make huge amount bill but after few hrs it's same again.
      Previously I had same experience when I take a guard for Motor, that time they fork a cratch on mudguard front and nothing repaired. They just take money. Nothing repaired.

        Iam balaji I brought yamaha R15V4 Bike on 12th OCT 2022 in nandanam showroom (blue bikers).
        the next day i asked the showroom person that i have issue in my bike handlebar (uneven) bar spacing left handlebar was bend.
        but they said its correct only but now my 4-free service has done today[protected] i gaved bike for 5th service now they saying that the handlebar has bent that i need to chnage.
        in nandanam service centre.

        On the free service time i told them to check but on that time they said no problem in my bike but in the paid service they were saying that the handle bar has bent.

          I had submitted my bike on 5aug23 at siddarth motor Yamaha sadar old gurgaon the service is just third class grade I had claimed for my insurance after accident it was cashless insurance MS chowla showroom company had told me to give my bike within 15days but till now even the approval had not camed yet just because they had claimed it late and not showing any interest to get it done I am suffering from last 17days have to go for job and have many more important work to be done please kindly do action against there service providing I am not happy to be a Yamaha family member if the services provided to the customer like this, very unhappy from sidarth service

            I Purchased Yamaha FZS V3 on 17/03/2023 today is 15/08/2023 not even six month is completed, i am facing ABS, ODDO meter, braking problem form last 2 to 3 months and i raised the complaint in Yamaha service( Charvi Motor Mysore) for 2 to 3 time, and they where told that we have repaired it next time it will not happen like this, they are tell same thing, but i am facing same issue again and again.. which is causing lot of trouble while i am ride for long distance.

              I bought fzs v3 on 20th May 2023 . It's been 3 months but still I didn't received my number plate. When checked with showroom there are giving negligence answer.
              Show room : miryalaguda showroom, nalgonda dist, Telangana.

                I have submitted my bike for the servicing and while taking the delivery i asked them weather all the things are good and i also mentioned that i asked u to check with radiator and fan too did u check they said nope but i asked them to check before submitting the vehicle for service they said ok at that time but while delivery the said they didn't so i asked them to check infront of me so that i cold also know what happened and they said the fan is not working and it need to be replaced with a new one. The fan was working before the submission of bike. now i'm asking them replace the fan bcoz it was working before submission for the service

                    I have purchased a yamaha Ray ZR & It has been completed just 1 year now only before completing 1 year where there is starting issue & they have replaced the battery and Now again the same issue has been came & where I have given the bike in the service station they are not explaining what is the problem and how it came, where at the time of starting issue the local mechanic said it is a electrical power issue but till now they are not explaining properly, yesterday I asked about what is the issue & when can I taken my bike from the service station they are simply saying we have check the bike coz till now we have not started for checking the problem. How many days we have to wait for this issue one of the worst service from Yamaha Sri motors.

                      I am Aravindan from Vellore. I have purchased Yamaha FZ V3 in 2019. For last two months I am facing brake failure issue . When i checked with my dealer, they said ABS motor failed . While asking them the root cause, they said it is a manufacturer defect of the vehicle and also most of the fz v3 users are facing this issue .Since most of the users of fz V3 facing this issue - can it be ignored ? Also they are saying it will cost 14 k for replacement. When it is a manufacturer defect why i need to pay it for replacement? Brake failure is a serious issue and it occurred randomly which is a threat for consumers.

                        I couldn't connect Bluetooth to my Ray zr street rally. It's throwing an error message saying 'QR code' with the value 'xxxxxxxxxxxxx' not found.

                          Radiator Fan Not Working.

                          I bought Yamaha MT15 on 25th May 2023. Yesterday (07.08.2023) Radiator Fan stopped working and Display Showing (COOLANT HI), and Engine Orange light on left side display blinking.
                          As per service center fan is not available for 15 days.

                          How can I Manage 15 days without bike. I have to travel more than 60kms per day....

                            Am trying to connect my bike Bluetooth device to mobile after logging in to Yamaha connect X application it's asking chassis number after that scanning qr code is says Bluetooth device not found, please check this issue and revert as soon as possible.

                              Some false checkings and as expected, started blaming me for the installation and said I wont get any warranty.

                              How can they even start repairing and checking without a job card when My bike was due for 1st servicing?

                              After my argument, they forced me to come on my 1st servicing date on 29th July and they will get it further checked and prepare their storyline to defy me my warranty claim.

                              Now on the 1st servicing date, they are deliberately trying to pushing me to pay 14000/- for headlight replacement and I have no other option to raise this complaint and raise the issue to MD, CEO of YAMAHA and consumer forums for justice and take strict actions against the dealer. I have talked with Mr. Arka Sarkar, Manager but all discussions going in vain.

                              They deliberately tried to sell me a defective piece without any checks and now they are trying to cover up their misspelling by blaming me on false grounds. This dealer has got a lot of complaints against their salespersons and I am the latest victim. Their rude indecent behaviour is forcing me to raise this complaint and go to higher forums for justice.

                                This is to raise the issue regarding the projector headlight malfunction issue in my recently purchased YAMAHA FZX OBD-II model from TANUSHKA AUTO, KESTOPUR dealer, KOLKATA.
                                I have purchased the model on 29th June 2023 and since day 1, the headlight projector was not working at all in the main light switch/upper and lower beamer. The DRL is working fine and so is the pass light. the same issue is also noticed in other 2 bikes recently purchased and also one same model in the showroom.
                                I wanted to raise the issue and called them infinite times, but no one responded. Since I could not took my bike in main road without no. plate, so waited till today to raise the issue to showroom dealer to avoid police fines.

                                I guess these defective projector headlights are installed in many models of FZX.

                                Kindly raise my complaint to fix my defective projector headlight at the earliest since it is very inconvenient for me to ride in night without headlight.

                                      I am Jomon George from Kerala, I buy a new bike Yamaha r15 m on June 2023. while 1 month after 1 st service the bike has suddenly shown some warning lights continuously on the meter side and not working properly the meter. The Abs system also not working while driving recently I inspect our Yamaha showroom and check and tell there is no complaint it is some sensor misleading issues, so I ask the company if we are putting the tax and your product amount correctly while buying the item. Why we believe in your company while using this product your geniality has been gone from me. so the solution for this is you must give the exact reason for the complaint change insipidly for my usage of bike or replace the product. Otherwise, I will go for legal proceedings.
