Regarding front shock absorber leakage (Replacement under warranty)

Dear sir, I am ashok, Bike -FZS purchased on 24th sept 2013. My bike completed around 11800kms. Recently i found that my front shock absorber leaking, i complained to yamaha dealer in bokaro. They are not ready to replace it even if it is under warranty and making excuses of changing only Oil seal and i have to bear that cost (Because oil seal doesn't come under warranty as per their claim).So whenever in next month if it leaks then again...

Showroom Doesn't care for customer after Paying Money

Hello All, I have booked ( from Kamala Yamaha Chakan ) FZ-S FI Version 2.0 three month back.Dealer promised to delivery of bike within 1 to 2 week.After waiting for 1 and 1/2 months I got bike on 9 September 2014 without any documents.After following him I received document on last week.But Still I didn't received number for bike from RTO.I received used bike for about 260 Km.But neglected that time I thought this happen with me only...

problem with my bike

After buying yamaha sz-r , problems started knocking my door . From the beginning onwards i was facing problem not even a month ago that the problem came in my bike's battery. The exide battery was totally failure and was not working. I can not start my bike with self start. I took my bike to the showroom SUNANDA YAMAHA but the salesman changed their colour, they were not behaving properly and was unhelpful...

I try to connect the Yamaha connect x app to scan the QR code it's not foung it's showing. in under the seat they give a another QR code I also scan that QR code but it's shown not found also facing the same problem.

    This complaint is against Rudra Automobiles (an authorized service center and distributor in Belurmath, Howrah, West Bengal). My bike displayed a starting issue, so I took it to them. They informed me that the problem was with the battery, which they replaced. However, the issue persisted. Then, they claimed the problem was with the charger and replaced my perfectly functioning charger. Despite this, the issue continued. I returned to them again, and they kept my bike for over a week. Even after that, the problem remains unresolved. I have spent more than ₹5, 000 on repairs, yet the issue persists. Furthermore, my salary was deducted because I couldn't go to work without my bike. I now seek a resolution to the issue, as well as a refund with interest for the loss and harassment I have endured over the past 6-7 months.

      It's been a month since I bought a new car. When I bought the car, they didn't connect it. They said they would do it during the service. Later, during the bus service, they said they had different exceptions.
      If Bluetooth connection continues like this, I will have to file a complaint with the consumer court.

          I am Rajendran M from Madurai, Tamil Nadu.

          I have purchased a Scooter of Yamaha AEROX 155 on Dec-2023 and Vehicle No : TN64AA7348. This is for your kind information.

          1. From the initial purchase ~ until 1 year -engine warning indicator is highlighted in my scooter. During each service time, service personnel informed that - it is due to system error and it have no issues.

          2. For the last one year, I have done almost 8 ~ 9 services in service center (Guna Motors, Madurai) and until now ~ 22, 000 kms driven.

          3. Suddenly on July 2024- during my long travel, Scooter is suddenly getting off- in a highway. Next to that - I have informed my service team members about that -they are informed that - it is checked and fixed.

          4. On Oct-2024, I have faced a startup issue in my scooter and i have requested for customer service and requested to resolve the same.
          After verification, Service personnel's informed that - there is sensor problem in scooter and it is replaced on that time. Charges around - Rs. 450/- paid and closed.

          5. Now - Again in Jan-2025 - during my travel scooter got-off during run. I am facing the same startup issue in my scooter for 3rd time and requested customer service persons to resolve the same. Please find the attached photo - Engine wires and sensors got damaged and giving the estimate of Rs. 38, 000/- to replace the damaged parts and resolve this.

          6. After receiving the feedback of service personals, I am tired and highly disappointed for chosen the Yamaha scooter. I have used 2 bike (Hero-Honda & TVS) here before and never faced such kind of issues in s shot period of time.

          7. I do not know - What is actual issue and what they have checked in a regular service.
          Currently - Service personals informing to spend Rs. 38, 000/- to fix the problem and resolve this.

          I have purchased the bike on Rs. 1, 85, 000/- and for regular service - I have spent almost Rs. 1500 ~ Rs. 2500 per service. Right now - I have to spend -Rs. 38, 000/- to fix this again. Is this the Quality of Yamaha Scooters -?

          They are not resolving the issue and intending me to spend money on this and am tired of purchased this yamaha scooter.

          I need a solution this and request your help and support.

            Hi,
            Myself Giridharan from chennai, on Jan 2024 bought Yamaha FZ V4 in aarthi motors dealer, on Dec 2024 faced an issue of sensor not working, as checked with showroom for the same they asked me to pay for replace the sensor, even though my bike is under warranty and not even fullfilled one year, but then they refused to replace because of stock not available they after a week went to another showroom ( Walters) mentioning the issue is already check to replace the sensor they also asked the amount to pay but during service they broke sensor as well as leg of the bike mentioning this is already broken. Even though I have an photo image on 22nd Dec 2024 before the service the after I took after the service on 28th Dec 2024 but still they refuse to accept their mistake. Worst service in all the places.

            Attached the image took before service and also after service with time watermark on it.

            Pls register this case as all the showroom are doing worst service

                I bought motorcycle on July of 2024, After 5000km, I found the front & Rear alloy wheel get damaged and even could not get the current response for the warranty replacement.

                  During the last month of June, I purchased a fascino 125 from alagendra motors in kochadai and now I am experiencing some abnormal sounds, vibrations, and mileage issues. It was told to you after the first service that you would not experience this issue. However, I am experiencing the same issue after moving to Chennai. Later, I filed a complaint with Shanthi Motors (Palikarani) in Chennai, but they didn't check properly so now I'm facing the same problem. It is therefore difficult for me to believe the quality and service of Yamaha. It is really disappointing to me. It would be appreciated if you could understand and resolve my problem?.

                              I had purchased my FZS bike in Jan 2020, and odo meter is around 19, 000

                              Recently I the service I reported front brake issue and warning light in the engine. Service advisor told ABS motor failure and O2 sensor failure and need to be replaced.

                              I have taken 3 years extended warranty but service center people are telling it is not covered under extended warranty.

                              I need clarification and my issued be resolved

                                I have purchased a Yamaha FZS-V4 on 09/04/2023 vide registration no WB18-AJ-7505 . Within this short period Battery got down and stop working . As per your service centre comments this problem happened due to Bluetooth device . They charged the battery and running the bike .
                                I request and raised the issue on26/11/23 but they have not solve the issue till now

                                I have not received response, company is very chitter
                                Battery drain or get discharge in 1-2 days..! I had purchases Yamaha RAY ZR Scotter on 24/06/2023 with 2+3 =5 (Five years) extended warranty. I did 4th so called free service ( As Soniya Two Wheeler Service center charge 100/- for consumables every time in the warranty service also) with call back for Right Break lever change from company on 20/05/2024, after the service within two days I observed that the battery of the scooter drains out and the scooter do not start. I thought may be I haven't used for 3-4 days hence this has happened, so I got the battery charged from battery shop outside paying 100/- Ater 4-5 days again the issue and I had to kick start my scooter. Than I got operated for my health issues and 10 days I was away from home and the scooter did not start as it was not used for 10 days. Again I have to boost charge it outside paying 100/- in this now its Aug 12th and again the scooter battery is giving issues by draining out. When called to Yamaha Customer care, they simply say that the warranty of your battery is over and you need to get it replaced..! Is that the life of this Tata battery inside Yamaha RAY ZR 125 CC scooter is only one year..? My scooter has ran only 4000 kms in last one year and this is the state of new scooter..!
